Wow wow wow wow wow!!! What an amazing time it's been organizing and participating in the first ever Shuriri Week! Everyone's art has been so amazing, and I hope it's reached new people as well as folks who are already Shuriri fans lol.

Turning point:A Century to Remember…🧬✨📝📖

A pivotal turning point has come in a time in history where humanity will re-write the pages of the past that was once erased and replaced with narratives that have been not telling the truth about the reasons why we are here since the dawn of time.

Our present day events have lead the human world into spiral chaos of touching on everything from imprints and impacts the human race has or is caused by our ancestral past and present effects of our future generations.

While we all sit and point fingers at each other for our actions, doing that will get us nowhere in this world and lifetime of our existence to this earth.

We are coming to the realization (whether we like or want to admit it) that its imperative that forward movement can not happen without acknowledging that we as a collective around the world have been unable accept accountability for our actions and mistakes that have caused us and the rest of the creatures (plants, environments,animals, & etc.) destructions and extinction beyond beliefs.

Archaic distorted cycles have been used repetitively to create the illusions of the world (both past &present) that we are living in hell as if there’s no way out. Created by the conquering and dividing of leaderships that say they are against each other when in fact they are against humanity uniting in general.

They think we forgot about our ancestors history when it’s embedded in our DNA and souls.🧬✨

It’s in our veins for a reason because we are not to keep repeating the same old mistakes that have happened in the past but we are are here in this moment to create a new world for ourselves and other creatures of this earth for the better.

This a pivotal timeline for us to enter the Golden Age with no fears and higher perspectives of life and heaven on earth as we know it. Not all fights has to result in destruction, sufferance, or death.

Here’s to a century to remember.

Bones

Bones are the holders of our DNA the tooth form part of our body system. Body system is formed of nerve system muscle and bone system lymphatic systems

Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis are the same diseases to autoimmune disease caused by bacteria as all diseases are caused by contamination.

How arthritis affects the joints of the limbs the same affects joints on the skull head.

Skull is not made of one bone it is made of lobes plates that form the a round shape.

Between lobes are cartilage joints which are affected by arthritis too which we cannot see unless X ray scan.

When arthritis or osteoarthritis affect your body it could be prominent in some joints than others. What we cannot see it does not mean it does not affect the body.

The brain essence of DNA and brain runs through the inner bone and spine. Brain is not only in a head it is in the essence of the bone marrow in a bone system.

Fitness Test Day! I hope I passed🤣🤣🤣 Part of the research study into Wolff-Parkinson-White is having the occasional ECG, stress test and ultrasound of my heart and major arteries and veins. The ultrasound is the easy part .. just lie there and let the technician do their thing. Then wipe up the gel 😂🙃 The stress test is a little different .. especially since I had to keep my mask on this time. Good thing I ride with one in the winter. The ECG machine needs all these sensors .. which they needed to do a little shaving to attach ... and the blood pressure cuff is attached to the same computer. Then I go on a treadmill .. starting at a walk with an incline. The goal is to get your heart to 85% for 5 minutes, which meant the keep adding speed every 5 minutes🤣🤣 They also checked my blood pressure just before the speed change. So ... after 5 changes of resistance, I was up to a brisk jog to finally get my heart rate where they needed it 🤣🤣🤣 Then I had to hold that effort for 5 minutes 😵‍💫😵🥴 My smart watch recorded it as a bike ride but no such luck. That might have been fun! Treadmill ... fun? Nope! It was cool watching the ultrasound and the ECG. The body is amazing in action. Melissa and Peter at Heart Health Institute were great techs. It was as fun as a stress test is supposed to be. Now I wait for the doctor in a few months. And just to remind everyone .. I'm okay.
