3. What fandoms do you write for?

uhh including WIPs right now im mostly writing for stranger things, which got the most fics in progress, but also legend of zelda (botw/totk specifically), jak and daxter, dangan ronpa (mainly dr1 and nvdr3)

5. Do you respond to comments?

6. What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

hm well for completed ones id have to say 'i'm supposed to take care of you', but including planned wips i dont know whether 'all these shadows' or 'wavelength' has more angst. theres also an ndrv3 fic in the works thats pretty downer

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

i think Moonlight is pretty hopeful!

8. Do you get hate on fics?

nah, usually me and my writing keep to ourselves

yeah, once or twice

y'know i havent really dabbled much in crossovers!

nope! ive been meaning to translate some of them into spanish tho

i tried a couple of times but it fell apart pretty quickly. dont think ill be trying again

iiiii do not have one because i really dont care that much about ships tbh. at least theres nothing that immediately comes to mind

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you will?

hmmm well. little red carp was a fun fic to write but i dont see myself getting interested in it again

16. What are your writing strengths?

people tell me im very good at character voices and personality! which i appreciate! im also good at visualizing my stories and writing action scenes!

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

planning! im always getting tripped up by how to get from point a to point b and i always get stuck with the details! its the worst!

but i cant exactly pants a story either bc im always thinking "oh what if i take the story THIS direction" and then i end up having to go back and rewrite a lot of sections

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language?

writing in spanish is veeery weird compared to writing in english. i cant get the grammar to cooperate with me as much, and it always makes me feel like a kindergartner trying to use words they just learned to cobble together their first story

i usually try not to bother translating for languages i don't know. or do some research first. mostly i rely on either not giving context or just writing what theyre really saying "in italics like this"

19. First fandom you wrote for?

uhhh. balto i think. as in the 1995 animated film balto. i was obsessed with that film

20. Favorite fic you’ve ever written?

i think wavelength! just because of how much fun i am having thinking of the dynamics and Plot Things that are going to happen. a lot of it is a mishmash of what-ifs? and things i thought were going to happen in stranger things itself but didnt

oooooo white people in my replies really saying ‘I can excuse racism but I draw the line at homophobia’

Not surprised since this is the site that only talks about racism and thinks it’s a big deal when they see it demonstrated in the cartoons and comics they like *coughs* dungeonmeshi *coughs* (for example at least. I haven’t seen THIS many white ppl talk as in depth about racism on here as much as these fandom nerds, man. I stg. Like “Ohhhh, so you all DO acknowledge that racism is real? Just not in real life even if you could feel it slapping you in the face at high speed. Gotcha.” It’s crazy.

Tumblr is like, 90% white and is extremely centered around them. That’s why you barely see stuff that’s important to black and brown people ever trending here or being talked about. It has to be something incredibly huge to the point where even white people can’t ignore it like they usually do, to talk about it here.

They only talked about George Floyd here because the topic of his death became world news. Even people in other countries were talking about it. Before him, it was probably Ferguson and Trayvon Martin… most of them are still trying their best to ignore the genocides because it’s a “touchy subject.” What do you expect from white people who live in their own bubbles of comfort and refuse to pop it with a needle??? They find comfort in their privilege and faux ignorance (they love playing stupid to avoid conversations about important things outside of fandoms like, are these mfs born with half a brain dedicated to fandom or what.) That’s literally all these mfs make a big deal out of, especially on this annoying ass platform. The ao3 mfs will go to war for the site that allows racist ff and cp like it’s no big deal. I wonder how many people here even donated to the site while actively scrolling past dono posts from folks who really do need help. They act like they’re doing a civil service by defending this site that makes over the amount of it’s intended dono goal in minutes.

Then you already know as soon as you even bring up racism in the stuff they like, they start ganging up and harassing black bloggers especially, calling them TERFs and the whole nine. Anything to make that person look bad for being concerned about the racism that they have such an intense aversion to. God, it’s absolutely exhausting knowing that these people would have no problem choosing a cartoon character over your entire existence if they COULD. Isn’t that fucking sad, man?

I don't think people should have to actually like certain fictional content to acknowledge that it's really fucked up to spam a person's post comments and DMs with suicide bait and messages telling them that they deserve to be violently assaulted over drawings of fictional characters. Like the bar is so goddamn low and yet people are still failing to get over it.

As far as we can tell, this was an advertisement background song for The Music Channel BBS, an bulletin board service which proudly housed a great number of modules.

Sadly, this BBS shut down quite a while ago, likely due to the advent of archives like Modland or The Mod Archive.

there’s a phenomenon on here where if u make a silly little text post that took 2 seconds of thought and then send it out into the world and then it gets notes people who see it think that the note count is somehow indicative of how much you care about the subject of the post . when in reality 15 0 note text posts in a row says more about what occupies my mental state than a 10k post ever will
