Skinless Chicken Breast 110kcal
Lemon slices/juice for flavouring 0kcal
Carrots (1/2 cup) 26kcal
Cabbage (2 cups) 44kcal
Gravy (2 tsps of Bisto reduced salt) 26kcal
= 207kcal total
Wrap the chicken breast and lemon slices in tinfoil and bake in the oven to stop it drying out and to release any excess fat/water.
Super tasty and filling 💫💫
