Sharing with you all a delectable creamy dish cooked in tomato & cashew nut gravy, spices and cream PANEER BUTTER MASALA in restaurant style.I have added kashmiri chili powder to give It a nice red texture,yet it is not much spicy so you can add lil extra to get the colour rest tomatoes will do their work to give it a fine and natural red colour.You really do not need to rush to restaurants to enjoy your favourite dish.It is an absolutely easy recipe to make, and definitely a show stopper at your table.This is my Mother’s third favourite curry and she exactly get the taste of restaurant in this,try it once I am sure you’ll also fall in love with this curry just like my family. You can serve this delicious paneer butter masala with any Indian flat bread like roti or Plain rice. . . Recipe- 👇 Follow me👉 @woktossedfeed . . Recipe of Butter Masala Gravy: 1.Heat 1 tbsp butter in a wok and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown(you can also skip this step if you love to eat raw paneer as like me) 2.In the same wok, add 1 more tbsp butter and fry the onions until golden brown. 3.Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. 4.Next, add the dhania, garam masala, chilli powder and some salt. Fry for 30 seconds. 5.To this, add the tomato puree, and kashmiri laal mirch. Mix well and add the milk. 6.On lower flame cook & covered for 5 mins. 7.Open lid, add the paneer and the cream. Sharing with you one of most quintessentially ordered Indian Bread ie Fluffy Garlic Naan which are home made & specially made for my dear family, Not just me, this naan is favorite of everyone who have ever tried Indian food. Isn't it? Garlic Naan is heart-throb of million Indian Cuisine Lovers! My family is no exception either. . . Recipe Below👇 Follow me👉 @woktossedfeed Ingredients- 1. 1 cup all-purpose flour OR Maida 2. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 3. 1/4 teaspoon of salt 4. 1/4 teaspoon sugar 5. 1/4 cup yogurt 6. 1-1/2 tablespoons oil 7. About 1/2 cup water For Garnishing- 1. 1 tablespoon soft butter or ghee 2. chopped cilantro(Hara Dhaniya) 3. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 4. Sesame seeds Recipe- 1. For garnishing mix all the ingredients, butter, salt, cilantro, and Set aside. 2. Mix the dry ingredients together, add 1 tablespoon of oil and yogurt mix it well. Then add the water gradually to make very soft dough. 3. Let the dough sit for about 3-4 hours in warm place. 4. Dough should be about 1-1/2 time, knead the dough again. 5. Roll the naan one at a time on a lightly floured surface little less than 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle the water lightly on one side of the naan. 6. Heat the tawa on medium heat & put water side naan over tawa, once the naan start bubbling and dough start drying, turn the tawa over flames keeping about 2 inch away from the flames to cook the naan from top. 7.
