Damn, you felt sore. Almost every part of your body ached. Last thing you remembered was, you were behind the school because you've received a note to meet someone there, just like the many you got like every other week. It's always the same corny love confession, and you always respond with the same answer,

"Oh, I already have a lover. Thanks for the thought though." You say and walk away.

But this time, it was something you never would've expected. It was a girl this time but that wasn't the new part, you've had even girls confess to you. It was she started talking about,

"You just think you can do whatever you fucking want just because you're pretty." She said in a spiteful tone,

You grimaced knowing what type of girl she already was. She was a bitch, not the good kind. She was green with envy of any girl who tried to outshine her. You snickered,

"You think I'm pretty, why thank you <3." You dropped the smug remark, rolling your eyes playfully.

You started walking away, not wanting to waste your time with some girl who has nothing to do then shit on other women who are living their lives. Jealousy really is a disease, and an ugly one. But suddenly you stopped in your tracks when she shouted,

"YOU THINK YOU COULD JUST STEAL HIM AWAY FROM ME, YOU BITCH!"

Turning to her, annoyance bubbling up inside you as you spat back at her,

"What the hell are you talking about, steal who?

"HARUKI SENPAI, YOU SEDUCED HIM!"

She saw your furrowed eyebrow and crooked smile, before you burst out laughing, hugging your stomach,

"PFFT, BAHAHA! OH MY GOSH, REALLY!? THAT UGLY GUY CONFESSED TO ME."

Taking a deep breath before wiping the small tears in the corners of your eyes,

"Okay, so you're yelling at me because your man-wait no- CRUSH asked me out. Sounds like you should keep him in check rather than attacking me. You know, that's a really bitchy move. There's a special place in hell for insecure hoes like you who put down other women."

You felt bad for her, she was trying so hard for this guy's attention to the point of coming at other girls. That's so...pathetic. You saw how her malice expression faded into a sadistic smile, then you caught the sound of a twig snapping behind you. You gasped at the realization, turning halfway when you felt the sharp pain in the side of your head. One of her friends had snuck up on you then at the moment you put your guard down, she struck you with a metal pipe.

You weren't sure how long you've been knocked out for, but once you woke up it was night time. And you were met with two afros you were oh-too-familiar with.

"Hey Souya, it's alright. She's opening her eyes, there's no need to cry." His older brother, Nahoya, tried to comfort him.

Souya hasn't stopped crying ever since they got the first glance of your almost lifeless body on the floor. He never ran so fast to check up on somebody, pulling you into his arms and light shaking you to wake up. Begging you to.

"Hey Soso, baby, you're kinda squeezing the life out of my ass right now." You managed to gasp out,

He quickly let you go but both of his hand were still on your shoulder,

"Who...who did this Y/n. I'll fucking kill-" He started, his voice dripped with malice and rage.

Tears were running down his face, Nahoya had warned you about Angry's tears. No matter what, don't make him cry. You cupped his face, catching him off guard. You took a good look at him before gently wiping his tears away and leaning in and kissing his wet cheeks, You giggled a little at the small blush that became visible on his now hot cheeks. He was such a kind soul. He was one of the rare people who truly had a good heart. You weren't sure how hard you fell for him until now.

"Why are you crying dummy, I am literally right here in your arms."

You feel relieved once you see his tears stop running like a speeding river. You continued by kissing his hands,

"I told you before, your tears are precious to me, baby. Mm, I love you so much." You whispered, your voice sugarcoated as you pulled him into your arms, holding him lovingly.

He sniffed and struggled to talk because of his constant gasps,

"Shh, it's gonna be alright. Just listen to my voice. Take a deep breath, angel. Yeah, that's it. Are you calm now?" You whispered near his ear, rubbing his back and gently caressed his hair.

He nodded,

"I-I tried, I really did! But you were hurt and bleeding!"

"I know, baby. I know, and it's okay. I'd never ever blame you, love. Also c'mon, I bleed like every month. I think I can handle this." You joked,

You heard his muffled laugh when he had his face rested in the crook of your neck.

You were too focused on Souya, notice the way Nahoya took the hint and left you two to the comfort of your own presence.

The walk home to patch you up was sweet. Souya offered (demanded) to carry you all the way to your house. It was relaxing, he smelled nice, and he was warm. You wrapped your arms around his neck getting more comfortable when you pulled him closer resting your head on his shoulder.

"Souyaaaaaaa, I love youuuu. You're so sweet and make me so happy." You whispered, dragging out some of your words.

He was glad you weren't looking at him. You would tease the freak out of him if you saw the way he blushed hard at your harmonious voice. You raised your head, facing him. You snicker at his flushed face,

"You're so cute when you blush." You purr, biting your lower lip a little.

You moved your face closer to his, brushing your lips against his. It was a deep and affectionate kiss. You lost yourself in his warmth, treasuring the sensual moment. Pulling away to take a shaky breath. You sunk back into his arms, a smile tugged on your swollen lips, and let your eyes rest, getting sleepy.

After a moment you heard a small chuckle. You open one of your eyes, staring up at him,

"Hmm, what's up?

"I just remember talking with my brother about something."

"Oooh, tell me! Tell me!"

"He said you were a lot like a tootsie pop."

"The sucker. pfft-why?"

"You always act so tough on the outside but you're really such a softie."

You got flustered and a tad bit angry,

"dammit Nahoya, I'll shove my foot up your ass next time I see."

Ate a whole bag of tootsie pops while writing this

o Mikey is a dumbass…so basically his reaction will be interesting

o My guy panics when anything is wrong with you, and trust me, he’s gonna freak out when you tell him something’s seriously wrong with you

o The poor guys already convinced you’re dying

o But THEN when you say, “When I close my eyes I can’t see!” he’ll go BATSHIT

o All he heard was “I can’t see” and boom

o There’s a crazy Mikey on the loose

o He’s truly convinced you’re going blind or something

o Of course, you just had to take advantage of this, and well…

o “Is it the same for you Mikey?! Or I am…..dying?”

o Of course, Mikey did what you asked and closed his eyes

o Only to not be able to see too!

o Baji is…not the sharpest tool in the shed

o This guy can’t even spell ‘Tiger’….he sure as hell doesn’t process what you’re saying at all

o I mean, you did approach him with “I think something’s wrong”, and he immediately tried to take you to the ER

o He was trying to drag you onto his motorcycle in a matter of seconds

o Then you told him you couldn’t see when you close your eyes…

o And he tried it too

o Way to make things worse

o Baji will literally lose his shit whenever he realizes that he too, cannot see when he closes his eyes

o He’ll keep closing his eyes, and then he’ll open them screaming

o You could barely keep yourself together at this point

o But then he called and told his mom your guy’s “problem”

o Poor Baji has never been so embarrassed

o Not only did his mom berate the hell out of him, he had to sit there and watch you laugh the whole time

o He felt like such a fool when he listened to his Mom repeated it over and over again…and he realized just how stupid he was

o He’ll never forget this…he’ll forgive but he won’t forget

o And trust me, Baji’s plotting to get back at you

o So good luck…because Baji sure as hell won’t hold back

Angry

o Poor Angry, he’d be so worried

o I mean, the moment you said something was wrong, he was already so worried about you

o He hates seeing you sick/hurt in any way, so when you started going about something being wrong, he was already doing everything in his power to figure out what was wrong

o Then you said, “When I close my eyes, I can’t see!!!”

o He was worried you got whacked in the head or something

o Seriously, he genuinely thought you had some sort’ve head injury…

o But then you continued to become more persistent and he became even more stressed

o He honestly thought you were loosing it when you told him to close his eyes too

o He’s questioning everything the whole time

o Poor boy was so confused

o He became even more confused when you started laughing at him

o Now he’s positive you’ve got a bad head injury, and he thinks you need to go to the emergency room

o He almost started crying because he was so sacred you had terrible head-trauma

o Poor Angry just doesn’t get it!

o You ended up having to spell it out for him before he finally got you were pranking him

o The poor guy just believes every word you say….to the point where he has trouble with your pranks

o He’s honestly so relieved you’re okay that he cuddles and clings to you for the next couple of day

o This man is the type to FREAK out when you say something wrong

o I mean, you tell him you have a minor headache and he’ll baby you for the rest of the day (maybe more)

o So trust me, when you tell him there’s something wrong, he’ll immediately panic and ask you a billion questions

o “What’s wrong? Where does it hurt? Or are you sick? Do I need to take you to the hospital? DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU’RE GOING TO DIE?!”

o Yeah, poor Rindou overreacts

o And when you tell him “I’m scared” he’ll lose his shit even more

o Rindou will literally convince himself you’re dying

o But the moment you say “I can’t see when I close my eyes”, he will absolutely loose it…. from anger

o There’s no getting him to close his eyes too

o The guy will take one look at you, rub his forehead, and shun you

o And he’s stubborn, so he’ll shun you for a while

o Of course, it doesn’t help that Ran thinks it’s the funniest thing ever

o Ran always makes things worse

o Ran made Rindou angrier

o And now he’s shunning you AND Ran

o Luckily, with some cuddles, a date night, and some kisses Rindou forgave you, and everything will go back to normal…as long as you promise you won’t do anything like that again

An Angel

Ever since (name) laid his eyes upon the boy, he couldn't stop loving him. It was love at first sight when he walked into the classroom. From his his teal-colored hair to his constant frown, to his quite timid nature, (name) adored every single part of him. And he made it quite obvious too.

Everyone knew the boy had a crush for the gang member, everyone except the Angel himself. He was either completely oblivious or didn't notice, which was hard because whenever the two interact, be it just a small glance or a few words, (name) was practically glowing. Seriously, you could see the happiness radiating from him, it was blinding.

It had been a few years, but (name) never proclaimed his undying love for Angry, it was.... frustrating to say the least. Smiley, Mr.-Anger-problems-is-my-middle-name, hated seeing how the boy who was certainly in love with his brother didn't do anything. What was he waiting for? That Jesus rises from the dead? So being the average height menace he is, he took matters into his own hands and quite literally forced (name) to confess, unless he wants a few broken bones.

And that's where we are right now, behind the school building, where the two boys stood alone, waiting for one of them to say something.

"Souya, I asked you to come here because I am absolutely in love with you, and have been for about 4 years now, so I would like to ask you out on a date."

To say Angry was too stunned to speak was an understatement. He didn't think someone would actually want to date him. People's usual reaction to him were either fear, because of his constant angry face, or they wanted to fight him, since he was part of a gang, but never in his life did he imagine someone to confess their love to him.

His brain was mush, couldn't comprehend what was happening right now, he tried to utter a response, but in his paniced state all he could do was stutter.

For poor (name) it looked as though Angry was trying to find a way to reject him, with how he behaved. It had been a few minutes since he confessed and he never got a yes or any sign of conformation. "He probably doesn't even like boys, what was I thinking". Did it break his heart? A little, and he took the boys (mostly) silence as a sign to leave. The boy dismissed his previous statement as not important, he should just forget it. Tears slowly started to form in his eyes and he turned around and walked away. It hurt that he didn't get the answer he wanted, but it also felt releaving. It was as though the tightness in his chest was finally gone, he could finally breathe again. But instead of his lungs being compressed by his anxiety, his heart ached with sadness. It would only be a few days, till he would get over his stupid crush, (name) told himself.

But before he could even walk around the corner, hands grabbed him by the shoulder and turned him around, and before he could even blink he was..

Kissed?!

Could his day even get better. Kissed by Souya Kawata, the sweet baby he oh so loved. That's all the conformation he needed. At the end of the day, the two could be seen walking together, holding hands. One of them had the brightest smile on his face while the other's frown disappeared a little, blushing a little at this new found euphoria.

i want to crochet plushies for souya so bad🤧

just imagine the way he reacts when you give him a new plushie you just crocheted for him.. he will be so flustred and a little overwhelmed because you put all your love into doing that for him? this man will almost cry and hug you super tightly while hides his red face in the crook of your neck, mumbling out a small "thank you". and he keeps every single piece you did for him (yes, even the ones you think are ugly)!! most of them even are on his bed to cuddle with them when you're not with him to help him fall asleep and he gave all of them cute little names. he's just so thankful for all the things you crochet for him and always cooks you your favorite food in return.

ohh and nahoya probably also knows all the plushies you made for his little brother (including their names) because souya always proudly shows his brother what his partner made for him and then proceeds to tell him how amazing you are and how good you treat him and all that... but nahoya just likes to see his brother this happy and let's him talk about all this as much as he wants (even if he's not always listening) and sometimes he sends you pictures of your cute boyfriend cuddling with the plushies you made for him.

So once day as he was taking a walk with his brother, Nahoya, he spotted the two and a scowl plastered its self onto his face

It’s just you look like a mix of them both but your eyes aren’t as lazy

Souya stopped walking as he watched you talk with the two Haitani’s, occasionally laughing here and there or giving them both a little nudge.

“Whatcha starin’ at?” Nahoya suddenly asked appearing next to Souya causing him to jump.

Can you please do a urgent request for me? I'm have a really rough time right now. I lose my grandma this February to stage four liver cancer,there are days where I lay in bed and cry (or sob if no one is home) until I started getting a headache and my eye are hurting due to crying too much even than I still try to cry it out but Im no longer able to. I been struggling dealing with my grieving process,I been trying finding other ways to cope with this lose but it been so hard for me right now. I crying while typing this. I feel so alone in this and I feel like no one in my family understand how truly I feel about losing my grandma.

Summary: In which Mitsuya and Souya comfort you through your grieving after losing your Grandma

[A/N: Hey! Thank you so much for your patience! I'm so sorry for your loss, it's never easy losing a loved one, especially if you were close to them. I hope these headcanons can provide you with even a tiny bit of comfort through your grieving process. It's hard to move forward, but it's definitely not impossible. Take as much time as you need to grieve <3. I don't really know much about Souya, as I don't write for him since I'm not that far into the manga yet, BUT I gave it a try for you. Apologies in advance if he's OOC, I'd love to hear your (or anyone's) opinion on how I did for his part :3. Feedback is always welcome. Feel better, love <3]

Mitsuya:

Mitsuya was the first person outside of your immediate family who you told about your grandmother's passing

He was by your side the whole time as you watched her suffer through her fight against liver cancer, which she ultimately lost a few months ago

But ever since, you felt like you couldn’t grieve properly, the weight in your chest wouldn’t let up and only seemed to grab ahold of you tighter and tighter as the days passed

Mitsuya gave you your space and would wait for you with open arms whenever you needed him, but he couldn’t stand back and watch you wither away emotionally right in front of his eyes

“Darling?” He calls out to you as you lay in bed with your face in your pillow, the pain in your heart still too much to bear

He’d crawl over to you on the bed and gently caress your head as he speaks

“I know you miss her. Hell, I would have loved to meet the woman myself, but I never wanted to intrude on your family business, especially since we had only begun dating around that time, but you can’t keep this up,” he explains, his fingers still lost in your hair, “Your Granny wouldn’t want that for you. I don’t want you to be in pain anymore, bubs.”

Mitsuya was extremely patient, especially with you, but seeing you cry to the point where you ran out of tears hurt him, more so that he didn’t know how to make you better again

This was a weekly occurrence, some days were better than others, but certain days had you at your lowest, where you’d miss your Grandma desperately

You felt lonely even though Mitsuya came to see you everyday or as often as he could, really only wanting to be with your Grandma again

You never really opened up to him, not wanting to be a burden on him or have him judge you or dismiss you like your family would, even though deep down you knew he would never judge you

But that specific night you couldn’t hold back, you felt emotionally weak and Mitsuya’s warmth beside you felt comforting enough to open your heart to him about how you really had been feeling

“I miss her so much Takashi…” you finish, explaining all the moments you missed and how you felt stuck in this pit of grief

He finally understands you, and now that he does, he feels a lot more hopeful that he can help you out of your grief

He’d tell you that it’s okay to cry, and he’d thank you for letting him in

Mitsuya’s presence is probably the most comforting place you could be in, he’s like a super warm and inviting blanket that seems to wash away all your sadness

Everyday moving forward, he comes over and just lies down with you or takes you out with him to go sightseeing, watching the clouds; there’s one day where he even shows up at your place before the sunrise so you could both watch the sunrise together, creating new, memorable memories together (not to replace the ones with your grandma, but just so you could create memories that will make you happy instead of sad)

On days where he decides to be lazy with you, he’d cuddles up right into you with your face in his chest as you both talk, and he remains by your side even if you begin to cry, whispering encouraging, loving words into your hair

Sometimes you need to be alone and he respects those boundaries that you put up, he’d still come over but he’ll busy himself with something else at your desk in your room or in your living room until you called out for him, then he’d be right back at your side

Lastly, any and all gang business is out the window during this time when you need him the most–he doesn’t care if they all give him an earful when he shows up again, his main priority is you, he sticks to handling his business over the phone whenever he has a moment to spare

Souya “Angry”:

NOW, I don’t know much about Souya, aka, Angry, but I did some research and I think I’m prepared

Souya most definitely has cried with you after seeing you cry about your Grandma’s passing

Seeing him cry just makes you cry even harder, which makes him cry even harder, and it becomes an endless cycle of tears

A cycle that he decides to break one day, because he realizes he’s not being a very helpful boyfriend to you

So he invites you over to his place on day while his brother isn’t home (bc he knows he’d be annoying around you) and makes a mental vow to himself that he won’t cry

It takes a lot out of you to get out from bed and make your way to Souya’s place, but it does you good to be in a different, less depressing environment than the one that your bedroom had become over the last few months

Souya has to control himself as you walk through his front door and he instantly notices your puffy eyes

He HATES seeing you in so much emotional pain and even physical pain from the frequent heachaches you were getting from your sobbing

He wishes he had some kind of superhuman ability where he could take all the pain you were feeling and transfer them to himself–he’d rather feel your sadness and grieving for you than have you go through that everyday

But unfortunately he can’t, so he sticks to just trying to do whatever he can for you

Souya is super caring as he makes you feeling comfortable in his home, even though you’ve been there countless times, he’s a little nervous and shy that you’re alone together and he doesn’t know what he’ll do if you start crying again, so he turns to trying to distract you

He’d talk about his day or something dumb his twin did, ANYTHING to take your mind off of your sadness, anything to see you smile again–that smile that makes his heart leap, the one that magically transforms his fixed angry face into one of shock and admiration–yes, you had that kind of impact on him

And yes, he’s definitely stalling–trying to not address the elephant in the room, but he knows he has to

“I’m sorry I haven’t been very helpful to you in trying to make you feel better. I’ll try harder, Y/N. I love you and I just want you to be happy…I’m sure your Grandma would want the same for you as well,” he finally faces the issue head on instead of diverting your attention away from it–nothing would come from trying to ignore the pain you felt

You smile sadly at him, feeling the love you had in your heart for your boyfriend that momentarily overpowered the sadness in your heart.

“I love you too, and you did more than enough for me today. I always feel a lot less lonely when you’re around and I know you try to understand my pain instead of brushing me off as if I'm dragging my grieving out. So thank you for everything. You got me out of the house today, so that’s huge progress.”

His heart skips a beat as the glimpse of a real smile graces your lips, he has to hold himself back from leaning in to kiss you, because he can’t tell if it’s okay to do so or not, given the situation

Thankfully though, you close the distance between you both and press your lips to his in a loving peck, showing him your gratitude for remaining by your side

Souya knows your grief isn’t over yet and he’s okay with that–he’ll continue to do whatever he can to give you company and try and help you feel a little better, day by day

The Justice League finds out about the Anti-Ecto Acts, and Batman is the driving force behind condemning them. He even goes so far as to summon popular ghost hero Phantom for advice, given that his son, Red Hood, would absolutely fall under those Acts. Phantom...tells him he's wrong.

Red Hood is 100%, completely and totally alive. Same soul, same body, sort of the same person. Only 'sort of' because people change as they grow, so obviously he isn't going to be the same person he was when he was fifteen.

There's not a trace of ecto in him, or in any of the Bats. None of them are even liminal.

Batman asks if he's sure. If he's really, really sure. Because ghosts run on emotions, and Red Hood came back extremely violent and irrational.

"Well yeah, of course he did," Phantom deadpans, and Batman suddenly feels very, very small under that glare. "He was murdered, unavenged, told that there was no way he was the same person when he came back pissed, and had his words as a victim ignored. I'd get violent too. Look, I gotta go, but thanks for getting the Acts removed."

ꕤ He's so touch starved it's quite sad but you would never say no to your cute cotton candy head

ꕤ Souya was very insecure about his scowl at first, thinking you can’t love him like that

· However, your relationship managed to work out perfectly

· You were calm and quiet enough that you managed to get Smiley to chill out!

· Unlike Smiley, you and Angry are pretty similar

· Although at first, he scared you quite a lot, you ended up getting to know him, and you found yourself really liking him!

· In fact, you’re really one of the few people who see’s Angry’s gentle, sweet side

· Angry loves this about you

· Not being judged and not being feared by someone is something Angry really found a sense of comfort in

· And the same goes for you

· Angry doesn’t judge you for having such big dreams, he just admires and looks up to you for having such hope

· Not to mention the fact that something about your presence, hope, and dreams just really gave Angry a light

· He loves hearing you talk too!

· Just laying his head in your lap and hearing your talk about your new book is something Angry looks forward to every night

· And honestly, shockingly, you found yourself loving his life too!

· Although biker gangs scared you, something about having Angry there with you not only made things much calmer, but it also made things more interesting
