Old House Arpexia (Long)

What is Canon (source https://tardis.fandom.com/wiki/House_Arpexia ):

House Arpexia is an Old Blood House (meaning that cousins were loomed with one heart and was one of the older houses on Gallifrey) which became one of the ruling houses (represented by the High Council) in the Second War in Heaven. Even during the War, it was committed to reason, science, and a belief in objective truth. It was best for experimental time ships and armoury. Many of its members had hypersensitive night vision, a strong sense of magnetism, and hallucinatory hysterics.

Non-canon/My Headcanon Stuff below the cut:

Location and Geography: Aprexia is located about 1000km South of the equator of Eastern Gallifrey, high in the mountains. The area is almost like a small valley in the middle of two mountains. There was a small pond that vanished in summer but appeared in the winter. Fauna and Flora: Grasslands that are both a mixture of deep red and brittle orange and yellow grasses with small translucent wildflowers. Tafelshrews and other small creatures lived in the grasslands. There is a small wooded forest at the end of the grasslands before the mountain ascends again. A majority of animals preferred the shade of the forest. Flutterwings were a nuisance in wetter summers. The largest creature was a Flubble. Climate: Arpexia is hot and dry most of the year. In the Gallifreyan equivalent of winter, it might get cold enough for frost of very light snow, but it’s very rare. Winters are generally chilly and humid. Summers would cause a human to be extremely uncomfortable.  Homes: Most of the community was built into the mountain and underground. Several of the High Council members did have small cottage-like estates above ground with a majority of their home underground. Active researchers resided in Arpexia, while most politicians chose the Capitol and students chose their respective Academies. Their homes were sparse believing clutter to be a distraction. Looms: Children emerged from the loom appearing as a human eight-year-old in order to distinguish mentors from apprentices. Family: Arpexia did not acknowledge familial ties even of those who were genetically brother-sister, mother-son. The House valued selective breeding for the best scientists or the best politicians, hence sometimes made allies with other houses for their gains.  Culture: Arpexia saw emotion as a weakness and valued logic and reason. They believed they were too busy to bother themselves with trivial conversation and compliments. Everything had a purpose or reason for being. Their lives revolved around research and gaining knowledge. Perceived cold and emotionless, they were much like Vulcans from Star Trek.

Only a few Arpexians still called themselves Arpexians by the end of the Great War in Heaven, the rest moved onto the Capitol. Only ruins existed after the Last Great Time War.

Princess Atta Flutterwing of Swynlake Hollow: Okay this is a very recent addition to the Box of Potentials but the potential is still there! The idea of finding a human apartment because the Queen has decreed you need to understand humans which means you're essentially On Your Own for the first time in your whole life? Yes, of course, you can visit home but it's a whole change in the dynamics if you're visiting rather than living there. A coming of age story! Never Grow Up by Taylor Swift ANYONE!??!

Eve Harper: My concept for Eve is very different than the skeleton, admittedly. I can see Eve walking through the world with her OCD first as an adversary then as a way to look at things from other angles. I always picture her as a sorcerer (Divination Specialty) with the gift of Prophecy that makes her obsessions and compulsions all that more complicated to navigate. Just knowing she can do good with these gifts but also knowing that it's not quite as reliable as people might think.

Pearl Beck: The idea of this bright and bubbly cecaelia is really fun! The other two are evil (love you Ursula and Morgana) and Pearl just desperately wants to be accepted. Nowhere that has claimed to be 'Magick Friendly' has ever truly allowed her to stay because of the stigma of her abilities but she doesn't let it get her down!

     talking to new people wasn’t exactly something that kigata was great at. she always would flash a smile and a wave, maybe a quick hi, but for the most part she stuck to talking to her classmates and a couple of the people from class 1-a. the boy standing in front of her was from neither but - instead - is from the top 3 heroes in the entire school.  now, technically she wasn’t approaching him to talk but just needed to grab a pair of chopsticks that he was standing in front of.

     eyes go to the food on the tray in her hand. maybe she could just eat it without chopsticks...no. that was stupid. quick breath and then a smile,   “ um, excuse me. tamaki amajiki? you mind if i... ”   she then pointed to the utensils he stood in front of.

Today was the first day of Emma’s last year of high school at U.A. As she walked through the gates, she fondly reminisced about her time here. She remembered the times when she first started here when she would be trying to get through the gates, but the paparazzi who consistently followed her idol work would block her way, begging for the time of day. Even an inconvenience like that she sort-of missed. Nowadays they left her be, for the most part, but even today some of the more persistent ones were mobbing near the front gates.

She heard the chatter of conversation in front and behind her, and she quickly threw a glance back. Ah, fellow third-years. But they were in the Hero Course. Emma wishes her Quirk could be something more powerful, but alas, it was not meant to be.

She had spoken to some of them before, seeing as they were all third-years, but their words were often short and quick. Emma decided today would be the day that she would exchange more then pleasantries with them.

“Amajiki-kun!” She waved to him, a friendly smile on her face. Hopefully her idol charisma would get him to look her way.

Salutations My Dear Citizens!!!

Lady Vulca has made a full recovery from her capture and is set to work next week. I have been working from home and caring for her as we rebuild a life together after being apart. Everyone knows that traumatic events like this are very difficult for telepathic life partners to rebuild and take time. As soon as Vulca was well enough we took refuge at a rehabilitation center off-planet where we could get more holistic treatment and take our time in the beauty of the universe.

We also were finally approved to make a joint collection as our first big splash into the exciting world of fashion.

It's cliche but the name "Metamorphosis" seems appropriate for this upcoming Flutterwing collection yes? Here is a design for a runway look.
