Hello, I am a fan of the series who's very much on the fringe of the fandom and is just generally terrible at keeping up with like.... things happening (AuDHD brain) I've seen mentions of stuff like Nora posting on here/twt, and a new book??? but I'm struggling to actually figure out what's....... going on????? what have I missed???

Hi hi! Nora announced back in November that she's writing a new book centered around Jean Moreau, called The Sunshine Court. It takes place after The King's Men. Not too long after that, she decided she's going to split it into two separate books. The second one is going to be in Jeremy Knox's POV, if I recall correctly.

Nora does indeed post on twitter @ norasakavic and her tumblr is @/korakos. She's been posting little updates about the upcoming books and other tidbits.

If there's anything else you wanna know, just ask! I know I got an ask a bit ago about the release date and forgot to respond, but TSC should be coming out this April, according to Nora's recent post.

On kindle at least, then later paperback.

Oh! And there's also an official special edition of the original trilogy that's supposed to be released soon. Preoders haven't opened yet, but I think they also have a tumblr @rainbowcrate

Adorei a trama que a autora propõe na trilogia. Nesse primeiro volume pude ver e sentir a emoção de jogadores dispostos a lutar pra conseguir o que querem, independente dos riscos. Ver o desenvolvimento dos personagens na trama ficou incrível, principalmente com Neil sendo o protagonista. Muito bom. Preparada para continuação aqui 🦊😍

Sobre a história:

Neil Josten se escondeu por muitos anos para evitar seu passado doloroso e sombrio. Mesmo fazendo o que ama que é jogar em um time pequeno se surpreende quando uma das mais famosas equipes como Raposas de Palmetto State para jogar Exy (que nada mais é do que um jogo com mistura futebol com lacrosse, e pelo o que Neil sabe, de um jeito bem violento de se jogar) vão até ele lhe oferecendo uma oportunidade de entrar na equipe e fazer parte dela.

Neil sabe que corre riscos se aceitar a proposta, se tornar visível é tudo que ele não quer mas a pressão da equipe da Raposa com a proposta lhe faz não ter outra opção a não ser aceitar.

Neil começa a conhecer novos colegas que não são nada fáceis de lidar, principalmente um deles que lhe é familiar, o grande jogador Kevin.

Com o passar da história, Neil vai aprender muito estando nessa equipe, e não será nada fácil se adaptar pois ninguém está deixando fácil sua entrada no grupo. Até que começam a investigar mais sobre seu passado e bem, Neil não terá outra escolha a não ser contar.

Como eu disse: um passado doloroso, sombrio e que lhe assombra até o momento.

Será que Neil conseguirá permanecer na equipe depois dos seus segredos sendo descobertos?
