Drew another thing for the Cursed Sonic AU 🦔🌙💜

Sonic is insecure about his nighttime form... 😔 To him, it's like the werehog form, but worse. (Sonic the Night Giant? I Guess that's the name I'm giving this form😅)

The only reason Shadow knows is that he found out by accident.

At least Sonic has someone to talk to... Shadow has empathy for him.

A Little Light Gaia Swap Dark Gaia Au

Sonic was falling, falling fast. The force of flying from space to Mobuis hurt, yes, but this hurt much worse than the other times. Most of the pain came from the back. Sonic tried to look below him, but the force from turning his head around from falling on his back was too much, but he caught a glimpse of something with an aquatic green color.

Sonic knew he would survive the fall, or he hoped. Last time falling from space Tails was there to catch him. Just seconds before he hit the ground the force of falling stopped. It felt like he was floating like his super form without the intense amount of energy. He slowly opened his eyes to see a pink and bluish orb holding him above the ground. He was only about twenty feet away from falling.

“Please land me slowly,” Sonic said, “I’ve had a rough faaaa-”

Sonic was suddenly let go from the orb’s hold. When he fell, he wasn’t scared, he survived higher, but was startled by something hitting his back. It felt like he got shot in the back. Though he’s never been shot. Suddenly the force pushed him where he was facing the ground.

“Aw come on! Is this a sick gag?” Sonic said, annoyed, that he always falls face first.

Soon, he hit the planet. It hurt but not as much as others would say. His head was stuck in the dirt, and pulled his head out as quickly as he could. Finally he got his head out after a few pulls.

“Man, I need to stop falling that way,” Sonic said as he rubbed his head.

Sonic then started to rub his back since that was where the most pain was. Sonic first started to rub it roughly as he usually did, but made a hissing sound when it started to hurt even more. When that hiss left his mouth, he paused. It wasn’t a normal hiss, it sounded very cat-like.

When Sonic got over his shock he looked around where he fell. It was by the ocean. Great. Sonic then suddenly felt the ground on his tail when he realized where he landed. His tail isn’t that long. Sonic turned around as fast as he could to look at his tail. It was long, much longer than his normal tail. It looked a lot like Blaze’s tail, but with a blueish green color. That greenish energy that fired through the planet definitely had something to do with this. When Sonic realized he had cat qualities he immediately wanted to check his quills. Head quills were still there. Thank Gaia. But, they were much softer. Horrible for a hedgehog. Hedgehogs needed sharp quills to protect themselves, but without sharp quills they were much more likely to get injured.

Sonic then checked his back quills, praying to Light Gaia that his back quills were at least sharp. But he couldn’t find his back quills, he just found pain and shock. Instead of his back quills there were wings. Wings, how could he spindash or curl in to protect himself. His wings were fairy-like and insect-like. Each wing part was split into two. The top half was taller while the bottom was shorter.

While Sonic was in his panic his tail wrapped around his body. Oh, that felt so weird. How does Tails handle two of these? Sonic went to scratch his nose, a nervous habit, but yelped when a sharp pain was felt on his nose. Oh, oh, oh. Claws. Yay. Sonic’s tail slowly unwrapped but the second the tail was fully unwrapped another sharp pain was felt, but on his tail. Instinctively, his tail lashed, trying to get rid of what was causing the pain. But, it persisted.

Sonic turned around and was shocked to see a little creature biting his tail. He then swiftly picks up the creature by the scruff.

“Can you please not bite me?” Sonic asked while dangling the creature in front of his face in a playful manner.

While holding the creature he got a better look. It had four bright lime green eyes, or at least he thinks. Two eyes were wide, the third was it’s forehead, and the fourth was on their neck. The creature had prickly fur, like a hedgehog. Man, he's so jealous. It had white “fluff” on its head like a mohawk. The fluff looked even more prickly. It also had hot pink streaks in the fluff. Its claws were sharp but were surrounded by hot pink fluff. Its main body was scales with a dark purple color. Its body shape was much like a mobian snake, but less mobian like, more wild snake wise. It had spikes increasing in size down its tail.

Sonic just blinked. He was not expecting this creature.

“Let me go, you foul creature!” It screamed with a high pitched voice.

“Calm, I'm not going to hurt you.” Sonic said as he pulled it away from his face, “What even are you anyways?”

The creature then just hissed in response and bit Sonic’s hand.

“OH SHOOT!” Sonic hissed as he dropped the creature.

That was definitely gonna leave a mark. Bite marks showed on his gloved hand, but slowly red started to show through the glove. He doesn’t know how he does it but his claws are unsheathed. It’s definitely gonna be hard remembering those. Sonic tried to calm down the creature, but it was too frightened.

“Get away from me!” The creature hissed as it lashed its tail, “I will tear you to pieces!”

“I promise I won’t hurt yo-” Sonic paused when the creature hissed again, “Ugh, why do I even try? What do you want me to do to prove I won’t harm you?”

The creature’s eyes widened then narrowed, “I mean you haven’t hurt me yet…”

“Exactly.”

“But! I will keep all of my eyes on you.”

“Gotcha scales!” Sonic said with a wink.

“My name isn’t scales…”

“What is it then?” Sonic asked, “My name is Sonic, Sonic The Hedgehog.”

“Uh,” It responded.

“So…?”

“Ugh! What's the point?” The creature snapped, “I don’t remember it okay?”

“Oh…” Sonic responded, “Well, I’ll help you remember! If you’ll allow me.”

The creature walked over cautiously, keeping its distance.

“Well, you’re a girl right?”

“I think so.”

“Well, that narrows it down! Hop on my head.” Sonic said as he picked her up.

“Why?” She asked, “I’m sure I can keep up with you.”

“Well, just in case.”

She sighed. Sonic then bent down into a running position, gloved claws sank into the earth, and sped off. Or at least he wanted to. Instead of speeding off into the sunrise he slipped and fell on his back, which hurt.

“OH CRAP!” Sonic immediately checked if his wings were okay.

The creature just laughed as Sonic brushed off himself.

“Oh boots.” Sonic looked down at his shoes. “Well at least I know how to run in these now.”

Sonic stood up taller, he guesses he just has to go slower. This is why he never wears boots. His tail was sticking up proudly, and sped off successfully.

“Hey!” The creature shouted. “You left me behind!”

Reference for Sonic the Night Giant (From my fanfic Sonic and The Cursed Bracelet)

After putting on a mysterious bracelet, Sonic is now cursed to transform into a giant at night. He's very insecure about this form and doesn't want anyone to know. However, Shadow ends up finding out about his curse on accident.

Not only is Sonic cursed with enormous size at night, but also enormous rage. He needs to learn to control it, or else risk causing destruction and hurting his friends.
