Look, I know it's supposed to end badly. But I need to admit that in my head, they declared a mutual "fuck this shit" to the world and society. Packed all the stuff they could one late night and escaped to a remote open plain in the middle of some thick woods where they spent the rest of their lives healing and living freely in nature.

I've been having a lot of intense feelings about them as well. The tragical elements are so baked in to their story and setting, it's hard to imagine a happy ending for them. But every now and then I find myself thinking of scenarios and AUs where they both live and grow old together. For coping purposes, I suppose.

#for real though I've had several crying sessions over them during the past couple of weeks I'm not kidding #that's how you know you've perhaps gotten a little too emotionally invested in your characters #two entirely fictional dog men whose fates I have complete control over have reduced me to shambles #the unfortunate truth is that from a storytelling point the whole thing works better as a tragedy #the sadness makes the happy moments more significant and the happy moments feel bittersweet because of the sadness #for all intents and purposes they're classic star-crossed lovers #neither of them have done anything to justify such a wretched end though and I just want good things for them #I think I might have to come up with an alternate ending where Machete has the sense and chance to resign before it's too late #and move to Florence to be closer to Vasco #or maybe they both go back to Venice where they originally met that might be nice #maybe not realistic but it'd be nice #answered #dragonfoxgirl

A beautiful birthday drawing for me on 2022 that a good close friend of mine made for me. Featuring the characters of The Spider And The Butterfly, Ñanduti the Pink Spider, Panambi the Morpho Butterfly, and their daughter, Veve the Spiderfly. Alongside my main character in the middle. As silly as it may seem to anyone, these 3 characters from dragonfoxgirl's Spider and Butterfly animations mean a lot to me. And I just wished the creator would use them again, but in happier stuff.

Rarity Redesign!

Pretty similar to canon, however I made her more well-rounded in the arts. While she does still care about fashion, she also loves to sculpt, paint, sketch, and write! Her boutique would probably be clothes but also art up for purchase. She always carries her paints and sketchbook around in case she gets inspired. Still really loves gems but also likes other shiny things.  Was born with only three legs and, when the repair pony who fixed up her leg had to move away, a certain Apple offered to help (and who could resist a tall strong mare with eyes the shade of green apples?) In terms of magic, she is a bit opposite to Twilight. She sees magic as an art form and as such it is reflected in her use of magic.

My mane (heh) change from my previous design is that she goes through a change from hyper femininity to look like other unicorns to her own definition of beauty. What really kicks it off is during their run-in with Starlight’s village when starlight tests them to see if they were serious about staying. She cuts Rarity’s hair to look plain like everyone else’s. At first she’s devastated, but then slowly starts to lean into this new her. She soon learns that being herself was better than being what society told her was beautiful. It shows in her art too when she starts getting more abstract! Then she takes the leap and becomes the punk!rarity from the ep.

IMPORTANT: as I was drafting my mane ideas, I realized the one I came up with was very similar to the Rarity design of @dragonfoxgirl so I just wanted to give a s/o to them for the idea even if the idea was just my subconscious randomly remembering it asdfghgf.

My favorite part of Demon Sanctuary is Suzy waking up the Father. It's gold. GOLD. My favorite part in Fuzzy so far is the conversation they have in the living room while her bed's been taken. That part when she asks him yo day his name and he turns the other way and just days "Fuzzy" is so sweet. It's such a well crafted tender moment.

An art I was inspired to do about my favorite Rockman game. Rockman X4.

Since I have been improving my art in Manga style and format, I decided to try drawing my favorite Capcom villain for the first time in my life. Sigma! My favorite form is the Reaper form from Rockman X4. It fits him better than the other forms, as he always tends to come back stronger than ever.

And I drew my character Skizzo ready to fight, along with @dragonfoxgirl characters I love dearly, Panambi and Ñanduti. Panambi is behind Skizzo, covering him and letting him know he isn't alone in the fight to save the world.

And Ñanduti, prays to ensure the safety of Skizzo and Panambi.
