Doc Ock, in his main body
Beyond the cybernetic augmentations provided by his tentacles, Otto possesses another, but insidious ability: cloning and coping his consciousness to other bodies. Otto remains his core form, but he simultaneously exists as Olivia, Elliott, Carlyn, Luke, and the Living Brain, an Insidious Six yet untamed by the Spiders of his world...

Do you know the way?
Have you see the map?
Does the road rise up or sink low before you?
Do you...Fear The Ghost Rider?
do you even know enough to be afraid

Adam Warlock of the Infinity Watch
While the Destroyers protect Earth and the Houses of X and M protect Arrako (formerly known as Mars), Infinity Watch is tasked with keeping the peace between the vast conflicting cosmic empires of the universe. Adam Warlock was build from the ground up to serve as an interstellar messiah, the perfect superhero. His occasional allies and occasional rivals are the Guardians of the Galaxy, led by the similarly cosmically destined Star-Lord, a Spartoi-Human hybrid with a mysterious connection to the Mythic Forebear of the Spartax people, being known as Ego.
While Adam strives to fulfill his purpose best he can, he is pulled violently between two forces similar to himself: Her (Ayesha of The Sovereign) and Him (Magus of the Universal Church of Truth). While visions have shown Adam that the true nature of his connection to Her and Him will lead to his destruction, some force, some yearning to change--to evolve--drives him on...

Basilisk, the Midnight Prince of X, a Mutant-Inhuman hybrid clone created by Mister Sinister from the DNA of Cyclops and [redacted] as one of his Chimera soldiers. After a confrontation with Storm's team, Bas was adopted into the extended Summers family.
His primary powerset resembles Scott's (concussive eyeblasts, in green instead of red) while his secondary mutations involve scaly growth that provide additional protection. What other powers he may develop--and who his Inhuman gene donor are--remain in question.
After adjusting to life outside the Sinister Chimera Pits, Bas found himself on a different kind of adventure entirely as a member of the Champions alongside fellow mutant-inhuman Ms. Marvel, Spider-Man, Power Prince, Vivian Vision, Anwen Bakian of Xandar, and the Invincible Ironheart.

Piotr Rasputin, covered some light Krakoan floral overgrowth and wearing a ceremonial mask associated with the archipelago's Cyttorak Religion. Parts of Piotr's skin have been lost and replaced with Uru metal grafts, making him among the most physically powerful of Krakoa's X-Men.

John Proudstar, Host of the Thunderbird
While John's base mutation is simply enhanced physical abilities (on par with a Super-Soldier like Steve Rogers or Isaiah Bradley) his greater power is his relation with the entity called Thunderbird, a being similar to the Phoenix that later possessed Jean Grey (and erroneously believed to be one and the same in some timelines). The Thunderbird not only enhances John's existing abilities, but allows him to manipulation energy (in the form of psychic lightning, much like the Phoenix's psychic flames) and imbue other objects with that power.
Believed killed during a mission, John--along with Sage, Morph, and young time-displaced Nathan Cable--formed an early, covert version of the team Cable would later head under the name X-Force.

Domino and Cable, the Soldiers of X
Son of Cyclops and Goblin Queen, Cable was raised in the distant future by his half-sister Rachel. Journeying back into the past, he founded X-Force as their self-styled leader, working to destroy enemies of Mutantkind that other X-teams couldn't take on directly.
Domino was his first recruit and one of the few people aware of Nate's true identity before necessity forced him to reveal himself to the X-Men on the eve of the Mutant Revolution that left the world forever change.
However, Cable wasn't the first Nathan Summers to arrive in the past, and another had arrived much, much earlier and played a pivotal role in the formation of Charles Xavier's greatest project: the foundation of Krakoa.

"Francesco Castiglione...I liked him, I really did. When things went sideways...when he started coming after his own...damn if we didn't deserve it for what we did to that little family of his. He deserved his revenge, and we deserved to die...but then, so did Our Man Frank."

I tried doing a classic/canon style Mortimer (which I'll probably revisit later) but then I realized I could tribute my childhood hero Ray "Darth Maul" Park, so here's Toad

King Ascendant of Asgard, Keeper of the Black Winter, Left Arm of The Destroyer, Witch-Lord of Haxanheim*, God of Thunder...The Mighty Thor
*I haven't delved into the Destroyerverse too much on here, but if "Haxanheim" sounds unfamiliar, it's because it's the setting for a Thor story I came up with years ago where he ends up stranded in a forgotten realm (or planet, for the MCU crowd) of witches. Initially they're antagonistic, but Thor comes to care for the witches of Haxanheim and take up arms against a threat to not only them, but all magic, while also learning to do some wack shit with Mjolnr from his love interest fellow student, a Changed (read: magically transitioned) Witch OC.
