Monsters: The Portfolio, Limited Edition (Avalon Editions, 1988). Thirteen black and white plates by: Hilary Barta (1), Mike Mignola (2), Moebius (1), Mark Nelson (2), John Nyberg (2), Mitch O'Connell (2), Mike Schneider (2), Charles Vess (1).
Found 12, mostly poor quality images, but I can’t find the second Nyberg image. The Mignola images look to be original art but the rest are prints.

Horror Movie Review: Swimfan (2002)
Swimfan, for all it does well, takes itself far too seriously and that is to its detriment.
Written by Charles Bohl, Phillip Schneider and directed by John Polson, Swimfan is a 2002 psychological horror/thriller that stars Jesse Bradford, Erika Christensen and Shiri Appleby.
