I don't know if I'm fucking stupid or the smartest person on the planet. I just went on an hour long walk in 100 degree weather while fully clothed. I was sweaty as hell but I burnt 500 calories.

🎬🍿Binge watch movies instead of food🎬
Sharing the secret-mia can watch on YouTube. Definitely one of my comfort movies basically gives a tutorial on how to pur93.good representation of 'Mia' as it shows the main character Beth bin91n9 then pUr91n9.
To the bone-ana can watch on Netflix quite good but mainly just watch it as the main character is th1nsp1r4t1i0n. Kinda cringe ngl.
Starving in suburbia(thinspiration)-ana pretty sure you can watch it on vimeo. Not the best imo but great for motivation
Tiny pretty things- the character with an 3d isn't really Shown too much but gives some representation of 3ds in guys in the ballet industry.
A secret between friends-ana can watch it on YouTube. About 2 friends being ana together definitely gives you motivation. Shows how her 3d began not like many other movies.
Red band society(TV show)-ana Emma is the character with an 3d and she's on a few episodes the show overall is really good tho.
Skins-ana(TV show) season 1 ep2 "cassie" really good show and I love this character sm
Supersize vs super skinny- absolute classic. Can watch full episodes on YouTube. Shows how little the 'naturally skinny' people eat.

Advice for rexies on their period!!!
1- Make sure to try and reassure yourself that you're bloated, you've still got a long way to go, but that weight isn't you.
2- Try to eat some protein, iron rich and estrogen rich foods if you're restricting.
3- go on a different deficit to your usual. By this, I mean that you should have a deficit thats at least 150 cals higher than your usual. My deficit when I'm on my period is around 800-900 cals to make sure that I'm still losing weight but not tired.
4- remember to keep some low calorie sweets on hand or gum, just trust me on this one, it really helps!
5- its okay to binge on accident, but make sure to fast for a day after your period ends for every time you binge.
6- if you're one of our beloved bull1m1cs, try not to purge as often as usual, as it can make your periods more painful.
7- you're still valid if you still have your period, ana and mia are here to support you, even if you aren't as far along in your journey to thinness as someone else ♡♡♡

No cause I mean this so seriously, why am I actually so fucking ugly? Like I don't think my fave is that bad but my stupid weight makes me look horrible, my cheekbones aren't defined, my jawline isn't sharp, when I yawn or smile you can see my double chin and I look so fucking huge in everything I wear and its even worse naked. I need to starve until I'm just bones, maybe then I'll look somewhat good.

Why I’m choosing the unhealthy route:
I started weight loss in December last year, at the start of the month I weighed 250 and by New Years I was 240, although 10 pounds isnt a lot I was still feeling happier in my skin that I had lost weight.
This was until dinner on Christmas Day. Everyone had sat down but me my dad and my brother, my brother had sat on the empty side of the table where there was more room, my dad then told him to get up and move to the other side and that I should sit there and when my brother asked why, he said that the bigger people (me and my dad) need more room. I burst out in tears and ran to the bathroom where my dad continuously apologised. I didn’t eat dinner that christmas.
I won’t be the fat girl anymore.
