Well been a bit

Been trying to get a concept out but dont quite like my results were what i wanted, still i kinda feel like i have to post it just to not be remaking it everyday for a week untill i like it lol

Sooo yeah, due to me finishing ryuki i thought, hey what other series do humans make contract with monsters and i came up with

Persona fused with kamen rider ryuki (at least the protagonist of the games)

So this is protagonist of persona 1 (with the most similar to his starting persona), so im gonna expand a bit on it

Soooo, his first persona in the novels is Seimen Kongou, so taking a bit of ouja inspirstion i made so he would have two contract monsters

His first being a sortha cystal butterfly emperor, this becuase of his arcana of emperor (hence what i imagine he would be called something like kamen rider emperor) and the motive of butterflies in the newer artwork, plus i wanted to reference the provienet mask, so that inspire his helmet

While im not sold on the cristal theme, i think making him a butterfly rider with two monsters (a butterfly nd a monkey) can lead to a fun convination of abilities

Like for example the butterfly monster would give him the freeze vento (like kamen rider tiger) while giving him a one handed crystal sword, while the monkeys would form into his submachine gun and give him some trick cards (maybe something to disable sound and visicion), and you could have two different final vents, one where the buterfly turns into a weapon of some kind and another where the monkeys could be called to attack (like kamen rider imperer)

Again tho with that said im not quite sold with this desing... maybe i will try to revist this some other time

The Snow Eldriik

Fun Fact! - There is a small subset of snow eldriiks that have black scutes instead of white. These ‘Black Ice’ snowdriiks have been misrepresented both mythically and scientifically for years until recent observations.

The mythos used to say that these eldriiks were dark, evil versions of the graceful snow eldriik, and so these variants have been shunned and warned about by many. The science held theories that these darker scutes would absorb too much heat, making individuals less healthy on average. 

The truth? Well, it appears that these scutes are more of a cosmetic difference than anything. They still serve the eldriik well as thick pieces of armor, and they appear no worse off than the white-scuted individuals. There is still an air of mystery about them, as these eldriiks are very seldom seen and much more secretive. This could simply be a result of their rarity, or a reaction to years of having a negative perception.

Or, perhaps, there is still some mystery to the black ice variants yet…

learned something about myself lately

#i dont think its even the fact almost all my characters are somewhat beasts in one way or another. i just #really like tails and wish i had one myself #and then my oc designs are a little tame theyre mostly human shaped with animal features. but they always have tails #my eyes have recently been opened to the appeal of long whiplike unicorn tails.. so flowy and curly #something about the tuft at the end being long and swirly just does something for me.. #maybe it would make sense to change auggies tail shape so it looks like a meteor. her design is mainly pink with hot pink accent #so it would be cool to use that and orange to make it look like a fire meteor.. maybe itll help complement the blue/green in her design #head full of ocs today so expect a ramble later #if i had a tail i think it would be long with a kink. so it kind of folds over once but not in a curl #when it wags its kind of a swaying motion. i have thought about this a normal amount #yapping
