Cheers to this beautiful sunny 😎 Saturday!!! I woke up this morning and “thought” about going for a jog. Then I sat down and watched some of the re-cap from the Royal wedding. Meanwhile still thinking 🤔 about that jog that I knew I should do. It’s easy to sit down and do nothing but doing nothing don’t give you results! Now I can happily say I just completed 4.2 km in 22mins 🏃🏼♀️. So happy I pushed myself because it feels awesome. I got to smell the trees, hear the birds, see people and feel the sun. Getting my Recovery (BCAA’s) in me now...LOVE this stuff. #ladyjoggers #active #enjoyinglife #feelingalive #smile #grateful #noexcuses
