Hello World, it's been a tough week for me. As you can see on my last post I went #boating with some friends this past Sunday. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast 💃 but due to the excess drinking and not so #healthyfood choices I made, now I have been feeling the consequences all this week long 🤦‍♀️, just like this picture shows my swollen belly🤰🔙(Swipe Left) it's just one of the many symptoms I've been having to deal with... However if you ask me if I'd have done things differently, my answer is absolutely NO! All in Life is about Balance, I'm not saying that drinking alcohol and eating badly is good, but too much of "good habits" isn't good neither; better said, Too much of anything is simply Dysfunctional! 🙅 So find your #balance, and avoid being too hard on yourself, I know the #fitnessindustry is always requiring a lot from you, specially today's date with so many #fitnessmodels out there on social media pushing idealized images of human perfection, when is reality there is not such a thing 🙄, And trust me there is not such perfection as your own unique beauty and body; this is the real perfection, your uniqueness!
