1 Thessalonians 4:17 (NKJV) -
Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

“Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.” 1 Thessalonians 4:17
In ancient weddings, the groom would take the initiative. He would go to the father of the bride’s house, negotiate for the bride, and pay a price for the bride. This was called the betrothal.

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:17-18
“He has promised He will never leave you: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” —Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV)
He speaks to you through the Bible: “For we have the living Word of God, which is full of energy, like a two-mouthed sword. It will even penetrate to the very core of our being where soul and spirit, bone and marrow meet! It interprets and reveals the true thoughts and secret motives of our hearts.” —Hebrews 4:12 (TPT)
He has given you other believers to walk alongside you: “Brothers and sisters, we urge you to warn those who are lazy. Encourage those who are timid. Take tender care of those who are weak. Be patient with everyone.” —1 Thessalonians 5:14 (NLT)
He has been faithful in the past and will be faithful in the future: “Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes].” —James 1:17 (AMP)
His character never changes: “God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?” —Numbers 23:19 (NLT)
Kristin at “The Daily Grace Co.” and “Cultivate What Matters” shared a post on Instagram: "Sometimes anxiety is overwhelming. Sometimes it feels like God is silent. As someone that has struggled with anxiety…I just keep coming back to the gift of the presence of the Lord with us. It seems each morning over the past year when I open my Bible, I am reminded of it again. The Lord is with us. He does not leave us to walk through this life alone. He will go before us. He will never abandon us.
But sometimes it doesn’t feel like He is near. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like he is speaking. And in those times…we have to remind ourselves of what is true…even if we don’t feel it. Knowing that we are not alone gives us the courage to step into the unknown.
God has used this truth in the past year to give me so much freedom from the struggle with anxiety. I am so grateful for the way He comforts us in our need. So I will let these words sink into my heart. He is with me. Maybe you need to take a deep breath tonight and remind yourself of that truth as well.”
BEHOLD! He comes with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him, and they will beat their breasts with grief over Him, all the peoples of the earth. Yes! Amen! #Revelation1 #Zechariah12 #Jesuscomes

Reason 4: Encouragement – The prophetic word fills the believer with certainty and confidence in difficult times
In Luke 21, 25 – 28 the Lord Jesus Christ told us:
”There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror,…
Heavenly Father, I come before you with a grateful heart, for Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:8 to focus on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. In 1 Thessalonians 5:18, we are instructed to give thanks in all circumstances. Today, I choose gratitude, knowing that every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17). Help me, Lord, to fix my thoughts on the goodness that surrounds me, for Psalm 34:8 teaches us that those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
But what I found most TD related is the horn or trumpet sound when the back of the truck opens and Daryl looks on, it's like a big reveal, and then it cuts to Carol who is a depiction of Beth.
It's interesting because a trumpet call depicts the coming of Christ at both the beginning and end of the book of Revelation.
We may have been given a depiction of this coming on Easter after all.
The Wolves truck crushing into Alexandria also had a horn or trumpet 🎺 blasting when the "harvest" came home.
Biblically harvest means to collect those who are believers together, and a trumpet call is used to trigger this collection.
A trumpet is also sounded in association with Christ's return.
The first time Christ returns is depicted by this verse.
1 Thessalonians 4. 16-17
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel (Gabriel) and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
It's a depiction of Christ coming to collect his church (harvest) before the antichrist rises.
Then another trumpet is sounded when Christ returns 7 years later to defeat the antichrist.
Revelation 11.15
The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world (antichrist) has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.”
The trumpet sounds when Christ returns to set up the Millennial kingdom.
But it also sounds just before the antichrist sets up the antichrist kingdom.
♾️
So the trumpet 🎺 or horn sound is a depiction of Beth's arrival and the harvest going home.
But it's also a depiction of her coming to set up her kingdom.
“Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).” —Ephesians 6:18 (AMPC)
“But when you pray, go into your private room, shut your door, and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” —Matthew 6:6 (HCSB)
“Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.” —Philippians 4:6 (HCSB)
“Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The urgent request of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect.” —James 5:16 (HCSB)
“If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.” —John 15:7 (AMPC)
“Pray constantly.” —1 Thessalonians 5:17 (HCSB)
“Therefore pray in this manner: Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come; Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” —Matthew 6:9-13 (MEV)
“Prayer is not so much an act as it is an attitude -an attitude of dependency, dependency upon God.”
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
