This was the first time Tommy was going on special deployment since they'd started dating - he was heading all the way to Canada, to the out of control wildfires decimating northern Alberta. And Buck had promised not to worry when Tommy had told him the night before, but he's been up half the night remembering the bone-deep, icy panic when Hen's chopper had gone down outside San Angelo, the desperation with which they'd searched for her and the Texas captain, seeing her unconscious in that old mine shaft... "Hey," Tommy said gently, his other hand taking Buck's where it was squeezing Tommy's pillow. "Evan, I'll be okay. I'm very good at my job."  "I know," Buck said lowly.  Tommy leaned in, forcing Buck to make eye contact with him. "Hey. You think I worry about you, when you hang from the side of a high-rise or throw yourself into a burning semi truck?" To be fair, Buck had only done each of those things once since they got together (okay, the high-rise happened twice, but it was LA, there were a lot of high-rises).  "Uh, yeah," Buck said, turning over to face him better. "I think you do worry about me. Probably has something to do with you meeting me on the scene and scooping me into your arms, saying oh Evan, I was so worried - " "I did not scoop you - " "You did some scooping, Kinard," Buck teased. "Chim and Hen still haven't let me live it down."

oooh i was just tryna find some huayin content because i was bored and a little tired and wanted to cheer myself up AND GUESS WHAT

i thought tumblr was a safe place for me to be insane and queer and have a good time w my silly little rarepairs and polycules and hcs

but apparently. i can't ask for one place to be silly lmao there are ppl on tumblr still being like haters... for ships they could easily avoid? and putting it... under the huayin tag? which is, you know. the uh. the intention is kind of confusing. esp since ppl search up that tag w the intent to consume content related to their personal interests and probably don't want to see ppl hating on what they enjoy in the process <3

once again i don't really see the point in so avidly hating a ship that ur tagging it... in hopes that ppl who ship it will see it? because... they're ppl who ship it... and will likely not agree w u... and will likely just see u as another hater... and either ignore or fight and like where will that get anyone? sincerely? and hating an artist so much like w so much passion i think there are better things in life to do such as: find an artist u do like and move on!!

hua cheng rarely got sick, but when he did, he wasn't worried (he knew yin yu would take good care of him)

both yin yu and hua cheng know how to cook, so they make each other meals when they know the other is too busy to remember to cook for themselves

yin yu can read hua cheng's handwriting! possibly the only person on heaven, hell, and earth who can, he's really used to seeing his messy scribbles and has learned how to decipher them

hua cheng was kind of a xie lian gatekeeper for a while, but he regaled yin yu with stories and let yin yu into his temple dedicated to xie lian

e'ming trusts yin yu and likes him to equal levels to xie lian

they have some little odd creatures of mysterious background that they keep and raise together in paradise mansion

yin yu asked hua cheng to teach him how to draw and paint and hua cheng has little lessons for him when they're both free

yin yu's interested in different kinds of masks, so hua cheng gifted him a room and funds to invest in new ones

they have chill time once a month when they're required to leave their work to just spend an entire day together

hua cheng's love language to yin yu is acts of service and gift giving

yin yu's love language to hua cheng is acts of service (no wayyy) and touch

Ushi Gozen being an Avenger in the FSR event in FGO makes a lot of sense actually. Remember Berserkers are primarily focused on madness, insanity or loss of sense, that kinda thing. Ushi in whatever path you took, was in complete control of herself.

Avengers are, instead, fueled by anger and hate. The reason that she acted the way she did, was because although she believed in Yui's vision for the world...it was filtered through her experiences. Ushi Gozen is not insane, her senses have not left her, she is simply blinded by pure fury. A cackling demon of thunder and revenge, screaming for the blood of a world that made her suffer for something she had no control over. Yes, that sounds like an Avenger to me.

I just did Jonny d'Ville eyeliner and how the hell did he get his off. I used a pencil which I believe is generally easier to get off than liquid liner (although I could be making that up idk) and it was horrible to remove. I think Jonny's eyeliner looks more like liquid based on the smoothness of the lines and opacity and stuff. How the FUCK

it’s definitely an odd feeling for them? because the whole thing is they’ve been hiding it up until that point, that’s their problem, and it’s hard to go from that to just laying all their cards on the table. for the first day or two they’re still trying their best to stay human, with only a few slip ups.

but it’s exhausting. and it hurts. and with a little bit more prodding from his family, he eventually just gives it up entirely. and you know what? it’s fine! everyone adapta well! that’s still their siffrin, and they’re still going to take care of him. even if they need to figure out a few new ways to communicate

other than "pls dont tell asmo about that",,,, i have questions about these freaking vegetables (im putting under the cut since im talking about food and bad eating habits/diet related stuff)

im assuming they would have to be mixed with other regular ingredients to prevent the hunger but it sounds like ppl would use them as the main component in a dish or just eat them by themselves

So does all of it get digested? No leftovers (waste) comes out the other end im guessing? is it like a magic type thing?? it has to be right? Cause if not...ur body will take the calories needed to replace the ones burnt, take the nutrients, and the rest will just get tossed out

And since it doesnt make you full, like wouldnt it be way too easy to overeat this type of thing? so you could accidentally end up making urself go to the restroom more often :/

Ig if it gives u the nutrients u need that itll be useful then. So maybe its a 'heres ur macros for the day' type dealo? but u still have to go eat an actual meal or make sure u mix it with other stuff tho

hey. anyone ever think about 1x06 Skin. what if Dean died, but being in Dean's shape made something snap in the shifter's mind and it decided to take Dean's place for real. and it had absorbed enough of Dean's memories and personality that he was pretty much just Dean except Sam is more wary of him, at least for a while. (and John of course never notices that's not his real son.)
