[AB6IX] INTERRUPTING THEM WITH A KISS
☆ gn!reader ☆ fluff and fun ☆ Note: me, seeing the ab6ix fics tag empty: i have to Create!!!!
Tumblr media
WOONG:
It’s sooooo easy to distract him, especially when he’s rambling and he himself has lost sight of what he’s talking about.
When you suddenly kiss him, his brain immediately short-circuits for a second then goes into making out with you mode, everything else is going to be forgotten.
If he wasn't saying anything important, this is a very good way to stop him from going on pointless tangents or distract him from sinking into negative spirals.
If it was something important, he’ll suddenly remember it later and you can talk about it then.
DONGHYUN:
He can get a bit self-conscious if you just kiss him out of the blue while he’s talking.
Was he being annoying? Was what he said boring?
When you pull away, he laughs awkwardly and scratches the back of his head, and just his whole body language screams “embarrassed”.
You have to reassure him that you don’t mind him rambling, you just thought ending it with a kiss would be fun.
In the end, the fun teasing kiss to shut him up turns into something comforting and full of love.
WOOJIN:
He will be very flustered because he gets flustered when you show him such affection and because you caught him off-guard.
He has absolutely no idea how to proceed from here, so his best guess is to act like nothing happened and try to continue talking…
Halfway through his second round of rambling, he looks at you grinning at him and sighs.
He registered that yup, he's talking too much again, so he just laughs awkwardly and gives up, letting you kiss him again.
DAEHWI:
He will actually get very offended.
He gives you a whole lecture about how rude it is to interrupt someone while they’re talking and you can’t argue that he was just rambling and you just really wanted to kiss him.
He blushes for a moment but quickly collects himself and he will finish what he has to say even if he has to put his hand over your mouth and hold you back like that.
After he’s done, he will either give you reward kisses for being good and listening, or he’ll demand kisses as compensation for being rude.

When He Takes Care Of You On Your Period ~ AB6IX Reaction
Woong:
A small smile appeared on your face as Woong returned home, watching as he walked over towards the sofa where you were immediately.
“Still suffering?” He asked, tucking himself in just behind you.
“It’s hurt all day,” you whispered in reply, feeling an arm snake around your waist, Woong’s hand being placed just under your tummy.
He felt terrible as he watched you, barely able to lay comfortably for more than just a few moments. “Why don’t we cuddle here for a bit? See if we can take that pain away,” he suggested with a kiss to your cheek.
A hum came from you, trying your best to close your eyes. “I wish I could just lay here without having my stomach killing.”
Woong nodded in agreement with you, “I wish that there was more that I could do to try and make life easier for you Y/N.”
“Just being here helps,” you whispered back to him.
A small chuckle came from Woong, “I’m sure there’s more that I could do, you’re just too nice to tell me what it is.”
“Honestly, there’s not much that can be done, it’s life.”
Donghyun:
Your hands quickly reached out as Donghyun came towards you, sniggering at how quickly you moved to try and get what he had.
“Got it?” He laughed with how quickly you took it from him.
“Yeah,” you breathed, sighing in relief as soon as you placed the hot water bottle that Woong had made you on top of your tummy.
Donghyun’s smile widened as he watched you, relieved to finally see you settled after a day full of pain. “You just let me know when you need it reheating again and I’ll be right here straight away to do it for you.”
Your eyes snapped across when you noticed Donghyun walking away from you, “where are you going now?”
He looked back to where you were laid out, “you’ve got your hot water bottle, you don’t need me here to look after you.”
“I need both of you,” you smirked across to Donghyun.
His head shook as you tapped the space beside you on the sofa, “won’t you end up getting too hot with me and that?”
“I’ll be alright, I could do with a cuddle from both.”
Woojin:
A shy giggle came from you as Woojin handed the bag that he had across to you, watching as your eyes took in everything that was inside.
“Is that enough?” He chuckled, taking his shoes off.
“It’s perfect,” you quickly assured him, reaching in straight away and pulling out one of the bars of chocolate that Woojin had bought.
His head shook at how quick you were to open it, breaking off one of the pieces. “Are you planning on sharing that or is it all just for you?” He teased, taking a seat on the arm of the sofa, just above your head.
Your head tilted back to look up at Woojin, “I’m the one that’s on my period, I deserve this with how much pain I’m in.”
Woojin couldn’t help but chuckle at your response, “I’m the one who went to the shop to get you sweet stuff to help you.”
“I guess you could have one piece,” you joked in reply.
His eyes went wide as you broke off just one piece from the bar, “you’re mean when you’re on your period, is this all I get?”
“I guess seeing as you did buy it you can have two.”
Daehwi:
A soft sigh came from you as soon as Daehwi’s hands rested on the pit of your stomach, slowly massaging over your sore spot.
“How’s that?” He smiled, peering over your shoulder.
“A dream,” you whispered, settling into Daehwi’s chest as you finally felt your period pains beginning to ease for a short while.
At how content you seemed, Daehwi began to apply a little more pressure. “Is there anything else that I can do for you to try and make life more comfortable for you?” Daehwi asked as he laid back down behind you.
Your head shook in response to his question, “what you’re doing is more than enough, I never want you to move from here.”
A snigger came from behind you, “I might have to move at some point, we’ve got dinner to sort out for a start Y/N.”
“I’m on my period,” you subtle reminded him.
Daehwi’s head shook, knowing exactly what you were hinting at. “Seeing as you’re on your period, how does takeout sound?”
“It sounds as dreamy as this massage I think.”

Sometimes Donghyun would wake up and feel like he was suffocating on his own scent. He smelled like an isle of fruit, and everytime anyone commented on it he felt nothing but shame. It was a constant reminder. Anywhere he went, anything he touched, it smothered him. He picked up a pen and it was left with a coat of jelly. He smoothed the wrinkles in his pants and they were smeared with jello. He stopped touching other people years ago. He would feel so guilty leaving them with red and orange fruit stains.
A person can’t smell their own scent, but Donghyun was convinced otherwise. Why else would he wake up choking on perfumed air? Maybe it was in his head. Maybe it was his own fear. Or maybe it was the handful of plums the Lord so graciously handed him.
Donghyun didn’t want plums and oranges and strawberries. He prayed for tall glasses of salt water. But this is what he was given. This is what he had to live with.
Even now, staring at the black ceiling waiting until his breathing slowed he had to lie in a bed with apples and grapefruit.
Donghyun always wondered why he was plagued with nightmares. Why he woke multiple times a night trembling and drenched in sweat. He can’t even remember what he dreamed about. If there were faces or demons, if they were bloody with guts or traumatic with lost family members. He just… can’t sleep.
He sat up. Imaginary cherries rolled across the warped wooden floor.
What was the point of trying again? He would just stay awake. Everything was so fitful. Ghosts that he couldn’t remember in his sleep. The crushing weight of failure during the day. It’s like he was stuck in limbo. One foot in the Garden another in Hell. God even gave him a pomegranate to remind him. Look at what you did to man.
The floor was cold, and the light outside was blue and silver. A full moon.
Yellow and blue, Donghyun turned his desk lamp on. Its light was soft, but it took a second for his eyes to adjust to the sudden warmth. His room was small. All of their rooms were small. That’s just how boarding school is, he supposed. Twin bed, desk, a dresser, a radiator, garbage can.
He had been inside other rooms before. They had cork boards with memories bottled into tickets and pictures of their pets. They had framed photos of their parents, siblings, aunties and uncles. Some had old family crests. Some of them had gifts from home. Hand knitted blankets that smelled like their dams, small baskets of their favorite snacks they couldn’t in this small town tucked away deep in the pines.
Donghyun was an orphan. His walls had a calendar and a crucifix. His bed had a synthetic blanket that the school provided. His desk had textbooks and notebooks.
He felt so very alone, and when he started smelling so sweet he understood why he was abandoned. Who would want this?
The few personal items he had weren’t much. There was a bible bound in leather with gold lettering. There was a rosary with white, pearly beads. There was Celery, a worn stuffed rabbit. And then there was Celery’s rosary, of course, currently wrapped around his plush neck. That one had plastic yellow beads. He had a few books of his own. A few outfits.
It’s not like he needs much. It’s not a very holy thing to have so many possessions, anyway. Donghyun was content with his minimalistic room, but… maybe one family photo would be nice.
He’ll have to repent for the jealousy later.
But there was one more thing. His eyes fell on it standing all alone in the dim yellow light that washed over the desk. It was pushed a little farther back, a memory lost to a corner, school and bible studies had taken precedence.
It was a butterfly. Blue. Carefully pinned inside its black frame. It was easy for Donghyun to see the care that went into it. It was a gift from someone special to someone special. Truth be told he hadn’t thought of this person in years.
They were kids when they met. Donghyun had crawled out of the window after one of his nightmares. Lost himself deep in the forest. He was a child then. So was the boy he met. Skinny. Pale. Donghyung was afraid of him at first. Some kind ghost. An evil spirit to entice him into sin or lead him into a lake and drown him. But he was just a boy. A strange boy unnaturally comfortable in the dark woods.
He said his name was Daehwi. He said he was from a village farther up the mountain. He said his family thought of Donghyun’s boarding school as a religious cult. A place full of false prophets and lies. Donghyun was deeply offended at first, but it didn’t last long. They met nearly every night for a long time. He would go into the forest and talk to his friend under the moon. It didn’t matter that Daehwi thought Donghyun was living in religious bondage and following lies and it didn’t matter that Donghyun thought Daehwi was a heretic spreading harmful pagan ideas and living secluded in the woods like a freak. They just worked somehow, and they both learned not to question it much.
Things fall apart when you question.
Daehwi loved butterflies. He pinned their corpses and hung them around his cabin. That’s what he told Donghyun, who thought it was a little strange at first. But Daehwi gave him a gift. And Donghyun wasn’t one to question gifts. It was like a piece of his soul that he entrusted Donghyun with.
Donghyun swayed, still looking at the little soul in the black frame. It was important to Daehwi. Why hadn’t he gone into the forest recently? Why did he stop years ago? If he went back would this small child still even be there? And what would he look like now?
Donghyun was moved to pull on proper pants, socks, shoes, and a jacket before he even really considered what he was doing. Sister Catherine said that sometimes the Lord works in hidden ways. That He pulls you into actions you would never take and when that happens all you have to do is trust Him and follow what He’s pulling you towards. Donghyun steeled his faith as he pulled his first floor window open.
In a last thought he pocketed the white rosary, and then he swung his feet out his window and carefully lowered himself into the shrubs below.
It was a dream, or maybe a memory. He always conflated the two.
The air had a bite to it. Needles swayed in the wind above his head. His feet worked from memory, and everything was bundled in the silver gauze spun by the moon herself. Donghyun started to fret. Would Daehwi even be there anymore? Had he forgotten too or was he bitter with Donghyun’s sudden abandonment? What would he say to him if he was there? He hoped they wouldn’t fight.
The tree they met under was still there. Daehwi said it was a bigleaf maple. It was massive and covered in moss. Thick branches sprawled in all directions and seemed to encompass the entire sky when you stood under it. A leafy Atlas bearing the brunt of the stars on its bark. A few of those branches had collapsed recently, breaking off from the trunk and horrid angels. They were still attached by a few woody tendons, and the entire scene made Donghyun think that something had died in that tree, even though it remained alive above its dragging limbs.
“Softwood rots in humid places like this.”
Donghyun started and turned towards the sudden voice. He appeared silently, as if he had melted from the moonlight. He did that the first time too, when Donghyun was lost and on the verge of tears. He stared for a second, a little awed at the moonghost standing in front of him with his hands in his pockets.
He wasn’t very tall and nor had he bulked up. He was still fairly pale and his eyes still had that clear, freezing gleam.
Donghyun didn’t know what to say. The words that came out were a little stupid, but what was he supposed to say?
“You’re still here.”
Daehwi narrowed his eyes. “I haven’t been. I gave up awhile ago.”
“Fated,” Donghyun took a step closer. “God wanted us here. Together.”
Daehwi cocked an eyebrow. “Your god, maybe.”
Donghyun shrugged, lowering himself into a squat. They used to sit here for ages. Neither one of them cared about how damp their pants got or how the cold would start burning into their bones. They would be too focused on each other. Too busy listening and talking. Daehwi always did all the talking back then. He would tell Donghyun about the stars they couldn’t see under the tree. The butterflies he liked the most. The saints and gods of his religion. How to slaughter a lamb ethically and painlessly. He was without God, but he was fascinating.
He was silent now, regarding Donghyun cooly. Was he angry they stopped meeting? Had he waited in the forest night after night in vain? Donghyun had told him he might stop coming. That things were getting more and more complicated the more he thought about puberty. About presenting. About his future. Did he understand?
“I like to think of Him as everyone’s god,” Donghyun said softly.
Daehwi scoffed. “Of course you do.”
An owl hooted somewhere in the distance. Daehwi looked off in its direction as if he could watch it take flight from here. Even the air around him felt icy and tense. Donghyun traced his angular jawline, eyes moving from his small ear to the tip of his chin. He had grown well. Donghyun wondered about him. His identity, his education, what had happened in the few years they cut each other out.
“My friend, talk to me.” Donghyun’s voice was almost a whisper in the cedars, tangling in the small vine maples and getting lost. “What have you been up to these days? What happened?”
Daehwi’s gaze turned back to him. Donghyun winced. It was dripping with something he couldn’t exactly put a word to. Apathy? Hatred? An unsanctioned marriage between the two?
“I waited, for one thing. I waited for my friend to come back, but he ran off with my gift.”
Donghyun could only flinch and grimace. Gifts were so important, in both of their secluded little sects. Pieces of the soul. A promise from one person to another. The start of a dialogue between the two. He had ghosted a courtship.
“Of course then I realized we were kids mimicking things we knew nothing about and that it never meant anything in the first place. And that hurt for awhile. But you get over it eventually.” He shrugged stiffly looking off into the black distance again.
Donghyun was silent for a few moments. These things had to be navigated so carefully. He was crossing a river by jumping from one small rock to another. They were so wet… covered with wigs of algae and robes of fresh water. A quick sign of the cross and he had to jump.
“So much happened. So much I wanted to die.”
Daehwi’s head turned slowly back in Donghyun’s direction. His gaze was still pained, but a little softer. Donghyun wondered if he ever really got over it.
“What happened?”
“I wanted to be a priest.”
“And why can’t you?”
Donghyun sighed and stood up. There were so many smells in the air. Moss. Water. Wet bark. The forest was alive with scent. It was easy to hide out here where the wind blew everything away so quickly you could barely catch a whiff of it. It’s not like a classroom behind stone walls where you could smell everyone in nearly every adjacent room. So he stepped closer, almost closing the gap between them, and pulled down his coat collar a little and baring his neck in a dramatic flair.
Fruit.
Daehwi’s nose twitched.
“They won’t let us in. Too… compromised. Prone to sin. Made to serve God in other ways.”
“An old stereotype.”
“Religions are full of that.”
Another awkward silence. Daehwi cast his gaze downwards. Donghyun wondered if apathy was his protection the way isolation was his. The wind was picking up, and the treetops were rocking now. Donghyun crossed his arms and shivered. The air started to smell a little bit like rain.
“Do you hate me?” Daehwi’s tone was flat. Emotionless.
“No… why would you say that?”
He shrugged, the leaf litter seemingly more interesting than Donghyun’s face. “I just thought you were supposed to.”
Donghyun didn’t know what to say and hugged himself tighter.
“When you left, I guess I thought you were tired of hanging out with someone your people damn to hell.”
Donghyun kicked at the rotting leaves. He guessed it was true. Daehwi wasn’t even baptized. Where else would he go? But that’s not what the religion is about either. There are core tenets of understanding. Of love. Of forgiveness. Donghyun forgave Daehwi the day they met. Shouldn’t He have?
“Well… what do you think of me?”
Daehwi finally shot him another glance. “I think you’re misguided.”
Donghyun sighed again.
The world around them grew steadily darker. Clouds were blowing in blocking the weak rays the moon could provide them. Donghyun began to dread the walk home. Daehwi was a always a mindreader. He smirked a little, finally lightening out of his pensive and emotionless mask. “Need me to walk you home? Gonna get lost again, little kid?”
“I’d appreciate it. I can’t see well.”
They walked in a single file line. Donghyun was cold and unsettled. He wasn’t sure where they stood. They were talking at least, but it didn’t feel like how it should. Daehwi was upset. Their religions were a wall. All Donghyun wanted to do was climb over it, but he was too scared to find a foothold. He was on one side of the river, and he was too busy fussing over the stones in the middle to even try to cross.
Stone walls and lights in the distance. Daehwi walked him all the way up to his open window, and the rain finally started to fall.
Donghyun swayed, unsure, but desperate to extend some sort of olive branch.
“It’s gonna pour.”
Daehwi grunted in agreement.
“You should… come inside.”
The smaller man studied him for a moment, eyes traveling across Donghyun’s facial features, scrutinizing. Looking for something. But God had other plans. The rain picked up quickly, going from a drizzle to something steadier with threats to let loose into a storm.
“Yeah,” Daehwi agreed, and they climbed into Donghyun’s dark room before they could be drenched. Donghyun shut the window. Daehwi loitered until Donghyun turned the desk lamp back on.
The shrubs outside rustled and rubbed against the wall. Daehwi sniffed.
“It’s bare in here.”
Donghyun shrugged. “What did you picture?”
“A nest at least. You’re such a fucking monk.”
Donghyun let himself laugh a little. “I was raised by nuns, I guess it shows.”
Donghyun could smell him in here. He smelled like a mass on the beach. Incense, pews, salt water, sand. It was infinitely better than fruit, but Donghyun briefly wondered what they smelled like together. Cranberries growing in the ocean? Pineapple on white sand? A hidden apple underneath a church pew?
The butterfly on his desk. Daehwi was running his fingers across the top of the frame. “This was my first one. It’s crooked. I’m better now.”
“Make me a new one.”
“If I do, you can’t leave again.”
Donghyun reached into his coat pocket, feeling the beads he stashed earlier. The rain outside persisted, running down the window like steady lanes of traffic.
“Do you forgive me?” Donghyun asked gently.
Daehwi turned to him, crossing his arms. “For leaving? If you don’t do it again.”
“You said we were kids.”
“We were. It didn’t mean anything except hurt feelings then. If we do it now,” he quirked a brow again. “It’s for real.”
Donghyun took a deep breath. “And you don’t… care? About me?”
A brief look of confusion crossed the younger man’s face before it was back to apathy. “What’d you mean?”
“That I… that I’m… like this.”
Daehwi’s brow creased. “If I cared I wouldn’t have even walked you home. Shouldn’t you be more worried about God?”
Donghyun shook his head. “I don’t think so.”
Silence.
“I prayed to be a beta.”
“That sounds like you.”
“I wanted to preach so badly, Daehwi. I don’t know what to do now.”
Daehwi shrugged. “I don’t know either.”
Donghyun wasn’t even sure a courtship between them would work. It was a matter of religion. They weren’t converting each other. One wasn’t about to drop his belief entirely. They were both feverish with faith. And that made Donghyun afraid. But he pulled out the white rosary anyway and offered it to Daehwi.
“It’s important to me.”
Daehwi looked at it pointedly before slowly taking it from him.
“And if I decide you aren’t for me?”
“Give it back to me.”
Daehwi nodded. “I’ll hold onto it for now.” He hesitated before stepping closer, twisting his head towards the shell of Donghyun’s ear. “You smell good, by the way.”
Donghyun shivered.
Daehwi glanced outside. The rain weakened a little. The night was growing old. “It’s the full moon, Donghyun. I have things to attend to.”
Donghyun nodded. “Just come back?”
“Yeah.”
Silence. A heavy pause, each unsure of how to proceed around the other. Each made a little dizzy by the other’s scent, each afraid of spitting at their faith, each terrified of ending up alone.
“Lend me an umbrella?”
A cloth torch passed from one hand to another. Sound and wind filled the room when the window open and then Donghyun was alone again, just as suddenly as he had left the room earlier that night.
Deep down he knew they wouldn’t last. He just hoped their fling would be worth it.

Notes; happy belated birthday to one of my beautiful ult wreckers ❤️❤️❤️❤️
You was just getting out the bath when the door bell rang furiously, you shouted down the corridor as you wrapped the towel around your waist walking to the inpatient visiter.
You pulled the door ajar to tell them to do one when you found a larger man helping your older brother up. “I think this one belongs to you,” he said struggling under your alcohol induced sibling. Daehwi threw his weight against the door throwing you backwards on to your ass, your towel exposing you to them both.
“Ewww don’t be such a Ho, we got guests,” Daehwi slurred leaning himself towards the wall. His friend with his eyes shut offered his hands which you hastily took recovering yourself, your face bright red. “Can I open my eyes?” the friend said blushing a shade of pink and his member clearly twitching in his pants. “Erm yes,” you said hastily dashing from the room, “I’ll let you settle him,” you shot out behind you as you shoot back in your room, your heart thundering, your face burning and your mind imagining all the ways to kill your brother.
The next time you saw his friend again it was the following month, when your brother threw some money at you to go away for the evening. Annoyed at him for interrupting your early night and the whole naked incident. You folded your arm declaring that as your name was on the rental agreement you would be spending the night at home. After squabbling for a while you compromised, promising to spend the evening in your room.
Your cue to leave came from the door going, before you could shuffle from the room you was suddenly engulfed by some arms. “Where you going little sis,” Donghyun called out as Daehwi groaned at the view. “Yeah Y/N why you escaping so fast?” Woong asked coming up to you to fluff up your hair. “She’s got a date tonight,” Daehwi said prizing you from them both. You found yourself jolted into the very man you had exposed yourself to. Your jaw gaping open at his beautiful features as he blushed in your view. “Oh you haven’t met him have you, this is Woojin,” Woong said, “he’s new here,” he added patting Woojin’s back. “Oh they’ve met,” Daehwi Growled as you and Woojin winced.
“Right date night?” Daehwi moaned pushing you in the direction of the hallway. “My snacks,” you whined as he attempted to manhandle you out the room. “When you say date night you mean movie night don’t you?” Donghyun said chuckling as Daehwi walked to the Cupboard loading his arms with enough snacks to not see you till tomorrow. You nodded grinning, at Donghyun, “yep cute men all sexy,” you chuckled rubbing your hands down your body to Daehwi’s scoff. “What movie?” Woojin asked his voice so deep yet beautifully hitting that your thighs tightened. “Tidal Wave,” you smiled earning a smile back, “that’s a good movie that is,” Woojin said showing you his beautiful snaggle teeth that was just the cutest. “Since when was you into movies,” Donghyun said looking at him. “You just don’t look the movie type,” he added. “I love movies,” he said smiling.
“Well here’s your food, enjoy your night with your men, and romance,” Daehwi said rolling his eyes as he plonked the food in to your awaiting arms making you drop a few of the packets of goodies. “It’s a natural disaster movie not a romance,” Woojin said making Daehwi small his eyes in his direction. “Just saying,” he adds shrugging. “Hey I think we should all watch it,” Woong said smiling as Daehwi protested, the other’s agreeing louder that left him looking defeated.
As Woong & Donghyun stole some of the snacks from your grasp, Daehwi stood there arms folded looking displeased at you. “Don’t look at your sister like that, it’ll be a laugh,” Woong Scolded him noticing his expression. “I’m sure she wants a night alone,” Daehwi said hoping you’d get the hint. “Yeah he’s right,” “don’t you even think of it we’re your elders, both you sit your asses down let’s watch this,” Donghyun cut your protest off as he pattered the seat between him and Woojin.
As you sat next to them Woojin fidgeted in his chair next to you. You couldn’t help but noticed the size of his thick thighs in your view. The desire to feel the muscles underneath was highly enticing. Your thoughts was snatched by a cough, Daehwi’s eyes raised as he caught you checking his friend out. You bit your lip paying your attention back to the tv that Woong had taken charge to set up.
You offered Woojin the popcorn which he happily took resting between his legs as you continued to get engrossed in the movie. Your hands dipping into the packet freely which had caused him to stiff up at first before relaxing. You lolled your head over Donghyun, Daehwi’s eyes often finding yours to remind you that you was still in his bad books.
Your hand continued to slip into the popcorn having to move to reach deeper as the packet seemed empty. You furrowed your hand to find a piece of popcorn, when a soft moan audible to your ears hit. You realised your hand had brushed against his bulge which even behind the empty packet was hardening. Instead of an apology you raked your teeth along your bottom lip, you was sure Woojin could see the lust in your eyes as he blushed bright red.
You slipped your hand out the packet before you ended up doing something reckless taking your eyes back to the tv. Thankful that your brother hadn’t seen your little moment which you knew would fuel his anger furthermore.
By the time the movie ended you wiped a slight tear from your eyes when you noticed Woojin’s watery. Had he cried too? “You ok?” You whispered beneath The others chatting. “Yes it’s just,” “emotional right,” you finished for him. He nodded rubbing his eyes as you smiled at the pure cuteness of him. “Right what movies next?” Woong asked, Daehwi eyes widening to take yours. “Actually I’m feeling quite shattered so I’m off to bed,” you said faking a yawn. “Y/N it’s barely 9pm,” Donghyun scoffed, “I know but it’s been a long day, but thanks for watching the movie with me it was fun,” you said standing up to Donghyun’s pouts. “I’m sure we’re have a movie night again soon,” you said before excusing yourself.
You woke during the night, your throat dry and thirst attacked. Leaving your warm bed you made your way towards the kitchen to quench your thirst, letting the cold water make you feel satisfied. You was wiping your mouth when you was startled by the bathroom door opening.
Woojin walked into the living room, his boxers holding his dignity. But his chest so well defined heavenly in your view, you gulped heavily earning his furious blush. “How come your chest,” you said shaking your head “I mean how come your awake,” you added as he smiled at you. “Your cute Y/n, but I was having a pee,” he scoffs standing inches from you. “You?” He asks his deep voice memorising you that you almost forgot to breathe. “Thirsty,” you choked almost losing your words. “For what?” He said tilting his head, his eyes full of mischievous. “For water obviously,” you chuckled, your face feeling hot. “Not popcorn then,” he said winking, “or more what was behind it,” he said suggestively. Your heart was thundering he had been all shy earlier, now he seemed on fire ready to devour you.
“Maybe,” you teased winking, feeling brave under his intense glare. He pulled his arm around your waist pulling into him, your breath hitching when his was just a warm fanned breath away. His eyes glazed over as he leaned in pressing his lips to yours as you both got lost to his kiss. His tongue stroking against yours, hands brushed into your hair gently tugging them so his kiss could deepen. Your hands held on to the hem of your top before moving to his back sliding up his skin, the muscles tensing as it glided up them. His rolls of himself against your clothed core had him kissing down your moans.
You break your kiss to take him to your room. As soon as your through the door he lifts you up letting your legs hold around his waist, his kisses continuing as his hands find there way up your tank top laying around your bra clasps to unfasten them.
He rests you on your bed as you take your top off, his hands fumbling with his boxers letting his meaty member free earning a gasp fall from your lips. Hands sliding down your shorts taking the material and your pants with them, tongue stroking his lips at the sight of you. “I want you to sit on my face as you suck my dick,” he growls and you don’t hesitate to move to let him lay you on the bed.
Resting your heat against his awaiting tongue, it starts swirling around your sensitive bud. You lean onto him your breasts resting on his lower stomach as your hands grapple his member. Pumping it slowly you wonder how you would fit it in your mouth let alone your core. As his suction presses around your nub earning a moan to leave, had Him swat your ass. “Do you want your brother to catch us,” he says muffled from your heat as his tongue continues its attack. Your own tongue swirls around the tip of his head as you slowly bobbled up and down his shaft, letting your cheeks hollow to suck him well. His hands gripping around your ass pulling his head closer to bring his tongue to swirl against your walls. Your pace slows as you moan around his dick which has the same reaction for him. The vibration of his groans has your walls tighten around his wet muscle.
He starts buckling to push his member down your throat as you start gagging around him, you feel him beginning to shake when he rolls you off.
“I don’t want to come in your mouth,” he pants as you slide your body on top of him his hands cupping your breasts. “I love these there so squishy and perfect,” he compliments. You slid your ass into the air letting you slide your breasts down his chest towards his stomach, letting yourself dip so that your breast rubs down his throbbing shaft. You pressed your bosoms together letting them rub along him as you let your breast fuck them. His breath hitching as he struggled to hold his moans from slipping. “Y/n, baby, please,” he begs between pants. As you hasten your speed, his eyes close, head falling back on the pillow, his breath held.
He begins to lose his mind that he lifts you making you yelp from being startled before flipping you onto your back.
His eyes are Intense looking at you like a animal about to kill there prey.
Fingers slide up your folds as they slip into your heat curving as it helps to prep you. “Your so wet,” he growls popping another finger in. “Fuck Woojin,” you cry as they rub against your sweet spot.
He removed his fingers suckling on them as he places them into your open mouth to suck on. Sticking them to your back of your throat making you gag as spit from your mouth falls upon him, he mops it up to help lubricate himself.
Positioning himself into you as he slowly pushes in, cry’s leaving your lips as his hands rests upon your mouth to muffle the moans your struggling to hold in. After stilling to let you accommodate him, he lets his lips return to you as he takes a slow gentle pace.
The pain settles and the pleasure attacks, his speed being torturous as your pelvis meet his to encourage his speed. Instead he pulls out to slam in, his hands around your mouth awaiting the yelp to contain. He continues his slow pace with mixtures of harder thrust that has him bounce against your cervix, filling the air with muffled screams. His hands find your waist pulling you into his thrust that’s picked up a pace, moans freely flowing as he too is lost in the moment.
“Shit Y/N I’m going to cum,” he cry’s a louder volume, his heavy thrusts helping to attack your own. Your walls clench around him in between each thrust of your own meeting his. Sweat beading down his face as his teeth graze along his lips, this look with the one of concentration is enough to push you over the edge, your nails digging into his flesh as you scream cumming around him, pushing him into his own as you milk every drop of his hot seed into your core. His pace still hard but slow continues till he’s softened in you letting himself collapse on top of you.
Rolling himself off you pant heavily as he fights for air, pulling your head on top of his chest. “Fuck Y/N,” he gasps, his fingers threading through your hair. “That was good,” you said snuggling your head deep into his muscled chest. “It really was, it’ll be worth the beating your brother’s going to give me,” he chuckled pressing a kiss to your Temple. You fall asleep to him playing with your hair enjoying the close comfort.
Your woken to the screaming out your door when you jolt to find Woojin missing. Rushing to the corridor, you find Daehwi with woojin’s collar in his grip. “What the fuck she’s my sister Hyung,” he screams as you rush to defend him. His angry face finding yours. “And you, you have to have everything I have don’t you,” he growls. Woong rushing to prise Daehwi’s hands from Woojin as Donghyun steps between you and your sibling.
“I forbid you both to see each other,” he says as he storms off to his room as tears fill your eyes.

Also I did not plan to cry, but somehow I did 😂
All of them are so precious and all of them talking about how they weren't able to see fans and weren't able to hear cheers. And I thought that if I were to cry, it would be when Enhypen perform or something.
But then there was an AB6IX VCR with them taling about their flight TT.
And they were just so excited to finally meet their fans. And then Daehwi filmed out of the airplane's window where they could see the stadium and they just couldn't imagine that later that big stadium would be filled with fans who cheer for them, because they haven't been able to hear cheers for sooo long and that is when I started crying😂😂

Know Now
pairing: pianist!doyoung x nurse!reader
summary: Your campus couple ex, Doyoung, returns to your hometown and your life, mini-me in tow. Will you be able to trust him again…?
tags/warnings: campus couple, strong language, break-up trigger, mentions of dysfunctional family
-START-
It was your 26th birthday and you let out a groan at the empty house. Not that it was very surprising anyway. You had devoted yourself to your full-time job as a nurse and didn't have many other pursuits besides the occasional painting and gardening. The only people you saw were your patients and it didn't seem like they were going to get up off their beds and come party at your house for your birthday.
Sighing, you decide to make a trip to your favourite restaurant, if no one was around to celebrate with you.
You're trapped inside a lonely heart
In loneliness, you let out a sigh
It was mid-summer, and as you exited the small gate of your front yard, the sun shone into your eyes. From far, you saw two figures steadily walking closer and closer. You squint against the sunlight and raised your hand to block your eyes. You could just make out the silhouettes of an adult man and a small child. They looked like angels walking with the sunlight forming a halo around their figures. You squinted into the light.
Was.. Was that Doyoung?
Your ex-boyfriend.
Don't stop your feet that are moving slowly 'cause you know now
You took one step towards him, then another, and another, before stopping abruptly. You wanted to shout out to him, but you kept silent. Your heart hammered in your chest.
You're nervous, check your heart
Run like a child and shout
Dance now, jump on the ground
Breathe out louder
A rebound that seems to fly
Shout out "Rah-rah," when I see you, so loud
Throwing it confidently, knock down
Didn't know me back then but you know now
The two figures floated closer.
“Hi y/n…” Doyoung greeted sheepishly.
“Hi y/n!” The small boy at his side copied him adorably.
You could only stare at him, mouth agape. “Hi…” But somehow your lips formed the words instinctively on its own, habitual politeness ingrained in every fibre of your being.
“What.. What are you doing here?” You blurted out.
Doyoung and you had separated over 3 years ago. You both had been a couple almost all throughout university, before you had gotten into a big fight just days before your 4 years anniversary. The rift was irreparable; you refused to forgive him, and Doyoung had left the small town where the two of you had grown up shortly after. And now he was back here again, a little after 3 years.
“Well.. I just got a job back here teaching piano.. And I wanted to drop by and say ‘Hi..’ You know for old time's sake..” Doyoung palmed his hand at the back of his neck awkwardly.
Your gaze followed his actions and lingered on his hands. Doyoung’s hands were one of the things you liked most about him in the past. His beautiful knuckles tapered into slim fingers, and you could just run your fingers over them forever. You imagined his graceful hands flying over the black and white ivory keys of the piano and smiled.
Then his words sunk into your mind. You knew. You knew what he meant. Truthfully you missed the old times too, the seasons when you both were laughing and happy together. Truthfully you thought of him more than you should have the last few years too. But somehow, the moment of the last time you met was stuck in you like a bitter bile, unforgettable. You couldn't find it in yourself to forgive him still.
“Hi!” The mini-me by Doyoungs side echoed again. You narrowed your eyes at him. If memory served, this small urchin was one of the reasons you both broke up in the first place.
“Come on, Daehwi, play nice.” Doyoung turned to you and smiled. “This is my little brother, Daehwi.”
Your eyes widened. Little brother?!
But then? How?!
Shout it out confidently 'cause you know now
Dream freely 'cause you know now
Go crazy if you want 'cause you know now
Didn't know me back then
But you know me now
Pausing all flyaway thoughts, you pursed your lips and greeted Doyoung with a scowl, “Well thanks for coming to greet me, but I'm afraid I'm a little busy, I don't really have time for you and your brother.” You spat out the last word with malice, scowling at the small creature. He hid behind Doyoung's back with a whimper.
Doyoung's face visibly fell, crestfallen. He raked a hand through his jet-black hair. “Well..I guess I came here knowing what to expect..” He frowned and huffed. A classic Doyoung expression when he was pondering over something unpleasant. “I just..i just.. thought that we could just catch up.. Seeing that it's your birthday today and everything…”
Taken aback, you let a flicker of vulnerability cross your face. After all these years he had remembered..Out of all the non-existent people, he had been the only one to care enough to celebrate your birthday with you.. He had come just at the right time too..Then everything that he had done to you came rushing back, and you pushed your longing away. “Yeah, like I said, I'm busy, plans to celebrate with friends.” You emphasised the last word, wincing at your blatant lie. You had almost no friends to speak of, none that you truly considered anyway. But Doyoung hadn't been around in your life to know that. “Right..,” he said, staring at the floor. “I'll just..be off then..I'll be around town from now on anyway.. Catch you another time.” A flicker of hope lit up on his face and he gave you a small smile. “Right..” Mentally kicking yourself for agreeing with him, you quickly dismissed the two of them. “Okay, bye.” You strode down the street and walked away without looking back.
You knew where you were going to go - to Yang Yang's house. You were going to find the Dreamies.
From your shifts working as a nurse in the hospital you had somehow bonded with an unlikely group of teenagers half your age. They had volunteered at the hospital for a semester school project, and while you had avoided them at the beginning, having trauma with kids no thanks to Daehwi, they had eventually melted down your walls with their cheerful and exuberant nature. You found yourself looking forward to their visits at the hospital and started hanging out with them outside of your shifts too. On their part, they had accepted you too, as an independent, but secretly warm-hearted noona, and enjoyed your presence as much as you enjoyed theirs.
You had dubbed them the Dreamies because they remind you of yourself once, young, naive, full of hopeful dreams and possibilities.
They all stayed in town but usually gathered together at Yang Yang's house as it was the biggest. They would laugh and play DOTA late into the night, and Yang Yang's parents wouldn't mind as they were used to the kids' actions by now.
You soon found yourself at the front gate and rang the doorbell. “Noona!!” Sungchan greeted. They must have sent him to answer the door as he was the maknae. “Hi Sungchan!” You ruffled his warm brown hair affectionately. “You're growing so tall nowadays!” “It must be the 1.5 litres of milk my mom gives me every morning.” He beamed back at you. “Soon you will be too tall to enter the hospital doorway.” Sungchan giggled at your joke and ushered you into the house. “Hello Mr and Mrs Liu!” You called out as you caught sight of Yang Yang's parents in the living room. You were also a regular guest at the house and they hardly batted an eyelid. “Hi y/n! Lovely to see you. Yang Yang and the rest are in the room.” “Thank you! Lovely evening!” You called out as you and Sungchan headed up the stairs. Outside the door, you heard sounds of guns shooting and bombs exploding, evidence of their computer game. “Nojam, you go ahead. Nana stay behind and cover me.” You smiled at the familiar nicknames, knowing that Jaemin and Jeno were in the room too.
“Noona!” A flurry of limbs and bodies tackled you when you came into the room. “We missed you!! Why haven't you come in so long! We haven't seen you in ages!!” Pouts and whines were exchanged before they quickly went back to their games, attacking invisible enemies and online raids. You smiled as you looked around the familiar faces, Jeno with his jet-black hair, brow furrowed, his index finger resting on his chin, as he always did when he was concentrating. Jaemin with his bubble-gum pink hair, munching on some sweet and making pleasurable noises, seemingly in his own world, but also excelling at the game, and Yang Yang, the most proficient out of the four, in his mint-green hair and shouting directions to the rest. Sungchan settled on the foot of the bed, and smiled a small smile at you.
Suddenly it was too overwhelming, the comforting presence of your beloved dongsaengs, the emptiness of your birthday, and above all the sudden arrival of your ex-boyfriend. Tears escaped from the corners of your eyes, and suddenly you were full-on sobbing.
The boys exchanged looks of confusion, before putting down their consoles, ignoring the huge GAME OVER print flashing on their screen.
“What's wrong, noona?” Jeno was the first to ask, kneeling in front of you and placing a gentle hand on your knee. Their concern was touching and it only made you sob harder, Yang Yang dashing downstairs to grab you a glass of milk as it always calmed him down whenever he was grumpy.
A glass of warm milk and a chocolate chip cookie later, your crying subsided somewhat and you were able to wipe away a few stray tears with the help of a tissue. You were embarrassed at blowing your nose in front of the boys, but they gave you comforting looks.
Sighing, you debated whether to tell them about your worries. It had been a long time since you had opened up to someone. You had locked your heart up 3 years ago and threw away the key, living alone and never letting anyone in. But somehow these 4 boys had wormed their way into your heart, and while you still didn't dare consider them as close friends, you knew that they loved you in their own way, and were even surprisingly mature sometimes.
Taking a deep breath, you confessed. “I saw my ex-boyfriend today.”
“Doyoung-hyung?!” Jaemin exclaimed. You nodded. Previously, during Jeno's 21st birthday, over some soju, you had shared with the Dreamies about Doyoung, Daehwi, and the hurt he had caused you in the past. The Dreamies had all been sharing about their past relationships (not that there were many) and you felt compelled to share about your dark past too. Much like now, they had gathered around you, and hugged you as you bawled your eyes out. You had woken up the next day with a raging hangover but a comforted heart.
“But what is he doing back here? And what happened to his ex, Seung Hee?” Sungchan blurted out. He was usually the quietest of the bunch but he hated seeing his noona hurt, and he felt uncomfortable that the guy who had broke his noona's heart so badly was in such close physical proximity to her again.
You sighed. That's exactly what I asked him. “He said he was back to take up a job as a piano teacher.. I don't know the real reason why he's back, Sungchan..” You paused. “Maybe to torture me and bring more misery into my life..” You frowned. “As for Seunghee, I'm not sure, shortly after Doyoung left town, she left too. But I haven't seen her around lately, maybe she opted to stay in the city while Doyoung and Daehwi came back to town..but that doesn't really make sense. I mean, if they were really that close and everything, she would have followed him here right..” Your frown deepened. “You guys know what was the weirdest thing? Doyoung bought Daehwi with him to visit me, but he introduced him as his little brother.”
Jeno was taken aback. “I thought you said Daehwi was his..his..?” “Yeah, that’s what I thought too.. At the beginning.. but now I'm not so sure..”
“Maybe you were just misunderstood, noona.” The normally loud Yang Yang had been unusually quiet; he spoke up for the first time in a while. “I mean, you saw the three of them together, and based on the words of Seunghee, you just assumed things. You mentioned that you had always been a bit insecure about Doyoung-hyung's ex right?”
You nodded, biting your lip. Yang Yang's words had hit the mark. You weren't wrong about the Dreamies being unusually mature sometimes.
“Maybe you should give him a chance.. I mean it has been 3 years.. Maybe he has changed by now.” Jaemin pipped up.
You frowned. The hurt and wound in your heart was way too deep to easily forgive Doyoung, but you didn't want to argue with the Dreamies. Quickly you changed the subject.
“OK enough about me, Jeno, I heard you adopted another cat?”
“Yes, noona, her name is Bongsik and she is the cutest little baby in the world!!!” Jeno's eyes sparkled as he talked about his newest addition to the family. “Jeno-ya, you're allergic to cats.” Jaemin dead-panned while Yang Yang rolled his eyes.
Smiling, you gazed at the Dreamies fondly. It didn't do much to get them distracted and happy like kids - oh, to be young again.
Out of the corner, you caught Sungchan's eye, he was still frowning slightly. Despite being the youngest, he was somehow the most protective of you and the most attuned to your feelings. You gave him a small smile of reassurance. Everything was going to be okay - right?
//
The next day, you were right back at work in the hospital, only having been granted one day of leave to celebrate your birthday. You catch sight of your familiar figure in the mirror, dressed head to toe in simple blue scrubs, long hair tied up in a messy bun. You sigh as you tuck a stray tendril of hair behind your ear; no matter how you tried to tame it, your curly hair always wildly escaped its confines. Doyoung had called it ‘pretty and untamable, just like you.’ And he always sweetly reached over to brush a stray hair behind your ear. You sigh again, a heavy one, and hurriedly gather your tools, walking out into the corridor to begin your shift.
By evening, you were surprised to see that the source of your thoughts had materialised at the window. A small, curious head peeked through the large hospital windows at the front entrance, looking for a particular person. “I think someone's looking for y/n,” Mark remarked wryly. The head continued bobbing up and down, a small frown appearing on its features. You whip around at the sound of your name, only to mirror a similar frown, but deeper, on your face, at the sight of Doyoung at the window. “I don't know who he is.” You deflect. “Isn't that Doyoung? Didnt you two use to go out?” Renjun asked. You sighed deeply. There were many things you enjoyed about living in a small town, but privacy was not one of them. “Fine, I'll go over to see what he wants.” You concede miserably, huffing.
As you walk over to Doyoung, you catch sight of Mark and Renjun in your peripheral vision sharing a whispered conversation and giggling with each other. You rolled your eyes. Mark and Renjun were the hospital's resident doctors. They were a couple, having been best friends throughout university, both coming out when they got their first jobs, within weeks of each other. They had ended up together and been inseparable ever since.
The truth was, although they could be annoying at times with their teasing, you secretly had a soft spot for them. Older than you by about 4 years, they were to you, the parental figures you never had.
Before you knew it, you had arrived in front of Doyoung. Hands on your hips, a scowl on your face, you questioned him. “What do you want, Doyoung? Well.. I wanted to see you… y/n? This is a small town, I did promise that we would see each other around, didn't I?” He smiled sheepishly. You feel that familiar stirring of longing deep within your gut again, followed by the push of the even more familiar coldness. “Yeah, if I remember correctly, I told you I was busy. If it isn't enough to terrorize me at my house, you had to come stalk me at work too?” You reach out to jab a finger at him menacingly. “Woah woah,” Doyoung quickly took a step back and put up both his hands to brace himself. “I just...I simply wanted to walk you home after work.. Well..i guess.. If it bothers you so much, I won't disturb you ever again. Take care, y/n.” With a sigh, blowing his jet-black fringe, he gave up and walked away from the hospital.
Triumphant, you grin in delight. Yeah that would show that bastard for showing up in your life again and trying to worm his way into your heart. Once bitten, twice shy. You weren't about to fall for his lies again. But as much as you were smiling, a small part of you was breaking into tiny pieces. Doyoung was finally here, in front of you again, it was all you ever wanted. And he seemed to have wanted you as much as you wanted him.. But.. It was all too much. You couldn't allow yourself to feel again, to hurt again. You grimace and walk back into the huge white building, Mark and Renjun staring at you intently.
But Doyoung didn't keep to his word. He visited the hospital the next day, and the day after that and the day after that. Everyday, you, Mark and Renjun would stare at his lost face amidst the large window, his expression slowly getting more and more forlorn. You refused to go out.
I’m a serial battery for your dream
I’ve been waiting for you outside thе window gallery...
After about a week, Mark spoke up. “Hey y/n, I don't really know what happened between you and Doyoung, but I think you really need to talk to him. He looks like a lost puppy, pining after you.” “Yeah,” Renjun spoke up. “You know, I heard rumors that he came back to town just for you. Even with his little brother in tow. It probably wouldn't have been easy for him.”
“What..I don’t think he came back to town just for me. I dont believe that. He probably just wanted to send his brother to a better school or something. And surely Seunghee is waiting for him at home..Anyway what is his problem??!” You bite out. “Why can't he take a simple hint?”
“Why is he always waiting outside for you, y/n?” Renjun questioned, a practiced frown gracing his delicate features. “Well… he wants to… walk me home…” You huffed, threading your fingers through your hair exasperatedly. “Wait.. What.. That's it?! Oh I thought he had something much more sinister in mind or something..” Mark yelped. “That's surprisingly...normal.. Maybe you should give him a chance..he does seem awfully sorry and seems to want to get into your good graces and spend time with you again.” “What..” You grimace. “This is too annoying.” Your gaze flitted to the lonely figure at the window and towards your parental figures. You knew they always had your interests at heart and they were wise in more ways than you could imagine. And the Dreamies advice echoed in your head as well. “Ugh fine I'll let him walk me home, but I'm absolutely not meeting him outside of that!”
Renjun and Mark beamed. They gave you a thumbs up as you packed up your things and walked over to Doyoung.
“What do you want, Doyoung?” You grumble when you approach him, reminiscent of your earlier encounter, but this time, you were all bark and no bite. There wasn't that much malice in your voice any longer, maybe just a quiet resignation. Doyoung beamed at your slight change in tone. “Eehm y/n I thought you wouldn't want to see me anymore. I thought you would avoid me forever. I'm so glad to see you talking to me.” He smiled genuinely, flashing his signature cute gummy smile. “What.” You grumble, cursing Mark and Renjun silently. “Let's walk you home!” He smiled widely, not wanting to let this chance go to waste. “Fine, but I'm definitely not seeing you outside of the route home.” You concede.
//
From then on, you and Doyoung walked home together every day. You both started chatting about everything and nothing, how city life was for him, how rural life was for you, how he never gave up his dream and passion of playing the piano, how you loved your plants and your patients, his and your hopes and dreams for the future. At first you started talking to fill up the awkward silence, but gradually you found yourself warming up to the conversation; it had been so long since you last shared your heart with someone and you sigh in contentment as you listen to Doyoung's sugary sweet voice go on and on about a particularly mischievous student of his. “Y/n y/n?” Doyoung's hand wrapped around your waist and his free hand grabbed your palm. You stumbled, but thanks to his strong grip, you didn't trip. You must have dozed off along the way, his calm voice was that soothing. “Oh I'm sorry Doyoung, it wasn't that you were boring, I must have been unexpectedly tired from work.” You say sheepishly, an embarrassed blush covering your cheeks. “It's OK, I understand, you have been working so hard.” Doyoung said softly. It was then that you realised how close the two of you were standing. In his attempt to catch you, Doyoung had shuffled his body closer to yours, and now your chests were breathing in tandem, face only inches apart. You glance down at his almond eyes, and long eyelashes fluttering, his cute button nose and all the way down to his pink lips. You stared silently.
Then you took a breath. “Thanks.. Thanks for catching me, Doyoung.” You pulled away, heart beating incessantly. “Uhh, sure, i'd do anything for you, y/n.” Doyoung released his grip on your waist, but he was still holding your hand tightly. To your surprise, he interlaced both of your fingers, his slender ones resting on the top of your knuckles. “But I'll hold on to this, Kay? In case you trip and fall again. I wouldn't want my precious y/n getting hurt.”
Your heart did crazy things in your chest. It flipped-flopped and throbbed, with equal parts hurt and unrestrained longing. “Ugh sure.. Sure..” You bark out. And turned away, so that you could hide the confused expression on your face. The two of you walked all the way home, hand in hand.
I walk next to you every day
Holding your hands
And not alone and not alone
Despite yourself, you began to look forward to you and Doyoung's nightly walks. It comforted the lonely hole in your life like nothing else could. He came, like a Prince Charming, just at the right time. Previously the once melodious song you had with him had gone out of tune and your voices had cracked, but with trembling tiny hands, you gingerly picked up the violin again and hesitantly started playing the notes again, some parts still out of tune and out of practice, but the song went on.
Know now
No matter how lonely
I knocked on the door
Know now
Continuing on to the song that came to mind…
//
The next day, you looked in the mirror again. There you were, standing in your simple blue scrubs, your hair in a messy bun, seemingly the same. But you knew something in you had changed, there was a hint of happiness and youthfulness on your face, your eyes were brighter now, your skin was glowing slightly. Mark and Renjun caught you smiling unconsciously to yourself at times, humming songs under your breath and blushing whenever you touched your own hands, unbelieving of the moment where Doyoung had held your hand, and they looked at you quizzically. But you just laughed it off.
Looked in the mirror, changed again
Your eyes tell me to repeat...
At night, when Doyoung came to pick you up from work again, he had a new suggestion. “Y/n, why don’t we go to the beach tonight? There is a nearby beach town not too far from here, about a 2 hours drive. Tomorrow you have a day off right? You don’t have to worry about going in early tomorrow..What do you say, y/n?” Your heart thudded in your chest, truthfully, you had begun to dread the lonely nights at your home. Recently it had all been home, work, home, work, an endless cycle that wore at you endlessly. You were excited to get out.
Then, the familiar worries came gnawing back at you. Could you trust Doyoung, even now? Why had he come back to town; was it truly for you? What were his true intentions? This time, you decided to push away your uncertainties, just like you had been pushing away your hope all this while; you decided to choose the good this time round and be positive. “Sure, Doyoung!” You heard yourself say. “Lets do it!” A big smile appeared on his face, from ear to ear. Doyoung looked adorable smiling his delighted gummy smile and you were glad that you agreed.
You both got into his car and began the 2-hour drive to the beach.
Like a deep night black cat
We’re young and free become starlight…
When you reached the beach, the both of you got out of his car. You decide to visit the Korean seafood stew stall nearby and after a hearty meal, the two of you wandered out to the sandy beach, hearing the gentle sound of the waves lap at the shore.
Standing in the middle of the beach at night, you look out at the dark waves. Feeling cold, you shoved your hands into your coat pockets. Wordlessly, Doyoung took out a heat pack and warmed it up between his hands. Then, he took your cold hands in his and rubbed them together, with the heat pack, even blowing on your hands to keep them warm. Your heart flipped at the kind gesture. “Doyoung, I dont think blowing on them is going to keep them warm,” you teased. “Its just going to make them colder. My hands isn't ice-cream, you know.” “Ah..ah..Sorry!” Doyoung mumbled sheepishly. And covered his face in embarrassment. You giggle at his cuteness. The both of you looked out at the sea silently.
Later, Doyoung took out a picnic blanket from his car and laid it out on the sand. The both of you lie down on the mat, peacefully, you by his side. Unknowingly, you start cuddling into him, it being too cold on the beach not to share body heat. Unbeknownst to you, Doyoung blushes at the contact of your body against his, but keeps quiet. He starts stroking your soft hair unconsciously, and you lean into his touch. It was as if all the unhappiness and heartbreak never happened. The pair of you simply savour the moment.
Busy, busy doing dreams on repeat
What does sleep mean when you live like a dream, ya...
Suddenly, a loud low horn breaks the reverie. A small fishing boat was approaching the shore. Getting up, Doyoung walks towards the boat. Frowning at the loss of contact, you get up too, and wordlessly follow him. Exchanging a few words with the boat captain, Doyoung turns to you and smiles delightedly. “Y/n, lets get on the boat!” He says, excited like a kid. “What…but its cold…” you grumble. Without saying a word, Doyoung reaches out his hand for you to get on the boat with him. Equally silent, you take his hand, slowly deciding to trust him.
I’ll take you on the boat and leave far away
Fill in the space to get tired of, I paint it
You’re already becoming like me, my vibes
The far twinkling wish, I’ll give it to you
Like a touchdown goal…
After the boat ride, you both cuddle on the picnic mat again, this time covered warmly with a woolen blanket that Doyoung had brought in his car. “Doyoung…” you start quietly. “have you ever wondered what would have happened if we never broke up…” Doyoung stayed silent for a really long time, you started to worry if you had made him angry. Then he spoke, his voice low and solemn. “Well.. I wished we hadn’t broken up y/n..To be honest, I still don’t understand why we did...maybe it was because of my family circumstances…” It wasn’t because of your family circumstances..” you cut him off, suddenly angry. “You betrayed me!” “What..y/n?!” Doyoung ran a hand through his hair exasperatedly. “Its a misunderstanding..” “No it isn’t!” You insisted, annoyed. “Anyway..nothing matters anymore..what matters is I’m here right here and now..” Doyoung conceded. “Yes, you are, indeed.” You feel your anger slowly ebbing away as you gaze into his sincere eyes, feeling grateful for the gentle man in front of you. You lay your head down on his shoulder, shifting closer to his warm body.
Shout it out confidently ’cause you know now (‘Cause you know now, know, now, now)
Dream freely ’cause you know now
If you want, go crazy ’cause you know now
Didn’t know me back then
But you know me now
I’m trapped in the heart of being alone
I let out a sigh of loneliness
Don’t stop your slow feet
‘Cause you know now ‘
Cause you, ’cause you know now…
As you both shift closer to each other, you slowly fall asleep, lulled by the gentle unbroken splashing of the waves and the steadiness of his body next to you.
Touch my dreams, yeah
Don’t be mad, invited for you…
//
On Monday, you were back at the hospital again. You sigh in anticipation of the draining work you had to perform. Sure, it was rewarding, but you couldn’t deny that it was also at times mind-numbing and back-breaking. After a long day, you clock out of work and walk to your car. You seldom took your car, preferring to leave it in the hospital driveway, and to walk home but today you were simply too exhausted, from your long weekend, and your long day. You would think of an explanation to Doyoung later. To your shock, you see that your car's beautiful white exterior had been spray-painted with a single glaring red word. W-H-O-R-E. Spelled in bright red letters upon your car. You were shocked. Whipping your head around, you look all over the carpark, in a bid to catch the culprit. But it was fruitless. He/she would have obviously done it much earlier before you came out of the hospital and made quick their escape. The carpark was too huge for cameras, and hence, it would be almost impossible to catch the culprit. You almost let out a loud scream in frustration. You stare at the glaring red words silently. Did somebody know that you had spent the night at the beach with Doyoung? It wasn’t as if you both had slept together, but still. This kind of happening was enough to fuel the town gossip mill for a few weeks, if your years of living in this small town hadn’t taught you already by now. You were already sure at least half the town knew about your shameful and messy breakup with Doyoung from previously, and now they probably assumed that you were sleeping with your ex-boyfriend behind Seunghee’s back. You wanted to scream in frustration again.
Instead of Doyoung, you catch sight of a much taller, tanned man walking towards you today. It was Johnny. Johnny was Doyoung’s best friend from university, in the days you and Doyoung had been a campus couple. After Doyoung had moved away, Johnny had kept in close contact with him, and you assumed the both of them had been close until now. On your part, although you still lived in the same town as Johnny, the both of you had drifted apart. “Look,” Johnny started, as soon as he was close enough to be within hearing range. “Doyoung couldn’t come today so he sent me in his place. Just as well, cause I was going to talk to you anyway.” He stopped when he caught sight of the red words. “Wow, y/n. I knew it was pretty bad. But I didn't know it was this bad.” You start to sniffle, your acute anger suddenly turning into an overwhelming sadness. You had so many confusing feelings about Doyoung, even without the interference of others; you had just started to trust him, and now this?! Why did people have to get all in your face? “Well..” Johnny started awkwardly. “You know people have kinda been gossiping about you, y/n…you and Doyoung..I mean you both did kind of have a painful and highly conspicuous breakup and he left town with another girl and now you are like back together with him again..people have noticed your daily activities together y/n…” You sniffle again, a single tear rolling down your cheeks. Why did everything have to be so hard? “Look, y/n, we don't have to share this with Doyoung, if you're not ready okay? I'm here for you.” At this, Johnny suddenly wrapped you in a bear hug, his giant tall body feeling strangely comforting against your smaller one. Well, it surely didn't feel as good as hugging Doyoung would feel, but with all your surging feelings, you settled for a comfortable friendship.
A while later, when Johnny had walked you home and you had settled down, you stared at yourself in the mirror again. Yes, your countenance was brighter now than had been before, but you also felt unsteady, like you felt yourself falling. Falling into what you didn't know…
Talkin', talkin', pouring gossip
Poppin', poppin', burning like a flame
Fallin', fallin' in front of your brighter self
Walkin', walkin', approaching you like this
//
It was late out, and in the darkness of the sky, the stars twinkled.
‘Ping ping ping.’ The loud tapping on your house window woke you up from your reverie. You jumped and turned your head towards the window. Somebody had been throwing small rocks against your windowpane. A dark silhouette was outside, waving at you. You had been crouched on the floor, sobbing, lost in your own thoughts when the tapping had interrupted you. You get up and hastily wipe your tears away before walking over to the front door and yanking it open.
There, stood your ex-boyfriend, Doyoung.
You bite your tongue at the sight of him. “What do you want Doyoung,” you gasp, the statement itself becoming a habit.
“I came to see you y/n.” Doyoung breathed out, voice smooth and steady. I heard that you haven't been at the hospital the past few days, so I came to check if you were alright. The cold air from outside blew into the house and you pulled your ratty bathrobe closer around you belatedly for protection. The truth was that after that car incident, you couldn't bring yourself to go back into the hospital. You had called-in for a few days sick leave and had initially planned to make good use of the time to tidy the house, but here you were, just moping and crying your days away. One day had turned into two and then three. It had been three days since you last stepped out of the house even.
If you miss the hand that you used to hold
Or have to go through a teary night
Don't get lost and wander on your own
'Cause you know now
'Cause you, 'cause you know now
If you are secretly hurting on your own
Stop trying to hide your broken heart
And don't stand in front of a barrier
'Cause you know now
'Cause you, 'cause you know now
“Can I.. Can I come in?” Doyoung asked politely. You glance down at yourself and around your house. It was a mess, just like you. You bite your lip; you had already decided to trust Doyoung, and he had been slowly creeping into your heart, what more could a little more hurt do; anyway you badly needed somebody right now. So, you decide to let him in.
Doyoung stepped in and settled into your brown couch, as natural as breathing air. You lay your head on his soft lap, and lie down horizontally on the sofa, naturally.
You slowly start to pour out everything, your frustrations and tiredness at work, your shock at the vandalism on the car, and finally, finally, your pent-up feelings of hurt and betrayal in your relationship.
“I can't believe you left me for your ex-girlfriend, Seung Hee. After all we had been through. We were so good together, and you knew that I had always been a bit insecure about her. I was so insecure about the fact that she was your first…your first love, your first kiss..your first..everything…I knew you’d always promise that firsts don’t count, it was just an trial, and that I would always be your true first, and your last. But deep down, in my heart, I never managed to believe it…
And slowly as graduation got closer..you got more and more distant, and in your own world. We were together, but I felt like we were worlds apart..I couldn't approach you, and we drifted apart. You started answering phone texts by yourself, and going out of the room to take calls..you didn’t even let me near your phone..naturally I became increasingly suspicious..” You heave a heavy sigh, all your pent-up energy finally achieving release.
“Then one day, out of the blue, Seung Hee gave me a call. She said that she wanted to meet me, at the pier, at 2pm. She had something important to tell me. My heart dropped. Was it about you? My worst fears were confirmed. I went to the pier at 2pm and saw you with her. Both of you were facing each other, talking. There was a small kid standing in between the two of you. You reached down to hug the kid, hold him in your arms, and there was a sickly satisfied smile on her face. I ran away before any of you could see me. I was sobbing. Was the kid the love-child of you both? Seung Hee was pregnant with your child and was now coming back into your life. Your future, and your past belonged to her. Was I just some transitional fling?
It hurt and sickened me to the core. I withdrew from you, from everyone, and when you moved away, I threw myself into my work. Doyoung, the day you hurt me, I was so broken. The day you left, I was so lonely, you couldn’t imagine how life had been for me.”
If you are secretly hurting on your own
Stop trying to hide your broken heart
And don't stand in front of a barrier
'Cause you know now
'Cause you, 'cause you know now
Tears streamed down your face uncontrollably, and your mouth opened in a silent cry of pain. Doyoung, who had just been listening silently, attentively during the whole exchange, reached down a warm hand to thumb your tears away from your cheeks. Lovingly, he stroked your hair away from your face. Quietly, he leaned down so that his face was inches from yours, he kissed you slowly, soft and sweet, you leaned into his kiss, opening your mouth for further access, feeling comforted by the soft warm touch, the feel of him against you. The two of you stayed like this for a while, before Doyoung broke away. Rouge tears still tracked their lonely path down your pink cheeks.
Looking frustrated, he ran a slender hand through his jet-black hair. “Look, y/n…I should have came clean the moment you decided to break up with me. I'm so sorry for the pain and the hurt I’ve put you through.. It..it was a misunderstanding…but Im also largely to blame.” He stroked your hair absently, apologetically, lovingly, as he continued his side of the story. “I was never involved with SeungHee. It was all her doing. I never loved her, or had feelings for her ever since we broke up and I met you. The kid is not my child..as I introduced him to you…He is my brother..Daehwi.. I never told you about him when we were dating because..sigh.. I’ve never shared much about my family with you…”
You blink back tears and look at your ex-boyfriend, quizzically. Doyoung had been notoriously private about his family to everyone around him. In the end, everyone had just given up on asking and assumed he was some sort of orphan or self-made man, leaving behind his family in a different state to pursue his studies. Even while you two were dating, you just accepted it as part of him, and gave him the space he needed. You never realise that it was a point of insecurity for him, and that it would eventually cause problems in your relationship, driving the two of you apart.
“My dad passed away when I was 4, and we grew up under the care of our single mother. However, she was a drug addict, and emotionally abusive, and the moment I was old enough, I took the means to get out of the house and to this town, where I worked hard at improving my life. I was worried for Daehwi but I couldn’t bring him with me as he was too young then, and I didn’t have the money or means to take care of him too. I promised that I would come back for him as soon as I got a steady job, as soon as I was able to take care of him. I kept in constant contact with him.
However, recently, my mom suddenly passed away from a drug overdose, and Daehwi was left without a parent or guardian. Seung Hee got to know of it and manipulated me into getting back together with her to take care of Daehwi. The moment that we left town and went back to the city, I separated from her, and took Daehwi with me. We have been living in separate apartments since then, I haven’t even bothered to speak with her. I’m so sorry I dragged you into this Y/n…I should have been more open, and honest with you. I should have trusted you instead of pushing you away. I'm so sorry.” Doyoung buried his face into your hair and let out a big sigh.
You were shocked, to say the least. That Seung Hee was the mastermind behind everything. That bitch. You had completely blamed Doyoung wrongly. You were so caught up in your hurt feelings that you didnt think that Doyoung could be hurting too. And with his mother’s death, and the sudden responsibility of his brother..you were suddenly upset that you weren’t there for him when he needed you the most. Perhaps the two of you were more alike than you realised.
“I’m so sorry too, Doyoung,” you reach out a hand to gently pet his head, which was quite a feat considering that his head was still buried in your hair and you had to reach up awkwardly with your free hand to touch him. “We were both young and stupid. I…I forgive you.” You breathed out, letting everything pent-up within you go. You entwine your fingers with his free hand. “No matter, we are both here for each other, here and now.” You smile, gently. The smile encapsulating everything you couldn’t put into words, past, present and future. Doyoung distangled his face from your hair and meet your smiling eyes. He smiled back, a sweet, gentle gummy smile. Your heart flipped, as you realised how much you loved this man. You had always been in love with him, it was always him, how silly the two of you had been to not know it all along.
Doyoung reached down to gently kiss you again. This time, you opened your lips gently to allow him access, and the kiss deepened. The two of you just stayed like that for a long while, slowly and gently entwined, savouring each other.
Ayy, even the boundary between day and night
Has blurred that skyline
The morning light streamed through the window, illuminating your sleeping face. It cast beautiful warm yellow shadows upon your face, and you start to groggily wake up, blinking your eyes sleepily. You shift around in your large bed, unwilling to face the day, and bury your head within your pillow. Suddenly, you recall last night’s events, and you sit bolt upright. Did..did you seriously let your ex-boyfriend into your house? And confess all your thoughts to him, and decide to forgive him after all these years? And..and the two of you kissed..at least…twice?? You pat the empty space in the bed next to you..feeling the cold sheets in response to the warm sunlight.. you were still wearing your ratty bathrobe. You pull your robe around you, securely fasting it into place and swing your legs over the bed, tucking them into fluffy slippers.
You pad around the house, in search of your missing boyfriend - wait EX-boyfriend- wait you two made up yesterday so he was your…??? You shake your head, confused. “Doyoung? Doyoung? Doyoung, are you here?” You call out, walking through hallways and rooms.
The smell of sweet pancakes waft into your nose and you follow it into the kitchen. Doyoung was there, busy cooking pancakes on the stove, with an adorable concentrated expression, scrunching up his nose. “Hi Doyoung,” you breathed. “Good morning, y/n!” He greeting cheerily, lifting up the pan from the stove and neatly plating the pancakes. “Mmmmm these smell heavenly,” you compliment, creeping closer. “Yeah I’ve been brushing up my cooking since I moved to the city, providing for Daehwi. You remember how much I loved to cook.” You did. You remembered how Doyoung cooked the most often among his friends, and although he wasn’t showy about it, he was definitely a pretty good cook. Add that to his long list of male-wife qualities. Why did you ever let this man go? Well, you weren’t about to do so now. Snaking your arms around his waist, you rest your smaller chin on his broad shoulders and hum contentedly. At the close contact, Doyoung got surprised and almost dropped the pan. “Y..y/n..what are you doing??” He yelped, surprised. “Just..thanking you for everything you’ve done.” You smile contentedly, nuzzling into the crook of his neck.
Ding dong!!
The sudden ring of the doorbell interrupted your sweet moment and you reluctantly extract yourself from his warm body.
“I-I-I’ll answer that..” Doyoung quickly said, flustered and blushing to the pink of his ears.
“Sure, and I’ll just take a quick bath meanwhile. I’m a mess.” You grimace and start padding to the bathroom in your bedroom.
As Doyoung headed to the front door, you grab a towel and head to the bedroom, smiling.
At the feel of the warm water cascading down your back, and the constant comforting sound of running water, you relax. Letting the events of the past month run through your mind, you shake your head. You couldn’t believe how lucky you were. You and Doyoung had lost your way, but the Universe had given you two a second chance and here, you both were, finding your way back to each other.
You finish your bath and get dressed. You made some effort in dressing up, as dressed-up as casual home clothes could get, just for Doyoung, and even sprayed some perfume. You were excited for your first breakfast together after all these years.
Suddenly you hear arguing and the sound of raised voices. Anxious, you walk to the hallway only to be greeted by the sight of SeungHee.
In a few quick steps, you stride over to the girl. “You b*tch, don’t you know what you have done?! Have you no conscience at all! You manipulative b*tch! You nearly separated Doyoung and I!” You shouted at her, heedless of the volume of your voice, and of the neighbours around. Seunghee had her mouth open in a shocked ‘O’ shape. Taking advantage of her pause, you raised you hand. Slap! This is for Doyoung. Slap! This is for Daehwi! The loud slaps reverberated through the house, and SeungHee clutched her cheek in anger.
Now left, right hook, let's fly now
Go ahead, do whatever you want, hurry
I'll always be by your side
You know me, baby
You don't have to be alone
Did you know, did you know we walk side by side? Yeah
Doyoung came and stood beside you. He held your hand tightly. “Come on, baby, she’s not worth getting worked up for. Although she does deserve it.” He whispered quietly to you, slightly laughing.
SeungHee raised an eyebrow at the sight of both of you. She didn’t know that you both had made up.
You seethe with anger. “Get out of my house, you b*tch! I never want to see you and your b*tch face again! And don’t bother looking for Doyoung or Daehwi either!! If you ever appear in this town, you are so dead!”
Huffing and turning up her nose, Seunghee turned around and left. The click click click of her heels resounding against your cobblestone path through the garden.
Suddenly exhausted, from the events of last night - no the past month - you slump down and sway towards Doyoung. Just like before Doyoung catches you, and grips your shoulder firmly in his strong arms. “Come, y/n, let’s go have some breakfast. You need to rest.”
“Thank you Doyoung,” you grab his warm hand. “Not just for this.” You shook your head. “Thank you for loving me always, although I didn’t always understanding it. Thank you for finally telling me the truth. Now, I know. And I’m never going to let you go.”
Doyoung looked shocked at the honest outpouring of feelings and your confession. But the the corners of his mouth lifted and his white teeth shone and his gums were revealed. He smiled his cutest gummy smile.
“Let’s go inside y/n.”
-END-
I hope you enjoyed reading this as much I enjoyed writing it. It was a two-year baby in progress. After much feedback and hard work, it’s finally out. And I’m so proud of it :) a/n: I wrote about the 'Dreamies' before realising I wanted to include Mark and Renjun in the story. Hence Mark and RJ are not in the Dreamies, but SungChan and YY are. Its just the way it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Kpop title track ranking: AB6IX
Let’s see if this becomes a new series for me. If it does, here’s the intro for it: In this series I’ll be ranking kpop groups/soloists title tracks based on my taste. The lucky starter for this series(?) is AB6IX as I just listened to their songs and had an idea to do this type of series. Nothing new in the kpop fandom but new for me as I’m also thinking of actually explaining my choices a little. I haven’t really done that in the past (if I’ve done something like this) as I either have a very strong opinion on a song (usually positive one) or I’m very indifferent towards it. So, let’s see how this goes. Also, I don’t necessarily know every group’s every release that well, so sorry if I’ve missed some title track accidentally.
Breathe - Oh my this is a good one. Imagine that your debut track is this quality and level. To me, this is still their best song to date. So so good. If I feel like listening to AB6IX it probably means I’m graving for Breathe.
Close - Oh yes, this one! Knowing my issues liking their songs, which you will see later, this is so refreshing for me to just be able to enjoy it. Very very good but Breathe is still a bit more special for me.
The Answer - The era was unfortunate, for reasons their fans probably know all too well. But other than that, yeah, such a cheerful and catchy song and it’s executed in a way that makes me like it a lot. If this was a top 3 list this song would round it up for me!
Blind For Love - I have a tendency to like their choruses a lot but the verses leave me hoping for more. This is one of those but the least striking example of it. And the chorus is very catchy and nice.
Salute - Prime example of the fact that the chorus is the part of the song that gets me but it’s unfortunate that the rest of the song doesn’t interest me as much as the chorus. Cool to hear Daehwi rap tho!
Stay Young - This a very good example of a point I’ve made before: I don’t really have much of an opinion on this one. It’s pretty and easy to listen to but I wouldn’t actively go for this.
Cherry - Unfortunately this is the type of happy/cute song that doesn’t get me. I can see the appeal but it’s not for me.
Savior - Oh no the change from Woojin’s rap to Donghyun’s line bothers me so much. There is just this emptiness and then this loud sound... Also, it feels like the song changes completely for the bridge/pre chorus part. This one has potential but it also has a lot that bothers me, unfortunately.

992/2800 word february
[bright wonder] “How do you… do that?” you ask Daehwi, your eyes wide as they take in the shimmering lights that spark from his fingertips.
He gets lost in the way the lights reflect in your eyes for a few seconds, but you don’t notice, just like you’ve never noticed the way he looks at you.
He clears his throat. “Dunno.” Closing his fingers over his palm, Daehwi stops the sparkles from erupting, instead compacting what’s left of the light in his hand. When he unfurls his fingers, a serene, glowing ball lies in his palm. “Kind of lame though, right? Magical powers and all I can do is make stuff sparkle.”
“Are you kidding?” You poke one finger into the ball, a childish grin of pure glee on your lips when it glows brighter in response to your touch. “It’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen.”

Boys and Girls
Prompt: #131 for @clairince77 – “I got tired of waiting.”
clairince77 said:
Can I request a fluffy #131 with Daehwi?
Pairing: Lee Daehwi x reader
Genre: university au / fluff
Warnings: none
Word count: 719
Tumblr media
There was a lot that you enjoyed in life. The taste of ice-cream on a summer’s day. Rain falling on the roof in a soothing rhythm. Cats and all their mystical ways.
And seeing your boyfriend waiting for you.
Grinning, you waved when you caught Daehwi’s eye, breaking out into a faster gait so you could reach him quickly. He caught you effortlessly despite his somewhat bashful laugh. “Y/N!”
“What? I missed you,” you countered, looking at him and puckering up your lips. Daehwi ran a hand through his hair awkwardly before leaning down to kiss you. What was clearly meant to be a peck turned deeper with your efforts. You had worked so hard in class today that you felt your energy was only coming back to you through his lips. Finally, you stepped back and admired your handiwork.
“You need to stop doing that, we’re in public,” he chided and you shook your head animatedly.
“Why should I? I love kissing you.”
“And I do too but… I like it in private more than out here for everyone to see.”
Daehwi led you back to his car, unlocking the door for you to get in and climbed into the driver’s seat. As soon as his door was shut, you leaned over and captured his lips in a breathtaking kiss.
When he managed to catch his breath again, Daehwi shot you an incredulous look. “What are you doing?!”
“I thought you liked kissing me in private more,” you teased, smirking as you put on your seatbelt. “There’s no one here who can see us.”
Daehwi shook his head with a chuckle. “One day, you’ll be the death of me.”
Tumblr media
It wasn’t always playful. More often than not, as your relationship with Daehwi progressed, he stopped waiting for you as much as he had in the beginning.
“I got tired of waiting,” he proclaimed one time.
“It’s raining; I don’t want to catch a cold. You were alright taking the bus, right?”
“I wouldn’t have made it there in time.”
It made you disgruntled and mourn the loss of your boyfriend’s previous chivalry.
“Do you think he’s not that into me anymore?” you asked Woojin in class one morning and your mutual friend glanced at you and frowned.
“Daehwi? He idolises you!”
“He doesn’t prioritise me anymore,” you admitted with a pout. “It’s silly, but I liked when he’d surprise me by turning up and wait for me after class.”
Woojin grinned. “But it’s not a surprise if you expect it.”
“Yes but…”
“Have you told him this?”
You shook your head. “Not yet.”
“Maybe you should. I’m sure there’s a good reason for why Daehwi isn’t meeting up with you on campus anymore.”
Later that week, you decided to put Woojin’s advice into action, no longer able to take it. You rolled over on your bed to glance over at Daehwi sitting writing a song over on your desk. “Hwi.”
“Mm?”
“Can we talk?”
“Five minutes, Y/N,” he requested hastily, still scribbling in his book.
“No, now,” you confirmed and Daehwi groaned before looking at you pointedly.
His expression eased when he noted yours. “Are you okay?”
“No. Something’s bothering me. Why don’t you pick me up anymore? Did I kiss you one too many times in the car and put you off of it?”
“What? No. I like kissing you.”
“Then how come-”
“I was giving you the out,” Daehwi announced and you frowned.
“An out?”
“I overheard you saying you don’t like clingy guys, and well, I thought that maybe me taking the time to pick you up after your classes ended each day was getting to be a bit too much for you.”
You blinked. “I said that?”
“To Sori,” he commented and you gasped noisily.
“Oh my God, Daehwi! I was agreeing with her! She was dealing with someone really overbearing! So I was just supporting her decision to leave him! I don’t see you as clingy at all!”
“Why do you say something you don’t dislike?”
“For support!”
“Girls are weird,” he breathed and you laughed.
“So are boys.”
Daehwi grinned, moving over on to the bed and pulled you in for a hug. “I’ll pick you up tomorrow.”
“You promise?”
“How could I leave you to miss my kisses after class finishes?”

[4:07am] Quietly, Daehwi sneaks past your sleeping figure to put presents underneath the Christmas tree that he also set up while you were asleep.
He was the only person available to work on your group project during Christmas Eve and he coerced you to take a rest while he finished the slides.
You told him before hand that you never had time or friends to celebrate Christmas. He wasn't going to allow that to happen this year.

Finally - Daewhi
- Requested -
Tumblr media
Of course it had to be him.
Of all the people, of course it was him.
When your group mates invited you out for lunch with the new producer to help them come up with ideas, you didn’t know what you were expecting, but when he stood to greet you as you walked in, you might’ve been a little too obvious in your disappointment.
It wasn’t that you had bad blood.
But it wasn’t good blood either.
Had it not been for the incident that happened a year ago, you’re sure things would definitely be different.
-
“I told you, y/n, I can’t. We can’t.” Daehwi sighed, running a hand through his hair.
“Why not?” You spoke up, your voice cracking. “You were willing to get in a scandal for her, but it’s different with me, huh?” You paused, getting up from your seat in his studio. “Was everything you told me a lie? Were your just playing with me this whole time?”
“If I was playing with you, would I have written multiple songs for you? Would I have even confessed in the first place?” He argued.
“What’s the point in confessing if you don’t plan on acting on it.” You spoke bitterly, not giving him a chance to respond before you stormed out, stopping outside the door to wipe your tears so the rest of the boys wouldn’t ask you anything.
-
That was the last time you spoke to him. He never even tried reaching out to you and it made everything even more clear.
He didn’t care.
And if he didn’t care, you wouldn’t either.
Keeping that mindset, you followed the girls to the table and kept your face free of emotion, trying not to spoil the mood.
“How was the traffic?” He asked you, but you were too “busy” talking with Yuri to hear him.
“It was fine.” Sohee spoke up when she noticed no one answered his question. “Would’ve been better without the rain.” She chuckled. “We didn’t have any umbrellas in the van.”
“I can give you guys a ride back? I have some spares at the dorm that I can pick up on the way.” He offered. “You can even keep them.”
“That would be nice.” Sohee smiled.
After the food came, you tried your hardest to ignore him until it was eventually your turn to ‘introduce’ yourself to help him give him ideas for your part of the song.
“I’m y/n. Main rapper. Just turned nineteen,”
“That’s a little vague don’t you think?” He asked, his tone soft.
“I’m sure you already know enough about me.” You challenged, watching as his eyes grew wide at your boldness. “Through our manager and all.”
“Right.” He cleared his throat. “But it’s better to hear it from you.”
“Tell me what you don’t know and we can go from there.”
If the table wasn’t full of tension before, it definitely was now.
To your group mates, they thought you were just grumpy because they dragged you out, but to Daehwi it was a battle of who would cave first.
“Maybe instead of me dropping you off at your dorms, we can come back to my studio?” He offered. “If you guys don’t mind of course, it’s just that I already have an idea for the song.”
“That’s fine with me.” Yuri smiled, looking to the you, Sohee, and Hani to see if you also agreed.
“Why not.” Sohee shrugged. “The faster we get this song done, the less grumpy y/n’ll be.” She giggled as you glared at her.
“You just miss your bed.” She stated. “The faster we do this, the faster we get home.” She pointed out.
“Fine.”
-
By some holy grace of the universe, Hani had called shotgun before you could argue about seating arrangements, and you gladly took the backseat, pulling out your phone to message your friend that you couldn’t meet up tonight. smiling at her response.
“What’s a good place for a date?” You turned to Sohee. “I owe my friend two dates cause I keep having to bail and I wanna mash two into one, so it has to be really good.”
“Who are you seeing?” She wiggled her brows, the action causing the other girls to join in.
“You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.” You smirked, deciding to play along with them.
“Just say it!” Sohee jumped in.
“Byungchan.” You wiggled your eyebrows.
“Wait, are you serious?” Yuri piped up from behind Sohee. “Haven’t you liked him since like, forever?”
You wanted to laugh. They couldn’t possibly be believing you right now.
“Back to the date question. Where do I goooo.” You whined.
“Sorry to interrupt, but we’re here.” Daehwi spoke flatly, getting out of the car and leading the way.
You’d be lying if you said that being back in the building didn’t bring back memories, but you tried to shake it off for the sake of keeping the past in the past.
“Water? Coffee?” Daehwi suggested as you all reached the recording room.
“Water would be fine.” Sohee spoke up, the rest of you nodding in agreement.
“Y/n, can you come help me with the waters?” He asked, knowing you had no excuse not to.
“Sure.” You nodded slightly, following him out the door.
“You haven’t talk to me at all, what’s wrong.” He whispered while walking.
“’What’s wrong?’” You repeated with a glare. “Are you serious right now?”
“Just answer the question.” He spoke as you reached the cafeteria.
“Let’s see,” You started. “You ‘confessed’ to me just to say you didn’t want me around, then when I left, you never contacted me after, proving that everything you said was indeed, a lie.” You spoke while you held the water bottles.
“You never gave me a chance to explain.” He spoke softly.
“You had a year to explain, Daehwi.” You glared before turning to walk back, leaving him even more defeated.
-
Why he even made you guys come along to basically approve his lyrics was beyond you.
He didn’t need any of you there when he was just writing and you wondered why Sohee agreed to this in the first place, knowing this wasn’t needed.
Some leader she was.
“I finished everything except the rap parts, but other than that, everything seems good, you two can go wait in the practice room, take a nap or something.”
“So do you want them to stay to help you out?” Sohee offered.
“No, it’s getting late, are either of you good at writing lyrics?” He asked, already knowing the answer..
“Y/n’s better at it than me!” Hani piped up, mostly lead by the idea of taking a nap, and you groaned inwardly.
“Then if you’re okay with it, do you mind staying?” He looked at you.
“No problem.” You spoke through gritted teeth, watching as the rest of the girls said their goodbyes before heading out the room.
“Now will you let me explain.” He sighed once you were alone.
“What’s there to explain?” You argued. “Can we just write these lyrics so I can go?”
“I’m not writing anything until you hear me out.” He said. “I’m not letting you walk out on me again.”
You closed your eyes in frustration. “Go ahead then.”
“I wasn’t trying to get in a scandal, it just happened that way. I never even met her before in my life.” He rushed out. “I went to help one of her producers. I didn’t think it would end up like that.”
You raised a brow in response, not believing him.
“Why would I confess to you three days before, then?” He argued. “Why would I confess, just to go out with my ‘girlfriend’ a few days later?”
“That’s what I’ve been wanting to ask you.” You crossed your arms, already over the conversation.
“What will it take to prove it, then?” His voice dying down.
“Tell me why.” You started. “Tell me why I wasn’t good enough for you to date. Why I wasn’t good enough for you to run after.”
“I can’t.” His voice came out broken, like he was torn between two different responses.
“Then I guess I have my answer.” You got up, turning towards the door but he caught your wrist.
“The dating rule.” He whispered once you turned towards him. “You know what I’m talking about.”
“You couldn’t tell me to wait? You couldn’t explain yourself then?” You raised your voice. “I knew ever since Wanna One ended that you were gonna re-debut here, but you couldn’t tell me when? Did you not think I’d understand?”
“I knew you would, that’s why I didn’t say anything.” He raised his voice. “I didn’t want you to be stuck in whatever I would be stuck in. I knew you were getting ready to debut, so why would I jeopardize that?”
“Was there something else you were hiding from me?” You whispered, snatching your wrist from his grasp. “What would jeopardize my debut?”
He didn’t answer.
“What would jeopardize my debut, Daehwi.” You spoke louder.
“You didn’t see the rumors at the time, did you?”
You shook your head.
“The dating scandal came out the way it did because of all the rumors about me. No one had ever even seen me near a girl, and the first chance they got, they turned it into something.” His voice back to normal. “I didn’t want you to be dragged down the same way she was.”
“And you couldn’t tell me?” You glared. “You had to run away instead of talking to me?”
“I didn’t know how to tell you.”
“Talking isn’t that fucking ha-”
You were cut off by his hands cupping your face and pulling you into a soft kiss, your hands trying to push him off for interrupting you.
“I know you’re mad, but stop.” He whispered, his hands coming up to grab yours. “I fucked up, I know. But let me make it up to you.” He said, his lips landing on yours again.
There was no rush in the way he was kissing you, almost as if he’d break you if he pushed too hard.
“I still want an answer.” You pulled away with a pout. “Don’t try to distract me from being mad.”
“I’m not trying to distract you.” He smiled. “But I can’t stand us pretending we don’t know each other.”
“Well, we’re gonna have to.” You bit your lip. “They don’t know we know each other.”
“Oh yeah.” He cocked his head to the side. “They think you’re dating Byungchan.”
“Correction, seeing Byungchan. Not dating.” You started. “And it’s not my fault they were dumb enough to believe it.” You shrugged in your defense.
“Then we should clear it up.” He smirked.
“Nuh uh.” You smirked yourself. “You still have some making up to do.”
“Then make up, I shall.” Was all he said before backing up to the table, turning around to sit you on it.
His lips were back on yours as you slightly parted your legs to make room for him to move closer, your hands moving to wrap around his neck.
“I’m sorry.” He whispered, trailing kisses down your neck. “So sorry.” He whispered as he reached your shoulder.
“Stop apologizing.” You whined. “I’m trying to enjoy this and you’re making me want to hit you.”
“Sounds kinky.” He smirked.
“Lee Daehwi, I swear to go-”
You were cut off as he pressed his lips on yours once again, pushing you back onto the table so you were laying down while his fingers worked against the button of your shorts.
After undoing it, he pushed them down slowly, letting them fall down your legs before he trailed kisses up your thighs, your hands traveling to his hair as he got closer to you.
“Please, don’t tease.” You whimpered, tugging his hair slightly as you felt his kisses turn to go inside your thigh, rather than straight up.
“Only because you asked so nicely.” He mumbled, his hands coming up to grab your thighs and bring you closer to his face before kitten licking at your clit.
The gasp you let out gave him the sign to completely wrap his lips around it, trailing his hand from your thigh to rub at your entrance, collecting the wetness before pushing a finger in.
As much as you wanted to moan out, you had to remember that the door was only so far, and that people were definitely still going to walk by it.
“N-Not so fast.” You gasped as a blush crept up to your face. “I don’t want us to get caught.”
You didn’t get a response, only him adding a second finger while his tongue flattened against your clit, his eyes looking up at you before pulling away, your hand falling from his hair onto the table, grabbing at nothing as you tried to stay quiet.
“Then I guess you should stay quiet.” He whispered before pumping his fingers at a faster pace, smirking as your free hand came up to cover your mouth, any noise you made coming out muffled.
“I bet you’re a loud one, huh?” He licked his lips. “I can’t wait to have you all to myself when we’re alone.”
His words had you clenching around his fingers in excitement, and it didn’t go unnoticed before he pulled them away, getting up to rid himself of his own pants.
“Hurry~” You whined, moving you hand back over your mouth after realizing how loud you sounded.
“Who would’ve known you were so needy.” He smiled down at you, grabbing himself and pushing in slowly, watching how your hand gripped over your mouth tighter while your eyes screwed shut.
His hands spread your legs wider while he bottomed out and he placed a hand around your thigh before starting off slow.
“Fuck, you’re so tight.” He groaned, his head falling back as he took in the feeling of you.
It was when you tried to respond, and it came out small, that you forgot you were still covering mouth.
“Faster..please.” You spoke softly, your head rolling to the side as he complied with your request, his hips finding a stable pace.
No words were needed, almost as if you were both too scared to ruin the moment. The small pants and grunts from the both of you while the sound of skin slapping skin filled the room seemed to be the only noise needed.
Your hand eventually wrapped around your mouth once again as you felt your thighs start to shake, one of his hands coming down to rub your clit to help you, and moving your hand to replace it with his lips, smirking as you whined into him.
However the kiss didn’t stop there, or after he came, or even past that.
It wasn’t until a sudden realization hit that he pulled away.
“We might have to stay even later.” He chuckled.
“Why?” You furrowed your brows.
“We never wrote the lyrics.”

ab6ix reaction to you on your period
youngmin
he’ll probably be the most mature about the whole situation. he’d get you pads/tampons no problem. he wouldn’t make a big deal out of it. he’d always try to find a way to ease your cramps. and if you ask him to cuddle with you he’ll happily do it.
woong
he’d be slightly awkward but he’d try to hide it. but it will still be kinda obvious. and so you’d spare him the pain of having to buy pads/tampons. he’d try his best to make you feel as comfortable as possible; giving you medicines to ease your cramps, making food, cuddling with you.
donghyun
he’d be kinda like youngmin. but he’d tease you and make your life harder lol. like, let’s say your cramps were really bad and you wanted to get some pills, donghyun would use this as an opportunity to take the pills and put them somewhere high up so you either have to climb up or ask him for help. but if he sees that his behaviour is getting on your nerves he’d stop.
woojin
i actually don’t know about him? i feel that he wouldn’t care that much? like, don’t get me wrong, he’ll try his best to help you but he would be kinda like “yeah, period, it’s a thing, what about it?”. but if you ask him for cuddles get ready to stay in bed entire day eating snacks while he hugs you.
daehwi
he might be a little awkward about buying you pads/tampons but other than that he’d be perfectly fine? like, he’d literally do anything but buy pads/tampons. you ask him for food? he’d get it. you ask him for pills? he’d buy them. you ask him to just lay down with you and cuddle? he’d do it.

awkward af silence after
lots and lots and lots of fidgeting from him

will 100% use aegyo if it means he’ll get you that giant pink unicorn
but the booth owner probably ignores his aegyo
or is not as affected as hwi would’ve hoped
ends up pouting a lot more even after you kept reassuring him saying its fine
or saying you can just buy one outside
goes back to the booth 2hrs later
will actually try the game for the 50th time
you had to step in so he wont use up all his money
“no its not worth it, let’s just go.”
and he’ll probably reply with something cheesy like
“every thing’s worth it for you”
and wont be able to stop laughing at the line for 3hrs straight
you probably won him the pink unicorn stuffy in the end

Welcome back after five weeks hope your ready for a dramatic twelve weeks due to the 2-3k words on average per Chapter compared to the 1-2k words I be doing one Chapter per week instead of two.
“Y/N,” The Radiographer called, “That’s us,” you whispered to your bump as you patted. “Ready?” your mum said holding her hand out.
It was your 18 week scan, you was nervous, excited and scared all at once. You entered the darkened room greeting the staff and obeying their instructions.
It wasn’t long before you saw your baby on the screen moving just as you felt they was doing inside you. Their was no mistake your child had their father’s family temper. Your stomach and especially your spine being their very own punch bag. “This one’s quite an active littlein,” the radiographer said as she placed the transducer over your stomach. Grimacing as your unborn child made her job harder she checked to make sure that they was growing well. “Y/N’s always moaning the cherub’s keeping her up,” your mother chuckled. “He is ok isn’t he?” You asked, looking worried at her silence. “Oh, sorry so far so good, just,” she went silent before finishing her sentence. “Did you say he?,” she asked. “Well yes in my head i suppose that’s what I imagine,” you smiled. You imagined him just like Woojin, his temper, his grumpiness, but his smile, the rare one he shone that warmed your heart, even though you knew that the very chance was this baby could be his brothers.
“Well I think you might be a little disappointed then,” she smiled as the news sunk in. “Wait, it’s a girl?” you asked. You never imagined you could be having a daughter. Woong’s pretty features flashing your mind as you easily could imagine his daughter. “Yes, and from what I can see a very active but healthy girl,” she said, handing you a paper towel to mop the gel from your Stomach.
“Your husband will no doubt be going grey from that unexpected news,” she chuckled, your face falling. “I’m not married,” you confessed. “The dad isn’t around,” you added tears threatening you. The radiographer apologised and went to write in your notes.
You held your hand over your stomach, your heart hurting yet a strong protectiveness growing. You could do this, be a single mum, keep this bundle safe and away from the very world that Four months ago you didn’t want to leave. Their was a time that you would have done anything to be near Woojin again. But now you had felt your child move in your body, your desire to keep her safe so fierce and so strong, them finding out you was pregnant scared you. You needed to keep your little girl safe from their world, even if your heart ached over Woojin’s absence in your life.
Your mother had dragged you to the baby store the second you emerged from the hospital. The proud grandmother excitedly looking through the baby girls clothes section looking at dresses. You smiled as she got lost in her excitement when you saw something odd from the corner of your eyes. Someone was watching you.
You spun around looking at the empty spot where you swore you saw him. You was certain your body felt the very energy of him there near you. Your mind was then taken to your stomach as your unborn daughter decided to kick really hard. You swore she was validating his presence, could she feel him or was your mind playing tricks? “You ok Y/N?” your mum asked. “Yeah,” you lied. The thought that Woojin had found you pregnant and buying baby clothes scared you at the same time then making your heart feel warmth.
You somehow though tried to convince yourself that your mind was playing tricks with you.
Weeks had passed and you swore at the corner of your eyes you felt your very movements being watched. It unnerved you but sometimes brought you comfort as if Woojin was watching over you. You had a mixture of happiness but sadness that he hadn’t made himself appear. Your pregnancy hormones making you a bag of confusion.
Flora had to dash, she had made arrangements with Yuto to drive you home after leaving you to close the bar. You went to the back to put the rubbish out and found two blokes leaning by a car, feet from you. They straightened theirselves standing and started approaching. “You need to come with us,” one growled. You knew the moment you feared had come.
Woojin had come for you, but he should know better to think you would do as you was told. “You can tell Woojin that I’m sorry but I will have to decline,” you said bitterly stepping backwards towards the door. “That’s so cute she thinks Woojin sent us,” the longer hair shorter man chuckled to his accomplice. Your heart fell, Woong had sent them, of course he would, only you and Woojin knew you slept together and you knew Woojin would likely not have spilled that secret.
Before you could answer a gun shot went off missing them by inches. They looked startled and looked to the right of them. The muscular one of the two scowling as he stepped forward. “Next time I won’t miss, i promise,” you heard a voice that instantly made you smile. “I wouldn’t piss him off, you know what men and their whores are like,” you heard the high bitchiness pierce the air.
Your eyes widening as you took Donghyun and Daehwi in. Donghyun’s face more scrunched up, the gun aiming at the two men, looking a lot more fiercer then you remembered. Daehwi his usually air and graces as he raised an eyebrow at you. “And that whore is ours,” he said, his eyes not leaving you.
Another shot bellowed out this time it impacted with the muscular man’s leg, he buckled looking surprised. Seven men you knew who was Woojin’s appeared, guns all aimed at both the men, “Last warning,” Daehwi threatened. The men heeded the warnings and hastily left, the car screeching as it left you all.
You instantly wrapped Your arms around Donghyun as he chuckled into you. You went to hug Daehwi before he backed away. “I don’t think so missy,” he shot out. “I’m sure that wasn’t in the deal when we let you free,” he added pointing his finger at your bump.
Your heart dropped they knew, you knew you hadn’t imagined it.
“They know?” You said twiddling your fingers. “Did you think we would leave you unguarded?” Donghyun said smiling as he walked towards you. “To your question Woong doesn’t know,” Daehwi said raising an eyebrow. “Woojin decided it was best he didn’t know, otherwise your ass would have been dragged back home,” Donghyun said his hands holding yours. “But this changes things, this you living a normal life it’s not safe for you Y/N or the baby,” Donghyun added. “It’s time to come home Y/N,” he said placing his hand over your belly, “both of you.”
You stepped backwards your mind racing, this was the very thing you didn’t want. Woojin knew you was pregnant and he didn’t come, and Woong was still blissfully unaware. That world wasn’t safe for you let alone your baby. Donghyun’s face fell watching your mind race. “I can’t Donghyun, I have a life here,” you said. Daehwi rolled his eyes, “their was me thinking you had changed now your becoming a mum, but nope,” Daehwi scoffed. “Your world it’s not safe for me and my baby,” you said, taking another step back as Daehwi stood closer, his jaw clenching. “Y/N they know your pregnant, they know your linked to us, your in more danger then ever and if you think for a second I’m letting my own flesh and blood be put in danger you can think again,” Daehwi spluttered. “Y/N the second Woong finds out he’s coming for you anyway, that’s his baby it’s not safe,” Donghyun said softly.
Your heart beating as the words slipped out, “It’s not Woongs baby.” Though it was a half lie you heart broke telling it nevertheless. Donghyun looked confused as Daehwi rolled his eyes, “Y/N stop lying we all know you and Woong was sleeping together and the dates all add up. Don’t mistake this pretty face for being as dumb as them,” he said.
Your face fell, “how would you know my dates?” you asked. Daehwi’s eyebrows raised as if you was asking a dumb question. Of course Woojin found out your dates, he was the kind of man to find that information. “Well if you know the dates you would know that I fell pregnant when I got home. Remember Daehwi I’m a whore,” you spat out.
“Ok you expect me to believe that,” Daehwi chuckled.
“Well yes because this baby’s mine,” a voice behind said, your heart thumping as those familiar arms pulled you in. Donghyun and Daehwi eyes raised almost in shock.
You gulped at how much your boyfriend had heard!
