Okay, but I love the thought that the ominous piano music you hear when a Guardian sees Link is just… something that was installed by the Sheikah for freaking giggles and drama a hundred years ago for when the crew went to go face off against Calamity Ganon.

…Only for them to get possessed by Calamity Ganon and thus the ominous piano music was turned against civilization as a sort of Uno Reverse card. Like, you can’t tell me Robbie and/or Purah didn’t think this up. Like, ROBBIE? Man is such a theater kid. One hundred percent it would have been his idea and Purah went along with it.

The found and hired a composer, went hey, make it sound scary so Calamity Ganon knows we be coming for him; we want him to quake in his little hoggie evil deity boots! And they installed the ominous piano music recording into every guardian ever. Just for the giggles of it.

Only for CALAMITY GANON to have the giggles in the end!

And thus Link runs for his life in BotW every time he hears the ominous piano of death.

I'm a lazy and irresponsible artist. I started drawing this artwork a year ago and didn’t finish it. Inspired by the game Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity. Especially the characters Impa, Pura and Robbie. They are so adorable. I immediately wanted to draw them. And then job, lack of time… as usual. I'm effective enough only for quick sketches, and not for large works :(
