today was objectively a good day. we:

woke up early and went for a freedom walk (on a long line)

went to class, ambrosia slept through it

had nap time with crate practice, getting rewards for existing in the crate after waking up, including with me leaving the room

went for a training walk, and got used to walking over a new kind of metal grate that scared her yesterday

played a lot, cuddled, and just spent time together

yet in spite of all that, i feel so discouraged right now. she will not settle into her crate for the night. for a while i could just say “shhhhhhhh” repeatedly and she’d get the message but tonight she just kept barking until i was forced to let her out for fear of a noise complaint. i just don’t get why it’s so hard for her to sleep. she is up every 1.5-2 hours every night for 20-30 min each time, and my body is struggling to keep up from running on so little sleep. she’s doing so well in just about every other aspect of training but the damn crate might actually be the death of me

There’s a chicken shop in my town (uk). It’s 10000% a front and they must put drugs in the chicken or something because it’s so damn good. U know when ‘boss-man’ is in it’ll be good. It’s on par with KFC.

6 chicken burgers, a huge box of chicken, 6 medium chips and a large bottle of any drink is only £27
