I just finished playing Sam & Max: Save the World yesterday and inspiration hit me like a freight train, Max's vices are very interesting

Max's Vices with Reader (Part 1)

This day was certainly… strange to say the least, to say the most a sociopathic wizard had just split up multiple parts of your boyfriend Max after enslaving the world

Now you, Sam, and a Blissed-Out Max have to find his "vices" in order to return him back to normal

You stared down at the Blissed-Out Max as he clung onto you, it would be cute if he was actually himself

"Max, if I give you my gun will you promise to at least act normal?" You offered it to him but much to your horror he politely declined

"Of course not, violence is never the answer, dear." You stared at him with a chill running up your spine, he's really that far gone huh?

You better find his vices and you better find them soon or else you'll be stuck with this horrible version of the lagomorph you love

First on the doctrine was Murderous Max, thank goodness that may be the part of him you miss most!

Luckily he was easy to find as he was still inside The Blister of Tranquillity, just hopping around in the same spot trying to shoot, well… everything and everyone

"Max?" Sam asked making Murderous Max turn around, staring at you with a deranged glee, even more deranged than regular Max's glee!

He started to shoot at you all making you panic and approach him, "Max! Please don't hurt us!"

"Hurt ya? I ain't gonna hurt ya babe, just those chumps near ya." Murderous Max replied not stopping but also clearly trying to miss you

As you weren't entirely sure what else to do and Sam and Blissed-Out Max were far too busy avoiding bullets you put your plan into action, you can only hope it actually works…

You pulled Murderous Max into a hug, one he immediately returned "Aw babe, if you wanted a hug you could've just asked"

"My turn next!" Blissed-Out Max smiled at you, as he was too gone to get jealous like he usually would

"You can count on it." You pulled off Murderous Max's hand letting go of him, he looked at you shocked and a little hurt before disappearing

You pulled Blissed-Out Max into a hug, slotting his hand back onto his arm, "How are you feeling Maxie?"

"I wanna hit stuff with a hammer!" You were so relieved, well until… "So I can repair the office!"

You sighed, walking to the door, "At least it's one down and two more to go." Sam grabbed your shoulder making you nod at him before grabbing the door to return back to the surface of the moon

It’s been quite a weekend. Events include kayaking with @jessqueenan, wildflowers, dinner for 3 with @iamizzyaceto, roses dancing after lighting a candle for a dear departed soul, tea with another power of 3, and last nights ritual carried out in the depths of the eclipse portal. I feel very blissful and very sleepy. Last night was also the all night vigil for Wesak, the May full moon, where devotees of the Buddha’s teachings do an all night vigil of meditation. It is the night he is believed to have experienced his enlightenment. When I was woken at 1:39am I could feel the energy of the eclipse and the almost full moon already ringing in my ears before the event. At the full eclipse this was intensified, and can still be felt now. We emerged this morning into a steamy jungle of a world full of birdsong. The rain soaked world felt made new. First day of Z’s exams. Even if you can’t see things you can feel them. Tuning into planets moving and embodying their energy is a powerful thing. Max's Vices with Reader (Part 3/Final Part)

As you arrived back to the moon you saw Slothful Max still lying there

You sat down next to him and decided to just be polite and flat out ask him

"Hey Max, do you mind rolling over?" You tried to be as sweet as possible, but of course nothing is ever that easy

"I would, Love, but I'm way too comfortable." Well, if that's case then there's always other ways

"But I wanna spoon." You looked at Slothful Max with big puppy dog eyes making him blush

"Well, I guess I can if that's the reason…" He slowly rolled onto his side but when he finally finished you pulled his tail off of him

You couldn't see his face as he dissolved but your sure he must be as upset as the others, no matter this was all for your actual Max

Sam walked over to you and you smiled up at him, "Got the last piece."

"Great work!" Sam cheered and you sighed turning over to Blissed-Out Max, you smiled widely slotting the final piece into his backside

Max fainted before only minutes later waking back up, he sat up and held his head

"Doll, what happened?" He smiled up at you, finally he was back to himself!

You wrapped your arms around him, some tears escaping your eyes

"Doll? Who hurt ya?" He growled taking out his gun, yep this really was your Max

"No one, I'm just so happy you're okay." You pulled away from the hug to cup his face before kissing his cheek

"Of course I am. Now I think we have a looney wizard to sort out."
