How I think the characters on my write list (+a few) would react to you falling asleep on them! (HCs)

This post is a semi-filler. I'm taking a break from my Eddie fic to work on this because my motivation is going DOWN. Rest assured at least two new fics ( not including this one) are coming very soon!

Steve Harrington

- He is stiff as a board.

- He does everything in his power to gently lay you down (if possible) without waking you up.

- He has so many photos of you when you're in deep sleep

- even one where he put yourfinger up your nose

- Dustin liked that one.

Billy Hargrove

- He is also very still.

- He quite likes it, actually

- You're like a weighted blanket to him

- He's not to worried about waking you up

- but he's always sad when you do because he loves you lying on him.

- He has a photo of you asleep in your dinner. Deffo.

Jason Carver

- shoves you to the floor.

- jkjk

- no, he does slide you away though

- it makes him uncomfortable when someone is sleeping on him, so dont be upset if you wake up to him sneaking away

Eddie Munson

- He is also probably asleep

- you not awake = boring

- so, his solution is to sleep too.

- on the rare occasion he isn't sleeping, he often is holding your back/waist

- If he starts getting sore he pinches the end of your nose to wake you up, and always apologizes for doing so but never stops.

- He has a video recording of you sleepwalking and singing to "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" while you sweep the couch. You woke up because of how hard he was laughing.

Chrissy Cunningham

- She's always suprised, though it happens quite often

- Usually she sleeps on you, so it's nice

- Her shoulders are a little bony though, so usually you end up cuddled up in the crook of her neck <3

- she holds you very tightly, but not enough to wake you. Shes honestly worried you'll fall off of her!

- (she puts a variety of hats on your head, if she manages to get up without waking you)

- She has a poloraoid wall, and most of them are you and her together, or you sleeping with a bunch of hats stacked on your head

Jim Hopper

- He's the best cuddler EVER

- hes so STRONG and holds you in PLACE!

- he has his arms around you and you'd die if you moved

- he loves affection okay he's just mean about it sometimes

- if he has a coat/flannel/OUTERWEAR he takes it off and lays it on you instead of a blanket

- it's nice because it's warm and smells like him, which is sweet

- Will murder if someone wakes you up. There is no joke here. Eleven was grounded for three days.

- Mama bear! MAMA BEAR!

- She is the best cuddler on this LIST!!

- She has three kids, she has EXPERIENCE in CUDDLES!

- Massages your scalp while your sleeping and if she pulls away you wake up, which leads to hilarious interactions between her and Will when she needs something.

- " Stop laughing Will. Just hand me the remote."

- "It's literally beside you!"

- "Shhh! Hand the remote to your poor old mom!"

- when you fall asleep on him he cries.

- not really but he's killed by the pure trust and kind of wants too

- gives you kithes 🥺

- mostly on the top of your head, but the forehead and your cheeks (depending on the way your head is laying) are hotspots too

- its way to quiet when you're asleep so he falls asleep too

- Which leads to the both of you waking up with a huge bright camera flash as his mom cooes at the both of you

- (bottom left drawer of his dresser, there's a collection of photogrpahs where he's put makeup on your face in your sleep. Also includes you sleeping in his hat, you sleeping cuddled up with him, and you literally sleeping face-down on his bed.)

Mike Wheeler

- Sorry people but you never sleep on him.

- Have you seen him? He's a stick and bony and lanky and ADORABLE but not to sleep on

- to sleep with, however, when you're the first asleep...

- He just likes to rub your arms through your shirt (or not, if you arent wearing one, duh)

- Sleeping together like this is a really intimate thing to him, so he finds it very special to watch you sleep

- his hands are naturally freezing, so he finds clever ways to sneakily twine your fingers together to warm them up

- His most creative way to do so is to put his hands behind your neck.

- you always wake up, laughing and gasping for him to move them, but he keeps them there till they're warm, and then you're both asleep again with your foreheads touching <3

Nancy Wheeler

- Now in my honest opinion..

- She has never had someone fall asleep on her until you

- Always unprepared and silently freaking out as she sits stiff as a board, hands in her lap twitching slightly as she stares at the wall or TV

- usually when you move around she takes the oppurtunity as well, making sure you're both comfy before settling

- Awkward! With! Her! HANDS!!

- Always everywhere! They're constantly moving

- Her feet do it too as she's also a restless sleeper and very fidgety

- always feels bad if it wakes you up

- sometimes its nice, one hand petting your head and the other rubbing your back..

- but sometimes her feet kick your ankles and sometimes it hurts, okay.

- also she sleeps with socks on. Didn't know how to fit this in. But she does.

- ( in preperation for you falling asleep on her on the couch, she has a basket of blankets next to the cushions, and theres water bottles and a secret stash of chips hidden under them >:} )

- usually doesn't know you're asleep until you stop answering his questions

- and then which he adjusts to hold you and continues talki g to himself.

- sometimes you'll mutter sleepy 'mmm's when he's said something interesting enough, but he shushes you because you're supposed to be asleep

- very good cuddler, but can never fall asleep

- when he gets tired he passes out, yes, but to get tired he'd have to run around the world four times

- well, he'd have to be mentally tired to fall asleep. No matter how sleepy his body is, he can't fall asleep without talking about anything aad everything until the words turn into whispers and then quiet nonsense.

- he has a photobook, and theres a picture of you sleeping so weirdly that it always gets a laugh (peter griffin fall 💀)

- so he just keeps on doing what he's doing.

- he probably asks you stupid questions, regardles of if you answer or not.

- honestly I love him so much idk how to write abt him zhshahah

- if he's asleep too he's probably resting his head on yours, arms lazily wrapped around tour neck as you bury your face in his neck and chest, holding his torso.

- freaking out verbally

- "Do not laugh at me, Will. They are not dead, right?"

- probably shaking bc sjes so scared that if she accidentally wakes you up you'll be upset with her

- eventually she relaxes, and moves your head (which has undoubtedly fallen to her shoulder) to her lap

- very gentle and sweet

- once she gets even more comfortable, she probably pets your head and baby-talks to you in a one-sided, lovey-dovey conversation.

- "Whos the most adowable S/O? Y/N is. Yeah he is. The best sleeper in the west."

- literally just wakes you up.

- if you DONT wake up she tries to literally "push your buttons"

- squeeze ur cheeks, poke ur nose, poke ur forehead

- She doesn't want to be trapped all day!

- (she really does though. If you don't get up soon she cuddles right up to fall asleep. Pretend to be asleep long enough and you get to hear Max snore. Loudly.)

- hes very soft and gentle with you at all times, and since most of the time the both of you are high as skyscrapers, it's a bit more wacky but a lot more sentimental.

- the funniest being the one of argyle standing on the roof of the van with you and attempting to push you onto the hood "long live the king"style, but you were held on tight

- usually jonathan doesn't quite get as high so he taks a lot of pictures

- he had music on softly in the background and blankets and everything all planned out

- once he just gains enough actual courage to ask for cuddles it'll be less odd when he asks you to watch the most boring show on the planet with him

- he kithes your head a lot bc he really loves you, but doesn't voice it a whole lot

- he moves you, despite how much he wants to stay and make sure you sleep well

- he doesn't move you very far. Usually you fall asleep in the rainbow room, so he just puts you in your own room to rest

- he always sneaks and checks on you, though, because you're still as graceful as a dying baby bird and vunreable all alone

- 4/10 not a good rainbow room cuddle buddy

- (alone, however, he's very sweet, apologizing for dumping you in your room all alone. Kisses all around, gives you a shoulder rub, you know, usual guilty boyfriend tendancies. Will always cuddle before he has to go back to his own room. He may be a lil' evil but you're his sweetheart <3 )

EXTRA/BONUS: OBSCUREISH CHARACTERS

Dr. Brenner/Papa (child reader, around 5-6)

- he isn't quite sure how you ended up so close to him in the rainbow room as he sat and observed the other children, but when he felt the pressure on his upper arm from you, he couldn't help but grinned

- he woke you up gently, offering you a quick nap in your assigned room, and you accepted by yawning and rubbing your eyes, nodding.

- he walked you to your room with an orderly, and tucked you into bed.

- totally down to tell you a story tbh. Just ask.

- the orderly is assigned to wake you up in exactly two hours, so you better get to sleep quick.

- but no matter. Papa is sure to lend you an extra hour if you need it.

Ted Wheeler 👹 (Holly's fraternal twin)

- he's asleep. He fell asleep first. You were just to scared to change the TV channel and fell asleep too on top of him with your sister.

- (he wakes up first too, and puts you both in bed, making sure you're covered and comfy before heading back to his chair. If you wake up in that time, he'lm tell you both some sort of a story, though it's a "tired dad" version. Usually you're the cool dragon, while Holly's the princess in fantasy stories.

Karen Wheeler 👹 (also Holly's twin)

- she was suprised, of course, when you appeared across from her on the couch and shoved your way into her lap, cuddling close and instantly falling asleep.

- she lets you sit there for awhile, patting your back, before she brings you to her room to let you nap up there. When Holly gets tired she'll join you, but for now you get the big bed!)

Barb Holland

- havfuubeakdvehx

- Hi barb *waves fingers like an idiot*

- she loves cuddles. There's never a time you ever "accidentally" fall asleep on her. Oh no. Youre her hostage now.

- Smooches. Smoochy poochy bwa bwbajettiwvd

- Push her glasses up her nose while you're barely awake, and then proceed to pass out. She will cry of cuteness. No jokes.

His Spidey-Senses | h. sero

College AU!Sero Hanta x [GN]Reader

CONTENT WARNING(S): sfw, light suggestive content, kithing 😙, tsundere!reader, sero may have hyper fixation on a certain Spiderman scene, established relationship.

A/N: this originally was a collab with a dear friend i am no longer friends with. ive been wanting to write sero more often and thought this would be the perfect work to finish and do so. if you so happen to be on my blog, ily. the first para to the fourth ("lectures -> day.") were written by her with very light editing whilst the rest is mine. wish we couldve finished this together years ago. anyways, hope yall enjoy this as much as i did finishing it. i'll make this post look prettier when my pc starts working again. 🥺🫶🏽

Lectures droned on and for you, it was a total bore. What you would give to be in the hero studies track and not stuck in the general studies degree... Hell, you were starting to consider your quirk turning anything you touch into rubber as a consideration for a strong quirk. As the blood hero, Vlad King, continued on, your eyes wandered to the clock above the board, counting down the seconds before the bell could finally ring. And sure enough, in ten seconds you were already bolting through the door.

You made quick steps to the end of the hall in hopes you could hurry and get these papers settled for the up-and-coming agency visit. As you shuffled through the papers you didn’t notice one of the windows that opened, the air from outside blowing the papers out of your hand before you could even think about what happened. Your eyes watched in defeat as the papers left your grasp, your brain not processing what had just occurred before one so happened to hit you in the face.

Your papers!

You rushed to the window and looked around in absolute worry, eyes wildly searching for them before sighing deeply in despair. How were you supposed to get them now? That was your only chance to get them done finally and they were due by the end of the day.

“Shit, shit, shit…” You mutter under your breath angrily as your eyes quickly scan the area helplessly. You crouch down body finally out of shock to collect your things. Of course when you finally finish this assignment after being so busy lately something out of your control happens again. While collecting your things in defeat a male's voice calls out to you from the open window.

"Did 'ya drop these?"

You whip your head around and look at the source of the sound, a gush of relief washing over you as you look over at your hero. "Oh my god," You stand up and lean against the ledge, hands reaching out for the remaining papers of the stack. The black-haired male pulls his hand back as you reach out to him, his actions making your arms recoil in confusion. A wave of annoyance promptly follows.

"Sero, give me the papers."

"Nuh-uh," Your boyfriend does his signature grin and moves to hang upside down from his tape. "You gotta give me a kiss first."

You scoff and tilt your head with a deadpan look, staring at him as you try to gauge if he is being deadass or not. You look away from his smug and handsome face, glancing left and right to make sure no one else occupies the hallway at this time. You chuckle as you wordlessly lean forward to give him a kiss, his soft lips eagerly meeting yours.

You and Sero had decided to binge old Marvel movies over the weekend and it may have been your worst and best mistake yet. Right into the first entry of the night, your excited boyfriend, Sero, insists that you start with Spiderman. You two bickered for a while as you wanted to go in chronological order, but later you chose to comply with his request only because he seemed excited to see it. In your memory, the movie was pretty good so there wasn't much complaining, but it wasn't the overall movie that got him obsessed. It was the most iconic bit of the movie for fanatics that set a cultural reset in cinema and fandom:

The upside-down kiss.

At that moment as your head laid on his chest, your cheek could feel the thumping in his chest speed up as the scene progressed. Instinctually you peer up at your boyfriend and lean away to see his face better, a playful smirk on your face as you squeeze him.

"No way you're blushing!" You sit up and get a better look at him with the dim and cozy lighting accentuating his cute face.

Sero rolls his eyes and gives you a look that begs for understanding, his hand grabbing your forearm as a plea. "Of course I am! That kiss was totally unnecessary."

"Mm, you think so?" You tease, body leaning into his and your face only centimeters away from his this time. "So you'd never want to try that with me?" Prying, your free hand that rested on his chest slid its way up to the side of your boyfriend's neck. Your thumb presses lightly against his pulse enjoying the way he shifts at the pressure on his neck.

"That's not what I mean and I didn't say that." Sero responds lowly. You two look into each other's eyes before leaning in to press your lips against his in a heavy kiss.

That night you two certainly did upside-down kiss, not exactly portrayed from the movie but you can already guess what went down. Either way, he was totally enraptured by that scene and used almost every chance he could to have you two recreate it.

You thought his infatuation was cute (which you made the mistake of telling him). In some instances, they were certainly out of place and even managed to gain a bit of a crowd when he'd give you a peck. You were a shy person when it came to showing affection, the fact that you were relaxed enough to do it so easily in private was a milestone. What really took the cake was his public displays of affection, the ongoing lookers enjoying a little too much of your abashed reaction to his advances. The perfect thing about your boyfriend is that he knows when and where to tease you, though. Every kiss he gave you caused you to feel embarrassment mixed with overwhelming love. Even in the more public settings, it was done with so much rizz you couldn't help but feel like a blushing schoolgirl or better yet, MJ. You couldn't lie, the whole appeal was that in many ways Sero always acted and felt like your own superhero—never mind the fact he was training to actually be one. As much as you were a tsundere at heart, his cheesy gestures always seemed to win you over.

But you know what the best part about this is?

You two were on the same page for your couple's costume this Halloween.

"You're my hero, seriously. I think I would've had a breakdown if you didn't catch those." You look up at him as he switches around to be upright again and step back as you collect the papers, giving him room to enter the hallway. He understands your thought process and effortlessly enters the building, gracefully landing on his feet. He makes sure to close the window behind him to avoid another mishap from occurring.

Sero doesn't say anything as he watches you fix the papers in order at a small table, eyes soft in their observations. There was a never-leaving tension on your delicate features, shoulders hunched while your back was impossibly straight. He had known you for a while now and it was clear to him that you were too stressed.

He stares at you for a bit longer making you look up at him with light confusion written all over your face at his silence. "Baby, let me take you out. You look stressed as fuck."

Your furrowed brows, slight frown, and irritation immediately lessen at him calling it out. You sigh softly and shake your head as you go back to rearranging your papers. You didn't want to outright say no, but there's no way you could easily agree. You felt bad either way with how much he does for you.

"C'mon, I can tell with my Spidey senses that you totally need me to take you out."

"'Ro, you have that training all the way into the evening tonight. I can't ask that of you!"

"Oh but you can," He genuinely smiles as he pulls you in by your waist. What you didn't know about him was that when he's around you, he always feels energized. Even if he had a super jam-packed schedule for a whole week, an hour with you always brightens his mood. He was more than willing to spend the rest of his night with you if it meant making you feel better. It wasn't like he secretly felt like he was sacrificing on his part either, he would willingly drop everything just to be with you. He pulls you closer as he places both of his hands on your waist and pulls you close to his chest. "Relax."

He mutters against your lips as you wrap your hands around his shoulders, a full-on kiss finally happening for the day. You softly hum as he applies more passion to the kiss, his hands sliding up a bit to hold your back and you arch into him. Your lips move so easily against his that you totally forget where you even are. The only thing you can focus on is that his lips and hands felt so good on you.

Your body melts against his natural fluidity, your muscles and joints already so accustomed to the black-haired male. You could feel something start to poke against your tummy, the pressure already sending a jolt of arousal straight to your core. You softly whimper when he slips his tongue into your mouth, wanting nothing more but to be engulfed completely in his presence.

As you slip further into the kiss, an irritating thought runs across your mind for the second time during this encounter: your papers. You groan in annoyance as you force yourself to pull yourself away from your lover, a string of saliva connecting you two. You bring up your wrist to wipe it away although not fully committing to pulling away from him just yet.

"Ah shit," You try to collect yourself and lightly pant as you look up at him. It was a mixture of not wanting to go, a silent plea for more later. "I have to meet with my professor-"

"Tonight though right, babe?" He leans against the wall as he asks. You sigh and nod your head in acceptance.

"Tonight, I promise." You lean in and give his cheek a kiss before taking your papers and sending him a small wave. You step back and swivel on your heels, hastily returning on your journey to the aforementioned lecture room. You’re able to hide the giddy smile that reaches your lips as you already start to fantasize about your boyfriend, but he already knew you would start cheesing the moment you turned around.

You felt so incredibly lucky to have your very own hero grace your life like this.

pssst, rin jie!! it's been a while since i checked in and thus, i have arrived. how was your day today?? i hope it was nice as it should be every day, hehe :D

for me, my day was pretty alright!! i woke up today at 3 am and went for a walk (half-walk half-jog hdjkadksj) around my neighborhood and AND AND before you scold me for going out alone when it's dark (sorry not sorry, the intrusive thoughts won /j)— it was much more calming than i expected?? the night breeze was cool, there were street lamps so it wasn't completely dark, it was quiet since people were asleep, and i had some chill music playing. so, it's a 10/10 experience except for the fear that smth will ambush me from the bushes— but aight, i'm pretty sure i can fight it off!! wanderer will pinch the life out of my cheek for this if he knew /lh >:3c other than that, i got productive stuff done both school-wise and seelestia-wise which makes me vv fulfilled today. hoping for the best for us tmrw too <3

issei gives your hand a little squeeze making you look up at him, "you nervous?" he mumbles, you shake your head to this and smile up to him. "no, are you?" you giggle as his nose scrunch up at your question.

today will be the first day you'll meet his three best friends who he considers as his second family now, the first time issei can proudly show the three that you are now his. no more teasing, no more admiring from afar.

he, himself, still cannot believe that you are finally his significant other. his other half, his partner, the future mx matsukawa- what? issei's eyes widen at his thoughts.

he steals a quick glance at you, his face and the tips of his ears heating up in the process, the thought lingering in his mind. you meet eyes with him and snicker, "penny for your thoughts?"

issei clears his throat and points at the cafe shop toru forced suggested for them to meet up. "it's there.. right?" he asks, trying to distract you and himself. you hum, both your pace picking up as the cold wind makes you two shiver.

"there he is," toru's voice welcomes you and issei. "oh, y/n-chan?" he looks at you, a little surprised, his eyes slowly trailing down to your intertwined hands. he lets out a dramatic gasp that makes hajime and takahiro roll their eyes.

takahiro turns to you and smiles sweetly, "hey," your about to give him a hug when you feel issei not letting go of your hand. "babe, i'm gonna go and give makki a hug" you lean in and mumble, after a few seconds of not letting go, you lean up to give his cheek a kiss.

hajime snorts and stares at issei, "seriously?" he comments while you make your way to takahiro as soon as issei lets go. "what? shut up," he replies, taking a seat next to him.

"we'll go and order, what's yours?" takahiro looks at him, "whatever they're having," issei says while gesturing at you.

you hum, walking to order with takahiro. "he's your wingman and you still don't trust him?" toru pipes in while leaning on the palm of his hand which hajime nods along to, issei shrugs "it's not that i don't trust him."

once it all clicks in hajime's mind he chuckles and lightly punches issei's arm, "sneaky bastard, you're really gonna be that clingy?" toru shrugs, "i mean, he did wait a long time."

issei sighs in content, leaning back to his seat, “and they're worth the wait.”
