Physical Disability
Logically you and I know that it looks different with each person who experiences disability. However still, you have an idea ingrained in your head what it looks like. It might be being in a wheelchair, being on oxygen, being on crutches, missing a limb, it might even look like a feeding tube or an inhaler to you.
Society is not kind to those who disabilities are hidden, those who disabilities lie in their immune system, their digestive system, the muscles, their bones. People even feel entitled to seeing what's wrong with you, demanding your health for tasks that leave you in agony.
Society is so ablest that even if you suffer from a invisible disability you may never learn how to care for yourself as you need to. Internal ablism and restlessness will drive you to push yourself till you break again and again.
I do not think I alone can change society, but society needs to change. In one of the "most welcoming" states I have found ridicule and suffering from daring to not be the perfect healthy woman. I could comment on current politics but I will leave with just this, America is not the best country, and can never be free until every citizen can be able to live in society, not as an cankerous sore, but as an equal.

My dad was out playing on that motorcycle I fell off of and hurt himself on it, so I feel significantly less stupid for bruising my rib falling off of it. It's just that the thing is out for blood, it demands an offering of pain, and it totally wasn't because I was stupid

The chanting of fucking shit fucking shit in my head rn feels thematically appropriate as I try to pant breathe through my cartilage cracked ribs that won't heal
