Y’know Disney would never go for it but if they are in fact going to have Lucasfilm do anything with the Indiana Jones franchise beyond Dial of Destiny and “Indy stuff in Adventureland at the various parks” they could do worse than a Sophia Hapgood miniseries. Hell, set it in World War 2 and you can have either Anthony Ingruber or Alden Ehrenreich in makeup* as Indy in an episode or two.

Also I still have not been able to find out what artist did all the character pieces for Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine, I honestly don’t think LucasArts (sorry, Lucasfilm Games) even has records of that anymore

*yes I am aware that Disney would be more likely to just slap digitally de-aged Harrison Ford on top of them instead but I can dream

Fellow Batjokes fan here. What is your favorite retelling of the relationship between batman and joker?

Helloo!!! Okay, a little bit of a loaded question, but not one that I won't enthusiastically answer. While it's true that I love every single interaction of theirs, that would be a copout so i'll try to give something more substantial.

Telltale Joker is the closest thing to healthy we got, and it's so so good. Both endings are heart breaking, the villain route especially, where Joker is evil not because he's born that way, but to please Harley. He's evil reluctantly, and very obviously does not want to hurt Bruce, or give out his secret, or do anything that he thinks would damage their relationship. Bruce is heartbroken and it's a shame that only in the villain ending we get a true sense of how Bruce feels about John. He loves him, he sees him as a friend, at the very very least. The voice actor for Joker, Anthony Ingruber has said that Joker and Bruce are more than friends, which makes the romantic dialogue in the game seem intentional rather than accidental.

On the opposite side of this, I really really loved Scott Snyder's Joker/Batman relationship in the New52. Joker is so obsessed with Batman that it's heavily leaning into sexual desire, especially with the original script for death of the family. Some may read it as a joke, or a way to make Batman uncomfortable, but in the entire run it's made clear that Joker is aware of his words, and says everything with intention. Joker is creepy and grimy and slimy and predatory, and knows that Batman needs him, and he uses everything in his hands to try bring them closer, make Batman his, and immortalize them in the most sickening ways. We see the horror of all of his actions, but Bruce is almost immune to it all, rushing through the 'foreplay' to get to Joker faster.

There's so much to unpack in every single one of their actions and interactions, and I really could talk for hours about them, dotf and telltale are just the first two things that come to mind, but I'd love to talk more about comics like fool's errand and europa and arkham asylum and the arkhamverse.

Scene I did my OCs in my AU, for their designs and anything, I thought it would be fair if each of the Mario Characters a redesign in my version. Some I design them will be the same but change it up a little bit.

Bio: Iggy was the 4th born Koopalings, before wearing glasses and got better grades. After Bowser adopts him and his siblings, he did got better with glasses, but ends up slowly going insane after their mother abandons them. While growing up, he often spends time with Lemmy as he grew close bound for his kindness to him. He then trains his pet Chain Chomp to make more vicious attacks. He mostly spends a lot of time making inventions to help Bowser Rule the Mushroom World, only to end up in failure by The Mario Bros.

He and The Koopalings eventually founds out that Mara was Mario’s sister, and sent out to distract them all after her capture and escape. He countinue causing mayhem which ends up defeated over a month.

A month later when Bowser’s main plan is ready, Iggy took over and hired Fright Roster to kill the Mario Sibs but failed the same time he was defeat fighting The Mario’s. He continued to help Bowser’s Army and The Koopalings by defeating Mario while coming up with new inventions even with Gill Koopas blueprints, The next time you ever faced Iggy, watch out for his laugh.

Appearance: Purple Rings on shell, spikes and horns, scrawny appearance, Yellow Green head with spots on his back and tai Brown tool belt, Modern Hair but Iggy’s classic hair color, Leather bracelets and necklace and Black Circles under his eyes knowing he’s mentally ill.

Mortimer looks pretty darn cute in this. Looks so huggable and squishable! Still, his voice doesn't really match his character and kind of reminds me of Nick. Sad that Anthony Ingruber (Mort's OG voice actor) was not in this, but at least the new VA is trying their best to give it some charm

Sadly we don't get to see the heads of the Handeemen, but my best guess they would look like the Gatcha prize from the early picture. We also got new character icons to know in what behavior the puppet is at :D

So, it looks like we have to pass the levels in the first trial to get the true ending? If you noticed Daisy's door, you can see that there is two red dots. What I'm getting from this is that the player lost those two rounds with Daisy.

So does this mean that we actually don't get another chance?

Maybe a game over, who knows.

This is the portion of Riley's introduction of the trailer, but first a fun story.

When Mortimer introduces Riley, he says Riley can help you with your school project. I...I heard it as school budget and I was all like "Why would a kid need a school budget?" then it hit me. Let's get back to the analysis :D

I was actually going to make a joke about why Riley's eyes are not different, but it turns out it is a lightning error. She looks pretty adorable and I love her teeth.

So, we get a glimpse of Riley and her wheel. I actually wonder what is she doing with a wheel. Is she going to give us some random science fact?

Also, it looks like he get a new puzzle using SCIENCE for Riley's levels. If you look closely, you noticed that the blue box is actually a mirror. This is also a science experiment. I think it was about the properties of light, you had to make a laser light be pointing at a certain place using mirrors. The fact that they actually added science experiments to this game, makes it so much better!

Here's an example of what I mean!

You are using the mirrors and place them in a certain angle to move the light. This is pretty cool!
