Lyrics:
If you get to hear me now
I know you'll get stronger
When you get older
Just don't shrug your shoulders
When you get older
Things aren't easy
So just you believe me now
If you don't keep it cool now
You'll never make a sound
If you get to hear me now
All the lights will guide the way
If you get to hear me now
All the fears will fade away
If you get to hear me now
If you get to hear me now
Leave excuses aside
Speak out your mind
Don't let in slide
You're not always right
Things aren't easy
So just you believe me now
Don't learn the hard way
Songwriter:
Just let me show you how
All the lights will guide the way
If you get to hear me now
All the fears will fade away
If you get to hear me now
If you get to hear me now
If you get to hear me now
If you get to hear me now
If you get to hear me now
If you get to hear me now
If you get to hear me now

Gorillaz fans are the most hypocritical people I've ever seen. The comments were extremely vile and ignorant. No wonder this fandom is so toxic.
Anyways Russel says free Palestine 🇵🇸 💜

i've been leading up to this poll for awhile by doing polls of top billboard hot 100 hits for each year - all from top 30 or so but not the exact top 10 as i would skip repeat artists or songs i didn't think were super memorable today.
if you check out my poll of just the actual billboard #1s for 2000s, you can see that absolutely none of the #1s won any of these year polls lol. but here i do feel we've got a truly solid group of competitors!!

Someone once posted that your taste in music ends around the time you're in high school/college, and I thought that was bullshit until I looked at every Billboard Top 100 list since 1990. I started recognizing titles in the mid-90s (right before I was born) and stopped recognizing them in the mid-2010s (right smack dab in the middle of my college years)
Shit.
So-called free thinker, over here 👍

Lyrics:
The world can be a nasty place
You know it, I know it, yeah
See, we don't have to fall from grace
Put down the weapons you fight with
And kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em with kindness
Go ahead, go ahead now
We're running out of time chasing our lives
Everyday a small piece of you dies
There's aways somebody you're willing to fight, to be right
Your lies are bullets, your mouth's a gun
No war and anger was ever won
Put out the fire before igniting
Next time you're fighting
Please, kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em with kindness
Go ahead, go ahead now
Your lies are bullets, your mouth's a gun
No war and anger was ever won
Put out the fire before igniting
Why can't we stop fighting?
And kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em with kindness
Kill 'em, kill 'em, kill 'em with kindness
Songwriter:
Kill 'em with kindness

Go ahead, go ahead now

Charting Yellowstone Wolves, by Dr. James Halfpenny, 2012
I absolutely LOVE this book, it charts the Yellowstone wolf packs from 1995 to 2011. There's an updated/more recent version that I desperately want as well, but it's spensive :')

In terms of lap count, I still don't know if I prefer the old way of counting down the laps(ex. the first lap of a race is 58/58) or the current way of counting up(ex. first lap is 1/58.) The old way is a bit confusing bcs you have to do math to figure out what lap it's on, but at the same time I like instantly knowing how much of the race is left. I feel like the count-down makes it more tense because it just makes you more aware of the time ticking down if that makes sense?
