YOICHI ISAGI

come on now… ik y’all saw this one coming

i feel like isagi is that boyfriend that loves soul foodddd, like i’m talking he will beg you for it everytime you cook

he could eat an entire pan of cornbread after a rough practice i’m telling you and maybe a lil chili on the side

everytime you get your hair done, he always looks at you like he’s never seen you before and you were light itself

“wow that’s so good! i saw this one style on instagram, you should get it.”

when it comes to meeting your parents, he’s literally shitting himself and on top of that, you chose to bring him to meet your family during easter so that means all your family was there

and they all saw him being so fucking competitive with the little kids to get the eggs, it started as a game but then the little kids started calling him poop head and he cannot let that go

speaking of, he is a baby magnet. all your little cousins wanted to play with him

“hi…i’m yoichi.” isagi muttered while standing beside you nervously with a red solo cup in his hand full of a caprison, he didn’t know if he was allowed to get the sodas. your baby cousin told him only for adults.

your mom smiled at him with a laugh “nice to meet you, i hear good things about you.” she says and isagi nods while trying not to seem too nervous as your dad hasn’t said anything yet. “yeah, nice to meet you man.” your father says raising a fist for a fist bump.

isagi smiled non-nervously for the first time and returned the fist bump. you leaned on his side comfortingly but the conversation was cut short when your baby cousin ran up and tapped your boyfriend’s leg. “play with me! help me find eggs!” she yelled jumping up and down and isagi looked at you for approval and you nodded before watching the two scurry away toward the yard.

“better start cooking, he’s gonna work up an appetite.” your mom said to your dad with a laugh making a deep belly chuckle come from him while you sweat-dropped. isagi could be really competitive when he wanted to and lord knows that those little kids took this egg hunt seriously. he was gonna be the designated babysitter for the rest of his life.

and wouldn’t ya know it? five minutes later, all you hear is isagi screaming with your younger cousin at all the other ones “move you little shit. it’s mine.” he grumbled pushing a 7 year old to the ground to get the egg but when they tried snatching it out his hand, he picked them up and started to threaten them to their face.

“yoichi!” you yelled from the porch glaring at him to tone it down and he sighed and dropped the child but only whispered his threats now. ever since then isagi loved going to your family gatherings, he likes the children games.

SAE ITOSHI

sae is a traveling man, he’s all over the world so he’s vaguely familiar with dating women of all different races

he likes taking you on dates and spending hella fucking money on you

that being said, he likes to pay for all the things you want. he likes to pay for your hair, the products, your clothes, if you want your nails done, he’ll drop a band right there for whatever design you want

sae kind of has a fascination with your body also, like whenever you get out the shower he likes to rub lotion and whatever other products you use on you but not in a sexual way

that’s just a gen hc but whatever

sae really likes to watch you do your hair, not because he doesn’t know anything about it, he just really likes to watch. it’s also good for you because whenever you get too frustrated he just calms you down and says he can get someone to do it if u want

really bad at doing your hair and not just curly hair, any type of hair. straight, kinky, wavy, it’s doesn’t matter bc the most he can do it probably a ponytail

anyways he’s probably very chill about meeting parents, he’s a very classy guy so he has nothing to worry about especially bc he met them during christmas, so he bought hella gifts

that being said, he’s also not going to let any disrespect to you slide

sae stacked two plates with macaroni and cheese, turkey, greens and other foods he knew that you liked as he occasionally said hi to the people that passed by him in the kitchen. once he was finished he trodded over to the living room where you sat chatting among your family while trying to avoid the children running around.

he swiftly dodged one of the soccer balls he got one of your nieces as a gift and made his way to you and your mom. “here baby.” sae muttered handing you your plate and then your mother hers. you thanked him with a smile but the smile didn’t last long when you heard the huff of your aunt beside your mom.

“honey, i feel so bad for you. you had to make her plate.” your aunt said with a small chuckle as the boy sat next to you with a confused look on his face. “why is that a bad thing?” he asked already not liking where this conversation was going. the entire car ride, you were complaining about this aunt and how annoying she was toward you but how you never said anything.

you grabbed his hand to tell him to just let it go but you should’ve known better, if you weren’t going to do something, he was going to do it. “well you’re the man, she’s supposed to be serving you.” sae rolled his eyes very obviously with a ‘ugh’ leaving his throat.

“if i’m the man i should be serving her. she shouldn’t have to move an inch.” he muttered glaring at your aunt and looking her up and down with disgust and that’s when you decided to stop it. you put your hand on the side of his face and turned it toward you to whisper in his ear. “be quiet.” you muttered and he only rolled his eyes again.

you took a spoonful of food and shoved it in his mouth before kissing his cheek to thank him for standing up for you. “you’re annoying.” sae said beneath his breath and you just told him “thank you.”

RYUSEI SHIDOU

idk how to explain it but i don’t think you being black would change how he acts in the relationship

he buys you things, clothes, food, anything you’d like

doesn’t care much for your hair and not in a disrespectful way it’s just he wouldn’t get it if you said it looks bad when it looks perfectly fine to him??

does like watching you do your makeup and commenting that your concealer shade is so much lighter than you and laughing about it (he barely understands shit abt makeup unless it’s eye makeup)

when meeting your parents, he was not nervous but you warned him that he needs to tone it down just a bit afterall this is the first time they’re meeting him

he didn’t want to do it but he did because you asked him to although despite this, he still fits right in with your uncles

and not the sports fanatic uncles, the uncles that try and upstage each other during every family gathering

you watched as shidou laughed with your uncles in the backyard, all of them with a drink in their hand due to new years just coming around merely minutes ago. “you play soccer right? must be flexible as hell.” one of your uncles asked shidou as they lightly punched him on his shoulders while he laughed.

this was shidou’s opportunity to show out. to show how flexible and amazing he was and of course, he’ll never miss an opportunity to show off his talents. “hell yeah i am! watch this.” he mutters making motions for everyone to make room for him and they did. seconds later, shidou began to do a backflip that just turned into him doing other flips until he felt like stopping.

“wooo!” “damn man!” the men whistled as they gathered around your dear boyfriend who just laughed extremely loud. then his stomach started to growl and he immediately looked over to you who watched the entire ordeal “babydoll!” the tanned man shouted immediately gaining your attention. “can you get my plate please?” he asked still yelling. usually you would’ve told him no and that he can get it himself but he was having so much fun, so you nodded and went inside to get his plate

when you came back from retrieving his plate, he was sitting at the table on the porch waiting for you breathing heavily. “you have fun over there?” you asked sitting next to him and he nodded with a laugh “yeah and now i’m hungry, feed me.” shidou said with his words coming out as a jokingly beastly sound making you grin.

“nah, you have hands.” you said pushing the plate toward him but he let out a groan as he threw his head back. “my bones hurt.” you sighed at his pleading and picked up the fork before scooping mac and cheese on it and of course, shidou had to give you instructions. “get some of the barbecue from the ribs on it.”

RENSUKE KUNIGAMI

pretty much a combination of everyone on this post

child magnet, parents love him, uncles love him, just really loved by your family overall

he likes soul food but mainly the desserts, he loves that shit

kunigami doesn’t really know how to do your hair but he tries his best but he’s really good at doing your edges for some reason…

knows so much about you that he can go into the beauty supply store and they recognize him and already have all your skin stuff ready

unlike everyone else on this list, he met your family when they came to one of his things and even tho he talked to them for only a few minutes, he managed to make them accept him into the family already

kunigami sat in the empty locker room drinking out of his water bottle with heavy breaths leaving his throat. the game was very stressful but it was fine because he saw you in the stands cheering for him like always with the addition of your parents.

his attention turned to the door when he heard it opening and he saw you and your parents standing there with smiles on your faces, you had on one of his extra jerseys with a corny smile. “you did so good!” you screeched hugging him as your parents laughed at how excited you were.

“i’m not a huge soccer guy but you are good.” your dad said walking over and putting his back comfortingly making kunigami smile. then came your mom with a styrofoam box in her hand. she practically forced it into his hands “here, i thought you’d need it after allat running.” she said and your boyfriend smiled not overwhelmed one bit with all the attention.

kunigami opened the box and ate a spoonful of one of the food portions and immediately hummed in delight. “mhm! this is so good. you either have to give me the recipe or make me my own tray.” the ginger boy said with a hearty smile on his visage.

you kissed his cheek “okay we’ll leave you to get dressed, see you after.” you said with a smile before you and your parents walked away with kunigami bidding his goodbyes to the both of you. safe to say, they loved him.

HYOMA CHIGIRI

just like he’s obsessed with his hair, he’s obsessed with yours

like obsessed obsessed, if he didn’t know how to do your type of hair before, he learned how to like he might as well be your hair stylist because he can do whatever style

silk press, ponytail, simple straightening, literally you name it and he can do it. certain hairstyles he can’t exactly do well like box braids and shit, you’re better off going to someone else but still

if you wear wigs, he knows how to lay that shit DOWN. and by this i mean he watched so many tutorials and can only glue it. so don’t expect him to do the whole thing

beauty supply store knows him by name, he’s always in there buying stuff for you (and him) like he knows everything you need and use. mielle, carols daughter, he knows it all

he also likes when you do his hair, he really likes when his hair smells like yours because of the oil but don’t fw his shampoo. he got that routine down.

he wasn’t nervous meeting your parents, he didn’t really care too much for it so he went there and acted like his usual self. his pretty princess self.

“c’mon get on that grill, show us whatcha got.” your dad said slapping a hand on chigiri’s back that hurt a lot more that he’d anticipated. he looked at your dad and your uncles standing around him unaware of you watching from the porch.

kids ran around wanting to light the fireworks for fourth of july already as you sat next to your aunt. “when are you going to get a man? it’s been years [y/n]?” she asked turning toward you and you looked at her confused while trying to figure out what she meant by that.

“he’s right there, what are you talking about?�� you asked tilting your head and your aunt merely scoffed as she rolled her eyes. “please, he looks like a girl and can’t grill nuthin’.” your aunt said a little too confident for someone that’s been single since you were little. “he doesn’t cook with his hair down.” you said with your nose scrunched up irritated as if he was the devil, chigiri appeared in front of you with a sheepish smile.

“hey babe, hope i’m not interrupting anything.” the redhead said looking between you and the older woman and you gave her a passive aggressive smile before turning back to your boyfriend. “not at all, what’s up?” chigiri smiled and turned around with his back facing you.

“can you put my hair up? i’m gonna cook.” chigiri asked and you hummed in response before beginning to put his luscious locks into a high ponytail with the hair tie on your wrist. “thanks babe, come over with me. i miss you.” chigiri said turning around and kissing your cheek. the whole reason he was asking you to come over there was because he could clearly see your hatred for your aunt in this moment.

plus he really did miss you. “okay, bye.” you said waving to your aunt not even looking at her before you and chigiri walked off the porch and to the grill. your aunt did not like him but after he cooked the food, your dad did.

finally cleaned out one of our cabinets in the classroom today. it was filled with 20 years of crap from the last 2 teachers (kindergarten, if it makes a difference). found, among other things:

seriously like 30 things of jimmies, presumably from past ice cream parties

spices??? glass salt & pepper grinders, a giant size thing of cinnamon, cayenne pepper of all things. the date on the pepper said 2009

so much fish food. rip to all the attempted class pets of years past

fucking giant cut glass punch bowl

an ice bucket, presumably to accompany the punch bowl

a crusty little set of drawers with various first aid materials including cleaning wipeys that expired in 2011 and rusty nail clippers

giant pot like a pot that you make a months worth of soup in a pot that surely could only be used on an entire stove

a whole bottle of vegetable oil??? like literally what the fuck were we cooking what did i miss

a shit ton of baggies, plastic wrap, foil, wax paper, etc but one thing of wax paper in particular, according to my brief package design research, was from the literal 1960s

unopened easter egg stamping kit from 1996. its as old as me

not in this particular cabinet but during cleaning i found a folder of professional development handouts from 2004

THE FNAF MOVIE RELEASE!!

OH MY GOD THE MOVIE WAS INCREDIBLE!!

The story was great, the animatronic design were CUTE AS HELL, overall MOVIE OF THE YEAR!!

I was screaming the whole time at the animatronics and the amount was Easter eggs. My god there were so many.

!SPOILERS ARE BEYOND THIS POINT!

I loved Coryxkenshin’s and MatPat’s acting and I’m so glad to see them in the film. A little disappointed that Markiplier wasn’t in it but they did confirm that he would most likely be apart of the sequel so I’m excited abt that.

Now the animatronics..and HOLY SHIT I LOVED THEM SO MUCH!!!

They were all so fucking cute I lost my mind. Their designs were so well made and I loved how they captured the creepy killer robots with dead vengeful children inside of them while also being extremely cute and oh so precious🥹

ESPECIALLY THE SCENE WHEN THEY’RE IN THE FORT LIKE HELLO?? THIS IS ADORABLE!!!!!

And they absolutely NAILED Afton’s death, they kept it pretty much canon, except for ofc a few minor changes, while also keeping it PG for any of the youngsters that would be in the room. I also loved how they all just watched him slowly suffer.

Now I definitely didn’t expect Vanessa to be Williams daughter and Mike being part of a different family, but I still think the story stayed relatively on track with the games. But that does make me wonder if they ever do something related to Elizabeth, is she gonna be the younger sister of Vanessa? Since she said in the film that she knows what that feels like after he told her abt his brother’s disappearance. Idk but whatever they do I’m excited for it.

Overall I absolutely loved the film and I think Scott and the Blumhouse team did great!!

Some MK sys fashion/clothes hcs that came up in a convo and I wanted to share!

Steven

Steven likes baggy and loose clothes because they feel comfortable and airy and he can stim with them

He likes twisting cloth and chewing on collars and sleeves and feeling like he’s wrapped up in a blanket

He’s chill with skirts and dresses too, going for long loose ones he can spin with or that bump against his knees

He’s not one for full bright colors but doesn’t hate them. He likes patterned shirts and mismatched goofy socks and he likes those because they make him smile. They’re never his full outfit but he likes them as accent, like an easter egg (or an archaeological dig)

He usually sticks to warm earth tones and blues, his wardrobe a lot of whites and greens and greys, big jackets and loose sweatpants and rolled up sweaters

He’s not a big fan of hats though, he likes fiddling with his hair and pushing it back and he doesn’t like when there’s stuff in the way

On the occasions the body’s hair has grown out a bit he’ll pull it into a little ponytail, even if it’s not that long, and he ends up with a lot of hair ties around his wrist

With earrings he likes either very simple, or very tacky ones. Nothing huge or complicated, but silver or gold studs are fun, or ones that dangle and look like pyramids or beetles. He twists or tugs on them sometimes when wearing them

Marc

He’s both particular and not with his clothing

He likes subtle outfits with no patterns, blacks, whites, greys, browns, stuff that can blend him into a crowd and doesn’t feel noisy

He slowly branches out over time when he feels more comfortable, with Steven and Layla and Jake, when he realizes he’s allowed to take up a bit more space, is allowed to have fun

He still sticks mainly to T-shirts and jeans though, and he’s unfortunately very attached to denim

But he gets some nasa shirts, some cubs Ts, some ones with old movie posters and dinosaurs, maybe a cat design or two

It looks like a collection from a dad who’s a bit of a nerd, and still none of them are very bright

Steven wears khakis in the summer but Marc wears jorts (again, denim) and he cuts them from a pair of jeans himself

I don’t think he likes super stretchy fabric, it has to have firmness and reliability and feel sturdy. He wants to know what his clothes will feel like, and he doesn’t want getting dressed to be a huge experience

They’re comfortable and stable and his, and that’s what matters

He also likes low hats, but only baseball caps, and he pulls them down in front of his eyes when he’s unsure

He’s not a huge fan of skirts or dresses, just not his vibe, but he likes simple earrings and rings and bracelets

He wears heel socks, and doesn’t like when the reach past his ankle

Likes his hair out of his face no matter what and pushes it back with gel, or pulls it out of his face in a tight bun if it’s longer

Jake

Jakes the most experimental when it comes to clothes

The baseline for most of them is that they have to be solid and tight, he doesn’t like when stuff is loose and can shift around, not good on his sensory stuff, and he has to be wearing his gloves

But from there it’s pretty wide open

His regular outfit is his most comfortable, the reassuring weight of his jacket and the tailored line of his suit and pants, but he mixes it up now and then

He enjoys being gnc in a lot of ways, always wears his mustache but likes makeup, and wears it to varying degrees depending on the day

Eyeliner, tinted lipgloss or lipstick, maybe some eyeshadow or mascara if he wants his eyes to pop, and of course earrings and nail polish are a must

The polish is mainly for him, to keep as a comfort under the gloves, and to spruce up the body for the others when they’re in front

He likes skirts and dresses but they have to be over other things. Leggings or long stockings underneath, long sleeves or arm warmers of some kind, a leather jacket thrown over, that kind of thing

He just has fun with it

His clothes are part of his maintenance. They keep his edges solid, a way to express his personhood and feel seen and grounded. While Steven is swimming in his clothes, sitting comfortably, Jake is contained in them, and he likes to choose his casing

He usually sticks to darker colors, reds, purples, blacks, and browns, but he likes blue on occasion, and green only as an accent

He only wears one hat. That’s his hat.

He’ll pull his hair back if it gets long, but he’s never super thorough with it, and the stray curls stick to his lips and get in his eyes

He still manages

Bonus: Once they’re on more even terms, Steven takes an interest in Jake’s makeup, and Jake offers to cofront and do it for him. Steven gets very excited and shows Layla, and sometimes Jake does him up in the headspace if Steven asks. Steven’s more into the simple and subtle stuff, just eyeliner or gloss, but it’s fun for both of them and a good bonding activity :-)

Introducing Nero!

General info!

Nero is 21 years old and his birthday is the 12th July

He stands at about 6’0 but often wears platforms which make him closer to 6’3

His dad is an executive in a mafia family and owns a large business to act as a coverup. Nero will be taking over for him eventually so he’s majoring in business

However, he’s also minoring in English Literature as he adores reading and writing poems and he wanted to become a writer himself at some point

Despite his intimidating demeanour, Nero is actually a massive hopeless romantic and you can’t really tell how… passionate he is if you ever get the chance to read one of his poems

Nero is often seen carrying around cigarettes, although he doesn’t actually smoke. There was a misunderstanding once where someone assumed he wanted a cigarette when he came over to them, and since then people have assumed that’s what he wants whenever he approaches someone

He has a younger sister whom he absolutely adores and would do anything to keep her happy. She loves painting his nails and playing with his hair so he keeps them both long for her

He’s also in charge of looking after her a lot so he’s getting close to househusband material. He’s amazing at cleaning and getting it done super fast, but cannot cook for the life of him. He’s trying his hardest to get better at it though

Nero has partial heterochromia in his left eye!

He has tattoo’s from his father’s mafia family on his back and right arm. He covers the one on his arm with bandages so he doesn’t look as unapproachable or scary, but the bandages make it looks like he gets in lots of fights so it’s slightly counter intuitive

He’s an ambivert. There are times where he has to be social and interact with lots of people, and he doesn’t mind too much. But he also loves to spend a lot of time cooped up in his house doing nothing

Not a hc, but a fun fact abt his design! The lip piercing he has is called an angel bite and he has pointy jewellery to mimic vampire teeth! This is bc the human votes won, but it was a super close call between him being an angel or a vampire if he was non human. Just a cute lil easter egg 💕

Nero is obsessive first and foremost. When he falls for someone, he falls hard and all his thoughts and actions revolve around them

His poems go from being about the feeling of wanting to experience love and a relationship, to cryptic but heavily detailed confessions to the object of his desires

He’s also quite protective of them as well. He knows that because of his father’s line of work, he has a target on his back as well and that it is probably extended towards his darling, so he goes above and beyond in ‘protecting’ them. Even if they’re not aware that he’s made it his job to watch over them 24/7

His persistence comes about from the perceived lack of sincerity that his darling assumes he holds

No matter how many times he asks them out to a nice fancy restaurant, or a cute little picnic, or on a world famous cruise, or even just to go see a movie. He’s not very outwardly expressive so every invitation seems to hold a tinge of insincerity, no matter how genuine he’s trying to be

The constant rejections won’t stop him or deter him though. They usually go right over his head as he continues to follow his darling around for the rest of the day

Even if they don’t enjoy his presence, he’s still gonna be right there next to him as often as he can be. He likes being close to them and it helps keep the others away as well

If his darling willingly lets him hang around them though? Well he’s got this excited air around him the entire day, the positivity practically radiating off of him. Which is actually helpful, since just looking at his expression would make you think he’s regretting even asking

His darling’s friends are absolutely not invited to hang out though. Just having his darling acknowledge someone else is enough to set him over the edge, let alone if he hears them planning outings together or anything like that

He knows he doesn’t have the right to monopolise his darling’s time, but he just can’t help but want to keep them all to himself without any pests bothering them. What’s more romantic than being the only person in each other’s lives?

He views his darling way above him. Nero knows he’s by no stretch of the imagination a good person. Especially considering the ties to the mafia through his father. Compared to him, his darling is practically a saint that can do no wrong

Raphie has some chew necklaces, she and donnie are autistic and donnie wears compression gloves and joint support devices to help with hypermobility. Both of the twins have vitiligo. Leo's necklace has a lil easter egg, and he's trying to swipe fellow ADHD disaster Mikey's timepiece since its so cool. Mikey paints all their nails, and bugged Don until they let him paint orange tips on the purple. Because Mikey loves being peoples' favorite. Youngest sibling privileges. Don's NOT with the purple dragons they just really like the design and incorporated it onto his summer hoodie. They're all wearing pants here but all of them wear skirts on occasion, Mikey more than the rest of her siblings. Raph's band-aid is from roughhousing, nothing serious. Leo is getting pranked with bunny ears from Donnie because of Leo's boyfriend, Usagi.

BIG LONG RANT ABOUT THE SOMETHINGS

ik no one asked but here's some something trivia and junk:

hell's look is based off of the forced fusions of Steven Universe

they are also based off of tumors (though im too scared to actually look up what a tumor looks like, so my knowledge is all what I've heard)

specifically tumors that grow eyes, teeth, and finger nails.

everyone can shape-shift but how they shape-shift is different between them

hell can only make arms and hands, they can't make torsos, eyes, feet, etc. hell can also adjust what's on a hand, like knuckle hair or fingernails. So if hell wanted, they could have lushes long hair on their knuckles.

something (angler fish) only makes shapes using hair, they're made out of hair and hair is moveable and flexable so they can make the silhouette of anything they want, but it'll always just be hair

tall lady can adjust her legs, how tall they are, how many she has, etc. the rest of her body can shape-shift too but it's hard to shape-shift with a blanket tied around you.

blindness technically can shape-shift, but works more in allusion, they can create mirages of places hero wants to be, and people hero wants to see

tom is odd. tom can shape-shift in the standard way, any form that they want, but never does. they can even change color, but just doesnt.

mari actually becomes these forms and can feel everything

around hero she's almost infinitely big but has no density or any sort of tie to form, it feels like being in space but she IS space.

around basil she can feel every hand and move them independently, it hurts a lot because to grow more hands the skin must tear and reform, and sometimes hands grow without knowledge or when mari is aggravated, sometimes in an act of defense basil will try to chop off the hands with gardening shears but it just ends up growing more hands, it's extremely painful.

kel's form is her most stable and comfortable, it seems the more guilt someone has the more painful the form, mari could speak with him directly if given enough energy, which is something that can't be said for most.

sunnys form is odd to be in, she is every hair and fiber, like a school of fish forming a shape, it hurts less than it used to but it's still hard to deal with it. it would feel really weird to feel your hair.

aubrey's form is claustrophobic, like being submerged in a thick wax, her legs are the only things free and they break often due to being brittle and skinny, mewo's ghost has no part in being Tall Lady, but yet she can still feel her. this is one of the only forms where mari can "sing" the singing is more of a low buzzing hum, you can recognize the song if you know it but it's but it sounds more like white noise than a song.

tall lady is based off of rag dolls, a type of doll made of just rags

this is just because i like to think aubrey was really into dollies and plushies, and maybe unknowingly made one of these since her mother wouldnt buy them.

tom is, obviously, made from a fishing hook, but i also considered a tripple meaning,

a fish hook, an umbrella, and an anchor.

if you flip the design upside down you kinda-sorta get an anchor shape, i wanted to expand more on it in the design but it felt too.. crowded??

it felt as though you'd either only be able to see the hook or the anchor and not be able to look at the big picture and see both, plus the umbrella, so the anchor thing was never built upon.

sunny's something is obviously an angler fish but i added a reference to the base-game death, the light, i made it look like a little noose just as an easter egg, the eye also has a light in it, unlike the others

i dont know what i was thinking when i thought of the eye-shine, something about "oh maybe its a pearl" but pearls dont come from angler fish..

blindness is really cool

blindness not only stops you from seeing, it also prevents you from hearing...

and then it gives you hallucinations.

hero is known to walk out of campus following these hallucinations, but mari isn't trying to lead him anywhere, she's just going from place to place looking and caring after her loved ones. Hero sees her (well, he sees crazy shit happening) and follows her out trying to understand whats happening

mari tries to not be seen by hero so he can study but her influence is too strong.

hero is brilliant, but mari's checkups are harming his grades and mindset.

theres also auditory hallucinations.

blindness is based off of a thing i used to do as a kid in the dark, when i would look at the pitch black while trying to sleep and focused i could see all these colorful things moving and surrounding me, i could make out individual things and most looked like inchworms and just puffballs, like eye-floaters but there where hundreds and they all where different colors, it was wild.

somethings can also happen from fear.

"fake somethings" are fears that manifest to look like ghosts, they happen when someone is about to die

(this is how i explain hypothermia, the little guy who was spreading onto kel in hypothermia 1)

they are basically guiders to the after-life if you die, mari has one too

kel didnt see his after he went into severe hypothermia because it was still stuck to his physical body.

mewo has a ghost too, but her appearance is the same for everyone, everyone just saw her as a phat floofy cat

except for aubrey

kim, the maverick, angel, charlene and vance also have different somethings for mari, but they just dont see her ever.

just got back from the fnaf movie, i really need to go to bed but i have to get some thoughts out NOW 🫠

the animatronics were amazing, i really wasn’t expecting the scene where they all played and had fun together????? it was such wish fulfillment i was just sitting there like is this real

(on that note HEY. someone had better gif that fronnie scene were theyre just playing and dancing together. 👉 get on it giffers)

maybe controversial but i liked the matpat and coryxkenshin cameos a lot they were funny and didnt detract from the flow too much

the jumpscares were not terribly hacky like i thought theyd be, and the balloon boy one was really good 👏

also IM NOT CRAZY THAT WAS A CIRCUS BABY REFERENCE RIGHT??? AAAAAAAAAA

all of the parts and service room was so cool tbh, all of the creepy old endos and parts, the little fetch easter egg, all of it so so good

the easter eggs in general were really fun, im looking forward to watching this movie be micro analyzed for years to come

the springlock scene 🤌 cinema…..

that scene were william roundhouse kicks mike is just like. so amazing. this is going on the positives. i cant believe they did that. what an amazing movie.

in general the lighting and sound design were very nice (i mean as a layperson i thought they were nice idk XD)

i feel like this story suffers from the same issue TSE has, where by straying from the games canon you’ve actually made things so much more complicated? while some things definitely made sense (vanessa being williams daughter was a nice touch and made sense for both characters fight me, also a great nod to how shes mind controlled in game canon) others feel like they just made things more complicated? like, why was garrett just a random kid in a random campsite? why was william there, why did he kill him, why do the ghost kids know him? i guess you could say, if there is a reason, it will be revealed in a later movie? but thats so many unnecessary steps when all you had to do was have garret go missing from a freddys location (like in TSE). like, mikes brothers disappearance is linked to freddys, thats why he needs to work there, you could save a lot of time aunt jane ate up. speaking of.

its such a hilarious plot hole that they just totally move past aunt janes death. like this guy is fighting tooth and nail for custody of his sister against his aunt and she shows up dead at his house and nobody is suspicious or cares. also he shows up at the hospital with a stabbed cop who’s apparently in a coma and cant verify his story at all?? the plot armor on this man!!

i realize they needed to put abby in danger at some point or else why would she even be here, but having the ghost kids want to ghostify her doesnt make a whole lotta sense >_> like they kept saying william was confusing them but they never really showed that, golden freddys spirit kid seemed pretty aware of the situation the entire time.

that one jumpscare with the kid with black goopy eyes was pretty silly lmao. feel like they could have captured the creepypasta vibe better

this is semi positive and negative, but i really really liked vanessa’s creepiness i just wish theyd leaned into it a bit more? that scene where shes staring lovingly up at the animatronics and then asks mike to dance is just so 👌 like girl what is wrong with you fr 🥰 but then her behaviors dont make much sense after that, i was a bit confused as to when she was supposed to be trying to get mike to stay and when she was supposed to be warning him away.

the writing in general was definitely a bit weird ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ eh

sorry if my negatives seem like bummers, but i really enjoy picking apart movies i like, and i tend to like things more when there is stuff to pick apart! (sensory fandom experience…..) in general i really enjoyed the movie and i think most fnaf fans will! it’s fun cheesy horror that has a lot of love for the source material without trying to BE it, which wouldn’t be possible anyway

man theres definitely other things i could say but i really have to go to sleep now 😭 gn!!!
