Not sold on this being our final design but here's Harry, the dragonborn warlock. Aka, you're a lizard wizard Harry. He loves animals more than people and has been roped into a strange contract with his patron to recruit others to his cult. But deep down, he wants to be a druid. Also the proud parent to Jiimothy the frog as seen in earlier emotes

The Dragonborn does not speak at the council, for all the trouble she went to arranging it.
She sits in a straight-backed chair at the head of the table, her sword in its scabbard resting against the stone. (She was the only one permitted to carry a weapon into the assembly.) Lydia, her sharp-faced housecarl, is seated to her left.
It’s the Dragonborn’s council, for all intents and purposes – it may not have been her idea, but it was she who petitioned for it, persuading Arngeir and then the war-leaders and the dignitaries they dragged with them. It was for her sake alone (Dragonborn, Ysmir, legend come to life) that some agreed to attend at all.
But when the council finally begins, kings and warriors crowded around the long stone table, she is silent. An argument begins immediately, Ulfric objecting to Thalmor presence within the negotiations and Tullius objecting to his objection, and it splinters off into something thorny and onerous. It takes half an hour for discussion to begin properly – and then someone says something and they’re off again, everyone around the table coiled tight and wary, and the Dragonborn stares into the middle distance and offers no thoughts.
It doesn’t stop, the talk of trading holds like game pieces and demands that the armies’ leaders be compensated for massacres that never touched them. Arngeir tries to quiet them, and Esbern’s desperate passion riles them up, and when half of the room has leapt to its feet and voices echo off High Hrothgar’s sacred, watching stones, the Dragonborn finally speaks –
Which is to say, she claps her hands over her ears and spits a Word that rips the voices from their lips and the room is finally, mercifully silent.
Her housecarl, the only one who does not seem startled by this, places a hand on the back of her chair and says, “Thane?”
The Dragonborn uncurls, removes her hands from her head, lays them flat on the table.
“I don’t understand,” she says, slow, as though the words are weighed down. She isn’t looking into the middle distance; her eyes shift from face to face like she is trying to meet everyone’s gaze at once.
Galmar Stone-fist, standing by a chair to her right, claws at his fur-lined collar. “We have –”
“Let the Dragonborn speak,” Lydia interrupts, voice and eyes steely. Galmar’s face twists, but he falls silent.
The Dragonborn presses her hands into the stone tabletop.
“Do you believe,” she says, “that the dragons will leave your side alone?”
On the other side of the table, General Tullius raises a sceptical brow. He leans back into his chair. “If you have a point, then make it. We don’t have time for more nonsense.”
Her eyes snap to him. Lydia repeats, “Let her speak.”
The Dragonborn holds up a hand.
“Do you believe,” she enunciates carefully, “that the dragons care anything for your war? None of this matters.”
“On the contrary –”
“Alduin will tear your cities down,” she tells them. Her eyes are eerie dark as holes too deep to track, and even her housecarl is staring at her now. “Only I can stop it. Until you get out of my way, you are fighting over rubble.”
There is, again, silence. Arngeir is visibly thankful for the reprieve; High Hrothgar’s walls, unused as they are to such uproar, can once again, if briefly, know peace.
Ulfric stood up sometime in the yelling; he has not sat back down. He is leaning a little on the stone back of his chair as he says, “You called us here in hopes of a ceasefire, Dragonborn. Truces aren’t made of empty air. Terms have to be negotiated.”
The Dragonborn stares him down. Her palms remain flat on the table; her sword stays resting against her chair.
“But you aren’t negotiating with him,” she says, the words still heavy, still slow. “You’re negotiating terms with me.”
There is a pause. The watchful stones soak in the silence.
“With you,” the Legate replies.
The Dragonborn’s face is blank. “If you truce, I will fight Alduin.” She speaks the weighed-down words as though they are the most natural thing in the world. “If you don’t, I won’t. Your cities will fall as Helgen, and you will die afraid. Those are my terms.”
Lydia places a hand, palm up, on the table. The Dragonborn covers it with her own, mimicking the pose of the wrist, the splay of the fingers.
“Now,” the Dragonborn announces, her voice a laggard echo of Arngeir’s opening speech, “who would like to begin the negotiations?”
(There is no shouting during the rest of the peace council.)

THE DNDADS TEENS PLAY BG3!!! HOW THEY’RE PLAYING AND WHO THEYRE ROMANCING!
‼️‼️Pretty major spoilers for big parts of Baldurs gate. PLEASE read with caution. ‼️‼️
Scary: she plays a drow wild magic sorcerer. If this is before she and Willy broke their patron pact, then her dream visitor is Willy. If its after that, then its some really hot emo person. In terms of romance, Scary is likely drawn to Astarion after the vampire reveal but is torn between him and Shadowheart. (Also Wyll because hes actually GENUINELY nice to her but sincerity scares her so she doesn’t try to pursue anything with him even though she does actually really like him) she tries to romance the dream visitor (if it's NOT Willy obviously) but is pretty disgusted by the later reveal and later kills them. Scary plays evil until she gets to the nightfall and shadowheart doesnt kill the night song. After that, scary makes an effort for the rest of the game to be better.
Lincoln: Linc is just a normal human guy oath of devotion paladin. He’s literally just playing himself. He makes his dream visitor his dad which makes later scenes REALLY uncomfortable and he gets real-world mad at Marco like it’s somehow his fault. Linc helped minthara take over the grove because he got to the goblin camp before meeting the tieflings and he supports women. (#ally)(also she reminded him of scary and her character) but he massacred an entire people and then didn’t know why everyone was so upset at the party. Anyways he ended up romancing her. He DID NOT romance the dream visitor for obvious reasons. Linc does a FULLY evil run because he listens to women (ally) also hes: "too far in now to be saved anyways."
Normal: norm is a half elf, elf, gnome, dwarf, halfling, dragonborn and gith. He keeps restarting the game when he makes a choice he feels guilty about (Often). it REALLY bothers him that he cant make ALL of his companions approve of ALL of his choices at the same time. Eventually, he settles on a halfling college of valour bard. His dream visitor is (unfortunately) hermie. For romances, like Scary, hes also drawn in my Astarion’s “emo bad boy ness” and normal BELIEVES that he can fix him. He cant. He ascends him because he really just BELIEVES that there’s no way astarion will continue the cycle of abuse. It’ll be different this time for sure. It’s- uh- NOT. (Shocker). Also he romanced the dream visitor and felt guilty about it. Normal plays a good route (with the exception of ascending astarion) and the final party is bittersweet with his partner being the way he is. (Scary hears him talk about what happens to astarion and is FULLY like: “norm thats straight up toxic as fuck. LEAVE HIM” "ITS MY FAULT HES LIKE THIS" "no its NOT norm i am BEGGING you to raise your standards")
Taylor: oh you KNOW hes playing a tiefling. He plays a gloom stalker ranger because now he can actually USE those skills on the road. His dream visitor is his anime waifu. He’s romancing Lae’zel WHICH SOUNDS KIND OF SUPRISING until you realize the conversation went like this: Lizzie: “you’ve earned my respect and more still. You’ve proven your wits and your efficient and dominant. In and out of battle.” Taylor: “heh. It’s about TIME someone recognized what i bring to the group. I truly am the backbone of our party and shes smart for finally recognizing the value of my expertise. A WORTHY PARTNER FOR- (15 more minutes of monologue)” also he romanced the dream visitor and DID NOT feel guilty about it and was in fact, VERY onboard with the later revel. But he does end up turning on them and killing them to free Orpheus. (which he cried about afterwards) Taylor plays a fully good play through and gets the best possible ending.

Tolfdir: We are studying the first nord settlement in Skyrim, Saarthal. Now it was said the Snow elves massacred the humans in "the night of tears". No one knows exactly why...
Falmer Dragonborn: Yeah bc Nords decided to start writing shit way after.
J'Zargo: This one sounds passionate about the subject.
Falmer Dragonborn: annoyed is the proper word J'Zargo.

Hello!
I hope not bothering you but I felt compelled to ask some questions about your guy Taliesin (he looks fabulous btw and judging from your answers to other asks he seems quite sweet). Please forgive me if I'm repeating any questions that have been asked before.
How exactly does the LDB meet him? In the trailer it looks like he was injured...does the Player save him from something/ someone?
He is or was Thalmor and well...they aren't very well regarded because, you know, they're basically Fantasy Nazis. Does he carry those extremist views? The whole "Altmer are hot shit and anyone who worships Talos is a deluded heretical cultist" thing? Surely not to that extent? I did see that he was curious about other races, does he have any specific dialogue for Nords? I'm pretty sure Thalmor Justiciars have dialogue about wanting to enslave all Nords. What does he say? What about Talos? Will he say anything if you bring him near a shrine of Talos? Especially ones that you find in the wild where the Thalmor have massacred the worshippers/ priests there. In fact, what is his whole stance on the Thalmor/ is he still part of the group?
Does he have any specific dialogue about you being Dragonborn? Does he react to any of the DB's dragon friends like Odahviing/ Durnehviir/ Paarthurnax etc? I think it was kinda hinted at that he doesn't like how Delphine treats the DB, or was I reading too much into that/ reading it the wrong way?
Overall he seems very nice, if a little insufferable (meant affectionately). Is he very affectionate towards the Player at all? If I could get Skyrim mods then I would get him and the other Custom followers. Unfortunately I'll just have to watch his tag like a hawk. Maybe you could post more videos of him? 👉🏻👈🏻🥺🥺
I'm sorry for writing so much, I'm just so interested rn. I'd love to hear more about him.
Taliesin has a bit of a "First he's sour, then he's sweet" personality. He's still a smug Mer who's not afraid to tell you how he feels, but he won't openly try to hurt feelings.
I've been waiting for a list of questions like this! (cracks knuckles)
So funny you should mention that Shrine of Talos where people have been killed....because that's where you find him! He got injured in the scuffle and is in a state of shock to heal himself. You'll have to push a bit, but eventually he'll let you help him.
Tumblr media
2) So Taliesin's stance on the Thalmor is complicated. He was raised to fear and obey them, joining their ranks was considered a true honor in his family. He doesn't agree with their views, but he follows because that's what is expected of him. Disobedience often resulted in 'reeducation' or 'punishment missions' and he's gone through this a few times. When he's with the player, he's able to drop the act and be himself, he's able to ask questions he's never been allowed to ask. However, some old habits due flare up from time to time, he'll pride himself on his pure Altmer bloodline or huff and remake on why the player brought him to a temple of Talos. But his dislike for Talos is different from what the Thalmor think.
3) The only time Taliesin refers to the player as Dragonborn is during the Main Story quest. A lot of players (myself included) often like to do playthroughs as someone other than the Dragonborn, so I'm keeping it ambiguous for how he refers to the player. He has a lot of respect for Paarthurnax, he views Paarthurnax as a kindred spirit. A being who rebels against his true nature, much like how he does against his home and race being in the Thalmor. And yeah, he does NOT like Delphine at all, especially after sending the Dragonborn into the Thalmor Embassy.
4) I think affectionate is the right word for it. He respects the player after they've helped him, despite him being a Thalmor and them, his enemy. He likes to tease them on occasion as well, such as if you go visit the temple of Dibella or just the Main Story quest in general. It's an amusing ride for him and he wants to see it all!
I can make another video showcasing more of his personality. Maybe a compilation of him being an insufferable jerk! XD

I'm doing a true Dark Urge/Following the Absolute playthrough, so I slaughtered the grove with Lae'zel, Astarion, and Gale. Everyone still wanted to bang Sarkereth, my Dragonborn as pictured. (A green Dragonborn with glowing purple eyes and fins on his head)
Tumblr media
but Gale was interesting to me because of this
Tumblr media
Gale: Massacre. A spectacle of slaughter. And I participated.
I replied that no one forced him to take part, and he was adamant he wasn't dark, but clearly, it touched a nerve. I'm just wondering *how* much I could corrupt him, how much could my Dark Urge push him, that's a concept that sparks interest in my mind.

I had thought about sharing my Nera fic buuut, I think I'll keep that to myself, build a bit of suspense for the assessments :D
So I'll share a short snip from my newest character, a Bosmer/Nord hunter. It'll be an entry/series of entries towards a bingo card :) No title yet but here is Belene!
Tumblr media
Branches cut her cheek as she ran onwards. Flames haunted her memories, threatening to lick the footsteps left in the mud and Belene dug deeper, drawing on strength she never knew she had. The memories of her cowardice burned brighter than the fire spewing from the dragon’s mouth. Gods, why had she delayed going to Helgen for so long?!
The cart of deer and mountain goat lay abandoned at the gates. Belene had already been fearful when she reached the village in the midst of an execution. There was too much red for her to feel comfortable enough, and the moment flashes of black and gold scattered across her vision, Belene was backing off.
Weeks of work were wasted, but as her chest tightened after hours of scrambling, Belene was grateful to escape with her life. She could always hunt more deer, trap more rabbits, but surviving that clusterfuck? That was a once in a lifetime experience. Even soldiers ran past her, weeping and shrieking for mercy. It dulled her shame, but not by much.
The forest was dark around her, but it was as familiar as it had always been. Rising up like dear friends, trees dominated the horizon. Shrubs fluttered, their leaves stretching out as if to brush Belene’s clothes comfortingly and offer reassurances. Her sharp eyes picked out the safest path through these shrubs while she skimmed over faded hoofprints of migrating elk.
Belene was halfway into the mountains before she could stop for a breath. Leaning on a cluster of rocks, she wiped sweat from her brow and narrowed her black eyes. Her heart hammered in her ears, drowning out any sound. All she could hear was that and her rasping breaths tearing from exhausted lungs. Her legs gave way abruptly and Belene slid to the ground. Her hands shot out instinctively to cushion the fall and she curled her hands into fists, filling them with scraps of stone and dirt.
Beyond Belene, all that could be seen was an obscene plume of smoke curling from the remains of Helgen. It rose higher, hundreds of smaller fires melting into one deadly inferno. Even in the darkness, what little moonlight there was, was drawn to it. Belene pressed a fist to her mouth as she fought to contain a whimper.
Normally, at this time of night, the forest would be teeming with activity, but it was silent. Y’ffre himself had been quietened by the massacre. Belene pulled her knees to her chest, dragging her boots in the gravel, clinging onto any sound she could. The silence only reminded her of the deafening screams which had filled the air, pursuing her as she fled.
If Pa were still alive, he would be disgusted with her cowardice. He had raised her with the values of his Nord ancestors, expecting her to respect their heritage as well as balancing her mother’s roots as a former noble of Valenwood. Belene moaned quietly, what could she have done? Grabbing a fistful of her hair, winding ebony strands between her fingers, Belene tugged enough to force her tears to finally spill. What had she even seen?
A giant Argonian with wings? Some monstrosity spawned from a mutant version of the Hist? Or was it some kind of…
She cut her frantic mess of thoughts off with a strangled growl. It was no Argonian. Even in the mountains, far from the brutal scene, she knew what it was. Pa had read her too many stories about dragons for this monster to be anything else.

Alright, I've had food and gathered my thoughts (though to be honest most of them are still just incoherent happy yells) regarding the new finale party. So here we are, divided by each character below the cut, in roughly the arbitrary order I talked to them in.
Halsin- I was pleasantly surprised he went back to the moonrise region. Less surprised that he chills as a bear a lot of the time, but still delightful. But oh my goodness hearing he gets to settle down and take care of a bunch of kids? Highlight of the conversation. And he gave me a wooden duck! I will treasure it forever. Hug 10/10, one of the few party members not being just dwarfed by my dragonborn durge.
Astarion- Yes I know I arrived with him but I wanted to make sure he was good. As mentioned already I was so freaking happy to see how much he's managed to relax in the six months. And oh my gods him saying six months with Aeranan was equal weight to the literal 200 years of torture? Good gods. Aeranan loves this vampire so dearly. Also, absolutely fascinated by one of his lines saying that we have eternity likely confirming my theory that redeemed durge is still immortal. Which is awesome both for further story purposes and because I would absolutely hate to leave him alone again. Hug was 100/10, fucking loved the zoom in on him just tucked close and relaxed.
Lae'zel- I was incredibly happy to see her, even astrally projected because I royally fucked up her quest last game and she was a fugitive. So to see her this time, not only alive but in good spirits, was incredible. Orpheus remains alive, albeit in mind flayer form, and it seems likely to me that they stay in touch. She's doing amazing as the leader of the revolution. I wanted to hug her very badly, but alas, magic projection says no. Teensy bit sad I couldn't say hi to the red dragons but maybe after the whole war thing is over I can go and visit. ALSO she admitted she missed me so I am feeling so very loved right now.
Karlach- Karlach! I was so happy to see her okay. I missed the chance to hug her because apparently it's a missable dialogue choice so that was sad. But, the fact that she's up here again and there's actually hope to fix her engine!!! I'm so fucking happy about that. I hope they fix her heart and we all get to chuck the old engine at Zariel's head as it explodes. Also really happy she's getting on well with Wyll. She didn't deserve to be alone ever again.
Wyll- The blade of Avernus is as dashing as ever. Absolutely love that he reclassed into ranger and is just massacring devils. Fuck them up Wyll. Also the fact that we managed to keep his father alive this time around and they;re both proud of each other is just. Yes. I don't know if he'll stay in Avernus if Karlach can leave but I hope they stay a dynamic devil slaying duo for as long as they can.
Gale- Ahh he's a professor! So proud of him for not going mad with power and getting to settle down sans death orb. I'm less enthused he seems to still be vying for Mystra's attentions, but hey it's his life. I hugged him immediately because we are magic pals forever and he always looks like he needs on quite frankly. Another 10/10 hug Genuinely love his sincerity all through the game on his care for our friendship, and this portion was no different. Aeranan is going to guest lecture at his class with Astarion sometime and make every student gag at their lovey-dovey behavior.
(Bonus Tara)-I love Tara so much. Fantastic tressym no notes. Absolutely an honor to meet her. I would 100% give her the best place by the fire.
Jaheira- Friendly teasing with her continues as always. Teased Aeranan about the idea of starting a family although quite frankly I'm not sure that would even work given Aeranan and Astarion's...everything. But cute thoughts regardless. Any future kids would call Jaheira auntie and she would complain the whole time and love it. I did promise not to let any of them get into blood duels though. Aeranan's life aside, it was excellent to hear she's doing well and reconnected to her kids, and is getting the Harpers all coordinated on the city restoration. She seems happiest when she's busy, even if it does involve saving Minsc from himself every day or so.
Shadowheart- I'm really glad she's getting to live that free life she was robbed of as a child. Perhaps one day Nocturne can rejoin her as well but in the meantime its a lovely thing to think of her just drifting through the world as she pleases, making some alcohol perhaps, calling on old friends, and simply put, living. Hugged her with zero hesitation as well. 10/10 gave her multiple hugs throughout the evening because she always deserves them. I'm glad she's decided to pick up the responsibility of party planning in future though because Aeranan does not have the social skills to arrange this nonsense every 6 months or so. Well. They'd try for this group.
Minsc- Not even remotely surprised this man had to be portalled in from a jail cell. I was worried for about 5 secinds and them remembered him tearing open a mimic from the inside, so I think he'll be fine. Besides, Jaheira wouldn't leave him to rot in a jail cell, no matter how foolish he was to land himself there. Boo was cute as ever.
Scratch- Happy to see the good boy still doing well. Did not remember to have an animal speaking potion but ah well. Hilarious that the astral prism is a fetch toy now.
Owlbear Cub- Extremely cute and sweet as always. Gave him many many pats. Also arranged for him to live with Halsin. I think he'd be well able to take care of him and was very enthusiastic about the kids loving him. Our little cub deserves a happy and chill life.
Volo- Hilarious that he showed up without an invitation. Probably going to have to sue him for fraud/identity theft/libel at some point but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
Milil- I adore that we had a forgotten music deity as our evening entertainment. Super happy when I recognized him, obliged by playing songs that made me cry before the party was over. Hope I can chat with him again at future parties.
And there it was. A night to fondly remember and a group to return to time and time again. Friends, comrades, and the family Aeranan would always choose.
To us.

Do you have any OCs other than your Splatoon ones? I'd love to learn about them!
WAAA ‼️‼️ I do actually !! Though I have . quite a lot of them 💀💀
Other than Splatoon OCs I got uhh-- primarily D&D OCs/Characters, Homestuck OCs, and a few actual original characters JDHSFSD some of which I've doodled and posted about before !
I'll stick a few of em down in the read more so the post isn't immediately unbearably long 🗣️‼️
Hmm let's start off with some original characters
Evix (they/them) is one that I've actually been working a lot more on lately !! They're kinda like an undead creature and live on essentially a post-apocalyptic Earth centuries later (might make a whole separate post on all that eventually because they're a part of an original species I wanna make)
Tumblr media
Uhh then some original humans (w/ powers ofc) would include Anthony (he/him, one of my oldest OCs creation wise, in short a traumatized young adult with horrible anxiety and is struggling to get thru life 🗣️), Raymond and his niece Raven ( he/him & she/her, victims of loss of a brother and father (respectively), and they live in a world where ppl have elemental-based abilities !), and uhh Kacey (they/she/he, specifically with a c-- they're a cyborg (lost an arm) with no recollection of who they were (calls themself Kacey because of initials "K.C" branded on their robo arm (it stands for their actual name, Katya Cameron)))💥
[unfortunately not gonna doodle any of my other OCs so Evix can have special treatment LMAO]
Next up we got uhh some D&D characters !! [Who actually I have Hero Forge figures of so I'll add those]
Starting off with the first legit D&D character I've made, Glow of the Sun (aka "Sun" - she/her) 😼 Tabaxi Druid (Circle of the Shepard)!! After escaping the massacre of her tribe in the forest, Sun was taken in and mentored by a human druid named Sage (they/them)
Tumblr media
Another one I got would be Gale (he/they), who's more-so inspired by my first attempt at a D&D character (who then got scrapped). But basically he's an Air Genasi Warlock (Pact of the Tome) that was raised only by his father until he managed to contact his mother (who was a djinn (an air genie) !! so yea, his patron's his mom LMAO [His Hero Forge is outdated so please keep that in mind ☹️ ]
Tumblr media
Lets see ermm I also got !! A Dragonborn Artificer (Battle Smith) named Kai (real name Kazys) Tempest (she/her). Paralyzed from the waist down upon . hatching? She was left to be raised by her mother, which left the little dragonborn spiteful to show that she isn't useless. So she learned and became someone who creates things like prosthetics and kinds of aids to help others who may need it :D
Tumblr media
I'll then drop off a last D&D character for now (cuz I rlly do have a lot), but this one's a personal favorite !! Meet Bone (she/he/they/it [does not care]), my funny lil Goblin Barbarian (Path of the Beast) !! Abandoned by her tribe and miraculously raised by a pack of wolves, this feral lil goblin spends her days living a free and wild life while causing problems for adventurers and the like who cross her path :3
Tumblr media
Anddd onto the final stretch, we got some Homestuck OCs !! [Which btw I have models made by Xamag's Fantroll Creator (which I also edited a lil) so ermm]
Starting off with my personal fav, here's Arvenii Traket (she/her, Sign: Gemun, Derse + Breath). Goldblood with telekinetic psiionics, this smart(-ish) lil gamer is a hot-headed, anti-social introvert that enjoys things like cosplaying and programming 💥💥
Tumblr media
Obviously then gotta follow up with her moirail, Teikai Dregut (he/him, Sign: Lenius, Prospit + Hope) !? A very idiotic yet excitable Oliveblood that loves to run, talk, play tricks, and hang out with his bestie (they tend to take care of each other otherwise they'd constantly not do things like eat or shower 💀)
Tumblr media
What else uuuhhhh . How 'bout I drop Raiiko Ekneer (she/her, Sign: Scoriborn, Derse + Rage) !? A laidback, prideful brute of a Ceruleanbloodthat enjoys FLARPing and taking people's treasure/valuables 💥💥 Fun fact tho !! She used to FLARP with Teikai back in the day (he doesn't play anymore). Anyway she doesn't really have many braincells yet she managed to score a kismesis and moirail LMAO
Tumblr media
And then I think I'll drop off her kismesis cuz ngl I rlly wanted to show them together 😩but meet Valeri Krovet (she/her, Sign: Sagigo, Prospit + Space) !! This Indigoblood is yet another blue business woman who specializes and takes pride in creating custom weapons of high quality. Can be a little snappy, mainly due to agitation of being on high alert 24/7 (had a gnarly, violent experience when she was younger), but yea :3
Tumblr media
What if I was also silly tho and dropped the rest of my main HS OCs' lil models (i would talk abt all of them in more detail but thats A LOT of text ,) 🥴🥴
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I do also wanna mention that I have. Ancestors and Dancestors for these guys as well . AS WELL AS OCS THAT ARENT APART OF THE MAIN 12-- Thats a whole other thing tho
BUT YEAH THAT'S JUST. SOME OF WHAT I GOT-- TY ANON FOR THE ASK-
This took so long to type LMAO but I enjoyed it !!

A/n: I forgot to post the wip. This might change in the future, idk I'll wait until after NanoWriMo to say anything difinitive
Words: 1 189
___
What's the worst smell to appear on an orc's way to Falkreath? Blood.
The iron scent permeated the area around the woods. Times like these, Massacre wished they were a vampire so that they could just know how many different people were involved or tell where the scent was coming from.
"Red.... Tastes different than I thought." Thank the Gods, someone's alive. The voice is faint, but hopefully, it'll be enough to help Massacre find whoever it is. They followed the direction the voice came from, and the next time this person talked, it's much closer. "I wonder what Blue smells like... Oh Gods! I'm hallucinating." A laugh sounded west of them, and they stumbled upon a scene that'd be in the back of their mind for a while.
This was a massacre. No wonder the air smelled so heavily of blood. No deity's shrine should be disrespected like this, let alone one of the Aedra.
Three Talos worshippers' bodies were strewn about. They obviously put up quite the fight since there were two Thalmor agents as well. To Massacre's disappointment, it was one of the agents that was alive. Slowly, they approached the altmer man, and he noticed them immediately.
"And just who in oblivion might *you* be? Another traveler on
a 'life-changing pilgrimage' of worship? Because, so help me, with the mood I'm in right now, it *will* be life-changing."
Massacre groaned. Why did it have to be the Thalmor that was alive? "Calm down. I didn't come here to honor Talos, I came here because I could smell blood. I heard you talking, followed the sounds and found you. Simple as that."
The high elf sighed. "Good. I'd prefer to avoid spilling more blood than is absolutely necessary." A cough. "... Including mine..."
Massacre felt a bit bad for the man. He was obviously in a bad state, even if he was Thalmor scum. Thinking over their options, they sigh."Honestly, I don't particularly care for talking about the obvious. I know you and that dead agent over there started this and that you killed these people. I know you are not okay, guessing by that wound on your side, so I'll make this short for both of us. I'll help you, but it's up to you to decide if you'll accept my help willingly or if you want to be pinned down while I heal you. I know how to make any experience an unpleasant one, so the choice is yours."
The man seemed taken aback. "You want to help me? For Gods' sake, why?"
They shrugged. "I don't know, to be honest. There's a part of me that wants to skin you alive where you lay purely because of who you work for. On the other hand, you're hurt, and - even if you are Thalmor- bleeding to death is a pretty bad way to go. I also have principles against killing someone who's injured, so, unfortunately, putting you out of your misery isn't an option. So, count this as your lucky day."
"I reckon most of skyrim would have left me to bleed out. What makes you so certain that I won't kill you the second I'm healed?"
At that, Massacre grinned wholeheartedly. "Oh, trust me, you won't. Even if you were to try anything, you wouldn't be injured anymore, so I could smear your blood all over this shrine if I wanted to."
The man grinned back. As much as he could while being in immense pain, anyway. "Oh ho ho ho, that's the spirit! I knew you were a feisty one. I like that. Very well, I'll cooperate. For now..."
Massacre nodded, stepping up to him and hovering their hands over his body while white light emitted out of them and swirled around him. Getting the lights to work was one thing, getting them to heal was an entirely different story, and one that required a lot of focus and brainpower.
The key to Restoration magic, they've found, has been to think about their dad. About how good his hugs were. About cold nights in Winterhold, huddled up under their blankets while Pa read them a book because they had a nightmare again. About how they couldn't look at a book, especially not a skill tome, without feeling fuzzy and wondering if he's doing okay. About how his letters always somehow managed to smell faintly of pinecones. About how he'd be so excited and concerned about all that's happened to them so far.
By the time his wounds were healed, and Massacre's magicka was two thirds gone, they were getting homesick. Quickly pushing those feelings away, they looked to the high elf, looking out for any indication that he'd attack. To their relief, he didn't show any. All he did was twist his back and sigh.
"Ah... That's much better. Well, uh- I- Thank you." His demeanor quickly turned nervous. "I- Well. Turns out I haven't got much in terms of a reward right now, but I can offer you the pleasure of my company."
Massacre raised an eyebrow. "Are you coming onto me?"
"Don't be absurd! I hardly know you. Although... that can be fixed, if you're interested... Joking, obviously."
"Right. Unfortunately for you, you're not my type."
"Not like that, orc. It's for the best anyway, I prefer to keep my bones intact. To put it plainly, I want to travel with you, lend my skills to your little... adventure or whatever you're doing."
The orc considers him for a moment. "Why would *you* want to travel with me?"
"I think you'll find that having a member of the Thalmor in your pocket can be quite beneficial. And, if your first thoughts are 'this dashing mer is going to betray me at the first opportunity',then you're smarter than you look." He sighed. "I know why I was sent to accompany Sanyon, I was expected to die here. And yet, you came along and changed that. So, why not?"
Massacre narrowed their eyes, before realising that the worst-case scenario was that he'd be a nuisance. They knew he was right about having been expected to die, and even ratting out the Dragonborn wouldn't keep you fully in Elenwen's good graces. She'd still send him on suicide missions, with his personality. "Alright. What's your name, by the way?"
A second of silence passes before he replies. "Taliesin. And before you ask, yes, it's an alias. For both your safety and mine."
They nod, reaching out a hand. "I'm Massacre. Nice to meet you, Taliesin."
Hesitantly, he shook it. "Is that a name or an alias? Either way, it doesn't strike me as particularly orc-like."
"It's my name. And before *you* ask what parents would call their child 'Massacre', I chose it myself." To their relief, he didn't do anything but nod.
Changing the subject, they spoke again. "You said that you wanted to travel with me?" At his nod, they continue. "Well, you better be ready for a lot of walking. Only one guy sent me a letter, but trouble has a way of finding me, so we're going to be busy."

Annnnd meet Harry! Our dragonborn warlock, also know as you’re a wizard lizard harry! Has a habit for ignoring the 120 ft range for eldritch blast, preferring to hold their face while blasting instead.  (repurposed old ghost emote with new tweaks)

BG3 CHARACTER PAGE
Tumblr media
Jove they/any 🌩️ blue dragonborn 🌩️ paladin 🌩️ guild artisan
🌩️ multiclass: bard
Jove’s Oath of Ancients is a sacred commitment to affirm life, foster joy, be excellent to each other, and PARTY ON, DUDES!! A literally sworn optimist, they can come across as risk-happy, blasé, even callous in their dismissal of danger and negativity, but it’s also easy to get swept up in their huge dragonborn muscles and +9 rizz modifier and believe them when they say it’ll all be okay.
They used to be a gifted artisan, but don’t talk about their career or how it ended. Now they’re a paladin errant, wielding their giant glaive and ferocious positivity against the agents of despair. After losing an eye, breaking their wrist and their oath, Jove’s optimism has grown back harder and more gnarled than before, and they tend to defer to their companions for major decisions, not trusting their own judgment anymore.
Romancing Shadowheart Lae’zel. Best friends with Gale. Healer tank.
My first solo playthrough PC, abandoned at Moonrise Towers (for now).

Estis she/her 🌞 gold dwarf 🌞 dream guardian
Ritika Estis was the master metallurgist who taught Jove to work with molten materials, despite their misgivings about being a blue dragonborn without fire breath or resistance. She passed away some years ago in Baldur’s Gate, but Jove’s dream guardian takes her form—whether as a cheap ploy to gain Jove’s trust, or as a genuine echo of their old mentor, they can’t be sure.

Auntie she/her ◾️ githyanki ▪️wild magic barbarian◾️ The Dark Urge
▪️ multiclass: storm sorcerer
This gith knows nothing about her life before the nautiloid, but since Lae’zel addressed her (and mocked her) like an elder relative she answers to “Auntie.” Lonely, curious, reactive. Center of a Venn diagram between “cigarette mom” and “Frankenstein’s monster.” Looks and fights like a gith, but lacks any cultural context or instincts that would make her feel like one.
Romancing Gale & Minthara.
Second playthrough, the only one I’ve completed.

Deadeye & Singer she/her 🏹 human 🏹 rogue/ranger she/her 🪕 halfling 🪕 bard
Auntie’s 2 hirelings. Deadeye was a young hunter, blinded in an accident and then given her sight back by a True Soul… just so she could watch her entire village burn, then have—her killers thought—her eyes put out and closed forever. Singer was a halfling traveling apothecary, killed for refusing to tend to Absolutists and sing for them after the massacre.
Though both women’s presences are cold and diminished and they can only speak with Withers’s vocabulary, traces of their personality remain. Deadeye was playful once, and still has the light step, deft hand, and trace of a wicked smile to prove it. Astarion swears he’s heard her coo and giggle faintly while playing with Scratch at night, long after the party’s living members are asleep. Singer was stern, matronly, and humorless with others, her face only relaxing when she was absorbed in her herbcraft or music making. Auntie gifted her Lihala’s lute, though it hurts to see a bard outlined against the campfire again, quietly picking out the notes of “The Power,” just feet away from the shadow of Alfira’s bloodstain.
Auntie doesn’t know she is a Bhaalspawn, but she feels instinctively that it’s her duty to care for murdered bodies and souls. She knows the names these revanants bore in life (Maddala and Brenna), but doesn’t use them, out of respect for these women’s vengeful echoes being different from the women themselves, and she’s as protective of them as she is of her “real” companions.

Terpsichore 🐏 she/her 🐏 satyr 🐏 rogue
She sings! She dances! She rams you with her horns!
Like Shadowheart, Terpsichore is on a holy mission for her patron goddess, armed only with her wits, blades, and the memories that her enclave—her Selûnite enclave—considered necessary for her to complete the task she’s been set: a pilgrimage to Moonrise Towers to assassinate an agent of Shar.
One second, she was crossing the Tower’s threshold (or windowsill, in the adept rogue’s case)—the next that she knew, she was being sealed in a pod aboard the nautiloid for processing. Failed. Abandoned. Godless. For now. If she doesn’t salvage this.
Terpsichore was told she’d know her target on sight, but she can’t be sure it isn’t Shadowheart—after all, while wrestling for the chance to kill each other they saw flashes of their own memories in each other’s minds, and Terpsichore feels… a lot… when she lays eyes on this particular enemy. ;-)

So.
I went back to get both versions of this scene - before and after the temple. And I have Thoughts.
First of all, timeline. Durge was, canonically, a serial killer whose career seems to have started fifteen years ago. So, to work out Rosie's age, I did some digging into dragonborn life cycles.
According to the Forgotten Realms wiki, dragonborn reach the equivalent of a human ten-year-old in terms of maturity at the age of three. Their growth then slows, and they are physically mature at twelve years old, and legal adults in dragonborn society by fifteen. Based on this, my guess is that Rosie was only about three years old when she killed her foster parents and any foster-siblings, grandparents and so on who might've lived with them.
Also, interesting to get Sceleritas' voice here - I tend to assume that Rosie didn't come to the Bhaalist temple until later, after the deaths of her paladin order, but I haven't been able to get the Sarevok dialogue about that, and nobody's put up a video or a transcript of that yet - though if anyone has one, please send me the link.
So far, I'm working on the idea that he appeared to Rosie here, but that she wouldn't go with him, and he was forced to disappear before anyone arrived to investigate the murders, leading to Rosie being found curled up and covered in blood under her parents' bed, assumed to have been a survivor of the massacre, and then spent the rest of her childhood in an Ilmatari cloister before joining a paladin order as a squire at the age of about ten, taking her vows at somewhere in the twelve-thirteen range, because she had reached physical maturity and I'm not sure how hard Baldur's Gate adheres to other peoples' maturity conventions - Astarion definitely wasn't old enough to be a magistrate by elven standards, for instance. At fifteen, when she would have come of age among dragonborn, the Urge took her again, and she slaughtered her entire Order and, believing herself to deserve no better, let Sceleritas lead her to the Tribunal. The killing spree in Blood in Baldur's Gate was not long later, putting her at about thirty in the present day.

This is. Sad.
For a while, Rosie had a very happy childhood. It didn't last long - it would never have lasted long - but...it was there, and she'll never remember it, beyond little bits and flashes like this.
Also, interesting that it's always framed as a question, the existence of a foster-family. It really does seem like Durge was just sort of...deposited on the street like a box of kittens by the sort of arsehole who is the reason why I for one will welcome our new feline overlords.

brackett you are an aarakocran artificer craftsman hailing from the vanished city of ninverlo. you fled your city after the massacre during the war of the gods, and find yourself all the way down in the desert city of marver, repairing broken furnaces for the dragonborn glassblowers who use them. you want nothing more than to see your home again, but since no one has been able to find it, you spend your days creating small toys for the people of the town- all of whom are amazed by the craftsmanship of a true ninverlan artificer.

So does corwynth take olette on hunting trips to slay unicorns and if they do what the reaction?
No. If you’re familiar with DND- Olette is to unicorns as what dragonborns are to dragons.
She doesn’t go with Cor, but not for the reason you think. In this storyworld, unicorns (the creatures) are evil, extremely dangerous and bloodthirsty. Unicorns came thru from the feywild and in doing so, are corrupted from passing through the portal. These monsters then go on to massacre whole villages and towns.
Olette is disgusted at first but that is because she is unaware of the destruction her people have brought upon the mortals of the material plane.
