HEADCANON: what would his offspring be like?

APPEARANCE

It's a little hard to say since the mother is...well a reader (basically anyone who read that headcanon), which means i don't have clear picture of how the child would look accurately.

But his child would definitely inherit his tall genes, maybe get his eyes as well — meaning the same bright and sharp look he carries, possibly the goldenish amber eyes.

since he/she came from Zhongli who is obviously not human, ahem, god/adepti, his/her hair would be the same as his; dark brown hair which fades to amber brown at the tips. if it was a daughter, i'd imagine her to have long hair, and if it was a son, his hair would look a little unruly, similar to Zhongli (Idk why but imagine his son with a hairstyle like Chongyun's but in Zhongli's color)

ABILITIES

Okay I had to dig around and study Ganyu and Yanfei for this. Cause I wasn't sure whether do they inherited their parents' adepti powers or not XD From what i've read, their powers (as we all know. duh) are from Visions like any other characters in Genshin.

...so based on this, Zhongli's child probably wouldn't inherit Geo power from her/his dad? their powers mainly be from Visions just like Ganyu and Yanfei. (...but again, Zhongli is a god right? maybe it's different?)

but one or two things I'm sure of would be immortality. (definitely able to live as long as thousand years).

she/he would probably have like super good endurance, strength, able to withstand harsh climates, maybe shapeshift like him. Has a good knack at weapon mastery and combat since Rex Lapis was known to be the strongest Archon who won a seat during the Archon War — he was known by many names...God of War, God of Stoves, God of Contract etc.)

Most combat abilities she/he gained are from Zhongli himself because they would favor the polearm over other weapon types after watching how lightning fast their father fight using one.

RELATIONSHIPS

with ZHONGLI himself:

definitely close to his child. Likes to bring child around Liyue, telling the stories behind the different ruins or areas. Child loves watching the Chinese opera with him and listening to stories at teahouses but in their opinion, Zhongli is the best storyteller (like c'mon even i'd love to hear him talk all day; can't blame them). One of the child's favorite thing to do is listen to bedtimes stories from their father, always gets lulled to sleep easily.

as written in the headcanon that Madame Ping was quite involved in the life of the child since he/she was in their mother's womb, she is practically a grandmother figure to the kid. I'd say the kid likes to hang around in her abode too cause it's tbh quite interesting don't you think?

Hmm, i was like talking about some tv show tropes regarding fat people and romance and kind of unironically connecting some dots into my complex feelings of like romance and self-esteem and how I think being fat has effected it. So I'm just like preaching to the void, and the choir here. read at uour own risk oooo ahhhh

I think in regards to romance, racism, and fat phobia have like affected me so deeply. I mean, yeah I'm autistic, and I struggle with social cues in general, but I genuinely think growing up as a societal 'undesirable' has like definitely altered the way I view and think about myself. I mean, there were just certain truths I had to come to peace with when I was younger, that a handful of people won't want you because you're black. An even bigger group of people won't want you because you're fat. You're the girl everyone tells you they kill during fuck marry kill (Like that's a normal thing to say.) You get rejected by the people you like because you're nice, but you're not all that pretty. Or pranks people pull, when they tell you someone likes you but it's not true. And they both know it's not true.

And that's fine, I guess. Honestly, I have no hard feelings in the present day about what we did in middle/high school. On the bright side, I think I'm like ridiculously good at taking rejections in stride. On the downside, I think it definitely left me struggling to understand or even piece together when someone is interested in me. I think deep down, there's still that very strong belief that I'm like not something to be desired.

“You aren't someone that people would want, so you really shouldn't be surprised when people don't want you.” It was, and kind of has still been some sort of fucked up survival mantra I've held onto. I honestly used to just sit there and take it, when people told me I wasn't someone that people could fall in love with. Or feel attracted too or whatever. I just thought they were right, and it meant I'd have to settle for someone who could at least tolerate me. And I think I convinced myself to think that way just so I could make sense of and make peace with the way people talked about me.

And like it's different now, I very much have people who love me and people who are in love with me (hahha hiii if uore here). But I genuinely think it's rotted my perception of others, not beyond repair but it definitely requires some TLC. Like even though I'm not in the situation anymore, (well vaguely). I don't think I notice that many signs of people being into me because I genuinely struggle to fathom the situation in which I'm something to be wanted.

( i think theres like other ways, you can be unwanted. I have certainly experienced it RIP!!!!!! but this is not about that !!! ) Like, I don't know I can think I'm hot but I also have a lot of bad days when I want to cover up because I'm embarrassed of the space I take up. Or when the devil starts talking in my ear about how I'd look better if I lost weight, how I could wear stuff I've been too scared to wear, how id have an easier time transitioning (if at all), how people could like me more.

And, sure I do what I can. I contest those thoughts. But honestly, it's hard. I don't know what else I can do. I know self-love starts with you but jesus does the hate from others make that thang hard. It doesn't help that talking to people about this, who aren't fat about it is like genuinely the most humiliating experience ever. It's so embarrassing to tell people that I still experience issues with my body because I feel like this is one of those things I shouldn't handle for myself. clutches head. Honestly if anyone read this far and uou know any tips... on unlearning this sort of stuff. i would love to hear it.

I know that again, it starts with me and I shouldn't seek out this sort of affirmation from other people. But dear lawrd. I dont have a real ending to this it was just me trailing off in thought. but i might continue it if i gain a braincell

omgggg i went to see the film with my brother... WELL!!

ok so the first film was called 'the green years' 1963 dir. paulo rocha. apparently it was the beginning of the new wave in portugal. i enjoyed it and i'm glad i saw it but i'm not sure it was like. the best film i've ever seen; i wasn't obsessed by it.

the other film was called 'where is this street? or with no before and after' 2022 and honestly it's nearly 2am so i can't be bothered to look up the directors. picture this, you're me, you've brought your brother along to a film at your favourite cinema, it's 88 minutes long. he asks you what it's about, you say 'i think they revisit the locations from the original film, and talk about them' well. you've made one mistake there.

the film revisited the locations of the original film, and then recreated the shot with the landscape but with no actors, or with minimal actors (there were definitely some people at times who'd been placed in shot purposefully, but they made up maybe 3 minutes of the film total). they did this for the whole film, so every shot in 'the green years' has a mirror in 'where is this street,' in the same order, but with no actors or dialogue.

so, if there was a shot that moved back and forth because two people were having a conversation, then the new film would make that same shot, moving back and forth, in the same location, but there's just a wall, no people. if a shot cut to another shot, that cut would be recreated. like. that's such an interesting concept? but for 88 minutes, it went on for a long time, and my brother hadn't seen the original film so he was totally lost (at least i could say to myself "oh, i know what happened here" and imagine the actors from the original film in present day lisbon).

still, i'm glad we went, because it gave us time to hang out and talk about the film, and it's given me something interesting to say i've done. and we're gonna go and see something else slightly less conceptual, so i get to hang out with him again soon (i'm moving to a different city soon, so that's rlly important for me) it was also realllly beautiful, like the colour of the film and the way it was shot was gorgeous, and it was clearly made with such passion bc can u imagine being so dedicated to make a film that long, just recreating another film shot for shot...

so thank you for coming with me on this journey! i've got a lot out of it, and i'm glad i had someone other than my parents and brother to talk to about it (most of my friends would be like. sooo uninterested lol) i hope you have a great week :^)

This ask might be a little bit confusing so I hope you don't mind but I wanna share my thoughts on the current situation. Right now I feel very frustrated with the whole Mick and Haas (aka Guenther Steiner) drama, but the hate Mick recieves is getting out of hand. I've heard that Sky Germany plays a huge part in it, they are very biased towards Mick while they like to hate on other drivers like Kevin, also I've heard that they don't really care about Seb and appearantly Ralf Schumacher likes to make negative comments about everyone except Mick. I don't know if it's true but since Ralf seems to be a dickhead I can imagine it. Now they criticized that there is so much pressure on Mick and that it's Haas' fault, but then they make a full drama out of guenther steiners words (I've read the translation and it doesn't sound as bad as germans made it sound like.. however still not a fan of steiner). So aren't they the ones that put even more pressure on Mick with their pre race shows? I've also heard that he gets a lot of hate from german fans, but tbh I've only seen german fans so far that like to shit on Kevin to defend Mick. Mick himself on the other hand seems to be very affected (understandable) by all this drama, you can see his laugh is mostly fake and he's being sarcastic and annoyed, also he never really answers questions he avoids them and gives basic answers to be political correct. Also in post race he appearantly blamed it on haas that kevin has a better pace? (i only read translation so I can never say if this is really the case so that's why I ask you hahha) I find it so weird because we talk about a 23 year old and his second year in f1, his first year with an actual working car, now people are saying he wont get a seat in the next season. Are people always so cruel to new drivers, or is it because of his name? I know he made mistakes, he crashed, he didn't get into the point but he gets so much hate, I am confused if this is really normal (I am watching only since last year...) what is your opinion on all of this? Hey there! 👋 First of all thank you for your ask, I always love to talk to others or engage 😊

I can understand a lot of what you said. To be clear, I have only started watching last season as well and I am not a huge expert, I can only tell you my pov poverty everything I see/read/hear. I might have been influenced slightly by watching the races in German, but Mick was an instant favourite of mine and is now my absolute favourite driver 😊 (This is why I'm doing all of this in the first place, with this blog with all the translations, to support him and spread content among fans)

The German media/TV hosts are definitely biased towards Mick and Seb/ anyone with German connections in general. They want the audience to be able to connect with drivers/Germans by their shared nationality and language, which is why they so so many interviews with Mick and Seb in the first place. I started watching all the interviews more extensively / attentively during theast past of last season and I think they always kind of had a bigger interest in Mick, but also kept a respectful distance. My brother in law once mentioned that the name Schumacher still has a huge meaning and influence in the paddock, which is also part of the reason why Mick hardly ever/never gets personal questions, especially about his dad. I think last season especially he had this 'protection' still being a rookie and basically driving a tractor, everyone was so nice to him and very hopeful. Seb on the other hand lost that years ago. They are harsher on him, ask him more dirfficult/triggering and sometimes brutally honest questions. I've noticed a change in their attitude and also questions towards Mick during the last few races. I have the feeling that now that Haas is slightly more competitive they suddenly expect so much of Mick and that might in part be due to his name. I personally don't like Ralf that much, but he does not always go down on Mick but actually defends him in equal parts. What I don't like is the fact that when the Sky Germany team asks questions that are unfair, too personal or push the drivers' (or Günther's) buttons purposely they always act so nice and smiley and laugh while asking the questions as if its perfectly normal. I was actually a bit shocked about the interview with Günther, I think he is being treated unfairly and he told them straight so their faces that they make a lot of the stuff up and put wrong words into his mouth.

I agree with you that the ones (the media) always suggesting that there might be bad blood or a lot of pressure are actually the ones creating the pressure. My son is almost the exact same age as F (and I live in a tall people country) and let me tell you… Freddie IS big for his age!

Hahha yeah he looks like it. I think I didn’t say it right and there’s when it got a bit confusing but when I say he’s tall I’m not saying he has to be 10cm taller than other children. If you look at the percentiles for height distribution in young boys, you can rapidly see he definitely doesn’t fit in the 50 percentiles or below. I don’t want to say he’s above the 75 percentile because I want to be cautious haha

#but imagine if he’s like 126/130 cm… #that would make him like above the 90 percentile #which is actually pretty huge haha #i can’t understand the height through photos tho so i really cant say

2022 has been a wild year, that even though I wouldn’t like to repeat for a multitude of reason, still had some positive aspects ( somehow lol)

One of them being:

I finished the very first draft of my first book !!

( actually crazy, cause I don’t know how I did it💀 I don’t know how I wrote almost 200,000 words while struggling with school and mental health, but I did it, sometimes you need to pat yourself on the back)

Writing, as any art form, isn’t easy when you first try it. And it definitely wasn’t easy for me lol

My story had been in my head years before I realized that I wanted to write it down, so wouldn’t just experience it in my daydreams ( and also because I couldn’t envision it through my art as my skills back then weren’t ready for that yet ( and still isn’t!)). I struggled a lot with how I want to express my self or how I could tell my story. I didn’t know if I liked first person narration or third, if I wanted multiple pov’s or just the one of that character of the story that came to me first. ( her names is nova, you can see her multiple times on insta and also here, and I love her a lot HAHHA) I also didn’t know *what* and * how* to write; I didn’t know if it was any good and I still don’t know lol

But I have learned to let that go and try to write just for myself. The added pressure of that invisible audience was not doing my creative progress ( and that of the story) any good.

Unhealthy perfectionism can be so harming during any creative progress and did not only put me in multiple writers block but also Art blocks. Seriously, perfectionism can kiss my a*s sometimes

Maybe I’ll share the story with others one day tho, maybe one day I’ll be ready for that. Maybe one day I’ll indulge in that secret little dream of mine to be a published author and to let my work into the world for everyone to see … but until then? I have a lot of work ahead. Not only I’m trying to develop my skills but also in gaining a bit more confident in my creative work ( i think a lot of people with mental health issues - especially self-esteem issues - can relate to that problem … but we‘ll overcome it!!)

I have to say tho, that the writing community helped a lot with the motivation that I was struggling with in the last two years, whether it was on twitter, insta or ( surprisingly) twitch ( there a wonderful german authors who do co-working in stream and talk about their processes when writing but also give tips )

All in all, 2022 was a wild year and this post is just for motivations sake so I keep writing the second one and to further develop my writing skills lol

Kristoff asks hard questions. But like, props to the ice bros for being ice bros and having this conversation. Like... ep 246 was just *chefs kiss* This ep also solidified something in my head that I've noticed in jacks interactions with Merida, and Rapunzel, and Kristoff lately. Jack is so good at being a friend. He listens, he cares, he remembers, he asks questions and is willing to have conversations that are kinda hard. He's also just such a pal and great to be around. (Which makes it so much MORE sad that he's so ostracized... cuz he's just SO GOOD! like, everyone would love this kid) But, yea. The fact that he is trying SO hard to reach out to Rapunzel when she's not talking to him, he just cares so much and its amazing!! They've come so far from him insisting they aren't friends to consistently calling her his best friend and wanting to just spend all the time with her. When starting a relationship with Noble Six, theres two things to keep in mind: one, he's not much of a talker (an actions speak for him type of guy), and two, he's not going to take his armor off by any circumstances.

So if you really really want cuddles, hugs, kisses, etc. you're gonna have to get used to not feeling his skin.

Another thing, Six isn't the most social out there, some say that he's antisocial.

That's not to say he hates company, it's just he's been operating on his own for quite some time at this point, so interacting with others is something he has to adapt to first. Noble Team helped him slowly break out of the 'lone wolf' mindset, but despite that he still struggles. Please don't blame him if he just awkwardly stands there. He's trying.

Even though he's silent most of the time, I genuinely believe he can shoot out a good flirt or two. Don't ask me where he got this charm, it comes naturally to him.

Really considerate of his S/O's feelings and thoughts on nearly every decision he makes. Every time he has to make a choice which involves his S/O, he immediately goes to them to get input. It's really sweet of him honestly.

Never, ever, ever does anything without your permission. Some spartans would be willing to betray their partner's trust to protect them, but not Six. He would never turn his back on his S/O like that; they have every right to choose what they think is safe for them, no one else gets to decide.

Six knows how to cook. You don't know where or how he got the ability to cook actual good food, but god it's a literal blessing after you've eaten so many rations.

He has a sense of humor!! It's a mix of the normal joky humor mixed with the occasional dry joke, it's kinda scary how many jokes he can crack in an hour though.

Would most definitely introduce you to Noble Team, though he would introduce you to Jorge first. He can be quite intimidating at a first glance, but upon interaction, you noted that he's quite the sweetheart and very polite.

Though Six doesn't quite appreciate it when Jorge begins to tell you some rather embarrassing things Six does when you're not around...

Your next introductions would be Carter and Kat, who show their approval through subtle movements that Six picks up on. You don't exactly notice since you haven't been around them as long as Six has, but believe me, they approve. You even noticed Carter gave you the nod of affirmation!

Now, with Jun... he doesn't care that much. Sure, he'll stay and chat with you while Six watches, but other than a few conversations, he'll go back to fixing the gears on his rifle to prep for his next mission. So I guess you're on his good side?

Six was saving Emile for last, mainly because of his explosive tendencies and the fact he knew he was intimidating in his own right. And damn, you hid behind Six when he finally got Emile to come introduce himself.

It felt like you were having a staring contest with the Devil himself as Emile told you his name; he was gauging your reactions to him and after thinking for a moment, he gave Six a pat on the shoulder and said he was lucky to have someone like you. Don't lose your S/O, Six, you caught a good one.

I'm pretty sure you and Six let out a sigh of relief together after Noble 4 left.

Afterwards, the both of you decided to go back to your house after all of that to cuddle on the floor, since you damn well knew Six couldn't lay on your bed. You know from experience, you lost a good bed.

Honestly, if you were the artistic type of person, he'd love for you to doodle a few things on his armor with some permanent paint, so everywhere he goes, he has a piece of you with him.

God, he's a fucking SUCKER for cheesey romance flicks. More than one occasion you've witnessed this thousand pound spartan on the floor of your living room binging the latest romeo and juliet remake while tossing some popcorn underneath his helmet.

He uses you to work out. No, seriously. Ever since he introduced you to Noble Team, all of them see you casuaully sitting on Six's back reading a book while he does push ups. Or that time he did one of those training races with you on his back, having a casual conversation about pancakes.

Oh yeah, Six likes pancakes. Man does a fine good job making some bomb pancakes with fresh fruit and syrup.

I honestly see Six being into hyper-pop/glithcore types of music, with blends of rock or heavy metal dabbled in there. If you share his interests, you can make yourself comfortable on his lap as you both scroll through the latest albums of your favorite artists.
