so basically after frequenting this chinese restaurant not so far away from their apartment, they wanted to impress the waiter by ordering in chinese. they stayed up all night learning those words. he was kind of surprised? and when they asked if they're right he just corrected it a bit after asking them in his beautiful voice, "what do you want to say?" they didn't mind much as they don't really get the difference or the meaning of what they said. they repeated and it was fond. he was smiling. It's a tiny smile. he couldn't stop thinking about it...
