giggles and kisses (things that happen when you’re drunk)

Akaashi is a giggly snuggly drunk and Bokuto becomes very quiet and observant when he's drunk.

Kenma (didn't drink) has many pictures of a wide eyed flustered tipsy Bokuto dealing with snuggly Keiji.

Bokuto is looking past the camera, silently pleading for Kuroo's help, but Kuroo (tipsy) is too busy laughing at them to do anything.

Akaashi falls asleep and Kuroo and Kenma manage to get him on Kuroo's back to take him home. Bokuto stops walking (jealous) when Akaashi nuzzles his face against Kuroo's shoulder. It's a bit better when Kenma, thinking he's too drunk to manage, gently takes his hand and tugs him forward to get him walking again.

'Okay?' Kenma asks with a look.

Bokuto nods, but when Kenma moves to let go of him, Bokuto squeezes his hand.

Kenma's brow furrows adorably as he looks between Bokuto's face and their hands. Bokuto's face feels warm and it's only partially because of the alcohol.

Bokuto grins sheepishly and Kenma offers a small smile in return.

Their hands stay together the rest of the way home, which is peaceful until they get to Akaashi's place and he won't let go of Kuroo.

"Okay!" Kuroo says cheerfully, "We're at your house." He sways from side to side, making Akaashi laugh. "Time to get down."

Akaashi hides his face against Kuroo's shoulder again. "No," he says petulantly, moving his arms to lock around Kuroo's chest.

Taking this in stride, Kuroo tilts his head slightly, looking at Akaashi's hair. "Can you give Kenma your keys if I carry you up?"

Akaashi nods, the frames of his glasses digging into Kuroo's shoulder and pressing against his nose.

"Alright, then that's what we'll do," Kuroo says softly.

He glances behind him and tilts his head.

Bokuto expects Kenma to let go of him but he feels a rush of warmth in his chest when Kenma simply pulls him along instead.

Akaashi hands Kenma the keys and immediately locks his hands over Kuroo's hands again, earning a smile from Kuroo.

"Which key?" Kenma asks Akaashi.

Akaashi mumbles.

"What?" Bokuto asks.

Akaashi actually lifts his head from Kuroo's back at the sound of Bokuto's voice. They can both see the gears turning in his head as he processes what's going on, looking between all of them.

Kenma scoffs but there's a fond smile on his face too. "That's Kuroo," he says, gesturing to Kuroo. He swings his arm in the other direction. "And this is Bokuto."

They expect Akaashi to reach out for Bokuto but he just grins. "Okayyyy~"

Kuroo adjusts his grip on Akaashi, popping him up and making him laugh again.

Bokuto is mesmerized by the sight.

"…Key?"

"Hm?" Bokuto asks, eyes glued to Kuroo's smile.

"D'you know which key?"

The light is too low for Bokuto to see. He holds Kenma's other hand and pulls it close to his face. "This one, with the cat."

Kenma snorts. "Of course it is."

He unlocks the door and Kuroo easily slides Akaashi to the couch, stumbling when he tries to step away since Akaashi locked his ankles around Kuroo's shin.

Kuroo steadies himself with his hands locked on Bokuto's shoulders.

Kenma leans close and gives him a peck on the nose.

Kuroo grins as he stands up. "Hello, love." His grin only widens as he looks at Bokuto. "Thanks for the save."

Bokuto feels another wave of warmth. "No problem."

Kuroo raises an eyebrow at him, but he can't think on it for too long cuz Kenma speaks again.

"I think someone else wants your attention."

Kuroo looks down and Akaashi is pouting up at him. Once Kuroo's eyes are on him, he grabs Kuroo's wrist and yanks him down onto the couch.

"Alright then," Kuroo says to himself, but it's loud enough that Kenma and Bokuto both laugh. "Is he usually like this?"

"Only when he's drunk," Bokuto answers.

Akaashi startles at the sound of Bokuto's voice again, looking at him with a frown.

"Hm? What's up 'Kaashi?"

— Kenma pov —

Kenma knows that frown. He looks at the wide eyed Bokuto and takes pity on him. "Sit with him."

Bokuto looks like he wants to ask questions but Kenma pushes him forward.

Kuroo and Bokuto's arms both rest behind Akaashi. As he leans into Bokuto, Kuroo manages to slip free.

"Play with his hair," Kenma murmurs, guiding Bokuto's hand into Akaashi's hair and letting go.

Bokuto frowns for a moment before he gets caught up with the smiling Akaashi in his arms. He feels /so warm/.

Kuroo stands up and wraps an arm around Kenma, kissing the top of his head. "Time to go?"

Kenma opens his mouth but Akaashi cuts him off. "No."

"No?" Kenma asks.

"No," Akaashi repeats.

— Kuroo pov —

Kuroo crouches down next to him. "Hey," he says gently.

"Hi."

"We got you home."

Akaashi nods.

"Bokuto will take care of you."

'I will?' Bokuto mouths at Kenma.

Kenma nods.

"He will," Akaashi says, satisfied.

"So Kenma and I are going to go home now."

"No," Akaashi and Kenma say at the same time.

Kuroo looks at Kenma, who has an amused smile on his face.

Kenma slides onto the couch on the other side of Akaashi, who immediately wraps an arm around him. "You're busy tomorrow?" he asks Kuroo.

Kuroo shakes his head.

"Then we can stay the night."

"Yay!" Akaashi cheers, pulling Kenma closer.

Kenma's smiling so widely his face squishes up. "Yay."

"Yay!" Bokuto echoes.

Kuroo sighs exaggeratedly but he's smiling. He plops down and sprawls over Kenma. "Yay!"

"Get off me!" Kenma says, squirming to shake Kuroo off.

Kuroo grabs onto the back of the couch, locking Kenma in place. "I'll get up for One Kiss."

"I can't reach your mouth!" Kenma protests, still squirming.

"A peck on the cheek is also acceptable," Kuroo says, grinning like a cheshire cat.

Imagine everyone's surprise when Akaashi leans over and gives Kuroo a peck.

i keep thinking abt a boku/aka/kuro/ken au where kenma's very private online, not a lot is known about him outside of the VERY little he chooses to share.

Cuddles. Specifically Akaashi’s.

Sure, Bokuto’s are great full of energy and Kuroo’s are nice and comfy but even they’ll admit there’s something about Akaashi’s cuddles that just makes them feel so soft.

She can be reading in bed or cooking some dinner but the moment they walk in the door (or for at home cases, Kenma comes out of her streaming room), she instantly smiles and opens her arms to them or allows them to hug from behind.

And when they’re watching a movie or sleeping and they’re all cuddled up together, they have never felt as loved or cared for as they have in Akaashi’s arms. And the cherry on top is when she kisses them (multiple times) on their faces.
