Is that little Jenny Humphrey from Brooklyn I see before me? I really have been gone for too long, haven’t I? How on earth did you go from a nobody to Queen B? Or, wait, you all but abolished the hierarchy that centuries of Constance goers upheld before you- didn’t you? The last time I checked, you were an anonymous wannabe trying to claw their way onto my radar. You made a few fair plays for the spotlight mind you (on the arm of Damien Dalgaard, for example). A Little Extra

Jenny Humphrey had always dreamed of sitting on the Met steps with the popular kids at Constance Billard. What were they talking about? What were they wearing? She was consumed by it. All Jenny wanted was to fit into this seemingly magical world of glitz and glam. Of boyfriends like Nate Archibald and besties like Blair Waldorf. When Jenny lucked into the chance to be noticed by the Queen B herself, she jumped through every single damned hoop that Blair threw her way. Jenny got herself into trouble, sneaking around behind her dad’s back, believing she was truly a part of the group. When Jenny ended up involved in a little joy ride with our Upper East Siders and got caught, she came crashing back down to reality. Jenny was in big trouble and while it could have been worse, she certainly didn’t get away with being there scot-free like everyone else.

For a while she was bitter and for the most part, it was perfectly valid. Then perhaps one of the single most unexpected things happened on the Upper East Side. Jennifer Tallulah Humphrey was crowned the new Queen B of Constance Billard by Blair Waldorf herself. It was everything she had ever wanted. And then Jenny realised that she didn’t really want it at all. It took some convincing- there was plenty of drama and growing pains- but Jenny managed to convince everyone else of the same. Gossip Girl was gone, the NJBC were moving on and why not let there be peace in the kingdom? From then on, Jenny felt like she could finally let out a breath. She was able to have fun and trust her cool, new friends. Jenny’s last years at Constance Billard were finally worth remembering. She became more confident, pursuing her love of fashion and design. Jenny can’t wait to spend this summer with her besties on an Upper East Side free of any ‘XOXO’s.

Happy Saturday Upper East Siders!

I know I said I was going to embarrass someone yesterday and I didn’t, but no, I didn’t forget. I wanted to lure you all into a false sense of security and it worked! Now that I’ve had my fun, it’s time to put someone’s dirty laundry out there and I’ve chosen Miss Jennifer Tallulah Humphrey! Or Little J or Jenny Humphrey or whatever you want to call her. It’s her turn.

Once upon a time, after being banished by Blair for sleeping with Chuck, Jenny finished school and went to go live in London. Now, as much as she claims she loved London, it wasn’t all gloom and doom over there for her. And no, not sunshine and rainbows because have you ever been to London? It always fucking rains there. It’s a miracle if it doesn’t.

Anyways, fun fact for you all, and Dan, being her older brother, you’re going to LOVE this, Jenny was in jail! That’s right, jail! Why was this once innocent Brooklynite in jail? Well she took someone’s life in self defense.

At least that’s what the jury and the judge decided. Though, not a lot of people were happy with the outcome of the trail and that led Jenny back to Manhattan.

Maybe she’ll help Serena get rid of the Juliet problem.

Can’t wait to see how much of this story she’ll eventually tell Dan and well, let’s be honest, Dan is the only one that cares that she’s back.

Jenny Really thrived studying art and fashion in London and after she graduated, she spent a few years building up a steady career with great reputation. But Jenny was never able to build good friend ships or love connections while always focusing on her passion for fashion and her career. Jenny was the happiest while she was working, that is true, she really did know her passions and how to follow them. She used to have multiple flings but never felt sacrificing her worth ethics was worth it until she met Richard Carlton. After only one year of dating Richard, Jenny married him. But a year later Jenny realised it was a mistake. Richard became more and more demanding and jenny became more and more distant, she didn’t like how he demanded her attention all the time and pulled her away from work, and he didn’t like to be ignored by his wife and have her choose her career over him. As things evolved, the love turned into hate and soon enough, they started abusing each other. Jenny was horrible to Richard Verbally, and Richard repayed her by slapping her around like a lifeless teddy bear. One night Jenny had had enough and tried to leave Richard. His responce was to force her to stay, they fought vilently which ended in Jenny taking Richards life in self defence. She was charged for his murder but was found not guilty. After all of this, Jenny decided it was time to leave London and go back home where she belonged. JEnny never told anyone in New York about her marriage or what followed, and she hopes no one ever finds out, especially her closest family She’s been living in Brooklyn for a few months now and is ready to build her happiness once again for scratch, hoping that she gets it right this time around.
