Poly curse breakers brain rot.
Theres so many of you you're practically a friend group/roommates who kiss and sometimes talk about a pet dog. (Or human child. Penny would like a human child.)
The place you stay in is small for the amount of people. 3 bed rooms 2 bath.
Charlie has his own because of how loud he snores and his work schedule is basically dawn to dinner. which leaves the 5 of you scattered between the two other rooms.
The Biggest room is MC, Rowan, and Talbott because they're both clingy and attached to mc. Rowan is Trauma bonded and has a little separation anxiety after being together 24 seven for the last 9 years of life. And Talbott has imprinted like a little bird.
Chiara and Penny get the other room and it smells faintly of rain, lavender, vanilla, exotic plants and potion ingredients at all times. Very homey and Hufflepuffy.
Despite all of the efforts to make sure that everyone has their own space. everyone more often than not ends up in the biggest bed (Charlie's) cuddle piled tangled in each other as the broad shouldered ginger roars like a dragon in his sleep.
Chiara likes to knit gifts (the muggle way) in her free time. Scarves, gloves, and cute little sweaters (not for charlie. never a sweater for Charlie)
Penny brews Chiara's monthly potions and let's Reader help most times.
Talbott isn't super affectionate and sometimes with accidentally refer to his partners by their entire first and last legal name. "Thank you, Chiara Lobosca. I appreciate it."
Darling. He meant to say darling.
Seeing as Penny is the only one who knows anything about the muggle world sometimes she'll take you guys to new places (museums, bowling, the movies. Usual date night things)
The lot of you avoid Molly Weasley like the plague. While she was...sweet during your Hogwarts years she was always particularly pushy when things weren't "traditional" (read as: like her marriage)
She sends letters to talk with Charlie to see how he's been occasionally she asks about you. "How's your friend dear, the one from Christmas? With the....brother."
Talbott plays piano
And Penny plays guitar
Both musical gifted
They'll play for you, just ask.

I WON’T CRUCIFY THE THINGS YOU DO.
Pairings: Chester Davies x reader; Felix Rosier x reader
Warnings: angst, bits of fluff, use of alcohol, post Hogwarts, the characters are in their early twenties, some implications to sex towards the end (18+).
Plot: in which you give up on your relationship with Chester Davies to work for the Order of the Phoenix as a mole among the Death Eaters and convince Felix Rosier, your former crush, to redeem himself. Exhausted, you come to the conclusion that you have lost the only person you truly cared about. Once you come back home, however, someone is waiting for you on the couch.
You stumbled out of the Three Broomsticks, smudged lipstick, black lines of mascara drawing irregular patterns on your cheeks. You were definitely tipsy, barely standing straight and your vision was partially blurry. Right after you had agreed on joining a group of new young recruits of Death Eaters to assault Diagon Alley, you had realised that it was not the way you planned to help the Order of the Phoenix. You should have just turned down Mad-Eye Moody’s offer to become his eyes and ears. Not only you were risking your neck, but also torturing innocent people. How did you end up falling in the deep end?
Once your task was completed, you did not hesitate to apparate in Hogsmeade and wash away your sins in alchol. Butterbeer was a long forgotten drink. Fire Whiskey worked, though. You gulped down a shot after another, theoat on fire, tears peaking at the angles of your lashes.
Why did he have to be a Death Eater?
The chill running down your spine when your eyes met on the battlefield earlier, the way he suavely whispered your name under his breath as he brushed his thin lips on the back of your hand. He was the same, handsome as ever, malice gleaming into his eyes. Yet, he was not the old, good guy you had fallen in love with back at Hogwarts.
“Unscupulous, I see. You certainly became a real Slytherin, after all”, his voice rang in your head as you slumped down on a bench to rest. The moon shone bright above you and you knew it was probably past midnight. You should have just headed back home, instead of spending your money on cheap drinks in hope to forget about him.
“Screw you, alright?” you muttered, pinching the bridge of your nose. You could not just simply pretend you had not casted a Crucio with him on a fellow wizard in the middle of the steets. You could not shake the feeling of satisfaction dripping from his laughter, once you were done, or the way he pushed you against the nearest wall to invite you over for a drink. You could not read his true intentions, you did not know if he keened to truly have his way with you out of pure interest, or if he was just trying to hook up to celebrate his victory. All you knew was that your blood ran cold and you arranged to agree on a date on Sunday.
His breath fanned your jawline as he buried his nose onto the crook of your neck. You had dreamt to be this close to him for years, back in time. But he was not a monster in your dreams, he was a slytherin prince in a emerald green cape. A yelp fell from your lips, when his sharp teeth bit down on the tender flesh of your neck and chills ran down your spine as he reclutanly took a step back, to inspect the purple mark he had tatooed on your once flawless skin.
“Just in case you bump onto that uptight boyfriend of yours… Are you two still together, by the way? I should have not let him have his way with you back then”.
A teardrop left your eye but you quickly wiped it away with your fingertips. You were tired, exhausted even and your stomach twisted and turned, leaving you dizzy in the middle of a strangely desolate Hogsmeade. As if it was not enough, your mind dragged you in dark memories, forcing you to reminisce over things you should have not done, over facts that had made you realise how stupid and foolish you had been back then.
“It’s not you. It’s me. I am not good enough for you” you had murmured, a pouring rain cascading over you two and disguising your tears with its droplets running down your face.
He stared at you in defeat, his hands tucked into the pockets of his jacket “You are more than enough for me. Be honest: it’s not me, but it’s not you either, am I right? It’s him.”
You clenched your fists in frustration as his words cut deep into your heart. He was right. It was ‘him’, but how were you supposed to tell him that it was not just about your feelings for him? He was a good friend of yours, after all. Maybe your love for him was not as intense as you thought it was: you just wanted to make sure he was fine, that the Death Eaters had not knocked on his door trying to englobe him into their army. However, little did you know he was a Rosier and his family had always chosen to stand with the shadows.
“Chester, please… – you uttered, averting your eyes from him – It’s complicated. I don’t want to hurt you” you tried to defend yourself.
“Oh, thank you for your deliberate act of kindness then. – he sarcastically commented – What on the Earth do you think you’re doing right now, huh? Hypocrisy doesn’t suit you, Y/N” he countered back, jabbing his finger at you. His hands were shaking and you wondered if the water dripping down his glabrous face were tears, or just the rain.
“He was your friend too, Chester! I need to do this for him! There’s a chance he could be saved” you fired back, taking a step forward.
“A backstabber is no friend of mine. – he flatly declared, shrugging at you – And stop lying to my face. Don’t pretend you are doing this for him. We both know you are going to walk through hellfire for your benefits. That’s it, isn’t it? You desperately need to know that he is a good guy, when you already know the truth! There is no redemption for him. Don’t be so foolish to follow him into a grave, please” he ranted, before turning his back at you and running off to a place far from you.
You had done a terrible mistake. Weeks had passed from that fatal day, when Chester left your shared appartment, leaving no trace of his existence behind. You regretted everything. He was never wrong, he knew you would have literally fought the Dark Lord himself to make sure Felix was still the guy you had lost your mind for from the day you first met. Chester did not care about your feelings for him. He accepted the fact that a part of you would have always belonged to the Slytherin prefect. Why? Because he loved you. He was the one who picked up the pieces of your broken heart and put them together, when Felix dumped you at the Yule Ball.
“I should have known he was the only one worth to fight for…” you whispered, batting your eyes closed. Flashes of that night pestered your broken mind.
You were in the Great Hall in a lovely green dress, red painted lips and full of expectations for the Ball, when Felix Rosier told you he could not attend the event and that, furthermore, you were not the one for him. You fell on your knees, your eyes sparkling in tears as you heard the echoes of your friends’s laughters all around you. You should have kept your distance, you should have not allowed yourself to believe you two shared a deeper connection. You were just friends.
It was only when someone cleared his throat in your proximity that you finally saw Chester, a gentle look in the eyes and a baby-blue tissue in his hand. You were still too traumatized to say something, but it was not necessary. He bent down next to you, grabbing your chin delicately to turn your head towards him and then he did something you could never forget: he tapped the tears away from your face with the tissue, half-lidded coffee brown hues soaking in your features.
You had no idea of how long you sat there in silence, watching couples of students hiding in the shadows to make out, or have some privacy anyway. Eventually, though, he was the one who broke the awkward silence.
“What was his excuse?” he asked, staring to an indefinite point ahead of him.
“He had some business to attend to… – you trailed off – And, according to him, we are better off as friends”.
He scoffed, lulling his head back in search for the right words to say but it appeared to you that he was just trying to suffocate his rage. You had never seen the calm and collected Ravenclaw prefect acting so out of character. It was weird and oddly creepy, yet heartwarming. Why was he so upset? Did he care that much about you?
“Would you give me a chance?” he blurted out then, catching you off guard.
You parted your lips in disbelief, cocking your head to the side “What?”.
“Dance with me. Now. Outside. Would you give me a chance to make you smile?”.
You blushed, grasping his hand as he helped you to get back on your feet. He draped his jacket over your bare shoulders, as you slow-danced under the moonlight that night. Somehow, he had got your back. And it was not the last time he did it.
Where was he now though? He was gone, he was not coming back to you. Not now, not even in a lifetime. It was your fault, after all. You deserved it.
You took off your heels, standing up from the bench and cursing yourself for having been a blind idiot who only saw the good in people who lacked empathy. Felix never loved you, not even now. You were nothing more than a one-night stand for him. A toy, a doll to throw away once he was done with it, as one of the Death Eaters had said to him “She is a cute doll, isn’t she?”. But you were not a doll, you were a young woman in love.
You appareted away, back into your apartment. It was dark, except for the dim moonlight seeping through the courtains into the living room. Your flat only meant one thing to you now: solitude and sorrow, guiltiness and remorse. You were used to snuggle into Chester’s arms, whenever you got back home. Who was waiting for you now, though? No one, but an empty space.
You dragged your feet along the cold floor, droopy eyes and a quivering lower lip. You had no tears left to cry, yet your body stirred and trembled as if you were about to burst out into another break down again.
You had barely made it to bedroom, when your legs gave up and you collapsed. You expected to hit the floor with a dull thud, to have your knees bruised the morning after and maybe a concussion, but you did not expect to inhale a familiar scent, or to hold onto his forearms for dear life. Were you really that drunk that you were imagining things? Was it possible to feel a warm breath fanning your lips, if you were daydreaming, though?
“Just in time” Chester murmured, concerned.
You gawked, your eyes snapping open as your vision cleared out to reveal his face. You were not having episodes, he was there, holding you into his arms because, once again, you could not take care of yourself. How ironic was it that he always had your back, even though you were not together anymore? He was not supposed to be there, to watch you crumble down under the effect of drinks and the hurt Felix was causing you.
“You are back… You are here” you stammered, glassy eyes boring into his ones.
Chester did not reply. His hands simply travelled down your waist, then they settled on the back of your legs and swept you off of your feet. You let him pick you up, your hand clenching the fabric of his navy-blue shirt like a newborn baby. You depended on him, you had missed him like crazy. But why was he there? You had hurt him, he had all the rights in the world to hate you.
Still he loved you.
“Why are you here?” you murmured, as he laid you down on the bed.
It took a moment for him to answer. His eyes inspected your body, searching manically for some injuries, a proof that someone had hurt you, but all his eyes saw were a few bitemarks on your neck and the sorrow in your eyes. Your hand wrapped around his wrist, pulling him down towards you, as if you were begging him to stay. Had he not come back to stay, indeed?
“I was… I had forgotten some books and a box with some clothes” he vaguely said, sitting down beside you.
You frowned, lifting yourself up on your elbows “Don’t lie to me, Ches…” you said, earning a sigh from him.
Chester glanced at you briefly, his heart melting instantly. It felt surreal. You two were sitting in your once shared bedroom, tired, a familiar gleam in your eyes that displayed nothing but affection and concern. Merlin, he had truly missed you. How far had you gone this time?
“I was worried about you and your low sense of self-preservation” he admitted, as you sighed and wrapped your arms around your legs, bringing them to your chest. He knew that position. You once told him you felt protected and safe, if you curled yourself up in a ball. You were scared and loathed to see you like that.
“It sucks caring about a reckless idiot, I know... I am sorry” you agreed, propping your chin over your knees.
Chester arched a tick eyebrow, shifting his position to properly face you. What had Felix done to you? Did you finally understand he was a lost cause? Had you finally realised how much you valued?
“I would have come back anyway. Reckless, or rational” he softly said, tucking a strand of your hair behind your left ear. Your breath hitched, his forefinger brushing against your cheekbone in a feather-like touch. You had longed for that touch for days.
“Why?”.
“Because I love you. – he paused, swallowing forcefully the limp in his throat – And there’s nothing bad you can do to change that. No matter how far you go, how much you venture into the darkness, or how you got that…” he trailed off, gesturing to the hickeys sprinkled down your neck. Your hand snapped up to cover your exposed flesh from his gaze. Shame and regrets dawning on you for the unpteenth time that night. You never wanted Felix to touch you. The only reason why you allowed him to do it was that you hoped to persuade him to be a better man, to turn his back at the Dark Lord.
“I have come back for you, Y/N, because I love you” he confessed then.
Tears spilled out uncontrollably from your already puffed eyes and you crawled towards him, hands cupping his face to bring him down to your level. Your lips met midway, moving in sync, dancing in a slow motion you had missed for five longs weeks of his absence. His calloused fingers tangled in your hair, pulling gently on some strands to angle your head in a better position. You belonged to him, his was the love that kept you warm in the endless, cold winter nights, his were the hugs you could not live without.
You moaned against his lips, his free hand travelling down your hip and squeezing it as a sign for you to climb on his legs. Another habit of yours, another way he had to show you his love language: physical, gentle touch.
He was not like Felix, he was not rough with you. Never. Most importantly, Chester Davies had never broken your fragile heart.
Your straddled his waist, arms loosely wrapped around his shoulders as his lips hovered over yours. You stayed like that for minutes, eyes closed, lips barely touching and the only sound audible in the dark room was your uneven breaths. “I know you care about him… It’s okay, I can deal with it, if it’s important to you. But promise me you’re going to be okay” he cooed, knitting his eyebrows together. He was pleading you, he did not want to lose you again. Not for Felix Rosier, at least. He had asked Mad-Eye Moody to send him as mole in the dark society too, but he had refused. It was better for lovers to work separately. Or so he had been told.
You kissed him, nodding at his statement “I’ll do my best, but don’t leave me again”.
Words were superfluous, at this point. You ripped his shirt open, the buttons went flying across the room landing on the floor, lost forever. The bedsheets were the only shield you used from the rest of the world that night and Sunday soon became a day you wished not to live.
AUTHOR NOTE.
AHHH, I have honestly enjoyed writing this one! Would you love to read a part 2? I am very tempted, but I would like to hear your opinion first! I know, I know, I am the queen of angst but the best love stories I have ever read are tragic❤️👀
Are you a simp for Chester or Felix? 🫣

For My Moon》Chiara Lobosca x Reader
Heeeeello people! So this was requested by @raven-201 and just a quick note, It is my first time writing an angst. And second, English is not my first language so there may be errors.
Charecter:Chiara Lobosca
Type:Angst
Request:
Tumblr media
There was chaos. Spells, explosions screams and wicked laughter. Walls fell, statues broke down (Y/N) was rushing through it all. Limping, they were shot by a curse, thrown to a wall, burnt their leg and had dust in their eyes. "Happy thoughts" they thought to themselves. As they knew danger was inevitable. Holding onto a yet standing wall, the sweet memories flowed their mind.
(Y/N) smiled. Dim lights, starry hall, the Celestial Ball was going very well. Looking at the dancefloor (Y/N) saw many of their friends dancing. (Y/N)s eyes traveled the wide hall. Landing eyes on the pretty white haired girl (Y/N) decided to talk to her. Taking gentle steps, they smiled at her. "Hey Chiara. You look nice." "Thanks (Y/N)! You too." . (Y/N) stopped at their tracks for a moment. A soft smile, a shine in her pretty pale blue orbs, her snow white hair slightly falling to her face as she tilted her head... (Y/N) was baffled at Chiara's beauty. "Say, why are you sitting alone? I was wondering if we could have this dance." (Y/N) said. Sticking out their hand, Chiara held gladly as (Y/N) led the to the starry dancefloor.
(Y/N) snapped out of their sweet memory as they heard a growling of a wolf. Before being able to turn they felt a great pain in their back. Like it was cut with a knife. Collapsing, doing their best to heal themselves, (Y/N) looked up. In the corner laid the lifeless body of Lavender Brown. (Y/N) felt a strong claw clutch them from their neck and raise them to the air as they tried to break free. "(Y/N) (L/N)" a voice dripping in poison. (Y/N), stuggling to breathe and doing their best to break free, felt another blow to their chest. Another wound, and another and another... Just before closing their eyes, a bite to their neck and white hair. Then, the world fades out. Everything turns black. Pain. Blood. Screams. "(Y/N)!" They hear. Nothing. Now, they felt nothing.
An unconscious body left in a pool of their own blood. Chaos everywhere. Chiara came running. Standing in front of the body of the infamous curse breaker. "Weaker than the last time I remember. Heh, what are you going to do girly? Protect them?" Greyback laughed. Chiara stood her ground "With my life. If that is what it takes.". "Stupid girl. Then so will it be you can die with your lover. They were present to protect Hogwarts back in your days, and look at them now! Dead." Chiara didn't want to believe a single word of what Greyback said. "Incendio!" She had to fight her way out.
One spin, one dip, Ciara danced fluently with (Y/N). Chiara had elegancy in every move she did. Then there was (Y/N). Looking like like a lovestruck puppy. Smiling like a dork. (Y/N) loved to see Chiara smile. Lost in their thoughts, (Y/N) didn't notice the music coming to an end. When Chiara started to lead (Y/N) elsewhere then they noticed. Stepping into the Courtyard (Y/N) and Chiara admired the stars and a moonless night sky. "(Y/N), I have to tell you something. I- I like you." (Y/N) was baffled. Chiara got nervous. Fiddling with her fingers and looking at her feet." It is okay if you don't like me back. I needed to get it off my chest" (Y/N) held Chiara's hand. "No, I do like you. I am... well... just as nervous?". Chiara leaned on planting a soft kiss to (Y/N)s cheek. "And uh... I've got something for you!" (Y/N) said. Pulling out a beautiful silver necklace, and handing it to her. The necklace had a moonstone shaped like a crescent moon and had a small pocket inside. Chiara opened it. "For my Moon" it said. Chiara burst into tears hugging (Y/N) as she peppered them with kisses "Thank you, thank you ,thank you. I promise I will never take it off!"
Chiara was panting. Dragging (Y/N)s body to the inside of Hogwarts. Chiara also collapsed as Madame Pomfey carried (Y/N) to a nearby bed. "Ferula." Pomfey tried to heal (Y/N)s wounds the best was she could. The major cuts both on their chest and back were split all the way to their abdomen. It was almost impossible to stop the blood. "They, lost too much blood. Their leg is burnt, some of their bones are broken. Chiara dear...". Chiara stood silent. The tears she had been holding back started to flow. She squeezed (Y/N)s hand. "Don't worry love. Everything will be fine. You will get over this and everyone will live in peace and... and..." Chiara broke down. Getting closer to (Y/N)s face. (Y/N) with all of the strength that was left within them raised their hand, cupping Chiara's cheeks. "You are as beautiful as the first day I met you, my Moon." The blood on (Y/N)s hands stained Chiara's face. Chiara's tears falling to (Y/N) face, (Y/N) did the best they could to wipe them. "Chiara, don't cry. Just remember me ok? I love you even in death." Chiara choked up a bitter laugh while sobbing. "No you won't! You won't die! (Y/N) PLEASE! PLEASE HOLD ON WE WILL HEAL YOU-" (Y/N) hand fell off. Slow, hard breaths came to an end as their eyes slowly shut never to open again. "NO NO NO NO (Y/N) DON'T please. Please don't go" Chiara couldn't accept it. She denied. Denied that the great curse breaker, (Y/N) (L/N), the love of her life, had died in her arms.
.
.
.
.
.
She screamed. So loud. Her sorrow took over her sobbing clutching their skin begging for them to wake up. But it was done. (Y/N) was gone. And Chiara was left with the beautiful necklace they gave her on the day of the Celestial Ball. Clutching on to the necklace. Chiara stood beside (Y/N). As her world slipped out of her hands.

Magical Christmas #11
Chiara Lobosca
Tumblr media
You wrap a quilt around your girlfriend's pale shoulders. She smiles feebly at you. "Are you okay?" You ask. Chiara nods gently. "Yeah, you?" She asks. You roll your eyes. "I did not turn into a wolf last night." You tell her gently. Chiara sighs softly. You draw her into your arms. "You are so brave and strong, baby." You whisper, pressing a kiss onto her forehead.
"Thank you for staying with me." Chiara mutters. She nuzzles into you. "You know I do it gladly." You reply. Chiara looks up at you. "So I did not ruin your Christmas?" She asks. You chuckle and kiss her forehead. "Absolutely not. I got to spend it with you." You murmur warmly. Chiara blushes lightly.
She cups your cheek and draws you nearer for a languid kiss. You smile against her lips. She is absolutely worth staying at Hogwarts for.

Heyo! It’s the Chiara ⛱ asker! I’m sorry I wasn’t too specific. I would prefer a x female! mc, if possible please. Thank you!💗
⛱ - beach
*i apologize for it being so short. i rewrote this seven times and i’m still not satisfied but idk how to make it better. thank you for requesting! <3
Tumblr media
“Did you bring everything?” Chiara asks for the thousandth time as your car finds its spot between two others. She pulls out the decent sized beach bag you packed to rummage through it, leaving you to get the small cooler. Muggle inventions are so cool.
“Yes, Chiara, I did.” You reply drolly.
“The snacks, drinks, towels, chairs, umbrella, sunscreen—”
“Check, check, check,” You laugh, leading her down a sandy path to set up your belongings. “I went over that list five times at your insistence. I promise, we have everything we need.”
Chiara smiles somewhat bashfully, her cheeks tinting pink. She unfolds her beach from under her arm and leans her bag against it. “You’re right, I’m sorry. I don’t go to the beach a lot and I just wanted to be prepared.”
“How come you don’t go a lot?” You ask as you stuck your umbrella in the sand, the last of what you brought all in its place.
She laughs lowly as a gust of sea wind brushes through her short hair. “Love, look at me. Do I look like I tan?”
You shake your head with a giggle. “No, I don’t suppose you do.”
“But you know what does look like fun?” She asks, a cryptic smile on her face.
“What?” You ask, already spreading out in your chair.
Chiara points out to the sea and you turn to find a big blow up climbing wall. Only two other climbers can be seen challenging the wall and they watch as one of them misses a foothold and falls back into the water. Slowly? You feel a smirk spread your lips apart.
“Won’t you burn?”
Chiara shrugs. “Maybe, but it’ll be worth it to beat you.”
“Not a chance,” You deny, rising from your seat just as Chiara begins to take off towards the water. “Hey! It doesn’t start ‘till we get there!”

The Story Of Us
Pairings: Charlie Weasley x Hufflepuff!MC, Bill Weasley x Hufflepuff!MC, Charlie Weasley x Chiara Lobosca
Word Count: 1.9k
Warnings: Cheating, Strong Language, Slight Angst
A/N: This is halfway a songfic halfway not, also this was written with my mc in mind so y/n isn’t going to be a blank slate. My mc oregon is also in a band called Wreaking Havoc so that is in here although not mentioned by name so it’s easier to pretend I guess.
The Story Of Us
My wet socks felt weird against the stage floor. Tulip’s reckless strumming on an electric guitar and Phillip, my replacement drummer, were the only things I could hear. It felt like I was under water, but then again, it was raining. Everything was muffled and all I could focus on was the music around me. The screaming crowd below me sounded miles away. “I used to think one day we’d tell the story of us” The memories flooded back, the happy and the sad all jumbled into one. “How we met, and the sparks flew instantly”
“Do you want me to talk to her on your behalf [Y/N]?” I still remember that day, we had just gotten back for our fourth year and Charlie had spoken to me for the first time during our Care of Magical Creatures class. I had opted out of the class the previous year but decided to take in this year as a release. And a release it was. I was instantly in love with Charles Weasley.
“People would say they’re the lucky ones” When the whispers and the stares got unbearable Charlie was always there for me. When he was around I didn’t care what the people said, all that mattered was him.
The rain poured down as I danced around the stage, “I used to know my place was a spot next to you” I could vaguely make out a silver head in the crowd so I closed my eyes. My black skirt was soaked in the rain but it still moved as I danced. “Now I search the room for an empty seat”
Memories of that night flow back. It seemed like half the school was crowded into the Gryffindor common room to celebrate their win. My eyes searched the room for Charlie the whole night, it was half past 12 and I still hadn’t found him. “[Y/N] [L/N], there’s something you should know.” Tulip had said to me. My gut immediately told me what it was. But the thing I could have never expected was that it would be my own roommate.  “Cause lately I don’t even know what page you’re on” The woman who had told me her secrets, the one I had told mine in return. She told me the reason I couldn’t find Charlie was that he hadn’t even been in Gryffindor Tower that night. Before we left to go try and catch them I felt a pull to look back. I caught the eyes of the man I had been fighting with for the past few months. “Oh, a simple complication, Miscommunications lead to fallouts”
I opened my eyes and looked back at the band. We were performing in the training grounds, but the crowd we drew was the biggest it had ever gotten. “So many things that I wish you knew. So many walls up, I can't break through”
The next party was hell. I had broken up with my boyfriend and lost one of my best friends in the same night. I could see from across the room how her silver hair and his ginger hair fit so well next to each other. My anger was unimaginable. My face was flushed and my grip on my firewhiskey tightened. “You need a break” Penny told me as she put a hand on my shoulder. “Yeah, I do. But really? I don’t even miss Charlie that much.” Penny gave me a knowing look. “Okay yeah I do, but like I miss Chiara so much more. Like she was one of my best friends and I- I’ve known her longer than I’ve known you even! I just can’t believe she would throw it all away like that.” And then she looked at me.
“Now I'm standing alone in a crowded room And we're not speaking And I'm dying to know Is it killing you like it's killing me? Yeah I don't know what to say Since a twist of fate, when it all broke down. And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now”
“Next Chapter.” The voice of the band’s backup singer pulled me back to reality. I look out to the drenched training grounds and find familiar eyes. We’ve been fighting for so long. It’s so hard I can’t take it anymore. “How’d we end up this way?” I’m pulled back into my thoughts as thunder cracks once more.
I see his eyes from across the Gryffindor Common Room. He’s already looking when I turn my head in his direction. “See me nervously pulling at my clothes and trying to look busy” I look away. “Talk to him.” Says Liz next to me. “What? No, he hates me.” I look back and he’s laughing with his friends once more. “You’re stupid if you think he hates you.” Tonks says, laughing at me. “And you're doing your best to avoid me” Turning to go face him I see that he’s vanished.
I run a hand through my drenched hair and suddenly I’m singing to the silver haired girl and the ginger boy once more. “I'm starting to think, one day, I'll tell the story of us, How I was losing my mind when I saw you here. But you held your pride like you should've held me”
~ ~ ~
I see her face lit up by the fireflies, the moon having abandoned us. She looks beautiful even as she’s singing about heartbreak. I stare up at her from the screaming crowd, wondering if I’ll ever get the chance to make up for what I did. It was never her fault, even though I acted like it was. I doubt she even knows why I was avoiding her. And then, somehow, she looks into my eyes and sings to me exactly what I’m thinking.
~ ~ ~
“Oh, I'm scared to see the ending. Why are we pretending this is nothing? I'd tell you I miss you, but I don't know how. I never heard silence quite this loud” As I sing the next line I meet his eyes again in the crowd. My wet socks had gotten slippery as the slightly uneven stage pooled with water. I turn and dance around my fellow bandmates instead of facing him. But I can feel his eyes on me still.
~ ~ ~
     She dances and everything melts away. All I can hear is her voice. Her voice was the thing that hypnotized me that day on the training grounds 3 years ago;
“Did you get my owl?” She asked me. Not very memorable I know, but she made it so. She was, and still is if not more, ethereal. I found myself wanting to impress her all the time. I fancied [Y/N] [L/N]. I fancy [Y/N] [L/N]. I find myself staring at her swaying body, her lips, her wet hair, everything about her is beautiful. But she hates me.
~ ~ ~
The fireflies buzz around him. He looks like a god. The sad part is I’m in love with him. But we haven’t spoken in months. “Now I'm standing alone in a crowded room And we're not speaking” But maybe, just maybe— No. He couldn’t. “And I’m dying to know, Is it killing you like it's killing me? Yeah” If only I could talk to him. Maybe things would get better.
~ ~ ~
If only I could talk to her. Maybe things would get better. “I don't know what to say” Tulip’s guitar rift ties in perfectly with the rest of the song. I wonder who the song is about. Considering she kept sneaking glances at my idiot brother and that slut it’s probably about them. I wish I could have been there for her when it happened. But I was busy sulking. Her words become crystal clear once more. “Since a twist of fate, when it all broke down And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now” Could it have been about me? A small part of me wanted to hope that she could ever fancy me in return. But that was foolish, she wouldn’t— would she?
~ ~ ~
“This is looking like a contest. Of who can act like they care less” The fireflies danced around his soft ginger hair. I couldn’t pretend anymore. My body sways but my mind is racing. His red “Head Boy” badge glimmered upon his uniform, without the robes of course. He never wore the robes. “But I liked it better when you were on my side” And at this point I realized that I didn’t care whether or not he loved me in return. I was in love with him and I was happy about that. I danced around to Phillip behind me, then Penny to my right. “Talk to him after the show.” she says quietly, as to make sure her statement goes undetected by the microphone on the stand in front of her. “Okay.” I whisper in return. Penny sang the next line with me. “The battle's in your hands now. But I would lay my armor down” Now it’s not just his eyes that I can feel on me. It’s hers and his brother’s too. But I don’t care. Not anymore. “If you say you'd rather love than fight” His eyes in the crowd are the only pair that matter. “So many things that you wish I knew But the story of us might be ending soon” The song has a newfound tone that it didn’t start out with. The song felt happy.
Returning to the final chorus, I sang like my life depended on it. “Now I'm standing alone in a crowded room. And we're not speaking. And I'm dying to know, Is it killing you like it's killing me? Yeah” I closed my eyes again, but not out of fear or pain this time. “But I don't know what to say. Since a twist of fate, when it all broke down. And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now, now, now”
~ ~ ~
I see her close her eyes in bliss and I laugh. I laugh. It’s a genuine and special laugh, one usually only reserved for her. I feel like even though it’s only been 4 minutes and we haven’t spoken… we’ve somehow reconciled. “And we're not speaking And I'm dying to know Is it killing you like it's killing me? Yeah” As she sang the final few words of the song I attempted to make my way toward the stage exit. “I don't know what to say. Since a twist of fate, 'cause we're going down. And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now”
“The End.” says Penny, marking the official ending of the song.
“Hi Bill.” She says, out of breath. Even though we’re both sticky from the leftover humidity caused by the roaring crowd and the now stopped rainstorm, she’s still the most beautiful woman I’ve ever met. “Hi.” I say back. This was a lot more awkward now that I was actually doing it than what I had thought up in my head. Her eyes flicker from my eyes down to my lips for a split second, so much so that it’s barely noticeable. And then it happens. I kiss her, and she kisses me back. It’s perfect.
“Oi! Lovebirds!” We’re interrupted by a voice, I turn around and it belongs to the one and only pink haired, Hufflepuff prankster. “Mind taking that up to Weasley’s dorm will you?” [Y/N] just rolls her eyes at her friend in response.
“Go to Hogsmeade with me?” I ask. Bringing her hands intertwined in mine up to my chest.
     “Of course.”

Reign of Fire
This is just a story I came up with while playing at the Magical Creatures Reserve. I hope you all like it! It’s a little shorter than the others, but I haven’t seen a story relating to the reserve so I wanted to try to figure this out. It’s a very subtle Charlie x Jacob’s Sibling story because I’m basic, teehee
Summary: (Y/N) (L/N) has been acting quite suspiciously, it’s up to her friends to figure out why she’s grown increasingly anxious.
“Oi, has (Y/N) always had those scars?” asked Tonks questioningly eyeing (Y/N) from the Hufflepuff table.
Penny Haywood sat on Tonks’ left, re-reading her potions essay while her enchanted utensils cut up her dinner, “What do you mean?” she asked, her eyes fixed on her parchment.
On Tonks’ right sat Chiara Lobosca reading a rather colorful book with a large cake on the cover, “She’s been acting quite strange lately,” she spoke up, flipping through the pages of her baking book, “I’ve had to heal her multiple times this week.”
“Come to think about it,” muttered Penny, now looking up at (Y/N) who was undeniably shoving large pieces of meat into her school satchel, “She asked me to whip up some healing potions and burn-healing paste, but I didn’t ask what for because she seemed a bit anxious about it.”
Tonks’ narrowed her eyes at the jittery girl scurrying out of the Great Hall, “Not the least bit suspicious at all,” muttered Tonks while rolling her eyes. Deciding this was too weird, she shoot off her seat, “Let’s go, we’re going to follow her.”
Both Chiara and Penny watched in shock as Tonks’ sprinted out of the hall after (Y/N). Both sighing as they gathered their belongings and made their way after their friend.
“So, you’re not going to tell us why you were shoving meat in your bag?” asked Tonks in frustration after finally catching up to her friend, “or why you suddenly look like Mad-Eye Moody’s long lost cousin?”
(Y/N) forced out an awkward laugh, shoving her heavily bandaged hands into her robe pockets in an attempt to hide them, “I already told you,” she said edgily, “I was just grabbing some for Hagrid, no need to worry!”
It was ridiculous of her to think her friends wouldn’t see her during dinner time. Now, she had the three Hufflepuff super-sleuths on her case.
“This isn’t going to end well,” (Y/N) thought, forcing a grin as her friends stared her down, “But I’ve really got to go!” Without letting her say another word, (Y/N) sprinted out of sight leaving Tonks, Penny, and Chiara stunned in the empty corridor.
“I think you might be onto something, Tonks,” added Penny, a mixture of curiosity and concern decorating her features as she deciphered their current encounter, “We’ll have to figure this out.”
Chiara remained silent, confused as to why she thought the tips of (Y/N)’s hair looked a bit singed. Shaking her thoughts away, Chiara assumed it must’ve been a trick of the light and followed her roommates out of the corridor.
Later in the day, (Y/N) entered the library with the hopes of checking out a specific book. She was immediately greeted with the unfriendly stares of her classmates as she made her way through the sections, tightening the bloody cloth around her palm as she went.
“They’re not staring for no reason” thought (Y/N) as she awkwardly met the gaze of the students in the library. It was rather unusual to see someone with a scar over their cheek when they did not have one the day prior. It was also unusual to see the uniform sweater with a rather large scorch mark on the side.
But there wasn’t much she could do. It was impossible to tell any of her friends if it reacted this way towards her. It wasn’t safe to tell them yet, it would be too dangerous.
“Just stick to your plan” she reminded herself, locating the section labeled “Magical Creatures”.
Charlie stood by one of the bookshelves, reading the library’s copy of Dragon Species of Great Britain and Ireland for the second time this week. Once again, his expeditions into the forest proved fruitless and his optimism on finding a dragon in the wild was dwindling.
“Hey, Charlie,” greeted (Y/N) in a whisper, sliding past him in search of her book, “How’ve you been?”
The smile he meant to greet (Y/N) with faded as soon as his eyes landed on her wounds, “(Y/N), what happened to you?” asked Charlie, instinctively reaching out to examine her bandages, “Who did this to you?”
Usually, (Y/N)’s reflexes would’ve avoided Charlie’s grip, but they seemed to have failed her this time. Out of fear she would get in trouble, she had avoided seeing Madame Pomfrey for a couple of days so when Charlie’s fingers wrapped around her forearm, she couldn’t help but wince.
“It’s nothing,” she stated unconvincingly, pulling her arm away from Charlie’s, “Bad match at the dueling club.” Determined to avoid this conversation, (Y/N) moved towards the shelves in search of her book, nervously tugging at her robes to hide the scorch marks on her sweater.
“Dueling club?” sneered Charlie, “Snape would’ve never let you walk out of there like this! You look as if you’ve been mauled, you’ve got scars all over your face!”
“Charlie be quiet!” pleaded (Y/N), turning to face him, “I can’t tell you right now, just trust me.”
The grave look (Y/N) gave Charlie was enough to make him back off, but the idea of letting this go did not sit right with him.
“At least let me heal you,” proposed Charlie, reaching for her arm once again, this time waiting for her to extend it. (Y/N) reluctantly began unwrapping the bloody bandages, stretching her arm out for Charlie to see.
There was a large bloody gash on her forearm along with various other burns, bruises, and cuts. It was as if someone, or something, had dragged a giant claw down her skin. Charlie looked up at (Y/N) in shock but did not say anything, instead, he pressed his wand against the wound and uttered the healing spell. Immediately the blood began seeping back into her body and the gash closed itself up, leaving only a small scar in the center.
(Y/N) admired her mended arm with a smile, “thanks, Charlie” she uttered, pressing a kiss against his freckled cheek.
Charlie was so caught off-guard by her kiss that he didn’t even notice her pulling a book off the shelf behind him or when she tucked it in her bag. His hand flew to his cheek, appreciating the lingering feeling of her lips as he watched her leave.
Shaking himself back to his senses, Charlie shoved his book back into the shelf and marched out of the library with a newfound determination to figure out what on earth (Y/N) could be up to.
In his haste, he also failed to notice (Y/N) had swiped the library’s only copy of:
From Egg to Inferno: A Dragon Keeper’s Guide
Night had finally settled and most of the students had returned to their respective dormitories. It was a distinctively clear night and the half-moon shone brightly over the castle grounds, illuminating all who walked underneath it.
(Y/N)’s cloak billowed behind her as she scurried past Hagrid’s Hut during the late hours of the evening, the satchel over her shoulder overflowing with supplies. Surprisingly, (Y/N) didn’t take the path towards the Forbidden Forest, instead, she took a turn through a clearing past the lake.
Charlie watched intently from behind Hagrid’s pumpkins, “What are you doing?” he asked aloud, momentarily startled when he actually received a response.
“We could ask you the same question,” a female voice called behind him, “but I think we have a pretty good idea why.”
Apparently undergoing their own investigation, Tonks, Penny, and Chiara had exited their common room and followed (Y/N) through the castle. Charlie brushed the dirt from his trousers as he rose from his hiding spot, a smile playing at his lips when his eyes landed on his friends.
“(Y/N) acting weird to you?” He asked casually, earning a nod from all three girls.
“If you mean more than usual, then, yes” replied Tonks mirthfully.
“We better get going,” added Penny, and the four of them quietly began tracking the muddy footsteps (Y/N) had left on the path.
However, the deeper they progressed, the more difficult it became to track their friend. The once empty path had quickly littered with upturned trees and roots. They were all having a difficult time understanding why (Y/N) would travel so deep into this section of the forest so late at night, but they were determined to find out.
Charlie trudged through the mud with his wand raised, the tip of it lighting the path for him and his friends. Nervously chewing at his bottom lip, he kept his gaze fixed forwards in hopes of finding (Y/N) standing somewhere nearby. The four of them remained quiet as they walked, waiting for any sound that might lead them to where she might be hiding.
After what seemed like half an hour of walking, they finally found themselves in another clearing completely different than the one they entered from.
“Merlin’s beard,” Tonks spoke up, amazed by the scenery in front of her.
“Borf!” exclaimed Chiara happily, running over to the werewolf cub in front of a forest opening.
“What is this place?” asked Penny, stepping forwards to follow Chiara who was now petting the cub.
The area surrounding them contained multiple biomes, enchanted to remain within their own sections. Charlie stared out in awe, his eyes carefully examining the blindly white snow falling over the distant mountains and the small creatures streaming up the crystal lake.
“Bloody hell,” Charlie muttered breathlessly, walking past each section in amazement before pausing to gaze at the burnt pasture meters ahead of him. His eyes widened once realization began to settle and it only took one deafening roar for Charlie to figure out what (Y/N) had kept from them.
“(Y/N)!” screamed Charlie, taking off like a bullet towards the volcanic pasture, ignoring the cries of the girls behind him.
“Charlie!” Penny called after him, but her voice was drowned out by the violent roar reverberating through the forest.
“Come on!” yelled Tonks desperately, unable to hide the fear in her face as she pulled Penny and Chiara towards the pasture.
The roars grew louder and louder as they approached, maneuvering through scorched earth and the smoke that surrounded it.
“Come on, just listen to me!” the desperate voice of (Y/N) cried before it was drowned out by another great yowl, “Here!”
(Y/N) tossed up a large piece of steak, flinching as the creature dove its head down to swallow it. The beast roared once more before opening its mouth and spitting out a large, stream of fire towards the trees nearby. With a scream, (Y/N) dove to the ground, the heat of the flames radiating above her as the large dragon annihilated the already scorched trees.
Charlie halted, his mouth agape when his eyes landed on the enormous Hungarian Horntail chained to multiple boulders at the edge of the pasture. The Horntail screeched as it aggressively flapped his wings, the large gusts of air putting out the fire it had started in the first place.
(Y/N) stood up from the ground, reaching into her bag from another chunk of meat before carefully stepping towards the thrashing dragon. She gulped as she stretched out her free hand in an attempt to soothe the creature before tossing up her final piece of meet, once again ducking as the Horntail devoured it in a single go. Noticeably subdued, the Hungarian Horntail flapped its wings and settled itself upon the flat rock, its yellow, lizard-like eyes fixed on its caretaker nearby. (Y/N) kept her distance from the dragon, stepping back in relief after no more screeches came from it. She let her legs crumpled underneath her in exhaustion, catching herself with her hands as she attempted to catch her breath, spooked by the dragon’s earlier outburst.
Charlie still couldn’t believe his eyes. Not only was he face to face with a real Hungarian Horntail, but he was in front of one (Y/N) had captured and had been taking care of for who knows how long? All he could do was stand there in shock, his eyes never leaving the black-scaled creature laying over the stones.
It wasn’t the heroic dragon encounter he had always pictured.
It was better.
There stood (Y/N), expertly handling a wild dragon after successfully hiding in on Hogwarts grounds. Charlie had spent countless hours searching for a dragon of his own, but had never succeeded so seeing (Y/N) handling the Hungarian Horntail sparked a feeling he had never felt before. Charlie’s heart thumped against his chest as he stared at (Y/N), a dark blush spreading across his cheeks after noticing how incredibly attractive she looked.
Unfortunately for Charlie, he didn’t quite get the pleasant introduction he had hoped for. Upon setting eyes on the dragon, Penny let out a blood-curdling screech, effectively angering the creature as she did so.
(Y/N)’s head snapped towards the direction of the scream, springing to her feet as the Horntail rose once again, bearing its sharp fangs towards the four teenagers huddled near some trees. With a sudden burst of adrenaline, (Y/N) sprinted towards her friends with her wand in hand as the Horntail reared back, a ball of light forming at the back of its throat.
A large jet of heat shot from the Horntail’s mouth and towards the now horrified looking teenagers. (Y/N) planted herself in front of them, screaming out the words, “Protego Horribilis!”
The fire that shot towards them was suddenly deflected upwards off the large barrier (Y/N) had cast, the force of the flames pushing her back as she held her ground. Now, the only sounds that filled the pasture were the sounds of the raging flames, and (Y/N)’s indefatigable screams of exertion.
Charlie, Chiara, Penny, and Tonks ducked behind her as the flames shot past them, all of them gazing up at (Y/N) with thunderstruck looks on their faces. The dragon halted its attack, sinking back down onto its rock as the final bursts of flame bounced off the barrier. A large shattering noise resonated through their ears as the shield broke, the vibrations shooting through her arm and hurdling her back towards the ground. With loud thuds, (Y/N)’s body rolled over the dirt halting a few meters away from her original position.
Dazed and confused, Charlie opened his eyes to see (Y/N)’s body sprawled out against the dirt. “(Y/N)!” He called, sinking down beside her and easily lifting her unresponsive body against his own, “Hey, wake up!” he tried once again, a hint of panic in his voice as he lightly shook the girl in his hands.
Chiara, Penny, and Tonks sank down around Charlie, their eyes wide with fear as tears welled up in Charlie’s eyes. Quickly delving into her bag, Penny scrambled to find the potions she had prepared before they set off after (Y/N).
“Here,” she said, hastily shoving a revive potion in Charlie’s hands, “It’s supposed to wake up an unconscious person.”
Without hesitation, Charlie popped open the vial and tipped it into (Y/N)’s mouth while Tonk’s held her backward, allowing the liquid to travel down her throat. While the others fed her the potion, Chiara had already begun healing the cuts and scrapes on (Y/N)’s limbs, the streams of bandages from her wand tip wrapping themselves around it.
(Y/N) scrunched up her face and stirred awake with a small groan, her eyes slowly fluttering open. She let out another loud groan feeling the pain shoot through her body as she finally came to, “I-Is everyone alright?” she choked out, straining her neck as she took a headcount of her friends.
“You’re mad,” sighed Charlie in relief, smiling down at the girl in his arms, “absolutely bonkers, you’re worried about us right now?”
(Y/N) smiled at Charlie sheepishly, patches of dirt and blood covering her usually clean face, “Well, you can’t say I don’t worry about you” she laughed but winced immediately after feeling another burst of pain shoot through her, “I think I might actually have to see Madame Pomfrey this time.”
“You THINK so?” exclaimed Tonks sarcastically, the tension in her body easing as (Y/N) smiled up at her friends, “I’ve got to admit, you had me completely fooled this time. I’d never guess you’d be hiding a dragon!”
“You could’ve been killed, (Y/N)!” Penny cried, “You should’ve at least told one of us!”
(Y/N) closed her eyes in contentment, a small smile playing at her lips as her friends babbled around her, “I know, but I’m just happy you’re safe.”
Penny’s concerns faded as she watched (Y/N) lay in Charlie’s arms, her serene expression making Penny smile comfortingly, “That’s all thanks to you.”
Chiara nodded in agreement, “What can we ever do to thank you?” she added, returning her wand to her robe pocket.
“Nothing,” (Y/N) stated bluntly, “If I had told you what I was doing, you would’ve never followed me here and you wouldn’t have been in danger.”
Charlie scoffed at her statement, “We’re going to thank you properly,” he stated, pulling her in for a gentle hug, “Thank you for saving us, (Y/N).”
Once they were finally ready to go, Chiara, Penny, and Tonks gathered up (Y/N)’s belongings and lit the way back to through the clearing. Charlie scooped (Y/N) up in his arms and carried her all the way towards the castle, her arms draped around his neck for support.
“What did you think about her, though?” (Y/N) asked Charlie quietly, her head resting comfortably against his shoulder.
Charlie glanced down at the girl in his arms, a large grin spreading across his lips, “If you weren’t injured, we probably would’ve stayed there for hours,” Charlie admitted, “We’re going back as soon as you’re better, I want to know everything about her..”
(Y/N) watched him happily, his excitement seemingly healing her as they traveled back into the castle, “I was going to tell you first, y’know,” she added, “I just wanted to wait till she was a little tamer.”
Charlie chuckled and pressed a kiss against (Y/N)’s forehead, “I know, but you don’t have to worry about that right now. We’ll take care of her together from now on.”
Pleased with how everything had turned out, (Y/N) let her eyes close and she quickly drifted to sleep in Charlie’s arms, grateful to have her friends around her.

Stay Away, I'm a Beast (fem!werewolf reader x Bill Weasley)
Masterlist  (To view my Masterlist, visit my Tumblr page)
Words: 5.3k
A/N: I also posted this on AO3 (30/09/19: I noticed I added copy pasted the summary of ‘I’m not my brother!’. So, I added the right summary. Sorry for the inconvenience ^^;)
Summary:
After a terrible night in the Forbidden Forest, you would have to deal with the consequences of that particular night. That might wouldn't sound too bad if you only got in trouble for being somewhere you weren't supposed to be into. However, this night had life-changing consequences. You would have to deal with this for the rest of your life. You kept your distance from your friends and only began hanging out with Chiara Lobosca from time to time. This was enough for your friends to get concerned about you.
BIll Weasley, who was busy with studying for his N.E.W.Ts, suddenly realised how differently you were acting around your friends. Will he figure out what is going on with you? Can he make things at least a little better for you?
_______________________________________________________
You remembered being scared… Scared for the Beast that was running after you. You kept running and running, praying you be able to get away from it. However, the Beast was faster than you were. It was catching up to you. Before you knew it, the Beast caught you. There was nowhere to go. This time you couldn’t defend yourself against it, knowing it wasn’t on his own. You were outnumbered. You remembered the Beast baring its teeth. You knew exactly where this was going…
The next moment you could feel its teeth tearing through your skin. The pain was unbearable, like your shoulder was burning. You were screaming in agony, desperately wishing for the pain to be gone. The Beast wasn’t done though, it seemed to be ready to take another bite. It probably didn’t care about how much it hurt you. Maybe you were just its little midnight snack.
However, the Beast got away from you when it was hit by something. You weren’t sure what happened next. You knew you had lost your conscious when you were rescued from being eaten by the Beast. Still, it definitely left an impact on you. Something you would have to deal with for the rest of your life.
Of course, this happened almost two months ago. Your parents were informed about the ‘accident’ and you would have to deal with the consequences. You had to spend an entire week in the Hospital Wing without letting anyone know about the accident. The accident was meant to be kept as a secret, only known by a select group of people, who would be able to help you out. Luckily, you weren’t the only student who had to deal with this ‘problem’.
Still, it meant you would have to lie to everyone else. No one else had been there the night of the accident. Although, your friends were suspicious about what had happened. You just had to lie your way out of there. No one, absolutely no one could know about this. You didn’t want to endanger their lives, so you decided to keep your distance.
Keeping your distance was hard, as you were beginning to feel lonely. The only one you could speak about this was the other student with the same problem. You knew she had the problem for a long time. She was bitten by a Beast too. Although, she had been a lot younger than you were and was more experienced when it came to this ‘problem’.
“You know, you don’t have to keep a distance from them all the time. It is not like your condition is contagious.”
You were nearby the Forbidden Forest with Chiara Lobosca. Borf, the (were)wolf cub, was wagging its tail while looking at Chiara. She smiled at the cub and petted it.
“I know it’s not contagious… It’s just that…”
“You are afraid they will find out about what happened to you?” Chiara asked, looking up at you.
You nodded. “I’m already afraid people are going to find out about it whenever I dress myself in my dormitory… The scar… It’s quite visible. I mean, Rowan… She would find out something bad has happened if she sees it. I didn’t have a scar like this one before.”
“Well, avoiding your friends is making them suspicious as well. Perhaps it’s better to just act like you used to do. Of course, you might need to retreat yourself when you are feeling worse, but besides that, you could just spend time with them. They don’t necessarily have to find out about it. Unless you want to tell them.”
You quickly shook your head. “I don’t think I can tell them…”
“Well, you always seem to speak highly about your friends, maybe they will understand the situation.” She said, giving you a small smile. “Then again, it’s your own decision. I’d rather not tell people about my condition either.”
You two just sat nearby the Forest when you noticed a certain guy walking around. You kept watching him for a moment, before you heard some giggling coming from Chiara. You looked at her and raised an eyebrow.
“Do you like him?” She asked you with a grin.
“What do you mean?” You asked, looking slightly surprised.
“Bill Weasley. You seemed to be staring at him.” She said slightly amused. “So, do you have a crush on him?”
You began blushing a bit and then you began fiddling with your fingers. “I have no idea what you are talking about…”
  _______________________
“This might be in your O.W.Ls… If you wish to pass your Potions examination, you should probably focus right now. Although, I doubt all of you will be able to pass your exanimation by just focusing…”
Your focus was particularly poor today. You were feeling a bit off, although, you weren’t surprised about that. It was almost time… The full moon was approaching and you could already feel the effects your condition. Your skin was pale and it looked like you were getting ill.
Rowan had been telling you to go to Madam Pomfrey, buy you refused going there. It was no use to go there anyways.
“Miss Y/L/N. I would appreciate it if you could at least pay some attention to what we are doing in this class.” Professor Snape said when he was standing nearby your table.
“Sorry, Professor.” You said and then you tried to focus once again.
You could hear Merula snickering. “She is definitely one of these students who won’t pass their Potions Examination during their O.W.Ls.”
“Stop it, Snyde.” Rowan said, frowning at Merula.
“Or what, Khanna?”
“Well… You would definitely regret it…” Rowan muttered, not sure what to do about it.
“Miss Khanna, shouldn’t you also pay attention…?” Professor Snape said, glaring at the girl.
“Sorry, Professor.” Rowan said softly, looking down.
Things were pretty quiet after that. The lesson continued on and before you knew it, it was already over.
You grabbed your stuff and was ready to go to your next class. You noticed Rowan was trying to catch your attention, but you ignored her. You didn’t feel like talking to anyone at the moment. You just wanted to go your DADA class, hoping for this day to be over soon.
“I’m telling you, Y/L/N is losing her touch. Look at how poorly she has been doing in class.”
You looked up, seeing Merula talking to Ismelda and some other Slytherin who was in the same year.
“Maybe she just gave up, you know? She probably decided to show her madness to people instead of trying to be a perfect little student who occasionally gets in trouble. I mean, she doesn’t hang out with the people she used to call ‘her friends’.” Merula smirked. “Maybe they have dumped her after they figured out she is a complete lunatic.”
Okay, that’s it…!
“Shut your mouth, Snyde! You don’t know shit...!” You yelled at her, glaring daggers at her.
She looked at you and then she smirked. “Oh, so you can still talk? I thought you had lost that ability too.” She was definitely mocking you.
“Yes, I can still talk and luckily the things that come out of my mouth are a lot better than the rubbish that comes out of your nasty mouth.” You hissed at her.
“Rubbish? Well, excuse me for pointing out the obvious. You have been alone for a while, Y/L/N. Your friends actually dumped you, didn’t they?”
Instead of grabbing your wand, you just punched Merula in the face, surprising everyone, especially Merula. You were ready to punch her again when you were held back by someone.
“Y/N…! That’s enough…!” You heard a familiar voice say behind you. That was probably the person who was holding you back.
Merula was holding her nose. It was definitely bleeding. “You are freaking crazy!” She said when she began making her way out of the Dungeons.
You were trying to struggle out of the grip of the person who was holding you back. “Let go of me…!”
“Barnaby, we should probably bring her somewhere she can calm down…” Rowan said softly.
So, it was Barnaby who was holding you back?
“Yeah, that’s probably for the best…” He said and then he simply lifted you of the floor. “Sorry, Y/N.”
“I am calm…!” You muttered. “Just let me go.”
“Yeah, I don’t think that’s a good idea…” Rowan mumbled.
Barnaby and Rowan led you somewhere else, making sure you wouldn’t get away this time. They probably wanted to talk to you. Maybe the rest of the group wanted to talk to you as well…
On your way to wherever Barnaby and Rowan were leading you, Bill walked over to you.
“What is going on?” He asked, looking at you and then he looked at Barnaby and Rowan.
“Uhm… Well… Y/N was acting a little off not too long ago…” Rowan said softly, rubbing the back of her neck a bit.
“Yeah, she punched Merula in the face.” Barnaby said honestly.
“You punched Merula in the face?” Bill asked you, raising an eyebrow at you.
“So what?” You muttered. “I punched Merula in the face. Maybe that was something I have always wanted to do?”
Bill looked slightly baffled by your response.
“You have never done that before though…” Rowan pointed out. “It’s not really like you to do something like that.”
“Rowan is right. It’s more like something I would do when people are saying bad things about my friends.” Barnaby said.
“Well, maybe I have changed.” You muttered. You sounded really bitter towards everyone. “Can you guys let me go now? We have DADA and I’m sure Bill has to do something more important than this too.”
“We thought it would be a good idea to talk to you about this, Y/N… We are just w-”
“There is nothing to talk about.” You cut Rowan off. “Just let me go.”
Barnaby let you go, even though Rowan gave him a look like she was saying ‘what are you doing?’
Once he let go of you, you gave them one last look before you walked away from them again.
Bill watched you walking away, wondering what was going on with you. Maybe he should try to speak with you soon?
  _______________________
  “Charlie… Have I missed a lot?”
Charlie looked up at his brother and raised an eyebrow. “What are you talking about?”
“Well… I saw Y/N today. Apparently, she has punched Merula in the face.” Bill said, looking a little concerned. “I could tell Rowan and Barnaby were concerned about her… I know I haven’t been around much, because of my N.E.W.Ts, but it seems like Y/N is acting quite off.”
Charlie frowned a little. “Yeah, she isn’t acting like herself. She hasn’t been acting like herself for almost two months I suppose. You remember when I told you Y/N had disappeared for a week?”
“I remember you telling me that.”
“Ever since she came back, she has been acting differently around us all. At first, she was just a little absent-minded, but later on, she began to avoid us.”
Bill frowned a little. “She is avoiding everyone?”
“Yeah, she doesn’t really talk to us anymore and tends to just walk away from everyone who is approaching her.” Charlie pointed out. “Although, I wouldn’t have expected her to suddenly throw punches.”
“I don’t think anyone would have expected her to do that. Although, Merula does often get under her skin.”
“I suppose so, but she never resorted to violence before.”
Charlie and Bill both were quiet for a moment. They both seemed to be thinking about this matter.
“Do you think it might have to do something with the Cursed Vaults?” Bill asked.
“It could be…” Charlie mumbled. “But what could have happened?”
“I don’t know… I mean, she doesn’t really show up to the meeting with Professor Rakepick either, much to Rakepick’s dismay.” Bill pointed out.
“That’s right, you both are chosen by Rakepick to be her apprentices.” Charlie mumbled. “She doesn’t show up for these meetings either?”
“Not since…” Bill didn’t even finish his sentence.
“Let me guess, almost two months ago?”
“It does seem to align with each other…” Bill said softly. “She has been acting differently, she doesn’t show up and she is avoiding the people who care about her.”
“Well, the one who I have seen with Y/N from time to time is Chiara Lobosca.”
“You mean the Hufflepuff from your year?”
“Yeah, Y/N seems to be spending some time with her.”
“Maybe we should have a chat with Chiara then.”
  _______________________
  “Chiara?”
Chiara looked up and noticed two redheads standing nearby her. “Oh, hello. Is there something I can help you with?”
“Well, maybe…” Charlie said softly, rubbing the back of his neck.
“We just wanted to ask some things about Y/N.” Bill said
“Oh…” Chiara looked surprised. “Are you sure I’m the right person to ask something about her? I mean, you both are friends with her, right?”
“I don’t think we can ask this herself.” Charlie said honestly. “Also, she might not even want to talk to us since she doesn’t talk to any of us that often anymore…”
“Well… I suppose I can try to answer your questions.” Chiara looked slightly unsure.
“We think you could help us out. You are spending some time with Y/N lately, right?” Bill asked, hoping Chiara could at least give her some answers.
“Yeah, I have spent some time with her lately.” Chiara said honestly.
“Has she ever talked about the Cursed Vaults with you?” Charlie asked.
“No, I don’t recall she did talk about that around me.” She told them.
“Then what did you two talk about…?” Bill asked.
Chiara frowned a little and looked aside. “Look, I understand you want to know if Y/N is all right, but I don’t think it is right if I tell to you the things we have spoken about. She has told me things in confidence, just like I told her things in confidence. It would be bad if I told you about these things…”
“You are right… That wouldn’t be right.” Bill mumbled softly. “Sorry for asking.”
“It’s all right… I mean, you are just worried about Y/N, right?” Chiara looked up at the two again. “I can tell you this: She is all right, but she needs time.”
“Time to process things?” Charlie asked.
“Yeah, time to process things and find her way again.”
“I suppose that is something we should keep in mind. Thanks, Chiara.” Bill said honestly.
  _______________________
Bill had been thinking about you some more. He also thought about the thing Chiara said; you needed time. Something in your life must have changed drastically if you needed time to process everything and find your way again. What could have been so drastic that you felt like you couldn’t rely on your friends anymore. And why were you able to speak to Chiara about things like this? There must be something the two of you had in common.
He knew it was probably better to leave you alone, but he just needed to know… What if you weren’t able to find your way before he graduated from Hogwarts? What if this would get in the way of your friendship with him? He already feared he would miss out a lot because of his N.E.W.Ts, but what if he couldn’t make things up with you? He thought it would be good to clear things between you two first… You might not feel like you were up to it, but he knew it might be good if you had someone else you could turn to as well when you were dealing with some big changes in your life.
He decided he was going to follow you in secret. His conscious kept telling him it was wrong to do this, but he felt like he had no choice. You weren’t going to tell him yourself. You weren’t going to tell anyone of your friends, he was certain about that. No, this was the only chance he had to figure out what was going on with you.
He noticed you met up with Chiara somewhere in the Corridors. You seemed to look a little less tense when you met up with the other girl.
“Ready for tonight?” She asked you softly.
“As ready as I can be for this.” You mumbled softly.
“We will be fine. It’s not pretty, but at least it won’t be dangerous either.”
Bill wondered what you two were talking about. What was going to happen at night? Why did you and Chiara both look so pale? He wondered… Could he perhaps figure out what is going to happen at night?
“You took all your potions, right?” Chiara asked you.
“Yeah, I haven’t missed one.” You told her honestly.
“Good, then nothing should go wrong tonight.” She told you with a smile.
Potions? Why did you have to take potions? And why would things go wrong if you didn’t…? Bill began thinking about things and one thing came to mind. But… that couldn’t be right, could it? There was no way….
Bill kept following you two, even when they both went outside. The sun was beginning to set and you seemed to feel uncomfortable.
“Relax… It will be all right. Madam Pomfrey will be here soon… She will show us the way where we will be safe during the night.” Chiara told you honestly.
“Just like the last time…?” You asked her softly.
“Just like the last time.”
So, this has happened before… Bill still hoped he wasn’t right, because if he was…. Well, he wasn’t really sure what he could do.
  _______________________
Slowly, the sky turned darker and the bright Full Moon lightened things up a little bit in the darkness. The sounds of howling wolves could be heard in the Forest. Although, it wasn’t the only place where howling could be heard that night… The moment the full moon showed up, you and Chiara both changed. Your arms and legs seemed have grown larger, your hands turned into clawed paws and your head has been lengthening. The transformation turned you into something similar to the Beast that had attacked you.
You weren’t human anymore… You were a Beast. A filthy werewolf as you had heard your mother calling the Beast that had attacked you two months ago. She was devastated you would have to endure something so terrible every month, especially since there was no cure for the condition. You would have to deal with it for the rest of your life. If only you didn’t go to the Forbidden Forest to look for clues during a Full Moon. You should have known better. Now, you would have to deal with the consequences.
Luckily, the Wolfsbane Potions have worked. You had control over your mind. It was somewhat comforting. You weren’t alone either, Chiara was there with you as well. Even though you weren’t really able to speak to each other. You two would most likely sleep the night off, hoping things would be all right the next morning.
This night, however, was different from the last time you spent in the Shrieking Shack with Chiara. You could swear you saw someone coming into the house from the secret passage. You also heard a soft gasp, like the person’s breath stopped for a moment. After that, you could hear the person quickly turning around, running away as far as they could.
Someone had seen you two… And you weren’t sure what to think got it. Would this person spill your secrets? This wasn’t only your secret, but also Chiara’s secret. Someone might have followed you all day… This would be bad… Very bad!
  _______________________
Chiara and you both know someone had followed you last night. You could confirm this when you realized something was left behind by accident last night.
“Maybe I should have suspected something… He wanted to know was going on.” Chiara said softly when you both began making your way to the Hospital Wing.
“He talked to you about me….?” You asked her softly. “Why?”
“Well, your friends are concerned about you… I told you, avoiding them could make them more suspicious about this…”
“I know you have tried to warm, but this…! This is awful…! What am I going to do about this…?” You were slightly panicked about this.
“I’m not sure… All we can do is hope he won’t tell anyone about this. He doesn’t seem like someone who would share something like this with others.”
“But what if he does?” You asked her seriously. “People might send us away from Hogwarts…”
“Would your friend really do something like that? Really, he doesn’t seem like someone who would do something like that… Do you think he would actually tell someone?”
“…. No.” You mumbled softly.
“Then I think we are safe.” She told you honestly.
“We might have to talk about this with him though.” Chiara said when you two were getting closer to the Castle again. “Just to make sure he really keeps his mouth shut about this.”
“Talk to him…? What if he is too afraid to talk to us…?” You asked.
“We will see about that…” She said softly. “Are you sure he is actually afraid?”
“Who wouldn’t be afraid of a werewolf…?”
“I was thinking…. Maybe you are the one who is afraid to speak to him.” She said seriously, looking at you.
You looked down at your feet and sighed. “Maybe I am…”
  _______________________
Bill had been trying to find you, wanting to speak about what he had seen a few nights ago. Although, he had no luck in finding you. He didn’t give up trying though. He would just keep looking around, thinking it shouldn’t be too hard to spot you.
His eyes suddenly landed on another girl, who was standing right in front of him: Chiara.
“Chiara…” He said softly, looking slightly surprised.
“You are looking for Y/N, right?” She asked him, looking quite serious.
He blinked for a moment. “Yes, in a matter of fact, I am looking for her.”
“She is in the Forbidden Forest. You can find her there.” She told him honestly.
“In the Forbidden Forest… All right, I will go looking for her there. Thanks.” He was about to walk away, but Chiara grabbed one of his arms, preventing him from walking away immediately.
“You… You won’t tell anyone about this... Right?” She asked softly, looking down at her feet.
Bill stared at her for a moment. Of course, he shouldn’t be surprised about her asking something like that. This didn’t only concern you. This also concerned her. He didn’t only find out about you, but also about Chiara’s condition. “I won’t tell anyone… I promise.”
“Thank you.” She said when she slowly let go of his arm. “She really likes you, did you know that?”
    “What?”
“Y/N, she seems to really like you…” She told Bill honestly. “She might not want to talk to you, but that’s only because she is ashamed of herself.”
Bill wasn’t really sure what to do with this information.
“You seem to like her a lot as well. You were willing to follow her, not really knowing what was going on…” She said softly. “Good luck.”
Bill watched Chiara walking away before he began making his way to the Forbidden Forest.
  _______________________
  “Why are you here, Bill…?”
Bill was surprised. You hadn’t even turned around and already knew it was him.
You turned around and looked at him, trying to look as neutral as possible. “Well? What is your reason?”
“I’m here to talk with you.” He said, stepping closer to you.
“Don’t…” You shook your head, stepping a bit back when he got closer to you. “What is there to talk about? You already know what is going on.”
“Just because I know what is going on doesn’t mean there is no reason to talk with you about this.” He seriously, once again trying to get near you.
“Stay away…!” You said, not wanting him to get close to you.
“Why do I have to stay away from you?”
“You have to stay away from me because I’m Beast!” You yelled at him before you turned your back to him. “You have seen it… You have seen what I turn into…”
Bill just kept his eyes on you. He sighed softly and then he tried to get closer to you again. “Yes, I have seen what you turned into, but you aren’t like that all the time, Y/N…”
“You could have got yourself killed…! You followed Chiara and I when we were getting towards a safe place! You should have never followed us!” You yelled, feeling the tears welling up in your eyes. “What if I had no control over myself? What if I killed you by accident?”
“I know it wasn’t my best decision to follow you. I had the assumption you might be one after you Chiara said nothing could go wrong at night because you took all your potions…” Bill said honestly. “But I didn’t want to believe it… I mean, who would assume you two are werewolves?”
“So, you wanted to prove you weren’t right…” You mumbled softly, rubbing your arms a bit. “You must have been terrified your assumption was right after all.”
“I can’t say I wasn’t shocked…”
“Who wouldn’t be?”
“How long have you-”
“Been a filthy werewolf?” You cut him off, still not looking at him. “For two months. I got bitten somewhere around here.”
“So that’s why you have been acting differently.” He said softly and then he got close enough to put a hand on your shoulder.
You flinched when he put his hand on your shoulder and quickly jumped around, facing him when you stepped away from him again. “Don’t touch me…”
“Y/N, I know you feel like you are a danger to all of us, but I know you won’t hurt us when you are like this.” Bill said softly.
You were trembling slightly. “How can you be so sure about that…? I was ready to hurt Merula not too long ago…”
“That’s where we can all help you… We could help you calm down, pull you away when you are feeling more vulnerable and irritated by things that might not have irritated you if the Full Moon wasn’t nearing.” Bill said softly. He wanted to get closer to you, hoping to offer you some comfort, but he knew you wouldn’t let him.
“I… I don’t want them to know… What if they would look down on me…?” You said softly, looking down at your feet. “W-werewolves are feared and frowned down upon in the Wizarding World… You know that.”
“They might be able to help you out though… I’m sure they will understand if you tell them what happened. It’s not like you wanted to become one.”
“B-but what if they don’t…?” You asked him, tears were rolling down your cheeks. “What if they don’t accept it…?”
“They might need a little time to adjust to the news… Just like you are trying to adapt to this change… Of course, they should be able to adapt to it a lot easier than you can adapt to this.” He said softly. “You don’t have to do this right now. Although, it might be helpful if they do know about this eventually.”
“Y/N, I want to let you know, even though you are a werewolf, it doesn’t mean I don’t want anything to do with you. I’m not disgusted or scared by what you have become. It wasn’t your fault; you didn’t have a choice. Besides, you are still you.” Bill said honestly. “And I like who you are.”
You looked up at him. Tears were still rolling down your face. “Y…you don’t mind if I’m a werewolf…?” You stepped a little closer to him.
Bill shook his head. “I don’t mind it. Y/N, you are still you and I like you for who you are. Being a werewolf doesn’t completely change that.”
“If everyone was as open minded as you are…” You said, giving him a sad smile.
Bill pulled you into a tight hug. “They might realize not every werewolf is a bad person if they were open minded.”
You closed your eyes, wrapping your arms around him as well. His words and his hug were comforting you.
  _______________________
“You are almost graduating.” You said when you were sitting nearby the Black Lake with Bill.
“Time has flown by.” Bill said with a smile. “I’m sure going to miss Hogwarts.”
“You will be able to do what you wanted to do. I mean, they definitely could use a good Curse-Breaker like you at Gringotts.” You told him honestly.
“In two years, you could also become one.” Bill said with a small smile.
“I’m not sure they would hire me.” You told him, frowning a little.
Bill began frowning as well. You would probably be able to become a good Curse-Breaker if you wanted to become one. As long as you had Wolfsbane Potions, you would be no threat to anyone. “I’m sure if you could convince them-”
“It’s all right, I think I will be able to manage it when I’m going to graduate.” You told him with a small smile. “I think some people might be interested in books about the Cursed Vaults and I think I would be the right person to write about them.”
“Still, I think you make a fine Curse-Breaker.”
“Who knows? Maybe they will be less strict about it when I graduate.” You gave him a small smile. “Really, don’t worry about me.”
“You know, it’s quite hard for me to not worry about you. After all, you are important to me.” Bill said honestly.
You began blushing a little and rubbed the back of your head. “How often are you going to tell me that?”
He grinned. “Until you don’t need to be reminded of it anymore. I think I might have to tell you every time I see you.”
You rolled your eyes, looking slightly amused. “Well, I hope you won’t get tired of it then.”
“Don’t worry, I won’t.” Bill winked.
“It’s hard not to worry, because you are important to me as well.” She stuck out your tongue to him, giving him a playful look.
“Are you mocking me?” Bill grinned and then he pulled you closer to him.
“Maybe?” You grinned. “Then again, you are important to me as well.”
He chuckled. “I’m glad you think so.”
“You better keep writing me when you work at Gringotts. I want to know what Egypt and your job are like. Maybe it makes up for the fact I won’t be able to see you as often as I used anymore.”
“As long as you keep me updated on your life here.”
“Of course. We will stay in touch; I will make sure of that.” You gave him a bright smile.
“Good.” Bill smiled before he changed the topic. “Now, we should probably prepare things for your next transformation. It’s the last time I can help you out. Then someone else has to take charge over it.”
“I bet you have taught Charlie most of the tricks you have used to keep me as calm as possible. I suppose he and Rowan both know what to do when I am being impossible.” You laughed softly.
“I wouldn’t call it impossible, just you being extraordinary hard to figure out.” He winked.
“That’s basically the same thing, Bill.”
“Not to me.”

The Yule Ball
SUMMARY: The yule ball at Hogwarts was so eagerly awaited that everyone was on edge. Obviously, you were too, but you didn't know that the person you wanted to go with was too. There were some misunderstandings.
Pairing: Charlie Weasley x fem!Reader
Word Count: 4.3k
A/N: I confess that this little writing was kept inside "my drawer" and only now I decided to write it on the computer. I hope you like it.
I based my character on the game, that's why there are mentions of her being from Hufflepuff.
                                                        ♦♦♦
“Y/N! Tonks! I need to hide!” Penny entered the common room in panic.
“What’s wrong, Penny?” you asked.
“I’ve heard that Diego wants to invite me to the ball. I don’t have a pair yet and I don’t know how to reject him. So, I’m running away until I find a good excuse.”
You and Tonks had to hold the laughter.
“Why won’t you go with him? He is pretty popular, you know?” you said.
“Oh, please! Have you heard the way he talks about himself?”
They heard people passing by the barrel. For the voices, it must be the boys.
“You didn’t see me!” Penny hurried to the girl’s dorm.
She barely had time to close the door, Diego came in right after.
“Have you guys seen Penny?” He asked.
You and Tonks had to make an extra effort to control the guilty faces.
“No, we didn’t see her. No.”
"Strange... I met Skye on the way, and she saw Penny coming here."
Diego turned around just as Chiara Lobosca left the girls' dorm.
"Chiara, is Penny sleeping yet?"
"Penny? She is-"
Behind Diego's back, you gestured fervently, silently asking Chiara to say yes.
“She is sleeping! She is sleeping already.”
"With all this ball stuff, she must be very tired," you added.
"It’s not that she usually sleeps like a rock-Ouch!" you nudged Tonks.
“Uh, okay. I'll speak to her tomorrow.”
The girls waited for the boy to leave and then collapsed on the couch.
“That was close.”
"Let’s go and see what we can do for Penny."
They went into the girl’s dorm and found Penny walking back and forth.
"How can I get rid of him?"
"Say you already have a pair," Tonks suggested before tossing a bean inside her mouth and making a grim face at the horrible taste of earthworm.
"But I don't have and I don't like lying either. I just don't want to hurt him."
“Then invite someone! Someone nice," you suggested and already had someone in mind. It worries her that Talbott might have wanted to go to the ball and had no one to go to because the only two students she ever saw him interacting with were Penny and herself. If possible, she wanted everyone to enjoy the ball. "It could be one of our friends."
“Yes. I guess you are right and I think I know who. I just hope he is not going with someone, already. I will send him an owl right away!”
You went to bed feeling quite satisfied with herself.
At the courtyard the next morning everyone was busy, walking here and there with all the work Penny Haywood was putting through into making the Celestial Ball the most marvellous. The corridors were filled with shining silver stars and everywhere, the students, more girls than boys, just talked about the ball. At the girl’s bathroom with Rowan, you brought the ball again with Rowan, she still couldn’t believe her friend didn’t want to go.
“It is not just me and Ben, many people just don’t want to go to this ball either. And it’s too stressful that everyone keeps talking about it.” Rowan said.
“You are looking by the entire wrong perspective. It is not about the ball it’s about enjoying it with the people you like.” You tried to convince her.
“So, you are going to the ball.”
“I would… But I don’t have a date.”
“What about that boy yesterday?” you felt her cheeks becoming red. A blond boy she didn’t know from Gryffindor asked you and you refused. You already had a person you wanted to go with and that was Charlie Weasley. Since the day he defended her from Merula in Care of Magical Creatures they became friends. He has been helping her find the next cursed vault and you didn’t even have to convince him to. But you still didn’t get the nerve to ask him for the ball.
“I rejected him. Well, who cares?” – you lied. You were just too embarrassed to admit there was a person, in particular, you wanted to go with. “Why would I get all dressed up for a stupid tradition anyway.” You added, spiritless.
“Alright, alright... I won’t go anyway. It is not like I even got a dress.” Rowan replied.
“Boo-hoo the poor losers couldn't get anyone to go to this stupid ball.” From one of the toilet cabins, Merula appeared as she was listening to the whole conversation.
“What about you, Merula? Who are you going with?” You asked, ignoring Merula’s antics.
“Humpf! That none of your business, weirdo!” She scoffed and walked away.
Rowan and You looked at each other for a second.
“Who do you think is going to take Merula to the ball?” You asked.
“Maybe she'll go with Barnaby.”
“They are no longer friends as far as I know. Besides, he's already going with that Ravenclaw girl.”
“With Tulip?”
“No. It’s the one with curly hair who is always reading.”
“Nancy Gould? What a surprise. I think I have never seen them talking with each other.”
Rowan liked Nancy since they both loved to read and preferred to spend time alone nurturing their knowledge. Although, Rowan’s interest was more general and Nancy showed a special interest in magical creatures. Maybe she and Barnaby had much in common after all.
“That's what he told me. Anyway, I want to get this story right, let's go to the lake and talk to her.”
You hasn't had a proper conversation with Nancy yet, but someone who is friends with Rowan, Ben and Liz couldn’t possibly be a bad person. Besides, you could use this opportunity. By the lake, they saw Nancy under a tree, drawing the giant squid that was resting at the surface.
“Nancy!” You called.
The girl looked up from her sketchbook, surprised to see the famous curse breaker of her year talking to her. You knew you were well-known at school because of her brother Jacob and the cursed vaults. What you could not imagine is that for good or for bad, you were becoming very popular for you deeds.
Later that morning, Andre got an unexpected invitation to the ball. He still hasn’t said to anyone, but now he was rather curious about who his friends were going with. At the courtyard he found Ben and Charlie playing gobblestones.
“Got any idea who you’re going to ask for the ball?” Andre asked.
As Rowan, Ben didn’t want to go to the ball, but You and Andre made special arrangements to help them with the clothes and now he was excited to go.
“I was too nervous to go before, but now I want to go alone. I’m not brave enough to invite somebody anyway.” Ben replied.
Charlie did not answer. Andre had an idea of whom his friend wanted to go with.
“Well, you better hurry up. I heard she already rejected a boy from our house.”
He wasn’t enthusiastic about the ball but the thought of You going with some other guy made his stomach churn.
“Who are you going with?”
“With Penny.”
Penny was the most popular and one of the most beautiful girls of their year. For sure a bunch of guys would be jealous.
“What? You asked her?”
“No, she asked me this morning. I was surprised too.”
“You were lucky. How am I supposed to ask her? We are friends and I don’t want to make things… awkward.” He could feel his heart racing already. Andre didn’t know what to say because he liked Penny but didn’t feel that way about her. If they asked Penny for advice she would definitely help, but you would know for sure since they are close.
“I don’t know how to help you. I asked Nancy yesterday, but she already had a pair.”
“Oh. She is going with Barnaby.” Ben said while eating a piece of chocolate he got for winning the game.
“Really? He asked her?” Andre was surprised. Nancy was too quiet and he knew she had few friends.
“I don’t know.”
“Now I’m curious. Let's talk to him, then.”
The boys went down the hill and found Barnaby throwing stones at the Fighting Willow.
“Hey, Barnaby. Are you busy?”
“No, just killing time. Need me for something?”
“It’s just… We're having trouble getting the girls to the ball…” Charlie said.
“We are?” Ben asked and Andre nudged his arm.
“So, we wanted to ask you how did you invite Nancy?”
“I don’t know, man. I just asked. She had lost Twiggy last week and I found him. When I returned him to her, I asked if she didn’t want to go with me.”
“Twiggy?”
“It is her bowtruckle. I kept him all day with me until Liz warned me it was hers.”
“We didn’t know you were close. I almost never see her talking with other people.” Andre said.
Barnaby scratched his head and made a confused expression, as he had just now given a deep thought about it.
“I have to admit, I feel sort of weird when I realize this. I mean, I like Nancy. She is easy to talk to and you can she’s pretty smart. She’s always done the demonstration when Professor McGonagall calls on her.” he smiled as he spoke so naively that the boys wondered if this was one of his secrets to attracted so many girls. Also, ‘easy to talk to’ was definitely not the way people usually described Nancy.
“Also, she let me play with Prowler.” He completed.
Prowler is the name of Nancy’s kneazle. Charlie and Andre exchanged funny looks, now they could see where his interest lies.
In the end, he still didn’t know how to get the nerves to invite You. He was getting worried now. If he didn’t do it soon, you will go with somebody else. He’d just have to talk to you, that’s all. He ran through the corridors expecting to find you, but his way was blocked by an unpleasant figure. Merula the bully from Slytherin.
“Looking for someone?” She asked.
“Go away, Merula. I don’t have time for you.”
“Oh, please! For as much as I hate you, I hate Y/S even more. So, I thought about warning you that she just doesn’t care about… what she called? A stupid tradition.”
He looked at her with skeptical eyes.
“… You are making this up.”
“I had just seen her, and she said exactly these words to that bookworm friend of hers. Well, I don’t really care if you believe me or not. But if you are going to invite her, I hope I can be there to see your face after rejection.” She left laughing.
He was never one for trusting Merula, but she managed to completely destroy his confidence.
                                                          ♦ ♦ ♦
As Nancy told them the whole story it was impossible not to giggle when thinking about the number of girls who must have been furious having Barnaby taken away like that.
"Wow. I wish I could just do it easily, like Barnaby." You said.
“You think too much. After that everything you have done, inviting someone to the ball can’t be that scary, right?”
Nancy was a quiet girl, but she talked rather bluntly. And she was right, for the girl who defeated You Know Who - even as a boggart - last year. Asking Charlie should be easy.
“…yeah. You know what? You're right! I know what I'm supposed to do. I’m going to talk to him. I can do that!”
“Ew! What is this? the weirdos club?” It was Merula again.
“You have nothing better to do?” You said. The second time today, she was getting the feeling of persecution right now. “We are just talking about the ball, Merula. Want to join us?”
“Oh, please. I’m just waiting to see the show. The mighty Y/S doesn’t have a pair to the ball.”
“I will have a pair because I will invite the person I want, myself.” You said with her chin raised in confidence.
“You do that. Don’t waste a bit of your time thinking why a certain redhead boy haven’t asked you all this time.”
You were speechless, how did she know that she wanted to go with Charlie? What did Merula know about him that you didn’t? Merula said nothing more and just walked away with a smirk on her face as she just had won a fight.
“Why would she say that?” Rowan asked.
“Why do you think she does anything if not to harass others?” Nancy said that with a serious tone. But she hurriedly stored all her drawing material as if she wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Before she goes, she stopped right next to You and spoke to her in a low tone.
“There is something there. Take care, curse-breaker.” She had a discreet smile in the end.
“You think Merula may have planned something?” Rowan asked after Nancy climbed up the hills back to the castle.
“I don’t know. But there's no smoke without fire. I will look for Charlie. We see each other in the common room.”
Determined, you marched off in search of Charlie, ready to confront him.
                                                           ♦ ♦ ♦
“Charlie, why haven’t you invited me for the ball?”
At first, he was taken back for the sudden question. He was so busy thinking about inviting you that he didn’t think you would bring up the subject. Now he didn’t know what to say. The question looked like a minefield, what would be the right answer here?
“I didn’t know you wanted to go.” He said with genuine surprise.
You blinked at him in confusion.
“What? Why? What made you think that?”
“Come on? Really? You said it was a stupid thing.”
By the wide-eyed look on her face, he saw he had just screwed up.
“I can’t believe it! What Merula have told you?”
Judging by her reaction it was true after all. You were about to say that it was a lie, but he said instead.
“I think you were right. Who cares about this tradition anyway?”
You didn’t believe what you were hearing.
“Is that what you think? What is this for you?”
By ‘this’ what you hoped to hear was not just about the ball, but what did he think about their relationship. That he clearly didn’t grasp.
He nervously avoided you gaze and didn’t say anything.
“Answer the question, Charlie.” You demanded in a low tone but commanding voice. This hurtful discussion was taking long enough. He normally likes how you say his name, but you tone this time was a bit scary. He felt cornered.
“Why are you pushing this?”
That was the final blow. You felt this horrible feeling swelling up and the tears forming in her eyes. Since you skin was so pale, every time she cries you nose gets red. You could not see it, but you felt your nose pricking already.
“I thought it had a special motive for you to want to be with me. I guess it was not the case.”
You tried to say in a low and composed voice, but it sounded choked. You cleaned with your palm a single tear that escaped your eye. At this vision of you, his eyes opened wide, and he felt like his heart would stop. He had never seen you cry, not even once since he knew her. Not even when people talked bad things about you or your brother, nor when they went to the Forbidden Forest, not even when you fought your biggest fear last year.
“Wait, it’s not like that-” He grabbed you arm, but you furiously shook it off and turned away from him, walking though.
The next day, Charlie tried to talk to you in all ways he could think of and you clearly avoided him all the times with a furious look on her face. Also, you were never alone, which turned even harder to approach.
“What did you even do to her to get her this mad?” Bill asked after Gryffindor’s practice. It was hard not to notice the tension between them since morning.
“I screwed it up this ball thing. Now I can’t even say I’m sorry, much less invite her.”
“Well, you must try harder, little bro. I heard Y/N was invited by two other guys.”
“What?” Charlie’s face went pale in despair, he almost fell off his broom.
From the other side of the quidditch field, Ben came running towards them and clumsy bumping in a few players along the way. He brought news from you.
“Alright, huh... I talked to Y/N.”
“What Y/N said?”
“... Y/N said that she hates you with the fire of a Chinese Fireball. She also said that is the only way you get it.”
“... Thanks, Ben. That was very comforting,” Charlie said, not masking his ironic tone.
“Maybe Y/N just needs a day to cool off.”
Suddenly a furious bludger came flying over their heads, and they barely dodged.
“Bloody hell!”
From the other side of the field, a Tonks faking an ‘oopsie!’ and an angry you dropping a quidditch bat you used to send that bludger on their direction. You really looked completely like a dragon in fury. The truth is, he thought you were pretty cute when you are mad. He just never noticed before. Well, he had never seen you get that mad.
“… Maybe two,” Bill said.
“Are you kidding?” Charlie had an incredulous look on his face.
“Well, you better hurry. The ball is this weekend.”
Later that night, you went to the dormitories with Rowan, Penny, Chiara, and Tonks discussing the ball. At first, Rowan and Ben didn’t want to go to the ball, but You and Andre made special arrangements to help them with their clothes, and they changed their minds about going.
“And who are you going with, Tonks?”
“Oh, I’m not planning to dance with some boy. Tulip and I made a plan to rock this party. She is the best partner I could have. This ball will be unforgettable.”
“Please, don’t do anything that will ruin my work. Also, the teachers could get angry and you will be in trouble, again.”
“I swear! Nothing bad will befall your party. Just cool stuff.”
“Wait. What is this?” On Chiara’s bed was a cardboard package with a pretty ribbon on it.
“Open it!” The girls said.
Inside there was a beautiful lilac long dress, perfect for a ball.
“There is a letter.” You noticed and passed to Chiara.
It was more like a note, though carefully written. Talbott Winger asked Chiara to the ball. The two of them are strangely alike and like to keep their distance from people, strangely it worked for them with a little help from You and Andre with the idea of the dress. How ironic, you had managed to help your friends go to the ball that you would not be attending herself.
“Are you okay, Y/N?” Penny asked. You were laid on bed looking at the ceiling in silence while the girls were talking for a while now.
“...Oh, I... I will be.”
“You really are not going to the ball?” Penny asked a bit of hurt because the whole reason she wanted to take care of the Celestial Ball was to make it a brilliant experience for her friends.
“Things didn’t go well with Charlie?” Rowan asked.
Everyone looked at you. It was nothing new they weren’t on good terms, but even so, you blushed a little. There were other boys who invited you and you refused them all. That’s because there was only one person you wanted to go with.
“Yes, that’s right.”
The girls made a pitiful face, except for Rowan that walked to the other side of the room to sit together with you on her bed.
“Look. I know that what you said to me in the bathroom was a lie.”
“I’m sorry... I don’t want to spoil your fun at the ball by faking a face.”
“You are always helping us, Y/N. We wouldn’t get any fun at the ball knowing that you are sitting in here.”
You smiled slightly at her comforting words.
“Do you want to go to the ball, don’t you?”
You nodded.
“Then screw those boys and come to the ball with us!” Said Tonks.
“Yes! Come to the ball!” Penny joined.
“That’s right. Thank you, girls.” With their help, you were able to cheer up.
“Then, it’s decided. Let’s go to the ball!”
You got out of bed feeling much better. Even if it was the end of the school’s term there was plenty of homework to do. Most of them from potion’s class. As a diligent student, apart from her troublemaker reputation, you were doing a final review for the Snape's class, not without asking herself every minute why he couldn't be like professor Flitwick. That’s when you received an unexpected visit to your favourite place to study, it was Murphy Mcnully.
“Hey, Y/N! Can I talk with you for a minute?”
Who could have imagined that in the end, you would still get a pair to the ball? Murphy wasn’t the one you wanted, but they were close friends now. They met a lot of now since you joined the quidditch team. Besides, you feared that he wouldn’t stop talking until you said yes. They gathered at the entrance to the main hall. At the centre of the ballroom tons of other students danced livelily. The decoration was wonderful, with a spell the floor was turned into an entire galaxy under their feet. You could really feel what was like floating in a night sky, especially with the flickering shooting stars coming down from the ballroom’s ceiling. The music is pounding in time to your heartbeat. You could feel the bass in her chest.
“Penny did an excellent job!” Tonks appraised. She had to raise her voice to be heard over the sound of the Weird Sisters playing at the stage.
But you couldn’t enjoy any of this. You had barely entered accompanied by Murphy, when Ben came running in their direction, looking quite alarmed.
“Y/N, something happened.”
“What is it, Ben?”
“It is Charlie, he fell from the broom.”
“What?” You felt her heart sank.
“He is at the infirmary.”
You started to go to the infirmary, completely forgetting about the ball, but you turned around at the realization that you were Murphy’s partner and that you couldn't just leave. But her heart aches. You bit your lower lip in distress.
“Aren’t you going?” Ben asked.
You gave a quick look at him and then turned to Murphy. Even if you were mad at Charlie for two weeks, you had a heart-breaking expression.
“It’s okay, Y/N. You can go see him.”
“No, it’s unfair! I said I’d go with you.”
“I will be fine, really. It must be very boring for him to stay there with the ball going on.” He gave her a reassuring smile.
“Don’t you want to go with us?” You asked.
“Nah, I want to enjoy the party.”
“If you say so. Thank you, Murphy.” You smiled at him and followed Ben as fast as she could in those hills and holding up the tips of her long dress. At the infirmary, there was only Bill besides Charlie’s bed. As you walked in, you were quickly noticed. Charlie looked up, showing a surprised expression and Bill followed his gaze. In the end, he got to see Y/N. You were beautifully dressed. You usually had her hair down. But tonight, you wavy brown hair was tied up in a curly hairstyle. You were wearing a multilayered light blue dress with shades of pink and orange at the tip of the skirt it made it look like an evening sky.
“You?”
“How are you feeling?” You asked.
“Much better. Madam Pomfrey already took care of everything.”
“How did that happen?”
Bill took this opportunity to left them alone and dragged Ben out.
“Well. I think I’ve got distracted in our last game.” In fact, it was because he heard you were going to the ball with Murphy Mcnully right before the game, and he couldn’t concentrate. Thinking about it again was still hurtful. What reminds him, what were you doing here all dressed up instead?
“I thought you were going to the ball.”
“I was, but when I heard that you got injured… I was worried.”
“Oh! Even though you threw that bludger merciless on me?”
“That was different! I knew that you would have dodged it. You are that skilful.” That was the reason why you were so surprised when she heard that he fell. His face became red at the sudden compliment.
“That means you forgive me?” He gazed at you with those dark glittering eyes that make you nervous. You averted your gaze and didn’t answer.
“Y/N/N?” He asked and you turned your gaze back to him. He just gave you a pet name? No one has ever called her Y/N/N before. You could feel your cheeks burning, so you shook her head.
“Look. It is not that I don’t care about the ball. What I care about is being with you.”
His heartbeat staggers. It was all he wanted to hear.
“Listen... I’m really sorry for questing your motives. I just... I was just afraid they weren’t the same as mine...” He said, too embarrassed to keep his gaze on you.
At this sentence, you were filled with a newfound joy. You were blushing hard and your eyes were filled with tears of joy you were trying hard not to cry.
“You got to ruin the party, you stupid.”
Charlie laughed.
“I know. I’m sorry.” Now he was grinning at you, his freckled face illuminated by the light from the bedside table’s single candle. Since it was night, the rest of the infirmary was left in darkness.

I WON’T CRUCIFY THE THINGS YOU DO (PART 2).
Part 1.
Pairings: Chester Davies x reader; Felix Rosier x reader
Warnings: angst, language, bits of fluff, references to cheating, Chester showing his dark side, possessive behavior, alcohol, cigarettes, manipulative behavior, some mention to sex, morally grey reader, post Hogwarts, the characters are in their twenties. Felix is kind of toxic in this one.
Plot: the day of your ‘date’ with Felix has come. You fill up Chester with the news and he gets lost into the depths of his mind. Apparently, your caring boyfriend has some secrets, but he is careful not to let you know about it. A few hours later, you find yourself at the Rosiers Manor and Felix does anything in his power to bring out the worst in you. Will you give in to the dark side?
[Please, read the first part of this short fan fiction on the following link: Part 1. ]
His owl had two piercing yellow eyes and shiny black feathers. You did not even get the chance to pet it, or let it rest. The rapacious bird flew away, leaving you with a piece of paper in your shaking hands. You watched it disappear into the white, fluffy clouds in the sky, your gaze followed it until all you could discern was a tiny black dot. Apparently, Felix was dead serious about your date.
Back in Diagon Alley, you thought you had lost Chester forever though. You were ready to risk it all, whatever was the price you had to pay. Now, however, Chester was back into your life, he had forgiven you. Were you still one hundred percent sure about going all the way down to have your friend back?
You hopped onto the counter, opening the letter with your heart thrumming into your chest. It was just a fake date, right? What could possibly go wrong? Hundreds of what ifs haunted your mind, depicting tragic scenarios before your eyes and the urge to scream became unbearable second by second. You were so lost into the depths of your mind that you had not noticed your boyfriend entering the kitchen and, when his hand settled on the top of your shoulder, you shrieked in fear under his gentle touch.
Chester frowned, shooting an apologetic glance at your shaking frame “Hey, it’s me. Are you alright, love?” he quietly asked.
You gulped nervously and fidgeted with the piece of paper in your hands. He knew you had met Felix, he knew those marks on your neck were his unrequired gift. You had told him that he had probably did it to provoke him, it was his message for Chester, a wicked game he had come up with to torture his former friend, rival and, nowadays, enemy. The thing was you did not tell him about the date. As long as a part of you knew it was best for him and your relationship not to reveal that little secret, you were conscious that lying about the contrived meeting with the dark wizard would have just been detrimental to your relationship.
“It’s Felix. – you feebly spoke out, folding the piece of paper in half – I have omitted a few details about our encounter in Diagon Alley” you admitted, eyes downcast as you heard Chester’s breath hitch at the mention of his name. You hated putting him through Hell, once again. The perks of being your partner consisted in misery and agony, didn’t they?
Chester nodded absent-mindedly “I’m listening” he just said, propping his hands on the edge of the counter, right beside you.
“He was all over me. I had to figure out a way to decline his avances without screwing up my plan… – you said, glancing at him to assess his reaction – I agreed on going on a date with him. Tonight” you blurted out, cheeks heating up in shame. Was he going to change his mind? He knew right from the start that you were going to be a spy, yet he did not know that you had been that idiot to sell out your body to the enemy. You were his girlfriend and, before the war broke out, he was planning to ask your hand.
A deafening silence swallowed you two for a few minutes. If it was not for the steady sound of the clock ticking, you would have thought time was frozen. None of you two dared to speak, or move. You felt numb, legs tingling and heart aching. You feared Chester’s judgment just as you feared his heavy gaze.
“Where?” he said then.
You frowned, taken aback by his simple question. You did not expect him to make a fuss about it, but certainly not to be that calm and collected.
“Chester…” you breathed out, discarding the letter on the counter to grasp his hand.
Your boyfriend stared at your hand, a small smile tugging the angles of his lips up “Tell me, have you ever taken your ring off?” he inquired then, caressing the back of your hand with his thumb.
You smiled back at him, half-lidded eyes locking with his ones “I would never take it off. – you whispered, blushing slightly – When we broke up, this ring was the only trace of your existence you had left behind. It reminded me of the time we spent together and that, maybe, there was still hope for us. Further more, it’s a sapphire, it’s blue… It’s such a ravenclaw thing, you know” you said, washing away the saddness engulfing your stomach with a light laughter. You remembered the day he had gifted you with it and he did too.
It was almost Christmas and you had finally moved into your lovely apartment with your boyfriend. You heart was filled up with joy, you still could not believe the stressful days spent in picking up the forniture and sleeping on the floor, beside the fireplace, were finally gone. You were decorating the Christmas Tree, when you heard Chester clear his throat from behind you.
“May I have your attention, please?” he asked, dangling a small silver bag in front of him.
Your eyes grew round and you clasped a hand over your mouth “Oh, Chester, you really shouldn’t have…” you ranted, cocking your head to the side in distress. You both had spent way too much money on your home, it was not necessary to buy a gift for Christmas. You both had agreed on it, but your boyfriend would have rather died than leaving you without a present to unwrap.
“But this is not exactly a ‘Christamas present’! I had bought it months before we found this flat” he declared, pursing his lips in satisfaction.
You rolled your eyes at his remark and ambled towards him with curious eyes and a disapproving look plastered over your face. Why did he have to be so stubborn? Why did you always feel like he gave you more than you deserved? You had messed up countless times in your life, but he always had your back. Chester Davies was truly Heaven sent.
You grabbed the small bag, and dived your hand in it only for your fingers to meet what you assumed to be a box. When you pulled it out, you felt colors draining from your face and Chester chuckled in response, tucking a strand of your hair behind your ear.
“You know, the ribbon is not going to untie itself. It’s not cursed, or enchanted, for what can matter… – Chester softly said, patiently waiting for you to open the pearly golden box in your hands – I have visited the Muggle London and I got to say that muggles have good taste, along with an extraordinary talent in manufacturing” he noted, earning a corncerned glance from you.
“What did you do?” you murmured, pulling the corner of the silky fabric and watching it sagging down at your feet. Chester smirked, he did not say a word, yet he encouraged you to lift up the lid of the box with a wink.
Back to the present, Chester nodded his head and cupped your cheek in hia calloused hand, leaning in to plant a tender kiss on your lips. You shivered when your mouths connected and the urge to disappear into his embrace became impellent. Still, you could not escape reality. There was something you had to deal with or, better yet, someone.
“And that’s enough for me, darling” he murmured, pressing his forehead against yours.
“What do you mean?” he asked, batting your eyes closed.
“If you haven’t taken this ring off, it means you love me. – he explained, nuzzling his nose against your cheek – And as long as you do, nothing could break us” he said, pulling your closer to him. You obliged to his request of physical touch, your arms were loosely resting around his neck and your legs were parted to allow him to settle in between them. A comfort hug.
You bit down your lower lip softly, not to let a pathetic whine of despair to escape your throat and clutched the fabric of his shirt in your fists “Does it mean that you trust me?” you hesitantly asked him.
The former ravenclaw prefect ran his fingerd through your hair, eyes staring outside the window to wipe away the horrific scenes playing on repeat in his tormented mind. Felix Rosier was not going to stand between you two anymore. You never truly belonged to that bastard anyway. You meant nothing to your slytherin ‘friend’ and a part of him was glad he had hurt you through the years. However, did Felix meant something to you? Jealousy, rage and hatred filled his heart to the point he had planned to get rid of him, once and for all, if he had dared to touch you in any inappropriate way.
“Of course I trust you” he eventually answered, his fingertips digging into your waist and making you stiffen up. It was true, indeed. He trusted you. It was him he did not trust.
It happened almost one year ago. When Chester had entered the speak easy that infamous summer night, he did not expect to lock eyes with Felix Rosier. Neat hair, high cheekbones, a cigarette hanging from his lips and his typical smug grin greeting any lady passing by his table, the former Slytherin prefect was enjoying his day off from work.
“Where’s she?” Felix inquired, smoke flinging all around him as he exhaled through his nostrils. He truly resembled a dragon. It was true, then. The crest on the letters belonged to the Rosiers.
Chester slumped down onto the chair, a dreadful look in his eyes “That’s none of your business”.
Felix pouted, rolling his eyes in annoyance “Bloody hell, I was literally dying to see her! It’s your fault, isn’t it? I mean, she would have never turned down a reunion with her ‘best friend’… – he ranted, venom dripping from the words rolling out of his tongue – Let alone an order from her former prefect. She is a good pet, Chester, you know? She obeys, I like it!”.
He had crossed the line.
Chester launched himself towards him and grasped the collar of his white shirt, his face dangerously close to the other male’s one “Don’t give me the chance to fuck up your face, Rosier. I should have done it ages ago” he practically growled at his face, letting go of him abruptly.
Felix leant back on the backrest of his chair and bursted out laughing, a devious smile crossed his face as he pushed back some strands of hair fallen over his forehead “Woah, chill, Davies! It’s not like I get the chance to hang out with her that often. You throw my letters in the trashcan at the Ministry, she doesn’t know I’m looking for her”.
He knew then. How could he even think he was a step ahead of him? Felix was a snake, slithering undisturbed in the shadows and getting what he wanted without much effort.
“Screw you” Chester barked, through gritted teeth.
“If it was not because I do not want get kicked out of this nice place, I’d have the perfect comeback for this one! Something like ‘I’d rather have her do it for me’… – he jeered at him – Despite that, I am eager to know why you do not want us to meet. She is my… Uhm, friend, I guess. We have a lot to catch up with!” Felix innocently stated, taking a pull at his cigarette.
“Stay away from her. You are toxic, she is still recovering from your bravados back at your manor. You are just an arrogant, spoiled brat who can’t control himself. I am not going to let you ruin her” Chester spat, slamming a hand on the small table.
Felix grinned, putting out his cigarette on the silver ashtray “Tch, she’s already doomed, Davies. – Felix noted, glancing at his interlocutor briefly, before focusing on the ashtray again – You think I have ruined her and that, if we ever meet again, I am going to finish what I have started, don’t you? That’s bullshit, mon ami. She does have a dark side, I have seen it before. All I ever did was helping her to embrace her nature. Perhaps, all it takes to unleash the beast roaring inside her heart… Oh, oui, maybe it’s me! You don’t trust her around me, huh?” he blurted out, staring down at Chester as if he was trying to mess with his head.
Chester stood up, his hand twitching as he tried to resist the urge to draw his wand and kill him. He could feel it in the air: Felix was no good, he affected every human being standing on his path. He was bad for you, he was a menace.
“It’s quite the opposite. It’s not her I don’t trust. It’s you”.
The House Elf welcoming you in the majestic yet gloomy Rosier Manor looked depressed. Big, wary eyes staring at the marble floor, small and trembling frame the little creature had told you that Felix would have been there any minute. Your heart broke at the sad sight before your eyes and you bent down on your knees to give him a little comfort.
“You don’t have to bow your head. It’s okay, really. If you want, you can take a break” you whispered, smiling weakly at her.
The elf flicked her gaze up at you and was about to say something, but no sound left her lips. Her eyes opened wide and she hastily scurried away, disappearing in a dark alley on her right. He was there, right behind you. His presence was suffocating. You remembered the feeling it gave you, when he walked into your common room back at Hogwarts. All eyes on him, people did not dare to cross him.
“Bonsoir” he purred.
Your breath hitched and you whipped your head towards him, switching off your fear to act on your best behavior. Red painted lips curled up into a sardonic smile, you cocked your head to the side and let your eyes travel up and down his lean frame. A deadly poison, the perfect incarnation of a belladonna. Handsome, yet venomous.
“Ah, flawless as ever, I see” he complimented you, shooting an approving look at you.
You would have lied, if you said his words did not crawl underneath your skin. He perfectly knew how to act and what to say to fool around with you. He had done it countless times, he had played with your heart for years. Despite that, you owned a special place in your heart. Was he not your greatest weakness?
“And you are the full of yourself as per usual, I see” you countered back, mouth dry as he slowly stalked towards you. He smirked at your remark, cold sweat running down your bare shoulders as you fought back the urge to run away. The red flags were hanging from his back as a cape, but you could not simply leave. His dark eyes were magnetic, his presence alone prevented you from taking a false step.
“Then you are aware that I still always get what I want” he pinpointed, his breath suddenly fanning your lips.
When did he get so close to you? Did you zone out again? You shivered, fluttering your eyes closed not let his ones inspect yours. Your heart thrumming in your chest, you swallowed the limp in your throat and clenched your fists at your sides. Crescent bloody moons would have surely surfaced on your palms, if it was not for the black gloves separating your nails from your skin.
“What is it that you want?” you quipped.
A dark laughter rumbled in his chest, right before his forefinger and thumb grasped your chin and forced you to look back at him, straight into his black pitch pupils.
“Oh, sweetheart, isn’t it clear? – he paused, taunting you – It’s you, your heart, your soul, your darkness. Yeah, give in to me, just like you did in the good old days… Will you? We used to have so much fun together!” Felix Rosier, the villain in your story asked you.
Did you have fun with him? He did, no doubt about it. You could not talk about ‘memories’. Most of the nights you two spent together were just blurry bits of what you recalled once you sobered up. Yet, why could you not remember even a whole event.
“Strip out of your clothes for me”.
“Drink”.
“Good girl, you are the best”.
He was alluring you to enter the darkness once again. Your boyfriend was trying so hard to let you stand in the light. What were you going to do?

A few other points:
I'm comfortable with writing about many topics, but keep in mind that if it's something very specific that I have no experience with, I'm going to need specific info, guidelines etc. and I can't promise I'll feel confident enough to write about it.
You can request nsfw things, but only if you’re above 18 please
How long it will take me to publish the requested work may depend on many things, the difficulty of the topic, my inspiration or the amount of free time I have - I am a university student and that takes priority but your request will not be lost or forgotten, promise. I’m generally not the fastest writer because English is not my first language + coming up with the plot might take some time too.
If you request a fic solely based on a song with no other info, it’s highly likely i’ll have to say no. That just rarely inspires me, I’ll end up stressing over it and might make something you won’t be happy with. If you have a story in mind and want to add a song that you think goes with it, that’s a different thing.
Keep in mind:
I'm not good with hardcore angst with sad endings (which you might know if you read my works) as I'm generally not the type of person to make myself cry on purpose and enjoy it - fanfiction is mostly a form of escapism to me - so I'll just gravitate towards a positive ending. That doesn't mean no angst at all!
And remember, the more specific the request, the better, cause I'll probably go over the finished thing a million times wondering if I got it right anyway.
I think that's it, babes. I'll be updating this post in any case. Request to your heart's content! 💖

Poly curse breakers would be so cute idc HOW impractical it is.

In my head: MC, Charlie, Rowan, Penny, Chiara, and like maybe Talbott live in a little place in Romanian. Charlie goes to work at the Dragon reserve and Rowan works at the Romanian equivalent Gringotts. Talbott keeps a job to fill his Time and Chiara is a healer part time it's no st. Mungo's (yet) but she's getting there. And One day a letter comes for Charlie and MC picks it up while he's getting ready in the morning (he always liked the company in the morning and is hopeless in the kitchen so he simply wouldn't eat before work without you there) as he pulling on his heavy work boots he asks mc to read it. They read it over in their head first and a wicked smile plays on their lips. Charlie asks what it is and MC just grins even harder.
"oh you've got to go save your brother." They laugh covering their mouth "Hagrid and those friends of his are going to get him in trouble. Minnie 'll have a heart attack, my love."
"well what is it then?" Charlie frowns tying his hair back.
"a dragon. They've got a baby dragon. 'Names Norbert"
(McGonagall did not catch a break for 14 years straight.)

Summary: Sleepy mornings blurb with the warmest two in the polycule.
Poly Cursebreakers x reader. (Charlie and Chiara Centric)
Tumblr media
You woke to shuffling in a big bed that wasn't yours. A giant source of heat was ripping itself from your arms leaving you cold a grasping for it.
"you've got to let go of me, love I have work." You peek your eye open finding surely enough your boyfriend sitting up in the dark with the sun having yet to rise you groan and bury your face were his warm body had just laid.
"don't leave.'m cold."
"y' cold?" He mocks back lovingly rubbing circles on your back as he fumbled for his wand.
"chaaaarlie."
"I have to work." He sighed, leaning down to kiss your forehead.
"For money." Another kiss.
" So you can eat." This time he smiled, you could hear it in his voice even with your eyes closed, but no kiss followed.
You groan and he groans back louder.
"Come on I'll take you to Chi." He mutters opening his arms. You sigh and roll over climbing into his arms to carry you to Chiara's room. He crack the door open with a creak almost bumping your head on the frame as he pushed through to make his drop of.
He sat you slowly on the bed next to your girlfriend's warm body. she stiffened in her sleep and sniffed the air around her. She sneezed softly, like she always did when Charlie had washed his hair with cinnamon shampoo, and rolled over to hold you. Snuggling closer to the small woman you relax as the smell of lavender and vanilla finally hits your nose when she lays her chin on your head lovingly.
"have a good day, Char." She muttered sleepily.
"love you too, Chi." He laughs softly.
