Sfrutta l’emotività a danno della razionalità. Tutte tecniche “standard” nel marketing, come negli show televisivi. Ma il suo successo dipende soprattutto dalla garanzia che tale propaganda sia l’unica a disposizione della gente e degli stessi analisti della guerra. Da mesi sappiamo del conflitto soltanto ciò che viene dalla parte ucraina e lo vediamo amplificato in tutto il mondo. Non si tratta soltanto di essere privati dell’accesso alla verità, ma anche della facoltà di valutare la narrativa dell’avversario, necessaria per individuare quali sono i temi più sensibili, quali i punti deboli delle forze in campo, i loro scopi dichiarati messi a confronto con quelli resi evidenti dalle operazioni. E questa privazione diventa una vulnerabilità del nostro sistema istituzionale, politico e militare. "

valentino: the kind of owner that likes to occasionally show up just to sit in his office in the back and pretend to do paperwork while gossiping with managers about hiring decisions

aleix: kitchen manager (used to work the grill)

dovi: used to be assistant/hiring manager but quit </3. still shows up to chat and have a beer sometimes and ppl are always trying to give him free stuff but he's too humble

dani: used to be front of house manager. had a secret tryst with lorenzo that the entire restaurant found out about and resulted in a slow motion mega-breakup and they both got fired

lorenzo: used to be kitchen manager (see above)

marc: neurotic lead server/front of house manager who is always stressed about something but customers love him. threatens to quit all the time

front of house:

pecco: the actual best server but is always getting shit bc vale (a "family friend" who is basically his father) got him the job

joan: server who disappears for 15-30 minute increments to go have mini breakdowns

fabio: server who shows up for opening shift & everyone saw him partying on instagram last night but he doesn't seem hungover so he keeps getting scheduled for it anyway even though it is secretly killing him

bezz: server who is super popular with costumers but forgets orders more than anyone

luca: host who can do no wrong

enea: host who is ALWAYS getting shit from the servers for overseating their section but he doesn't care

maverick: lead bartender who knows how to work basically every station in the kitchen

jack: second bartender/barback who really wants to learn grill but aleix won't promote him bc he knows jack and maverick used to have a thing when they were literal teenagers & he's obsessed with playing with his coworkers like dolls. he doesn't even rly want them to get back together he just wants to see how long this weird animosity will go on for

back of house:

taka: easily the best cook but is never scheduled for more than 2 or 3 days per week. no one has any idea what his main job is, but if he's this good at his side hustle, it's gotta be something insane

morb: cook (can work grill & saute interchangeably) who never shows up on time and never answers texts but basically can't be fired because he's one of the best cooks, always helps clean and never calls out

jorge: grill cook who everyone thinks might actually be dating aleix since they go for breaks together all the time but aleix for sure has a wife and children... everyone's gathered around the backdoor listening to them chat outside trying to deduce whether or not adultery is occurring

brad: actual best grill cook and Good Bloke

alex rins: salads & cold apps. bc he's vegetarian. always shows up early to chat with aleix and stays late to help clean up but no one ever hears from him on days he's not scheduled. always claims he's hanging out with aleix and jorge but cannot substantiate it

alex marquez: king of expo who is the only one sending orders out on time. if marc is running an order they will always whisper with each other... who knows what they're discussing

diggia: dishwasher extraordinaire who desperately wants to work literally any other station

oliveira: meal prep. runs the walk-in like he was born in it and has the best gossip about everyone

zarco: butcher (derogatory)

“ Diceva Eschilo che «la prima vittima della guerra è la verità». Ma la seconda è la logica. Putin affermava di voler «denazificare l’Ucraina», ma usava le bombe e i carri armati, cioè gli stessi metodi con cui Hitler nazificava l’Europa. Gli atlantisti ribattevano che «non si tratta col nemico»: semmai si tratta con l’amico, ma su cosa? Boh. Joe Biden dava del «macellaio» e del «genocida» a Putin, epiteti decisamente appropriati, soprattutto il primo. Ma un tantino indeboliti dal pulpito da cui provenivano: quello del padrone della macelleria (che ha fatto molte più guerre e molti più morti di Putin e al massimo potrebbe assumerlo come garzone). Bill Clinton coglieva l’occasione della guerra di Putin per vantarsi di aver allargato la Nato a Est «pur consapevole che i rapporti con la Russia potevano tornare conflittuali», perché «l’invasione russa dell’Ucraina dimostra che era necessario». Che è un po’ come dire: l’ho preso a calci in culo e lui mi ha spaccato la faccia, quindi avevo ragione io a prenderlo a calci in culo. I trombettieri delle Sturmtruppen ripetevano due mantra. 1. «La Nato è un’alleanza difensiva» (ma non spiegavano come mai nella sua storia abbia aggredito mezzo mondo). 2. «La Nato difende i valori della democrazia» (ma non spiegavano perché vanti tra i suoi soci la Turchia di Erdoğan e abbia appena fomentato un golpettino in Pakistan per cacciare un premier non gradito). Il presidente ucraino Volodymyr Zelensky intimava all’Ue di rinunciare al gas russo «sporco di sangue», «finanziando il genocidio»: lui però continuava ad acquistarlo tramite Paesi vicini e società svizzere, pagandolo profumatamente, «finanziando il genocidio» e per di più incassando da Putin 1,4 miliardi l’anno «sporchi di sangue» per i diritti di transito del gasdotto russo sotto il suolo ucraino.

L’Onu espelleva la Russia dal Consiglio per i Diritti Umani, presieduto dall’Arabia Saudita (nota culla dei diritti umani, apprezzata da Matteo Renzi, ma soprattutto da Jamal Khashoggi, da ottanta giustiziati nel mese di marzo, nonché dai 370mila morti e dai venti milioni di affamati nello Yemen). Per non dipendere dal gas e dal petrolio dell’autocrate Putin, Draghi firmava contratti per far dipendere l’Italia dall’autocrate algerino Abdelmadjid Tebboune (che reprime partiti di opposizione e sindacati, fa arrestare attivisti per i diritti umani ed è fra i migliori partner militari di Mosca) e di altri regimi autocratici che hanno rifiutato di condannare la Russia all’Onu: Qatar, Egitto (vedi alle voci Regeni e Zaki), Congo (vedi alla voce Attanasio), Angola e Mozambico. E continuava a vendere armi all’Arabia Saudita e agli Emirati Arabi Uniti (i macellai dello Yemen), all’Egitto e al Qatar. A supporto del ribaltamento della logica, si provvedeva a ribaltare anche il vocabolario, secondo i dettami del ministero della Verità in 1984 di George Orwell: «La guerra è pace», «La libertà è schiavitù», «L’ignoranza è forza». Putin vietava di parlare di «guerra» perché la sua era solo un’«operazione militare speciale». E chi diceva il contrario finiva in galera. Ma in passato anche i buoni occidentali, quando aggredivano militarmente questo e quello, la guerra non la nominavano mai: meglio “missione umanitaria”, “esportazione della democrazia”, “peacekeeping”. A ogni strage di civili – regolarmente attribuita ai russi, anche nei casi in cui era opera delle truppe ucraine o dei loro fiancheggiatori neonazisti del Battaglione “Azov” – si ricorreva a termini impropri come “genocidio” (distruzione sistematica di un popolo, di un’etnia, di un gruppo religioso) e a paragoni blasfemi con l’Olocausto, la Shoah, la Soluzione Finale (termini finora usati da tutti, fuorché dai negazionisti, esclusivamente per quell’unicum storico che fu lo sterminio nazista degli ebrei). Ma bastava leggere i libri di Gino Strada per sapere che le stragi di civili sono una costante di ogni conflitto e si chiamano precisamente “guerra”, visto che in ciascuna il rapporto fra vittime civili e militari è invariabilmente di 9 a 1. E quella in Ucraina purtroppo non faceva eccezione, malgrado l’indignazione selettiva dei fanatici atlantisti che – per bloccare sul nascere qualunque tentativo di portare Putin al tavolo del negoziato – si affannavano a dipingere quel conflitto come diverso da tutti gli altri per le vittime civili, le fosse comuni, le torture, le violenze gratuite e le armi proibite (anch’esse caratteristiche costanti di tutti i conflitti, inclusi quelli scatenati dai “buoni”). “

Exodus and Hope Summers are in the desert where they lead the lost mutants as they fend off the evil clones and help the mutants to grow food and surviving.

Fabio Medina is in the desert where he is attacked by a bunch of Bishop clones. Just as Exodus picks Fabio up, a Wolverine clone appears and attacks them, but Hope Summers saves them. Hope points out that these Wolverine clones attack her the same way he did in AvX, and Bishop is attacking her again. It's her nightmares come to life. In a data page written by Destiny, it's revealed that the Krakoan mutants have worked together to form a new society here, using their powers to do the hard work of growing food, maintaining water supplies, and defending the perimeter. Exodus and Hope have looked for an escape but the desert goes on and on. Mother Righteous has helped find all of the members of the Five - Fabio Medina was the last. There is a very cult-looking resurrection ritual, as the Five work and Mother Righteous dances to contact the Waiting Room. It works. Hope Summers thanks Mother Righteous. Meanwhile, Destiny doesn't trust Mother Righteous so she tries to warn Exodus and Hope, but they are skeptical as Destiny never lets them read her mind to see what she knows from her visions. They agree that whenever Hope and Exodus are away, Destiny will keep watch on Mother Righteous.Mother Righteous sends Hope and Exodus to find someone. It's Jean who is chained up and in her modern costume. She's muttering her exact lines from the end of issue 2 of Jean Grey mini-series. Apocalypse appears and attacks Exodus while Hope tries to read Jean's mind. However, it gets more and more cryptic after Hope gets a psychic backlash from the delirious Jean.

Looks like there's a lot of mystery going on for the mutants in the desert such as the random appearance of Apocalypse, the evil clones and Jean Grey seemingly alive.

Monster appear similar looking to crushes, friends but also old bad thoughts of the past, traps are a given, and she starts off from protecting you from the mini bosses to ordering them to attack you instead to protect her treasure. As well as anything wants to protect her too
