Early morning air

And a bunch of snow white flowers

Such fresh lillies in my garden

Craving for undivided attention..

Been standing here staring for hours

Even as mind's astray

Struggling to get hold

Of one delusionary mirage

Shall i call them beautiful

Or deem fit ugly..

The inner voice has been screaming

An easy question i have no answers yet

These tender snow white blossoms

How do you decide

If its gorgeous or else otherwise..

Okay maybe

You love them now

And next moment hate that very beauty

But did almighty make a rule

Just for your shenanigans..

Thy thoughts

They make hell no difference

Of course it does

Speak volumes about only you..

For every time

Your words paint a label on em'

Something changes

In the way you conduct

Or maybe those lenses go blurry..

Staring back

Into the eyes of rising sun

Early morning breeze

And a game of hide and seek

Me and waves from that lost season..

Few old prayers sealed in envelopes

Mailed yet again

To that new officer on duty

At courts of eternal system

Like screaming, describing a picture

But the painter's brush be ever stubborn..

Kiss in mind, your words on lips

Heart still wears

Thy leftover cute little mickey tees

Except for these desires

They agreed to everything else in the deal..

Happiness shall then pay you a visit

At unknown lanes of life

Wrong turns or be it those busy streets

Big expensive cars at farmhouse of dreams

This tradeoff and my lonely evenings

Sun setting for centuries..

Maybe candles work

But darling i bet you try out

A broken hopeless soul, its worship

Not a religion no holy books to preach

Yet it can cure successive drops of agony!!

You say call me honey

But i think its a terrible idea

For it makes no sense

Wonder why?

Look around

Those men their gods

Scriptures traditions also symbols

Reeking of clueless devotion..

Every child here grows up

Being told which one to pursue

Names humans made like fools

Surprise surprise

The conscience knows nothing..

Neither an address nor some road

Ways to touch, feel, hear

Wondering where and how to explore

Spending ages

Craving for almighty..

What about me?

Everything that my senses reckon

All of what my eyes see

Sun moon stars

The oceans or winds..

Your love is omnipresent out there

Also deep rooted inside me

So why destroy this great kingdom

With useless boundaries

For the moment i give a name

To your love

It will be reduced to

Just one dot in universe!!

We are nothing, neither a theist nor atheist!!

Lighting candles at church

She gave an ultimatum to God

One more heartbreak

And i shall lose hope in thee,

This stranger though was sincere

He hadn't come to drink

But cherish every single drop

Of her beautiful soul..

Years later

The mother inside

Couldn't help but weep

How could that animal hurt my girl,

Scratches of patriarchy its ego

Justice forced to stay mute

City of wimpish men

No one would speak against the mogul..

Our world failed her

Et tu almighty

Show me a ray of light

Can't see my child cry anymore,

Or else

I shall lose hope in thee

Her quiver its last reed

But the trade didn't go through..

Now then folks all around

Exclaim about spirit of her atheism

While still basking

Inside faith's rough old sheets,

Waiting for a hurricane of problems

So they could strike a deal

Years of lighting candles selfless belief

Lord you owe us loyalty!!
