Idk if that's why you need an adult Eros painting or if this is gonna be useless, but I think your best bet is looking through Cupid and Psyche paintings. Like the ones here: commons wikimedia org wiki Category : Paintings_of_Cupid_and_Psyche. There's also sculptures like Canova's, Thorvaldsen's and Benzoni's if they can be useful in any way.

NEED this a lot quite actually. I was considering either this statue of eros by lysippos, or the dance of eros by giorgio dante OR divine eros defeats the earthly eros by giovanni baglione. i was kind of avoiding looking at cupid and psyche paintings since i wanted a standalone one, but will def look more into that!
