I think the moment Light's crush on L first smacked him in the manga (like when it finally rooted and started blooming in his guts) was when L was like "you're my first ever friend" whilst smirking into his teacup. And not because Light fully believed he was being sincere about being friends, but because he KNEW L was slyly teasing him and speaking to him on more than one level at once. Nothing more unexpected funny flattering and intriguing than that for him right then

Wordless harmonizing filled the forest that surrounds the school. It’s what caught Malleus’ attention in the first place, what drew him from his nightly walk. He recognized the voice before he saw the golden spun hair in the distance. He kept his distance a few moments, to simply watch.

Rose, in the bare minimum of what resembled her dorm uniform and bare footed, twirled, skipped, danced in her aimless journey. Birds flew around her, with small rabbits leaping at her feet. It truly was a sight to behold, but surprisingly enough it wasn’t the first time he’s seen it. In person, yes, but once before on a dream.

Rose took no notice of the dragon but the animals did. They scattered into the night, hid beneath bushes, hid in the trees. The secret princess continued her dance, only knowing Malleus was even there when he caught one of her spins, and brought her in close. Eyes flew open in surprise but was quick to smile, a soft blush on her cheeks.

“You should know it’s dangerous to be out alone, Rosie,” Malleus reprimanded lightly, using his nickname for her. Something he started using just recently. His eyes scanned her face, took in her expression, how flushed she was. The quickening beat of her heart. He’s starting to learn her responses to him, but he’s confused on what they mean.

“Mm, but am I truly in danger when you are here to protect me?” Rose returned cheekily as violet orbs met green. Her hands moved only to grip onto his. Something he should have expected but didn’t. Slowly he held onto her hands firmly. His gaze flickered down and took note just how much smaller her hands were in comparison to his.

“What if I am the danger?” The house warden prompted. It’s almost like a game between these two, until one backs down til the next game. “You are too trusting, child of man.”

A soft laugh greeted those words and a shake of head. “No. If you’re dangerous, you would have harmed me long ago. I don’t think you’re capable.” Now it’s a challenge, an almost dare. Mischief crossed Rose’s face as she peered up at him.

An eyebrow arched at that before a smile tugged at his lips. “I’d be careful what you wish for. I could end You if I so pleased.” An empty threat of course. He leaned down to better match her eye level. She also rose up, and stood up on her tiptoes. There’s a mere inch between their faces.

“So end me.” The blonde challenged above a whisper. It took a second for him to respond, gloved fingers moving to circle around her bared throat.

Heaven was supposed to be a one-shot. It was not supposed to have any world building or going into any details about the deathly Hallows or Sirius nursing a nearly ruined corpse from grave back on his feet.

It was NOT supposed to be multi-chaptered.

But the indulgence hit me in the face...HARD.

Sirius remembered many useless things. 

He remembered the endearing echo of James' giggly laugh which was exclusively Sirius' behind closed doors and the suggestive way liquid honey danced in the hazel of his sparkling eyes as he took off his glasses to climb on top of him, hot and demanding, ready to surrender.

He remembered James' wedding day and Lily's wobbling lips with shiny tear drops on her wet eyelashes about to fall and ruin her delicate mascara at any moment as she begged him not to leave James' life just because she had entered it because given the ultimate choice, James would choose Sirius and they both knew it. It had been then and there that Sirius approved of Lily, not because she wanted him into her marriage indirectly, but because she loved James enough to not to be selfish and care about his happiness despite her own heartache. 

He remembered the desperate way James kissed him every time they met when he was in hiding, all teeth and tongue and blood, filled with wild madness and unhinged desire and unconditional love as if it was the last time, as if Sirius' brightness was a torturous burn on his skin, one that he was willing to turn his body into a plain canvas for, to brand himself like a broken map of bruised skin as long as his lover was there for him to hold onto in the abyss of that horrific prophecy.

Remembrance was a curse when one had a photographic memory. It was like a constant heart attack, a disease in the head, a pain with no cure. Nothing helped. Alcohol? Painkillers? Potions? They were useless when memories of James hit, sometimes vivid and colorful, sometimes fanciful fragments of his absent imagination. 

That was his mental routine until now.

'Never disturb the dead. They don't belong with us, Sirius.'

Walburga's voice hit him, soft yet flat. Sirius could remember the frown on his mother's elegant features like it was yesterday. He used to be the apple of her eyes, her beloved boy who always outshone Regulus no matter how much he tried to not to. She used to say that it was his destiny, his role to burn bright. After all he was named after the brightest star of the sky. She used to read him The tales of Beedle the Bard on cool autumn nights at times, her grey eyes - so much like Sirius' - shining like liquid silver. He loved the story of the three brothers and she kept reading it to him countless times yet always wary for some unknown reason. 

"Remember Sirius, never disturb the dead." She used to say softly with a strange feverish twinkle in her eyes. "They don't belong with us. Never break the calm in their world. Let them rest in peace." That was probably the kindest advice that Walburga Black had bestowed on anyone. 

His grandfather Arcturus always warned him of the same thing, as if he was going to run and turn into a full time necromancer. "Always remember what happened to the second brother Sirius. Love is a noble reason but the dead are just rotten bodies under a pile of soil. Stay away from them for their whispers can put the most seductive sirens to shame. Love is nothing but a fickle emotion." 

All those warnings meant nothing to Sirius, not now. Not when he knew there was no rest for James, that he couldn't pass on in peace. He couldn't help but to ache in despair. It was so wrong of him to stage this macabre theatre of death in his brain. Still, he was the playwright. What he needed were cast and equipment. 

The irony was ridiculous in a bitter way. It was as if both Walburga and Arcturus were seers, already aware of his dark twisted future. Then again, they were Blacks. Only a Black could empathize with another Black. Once love and grief took over a Black's psyche, there was no in between, either a vortex of emotions swallowed them whole or they iced their hearts, moving forward without looking back. 

Sirius was not embarrassed to admit that after James, his heart was seared and scarred. It was as disfigured as his burned face on the family's ancestral tapestry. His heart was nothing but a cemetery with a lost love's grave. He had nothing to lose.

🔥Munkustrap

I feel like too much of Munkustrap's personality in fandom gets boiled down to kitten wrangler and dad (a lot like a certain other group of cats I know very well), and that does him a disservice as a character. Not only as a whole because it side steps a lot of other characteristics implied by his six words over the years and flattens him out, but also in a performance sense, because Munk performers who decide *not* to play up this element of his character as much, and perhaps play him sterner or focus on other areas, get some undeserved flack when there is nothing really *wrong* with what they're doing. It's just different.

#I feel like we often overlook that Munk is a showman (energetic) #which means he can be big and bold and silly when he deems it the right time to be #(on his terms) #but then can turn right around and be serious (perhaps even overtly so if we take words like imposing and discipline into account) #or just as disapproving/critical/judge-y as the other cats are (the Grizabella situation) #just as much as he can be a protector and a generally comforting presence #i feel like a lot of flaws assigned to him are what i'll call ' #'not flaw' flaws #He has been described by past performers as being capable of tough love #or being generally displeased with his role of having to be in charge #or overtly stressed with attempting to keep everyone in line but then having the further stress of realization #that maybe no one really *likes* him so much as respects him #or being overtly pressured into feeling like he has to be something he's not #and these are all completely valid readings of his character that i feel shouldn't be overlooked #but tbh i love my munks dramatic so maybe i'm not the best person to ask #jellicles ask because jellicles dare #unpopular opinions #i guess #realreulbbrband

there's two sets of names I want to look at and they all have a repeating character, and also, if you look even deeper, you'll find that if you take the 1st from [this person], the 2nd from [another person] and the 3rd from [final person] you'll spell a word that just consists of that one character.

yes that makes no sense, but maybe seeing the names will be enough?

(if you take the first japanese character from Naruto's name, you'll take the 'na'. if you take the second character from Minato's name, you'll take the 'na'. and if you take the last character from Kushina, you'll take the 'na'.

what does that spell?

and weirdly enough, all of Minato's students have this same pattern, except its with their last names and 'ha' instead

Hiiiii!!!! @omarfor-mp3 I’m diari0deglierrori, I’m alive and (almost) well, sorry to appear like this out of the blue but I was desperate and I’m feeeling awful and I need to vent so I figured I’d make a new blog to explain a bit. I saw your post about a mutual disappearing and figured it could be me (in the eventuality of it not being about me, feel free to ignore). So! Where do I start.

It all started on a dark January afternoon, the sky was grey and the air- ok I’ll go straight to the point: so I was just chilling, using this app as usual, and then all of a sudden, the Wi-Fi went down for like an hour and I couldn’t use it anymore, so ok, I go on with my life (although very annoyed because I had things to say). So then it seems that the Wi-Fi is back, at least insta is working, so I come back here to make a post about it (I don’t even know if it got published or not though? Something about the Wi-Fi who stopped working right when I was about to watch a movie ?) But when I hit post an error message appeared, the one that usually appears when there’s not Wi-Fi, so I try turning on my phones data and all to make it work but it doesn’t change a thing, I only get error messages. Then foolish little old me thinks it’s only because of a bad connection again so I check everything else to see if they work or not, every other app seems to be working so I come back here and when I check on my blogs they all seem to be gone, only my main’s name appears (it kind of happened once but only lasted about 5/10 minutes) so I start to worry and check other peoples blogs to see if it’s just the app or me. I figure I can go on the trending page, I can search things and go on blogs, so I go on yours and see the post about a mutual disappearing and it hits me. I’m simply gone. My whole life for the past 9ish years, vanished. I’m devastated. Oh but the problems are only getting started! I somehow still think my phone is the main problem, maybe it crashed a bit somehow so I go on settings and turn it off, thinking that maybe it’ll kind of reset things (not like reset reset, you know? Just like when you turn it off and on? I can’t explain right, my brain feels crushed). So I do the usual, turn it off, wait for a couple of minutes and try turning it on again. It does, the screen turns on, it says it’s locked and to swipe up to unlock, which I do. But it doesn’t work, the screen doesn’t move. I touch the buttons and they work just fine, I mean I can put it on mute and stuff, but nothing that needs the screen. So I start to panic a bit, tell people to call it so I can see if it still works, so they do and I see it can ring but I can’t swipe to answer, it’s like it’s frozen or something. But like not completely, I don’t know how to explain. Anyway, long story short I think I broke my phone, I can’t use it anymore, but the screen stays on and the hours go by, as if it was just mocking me. This is when you realize you’re stupid and wished you did a backup before, which I never do because as I said, I’m stupid. So anyway I tried to go log on my tumblr on my laptop but it didn’t work, so I tried changing the password too but then it said that my account got terminated and that I should report it to the staff or something… so I did, I’m waiting to see if they’ll ever answer.

I looked it up and apparently it happened to a lot of people, someone even explained it better than me: 

“Originally it wouldn't load and said I needed to log in. I logged out and attempted to log back in, but it said my email/password was wrong. I tried to change my password and now it says my account was terminated. I've had this account for 10 years.”. 

Same thing happened to me. 

Aaaanayway, I’ve been dying inside ever since, hahahahahahejsfbkand
