Warnings: mentions of murder, violence, corruption, injuries and sort of imprisonment.
This was no place to perform surgery, it was unsterile, and dusty, and stained with red-brown patches of dried up blood from previous surgeries. Surgeries you had done under the watchful eyes and readied hands of Dr. Strong. And she was dead. Her daughter had found her, apparently it was a heart attack.
You didn’t believe it for a second. What you were doing crossed so many lines, but this was necessary, at least that’s what you told yourself. But if you were right about this…God, you hoped you were wrong. If you were right, that would mean you were in danger too.
You looked down at the corpse on the table in front of you, your eyes burning with tears. She’d been your mentor for over three years. She had taught you everything you know about medicine. She had always been there, ready to step in any moment, but never hovering.
You pulled yourself together and got to work, there had to be something. You inspected every inch of her body looking for signs of what you did not know. Finally you got to her head, taking a deep breath, trying to ignore her dead eyes staring back at you, you looked around her face, her neck, and then you saw it, just behind her ear. A small, miniscule puncture wound, one you often see after an injection.
Dr. Strong didn’t just die, she was murdered. And you didn’t need to guess who had done it.
•••
“Doc, Lawrence wants to speak with you.”
You didn’t move, staring at the smoke ribbons crawling into the sky. The smoke coming from Dr. Strong’s body. There was no ground to bury the dead anymore, so burning them was pretty much the only option.
“Doc,” Micheal repeated.
“I’m not a doctor yet,” you said softly, voice scratchy.
Micheal sighed, “You are now, Kid, you’re all we have left when it comes to doctors, get used to the title. Now come on, Lawrence says it’s important.”
“It’s always important with him,” you took one last look at the smoke before turning around and following Micheal down the dark halls of the base.
When Micheal stopped in front of Lawrence’s office he announced that you were there before stepping aside to let you in. The room Lawrence had chosen when he became leader in the resistance had been a good choice, the lighting was perfect, the only room in the base where there was enough natural light to make everything visible.
“Micheal said you wanted to speak with me,” you said after he kept quiet.
“Yes,” Lawrence mused in his usual mysterious drawl. He turned to fully face you, his rotting face no longer startling you, but never becoming less disgusting. You were glad you were standing a good few feet away from him. “As you know, you are now our only doctor. And we, as a military resistance, an army, need a doctor. And as you also know now, being a doctor for us is not exactly safe.” He looked at you with an expression you couldn’t quite decipher, almost like he was waiting for your reaction.
“We’re a resistance against a tyrannic organization that’s willing to sacrifice children for a possible cure to a virus that has already destroyed us, with thousands of soldiers and weapons that outnumber ours by percentages I don’t even want to know, no one is safe,” you answered calmly, wanting him to get to the point.
He chuckled, “I suppose you’re right, but you, as a doctor-”
“I’m not a doctor yet.”
“And who is supposed to finish training you?” He said it coldly, it was a low blow and he knew it, but he was right. Dr. Strong was dead and the only other doctors within a 100 mile radius worked for WCKD.
When you didn’t answer he continued, “Like I was saying, you, as a doctor, are on WCKD’s recruitment list, or their hit list, you choose whatever makes you feel better. This means you’re going to need to be very careful. You’re going to have a guard assigned to you at all times, you will not go into the city anymore, you will not go outside without consulting me. In other words-”
“I’m being imprisoned,” you deadpanned, glaring at him.
“That’s a harsh way of saying it, but yes, in a way.”
You nodded, quietly fuming. Tapping your foot impatiently while crossing your arms, you huffed out a breath of disbelief. You didn’t say anything, you just didn’t go against Lawrence, while you might not like him, you liked the people he led, they were your friends, and if something were to happen to them, you were the only one that could help. There were other people with medical training, but that stopped at simple bandaging.
“We can’t afford to lose another doctor,” Lawrence said, so that was final.
You were officially a prisoner.
Anxiety rushed through your body like an upcoming sandstorm. There had been word of a rescue group bringing in an immune that needed surgery. You had never done surgery without Dr. Strong present. You had done procedures completely by yourself but never without her there. She was always there, ready to step in, to answer questions, to guide you through the steps, to make sure you didn’t kill anyone.
Your safety net was gone, dead, soon to be forgotten by everyone because that’s what happened to the dead these days. You die, people get rid of your body and your name is never heard again.
While scrubbing your hands the best you could you saw that there was only one nurse in the room with you. You frowned, then you realized what had happened to Eliza a few days ago. God, you were no better than the rest. You shook your head to get rid of the thoughts and dried your hands before walking towards the young nurse, Becca, who gloved and gowned you.
Your hands shook when you held them loosely in the air above the sterile field. Your breaths were quick and shallow and didn’t provide you with enough oxygen to keep your head clear, your brain fuzzed and your eyes blurred, ears ringing and mouth dry you felt panic crawl to you like a rising tide to the shore.
“Dr, breath, you’ve done this before,” kind brown eyes looked into yours, soft hands grasped the sides of your face, grounding you, bringing you back.
“I’m not supposed to be a doctor yet,” was all you could whisper, your voice shaky and eyes watery.
“No you’re not,” Becca whispered back. “But you are, and you are going to save this boy, we are going to save him, together.”
Together.
It was all you needed to hear, you were not alone, Becca was here, and Dr.Strong was with you, her voice still ringing in your head. You knew what she knew, she made sure of that.
The door slammed open and the patient was wheeled in, spear protruding from his chest.
Your brain cleared, eyes sharpened and hands steadied. You were okay, and soon this boy would be too.

Being a seventeen-year-old doctor in a resistance is not easy, dangerous even. Everyday you have to worry about WCKD trying to take you. If taken you’ll only have two options; join them, or die. While every single soldier is set on protecting you, you’ve never felt so lonely.
That all changes when a rescue group brings in a boy on the brink of death.
Warnings: canon typical violence, mentions of kidnapping, flare-virus, mild sexual content (no actual smut tho), no mention of Y/N (written in 2nd person POV), graphic injuries, blood gore, medical inacuraccies, this list may grow as the story goes on.

Oh shit, part three
Isaiah Jesus x Shelby!reader Warning: mentions of sexual themes, violence, swearing.
Summary: With their secret out y/n and Isaiah could only hope. Word count: 1,1 K ———————————————————————
Isaiah looked like he was about to shit his pants, he too had seen Tommy's reaction and wanted nothing more than to run right out of the back door, you know, to avoid a very painful death. But he couldn't. He was glued to his seat, eyes on y/n, his girlfriend, he couldn't leave her alone with the wrath of her brothers.
Tommy was still taking a long drag from his cigarette, staring y/n straight in her eyes. His other brothers were still shouting, trying to figure out who their little sister was seeing. But he, he had already figured it out. He chuckled darkly at the irony of the situation, "The son of a preacher, how ironic."
This shut up everyone, the pub stood in a deadly silence. Every pair of eyes had strayed away from y/n and were now boring furious holes in Isaiahs head. He looked at them each, eyes filled with fear, looking like a deer in headlights. Before anyone could utter a word the youngest Shelby brother was already on the other side of the pub, holding Isaiah against the wall by his collar.
"You fucked my sister!" He screamed. His voice was full of disbelief and betrayal, shocked at how his bestmate could do something like that.
"Finn it's not like that I promise." Isaiah stammered, trying to explain that he truly loved y/n.
Finn didn't believe him and punched across his cheek. Y/n stood up and wanted to defend her boyfriend but was held back by Tommy who glared at her.
By this time both Arthur and John were standing next to Finn, holding Isaiah against the bar, glaring at him venomously.
The silence was terrifying, and still Isaiah looked calm, determined to prove that he loved their sister, "Please, just listen to me-," He was cut off by a punch to his stomach.
"How long." It was John who demanded it, his voice still low and dangerous. Isaiah was still recovering from the blow to his stomach when Arthur added another. John leaned close to his face and hissed, "How long, Isaiah."
"Six months." Isaiah wheezed out, coughing slightly.
Tears were brimming in y/n's eyes, and she was begging her brothers not to hurt her boyfriend. But the knowledge that one of their most trusted employees had been sneaking around with their sister for six months only angered the three men further.
Ada, who had been standing frozen on the side with Esme the entire time finally spoke up, "Boys let him talk for fucks sake!" Normally the brothers didn't really listen to their sister but the anger and authority in her voice made them follow her demand.
Arthur was smiling sourly at the bloodied up Isaiah, "Well go on, talk."
Isaiah raised his head to look them all in the eye, "It's not like what Finn said-,"
"Like you fucked my sister," Finn cut him off but he was silenced by Ada's glare.
Isaiah looked down, how was he going to explain this. It's not like he could deny it with the prove from the bruise behind her ear. That's when he decided to just spit it out, he didn't care what happened to him. He just wanted them to know how much he loved y/n.
"On her birthday I kissed her for the first time, I had liked her for a while than and was so fuckin' happy to finally know she liked me back. Then she got scared of what you guys would do to me when you found out, rightfully so I guess. So we started dating in secret, after two months I told her that I loved her. And I still do, so fucking much. I tried everything to keep it a secret, not because I was afraid of a beating. But because I was scared you weren't gonna let me see her anymore."
He looked back to all their faces, who were now slightly shocked behind the masks of fury. Then looked over Finn's shoulder at y/n's face and smiled softly. He smiled through the pain and looked at her as if she was the most important thing in his life, which she was.
Y/n Shelby was all that mattered to Isaiah Jesus.
Tommy looked at his face carefully, he tried to find a glimpse of a lie but he couldn't. The man her sister was with told the truth. He looked at Isaiah's expression, it was full of love for his sister. No matter how hard he tried not to he thought about where he had seen that expression before. And he knew that this was how he used to look at his wife. That made up his mind.
"Arthur, John, Finn, let him go." His voice was sturdy and clear. It wasn't a request, it was an order.
Everyone turned their head to look at Tommy bewildered. But he was looking straight at Isaiah, his icy blue eys locked on Isaiah's dark ones. No emotion apparent, like always, Tommy Shelby's face was a mystery.
Without the three brothers holding him up Isaiah had to lean against the bat for support to keep himself from toppling over. He too kept his eyes locked on Tommy, but he looked beyond nervous.
"I'm letting you continue to date our sister, but I swear to everything living on this earth. If you harm a hair on her head, I will tear you apart so badly God won't even recognize you, understood?"
"Understood," Isaiah sighed in relieve when Tommy walked out of the bar, the other three brothers following him. Not without glaring at Isaiah first.
When the door shut y/n sprinted over to her boyfriend and engulfed him in a tight hug, trying her best to avoid his injuries.
After pulling away with a bright smile she placed her hands on the sides of his face an accessed his injuries; he had a small cut on his cheek and a split lip. She knew that there would be bruises on his stomach but didn't want to look.
Isaiah smiled fondly at her and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear before kissing her softly.
The two women who were still in the pub left quickly, leaving the young lovers alone.
Isaiah placed his forehead on y/n's when he pulled away and smiled softly before whispering, "I love you."
Y/n smiled back, "And I love you."

Oh shit, part two
Isaiah Jesus x Shelby!reader Warnings: swearing.
Summary: After the events of last night Isaiah and y/n's secret part of the relationship goes down the drain. Word count: 1,3 K ———————————————————————
Okay, y/n thought as she walked down the stairs towards the eating room, Polly wouldn't tell anyone, right? The sun had just risen and y/n thought back about what happened last night.
Flashback
After Polly had fully shut the door a very panicked Isaiah scrambled from under the bed. His eyes were wide with fear and he immediately started to button up his shirt. He looked at his girlfriend who looked equally as scared as him.
"What are we supposed to do? What if she tells your brothers? Fuckin' hell I'm gonna die."
The tall boy paced around the room nervously while y/n stood still, staring at the ground. Where Isaiah was fearing for his life she was afraid of losing him. Her brothers wouldn't hurt her but they wouldn't hesitate to kill her boyfriend. Tears were brimming in her eyes at the thought of what could happen to Isaiah if her brothers did find out.
"Love, you alright?" His soft voice snapped her out of her thoughts. She looked up at him, tears still glistening in her eyes. His eyes softened at the sight of her tears and he gently placed a hand on the side of her face.
"Hey don't cry sweetheart." He cooed, wrapping his girlfriend up in a hug.
"I'm not crying, my eyes are just sweating. From the stress you know." She defended herself with a dry laugh, he chuckled along with her.
They pulled away from eachother when the tears dried up. Isaiah pressed their foreheads together and held her tightly, "No matter what happens when your brothers find out, I promise you we'll be okay. We're gonna stay together and one day-," he held up a finger and pecked her lips softly, "One day I'm going to marry you."
They linked their pinkies and kissed eachother lovingly. After that Isaiah had quikly climbed back through the window, in the fear of her aunt having already told her brothers he was there.
Y/n stood still in the middle of her room; did he really mean that, did he really want to marry her. She truly hoped so.
Now, as she stood in the door opening of the kitchen still in her sleeping gown, watching her aunt Polly eat a piece of bread with jam on it, she really hoped Polly hadn't told anyone.
"Goodmorning y/n, how'd you sleep?" The older woman said with a smirk.
Y/n chuckled lightly, her aunt knew she hadn't slept, much to afraid of losing her boyfriend. She looked at her aunt knowingly and glanced behind her to see if any of her brothers were around.
"Don't worry, they've all gone out already."
The younger girl squeezed her eyes shut, silently praying they weren't doing what she thought they were doing. She sat down at the table and gazed into her aunts eyes, "Please tell me you didn't tell them." At this point she was basically begging.
The woman let out a breathy laugh and shook her head slightly at her nieces antics, "No darling, I didn't tell them anything, that's your job."
Y/n let out a huge sigh of relieve and hugged her aunt who laughed, amused at her actions. When the girl sat back down her aunt pointed at a spot on her collarbone, "But when you do you might want to cover that."
She looked down and saw a dark purple mark on her collarbone, hastily pulling her robe over it, and smiled softly, blushing when she thought about how it got there.
___
The rest of the day went quite smoothly for y/n, though she often recieved teasing glances from het aunt. Especially when she sat down at Isaiah's desk to assure him none of her brother were going to try and kill him, yet. It wasn't weird to her brothers since her and Isaiah were friends in their eyes. Not knowing what that boy did to her on some nights.
But then, at the reopening of the Garrison, it all went downhill. Y/n had covered up the hickey on her collarbone with makeup, like Polly suggested.
Her brothers clearly didn't see anything. They told her she looked nice and walked with her all the way to the Garrison, joking around like they always did.
They still didn't notice when all of them walked into the renewed bar. She greeted everyone and eventually sat down with Ada and Esme. All with a glass of champagne in their hand, slightly tipsy.
Y/n turned her head to look around the Garrison but snapped her had back when she heard Esme let out a loud gasp and exclaim: "Who gave you that!"
She looked at het sister in law with confusion before she asked: "Gave me what?" And looked at her sister who was gaping at her with shock. Esme pointed at something behind her ear and Ada pulled out a compact mirror from her bag to help her see. When she looked at the spot Esme had pointed y/n cursed under her breath at the sight of another hickey. She thought she only had one.
Glancing at the table where Isaiah, Finn and some other young blinder sat and glared at her boyfriend for a split-second before turning back to the women who were now grinning widely at the younger girl.
The next second she was bombarded with questions,
"Who is he?"
"What's his name?"
"Do we know him?"
She shook off all the questions, planning to walk away from the table when John sat next to Ada on the opposite side of the table, "What's goin' on 'ere?" A toothpick was dangeling from his lips as he glanced at each of the women.
Esme and Ada might have wanted to know but they knew if John found out it wouldn't be pretty, so all three women looked at eachother awkwardly.
All it took was one action for all hell to break loose. And y/n being her idiot self caused the outbreak, unknowingly of course.
She awkwardly turned to look into the bar, briefly forgetting that the dark purple mark would become visible. She quikly turned her head back but it was too late, John had already seen it. He reached across the table and grabbed her chin, turning her head before a furious expression appeared on his features. Y/n's stomach dropped at the sight of him.
"Where the fuck did you get that." His voice was low and shaking with anger.
With the pub now being nearly empty the commotion had caught the attention of the other three Shelby brothers, aunt Polly had run away with a much younger guy a bit ago. All four brothers were now angrily staring at the little bruise behind y/n's ear. They all stood fuming in silence before Arthur, John and even Finn, who was younger then her, started shouting. Tommy just stood there glaring at her.
That was when y/n made the second mistake of the night.
Her eyes flickered to the table Isaiah was seated, their eyes meeting for the smallest fraction of a second, he looked scared out of his wits, before she looked back to the table.
The action went unnoticed by everyone but Tommy, who looked where her eyes had been only seconds ago. Then he chuckled darkly and took a long drag of his cigarette.
Oh shit. Again.

Oh shit
Isaiah Jesus x Shelby!reader.
Warnings: sensual/sexual themes, swearing.
Summary: The reader is the youngest girl in the Shelby family and is sneaking around with Isaiah. One night they get caught.
Word count: 1,2 K
———————————————————————
"Zaia, what the fuck are you doing here? If my brothers find us they will force you to eat your own eyes." A panicked expression painted y/n's face as she whispered harshly to her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend was currently hanging from the window ledge of the window that led to her room. He had one leg inside the house as the other still dangled outside in the cold night. His eyes had a mischievous glint to them and he grinned goofily at his girlfriend, "You worry to much, love." And he fully climed through the window, landing on the hardwood floor with an inaudible thud, both 17 year olds had perfected the art of sneaking around over the past few months they'd been together.
Isaiah walked towards his girlfriend with the grin still plastered on his face and placed his hands on her waist. Pulling her closer to him he brought one of his hands up to her cheek. She smiled softly and swung her arms around his neck.
Y/n and Isaiah had been sneaking around for a couple of months. Both of them wanted nothing more than to make their relationship public, but with Isaiah working for y/n's older brother who were all fiercely protective over her, that was next to impossible. At least, impossible if they both wanted to stay alive. Which they did, together. So they kept their relationship a secret, meeting up at his house when his dad was out, or at her house when her family was away. It wasn't perfect but both of them loved eachother and that was enough.
But right now, in the room beneath them, the Shebly brothers were having a meeting about one of the race tracks. If one of her family members decided to check up on her and they saw Isaiah in her room, especially in the position he was now in; about to kiss her, they could say goodbye to their relationship.
One time John had caught her holding hands with a boy from het school at the farmers market. Let's just say y/n never heard from that boy again. So when Isaiah kissed her for the first time on her 17th birthday, outside of the Garrison, she didn't want something like that to happen again. She really liked Isaiah and she didn't want to lose him just because her brothers couldn't understand that she was not a little girl anymore.
About two months into their relationship Isaiah had accidentally let it slip that he loved her. Both of them had frozen, Isaiah had squeezed his eyes shut in the fear that y/n did not feel the same. But when she smiled after a couple second and kissed him passionately he knew that he had nothing to worry about. The feeling only grew when she pulled away breathlessly, her eyes full of love and she whispered those four words he so desperately wanted to hear: 'I love you too'.
And now as they stood in the middle of her room, six months into their relationship, happier than ever and hopelessly in love, staring into eachothers eyes, they didn't have a care in the world.
She tilted her head up and fluttered her eyes shut. Isaiah studied at her for a second, admiring to way her pink lips puckered slightly, loving the way her freckles dotted her fair skin like constellations and relishing in the feeling of her arms around him, her torso pressed tightly against his. Then he leaned down and finally met her lips in a loving kiss.
No matter how many times they kissed, everytime their lips met butterflies danced in both of their stomachs. Everytime again their cheeks flushed and their breath caught in their throat. They couldn't get enough of eachother.
His hand caressed her waist as his other softly stroked her cheek. Her arms tightened around his neck and she pulled him even closer to her.
The soft, loving kiss quikly turned into a heated, passionate kiss. Isaiah shuffled closer to the bed, not breaking the kiss. When y/n's knees hit the edge of the bed and they both fell down onto the soft mattress she giggled and he chuckled softly. He crawled ontop of her and started pulling her dress up a bit while she started unbuttoning his shirt.
Isaiah moved from her lips to her neck and started leaving wet kisses all the way down to her collarbones, drawing soft moans and gasps from her lips.
Hearing quiet footsteps y/n put her hands on his chest and sat up. He furrowed his brows, "What's wrong love?" His question was answered when she put her finger to his lips and he finally heard the soft clacking of heels hitting the floor, the sound growing louder with each second.
They looked at eachother with wide eyes before y/n started ushering him to get under the bed. He followed her instruction and quickly crawled underneath her bed, trying to be as quiet as he possibly could. The footsteps were incredibly close now, just infront of her door. Y/n scramled back onto her bed and tried to pull her dress back down, she grabbed a book and opened it on a random page just as there was a knock on the door.
"Yes?" She answered, she knew she could just stay quiet and pretend she was asleep. But she was fairly sure that this was her aunt Polly due to the heeled footsteps. And Polly Gray wouldn't fall for a pretend sleep, especially not if it was her niece, whom she had known her whole life.
The door opened and as she guessed, Polly Gray appeared in the doorway, smiling warmly at her niece. The older woman stepped into the room and looked around, "Hey, just wanted to check in, thought I heard something."
Shit. Maybe y/n had giggled louder than she thought she had. She kept her face neutral, not a trace of lying on her face, and put a soft smile on her lips, "I'm fine, don't know what you heard but it didn't come from here, unless you heard the pages turn." She gestured to her book and chuckled lightly at her own joke.
Polly nodded with a small smirk and started to walk back out of the room, pulling the door with her. Pointing a finger at her niece she spoke sternly, "Good night, don't stay up reading to late."
"Good night, Pol."
Her aunt was now out of the room but the door was still slightly open. She almost sighed in relieve before she heard the voice of her aunt again.
"And tell Isaiah to wait 'till you're alone in the house next time." She closed the door.
Oh, shit.

Johnny Cade x Fem!reader, Dallas Winston x Fem!reader.
summary: Johnny has a crush on the reader and Dallas knows this, he approaches her and tries to sweet talk her but instead she asks Johnny out right in front of him.
warnings: bit of swearing, rejection which is pretty triggering for Dallas.
English is not my first language! Book descriptions!
-------------------------------------------------------------
"Hey Johnnycakes, you do know nothin's gonna happen from just starin' at her right?"
Johnny rolled his eyes. Of course he knew that, but he wasn't confident enough to actually ask her out so he chose to stick with admiring her from afar.
Dallas didn't really help with his confidence problem, in fact he just made it worse. It was like he was sucking all the confidence out of the air and refused to share it with someone who needed it.
He decided to play with the situation a bit when y/n stood up from her table at the café and came walking past them to exit the building.
Just as she walked by Dallas stood up and blocked her path to the door. He smirked charmingly and fiddled playfully with the toothpick between his lips, his signature move. It usually made all the girls swoon but y/n just looked annoyed. She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, putting her weight on on foot and cocking her hip out. She stared right back at him and her vicious glare almost made Dallas recoil.
"What do you want Winston, I've got places to be and things to do." She demanded, smiling sarcastically. The boy in front of her simply chuckled and looked at his friend who was sitting at the table, looking uncomfortable and slightly jealous,
"Whoah Princess, no need to be so hostile," When she didn't say anything and just continued to glare at him he went on, "Go out with me, we'll get some drinks, watch a movie, and when you're home with me I might get to see what's underneath that pretty little dress. What do ya say?"
Y/n had to hold herself back from strangling the blond, she knew about Dallas Winston's shenanigans with almost all the girls in town and she wasn't about to be added to that list.
Her cold glare turned into a sweet smile and she took a step towards him, putting her hand on his chest, "You know, I get why all the girls fall to their knees before you, unfortunately-" She paused and stepped even closer to him, sliding her hand from his chest to his neck and leaning close to his ear. Then she brought her knee up and hit him right in his groin causing him to double over in pain. Still leaning close to his ear she continued in a low voice, "My type ain't arrogant juvenile assholes."
Johnny, who was still sitting at the table, snorted loudly, but looked down shyly when y/n looked at him. She smiled softly at him, a genuine smile, and then she spoke up, "Your friend Johnny over here is though."
Y/n had seen Johnny staring at her a couple of times and she was definitely intrigued by him. He was handsome, with his tanned skin and his dark eyes. His long hair falling over his forehead almost always hiding his face. And unlike Dallas he didn't go around harassing every soul he came by. He seemed sweet, but he was incredibly shy. Luckily for him, y/n wasn't.
"So how about you Johnny, wanna go out with me?"
Jonny was shocked to say the least, the girl he had been pining over for weeks had just asked him out. He was still as a statue for a couple moments, when he finally did speak up his voice was quiet and timid,
"Uh, yeah, yeah definitely."
Y/n smiled widely and pushed Dallas, who was still recovering, away from her.
"Great, meet me at the Diary Queen, tomorrow night. 8:00 don't be late." With one last smile to Johnny and a pat on the back to Dallas y/n walked out of the café.
Johnny was smiling brightly when Dallas sat back down in front of him. The older of the two looked completely lost. His shock was evident in his voice when he perked up again,
"What the hell just happend?"
