1 küçük soğan

3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt

Alt taban için

3 orta uzunluk patates

1 tatlı kaşığı karbonat

Sosu için

6-8 yemek kaşığı yoğurt

2 diş sarımsak

Üzeri için

Tereyağı

Kırmızı toz biber

Etimizi jülyen olacak halde doğrayalım daha sonra karıştırma kabımıza yoğurt, zeytinyağı, baharatları ve rendelediğimiz soğanları ekleyip karıştıralım. Etimizi de ekleyip dolapta 2 saat dinlendirmeye bırakalım.

Patateslerimizi ince ince doğrayıp bir kaba alalım. Üstünü geçecek kadar su ve karbonatı ekleyip karıştıralım ez az 30 dakika bekletelim.

Etimizi pişirmek için yapışmaz bir tavayı ısıtıp eti ekleyelim 2-3 dakika bu halde eti çevirdikten sonra üstüne 1/2 su bardağı su ve tuz ekleyip pişmeye bırakalım.

Patateslerimizi duru su ile 2-3 sefer yıkayıp büsbütün süzelim. Süzüldüğüne emin olduğumuz patatesleri kızartalım.

Pişme süreçleri bittikten sonra servis tabağımıza evvel patatesleri bırakalım, üzerine yoğurtlu sosumuzu dökelim ve en son etimizi de ekleyelim.

Yaktığımız baharatlı yağı yemeğimizin üzerine isteğe nazaran dökelim.

Introducing the Elyrion

This is a new segment where I'll be introducing some major characters! You'll get pictures and some information on their personalities, and whatever else I think of. I'm just really proud of my characters and I want to show them off.

First we have Firon. She is one of the three characters I named before using the canon syllables already provided. She's the crown princess to the highest throne in the Elyrion tribe, and the sole jeir to the current rulers, Thetse and Lirof'hi. As is old custom, Firon is supposed to marry before she can accept the throne, and Thetse is holding onto that tradition, though Firon is very resistant. She does a lot of things she shouldn't, like cut her hair short and wear casual clothes and be friends with her subordinates, all of which are considered inappropriate for someone of her stature (like most fictional elven societies, these guys are stuffy).

Still, Firon is determined to find a way out of customs she doesn't believe in. She manages to tame a dragon on her own, how is anyone supposed to oppose her?

Next is F'hix, Firon's cousin, and the ruler of one of the Elyrion cities. He's a young scholar and one of the best inter-tribal negotiators in his tribe, since he spends a lot of time studying other tribes' customs. He's still a bit stuffy himself, being a high-class Elyrion and all, but he means well and is actually pretty good to work with.

He and Firon have an interesting relationship. He knows about the unwanted pressures she's facing from Thetse, and he supports her, but he also thinks she needs to grow up and just deal with doing things she doesn't want to do. He's almost always exasperated with her, but F'hix also always takes her side and defends her when no one else does.

Next we have Eti. He's also a scholar, from a middle-class Elyrion family. He's working his way up in politics, and while he'll never likely rule a city, he can still be a respected individual and all that. He and F'hix are pretty good friends, and he's pretty humble and calm compared to most of Elyrion.

Finally, we have Mietse. She's from a lower-class family, working for the palace while studying whenever she can. Her family scrounges as much money as they can to afford her studies, and she's a diligent student, staying up late at night to finish her assignments.

Mietse is one of Firon's closest friends, and Firon does as many favors for Mietse as she can. Thetse hates that Firon spends so much time with a commoner, but Firon can see the potential in Mietse, and besides, she's a great friend.

1 tatlı kaşığı karabiber

1 tatlı kaşığı kekik

1 tatlı kaşığı tozbiber

4 adet kırmızı kapya biber

1 adet dolmalık biber

5 adet yeşil biber

Pilav tanımı için;

2 çay bardağı pirinç

2 yemek kaşığı tereyağ

Yarım çay bardağından az şehriye

1 tatlı kaşığı zerdeçal

1 yemek kaşığı az tuz

Kuşbaşı etini jülyen formda keselim. Bir kabın içine sarımsağı rendeleyelim ve eti atalım. Baharat, tuz, zeytinyağı, yoğurt ve soya sosunu döküp eti harmanlayalım. 1 saat buzdolabında sosun çekmesi için bekletelim.

Düdüklü tencereye yağ dökelim. Eti içine dökelim ve mühürleyelim. Üzerini geçmeyecek biçimde sıcak su koyalım. 40 dakika kadar pişirelim.

Doğranmış kapya biber, yeşil biber, dolma biberi saç tavaya koyalım. Üzerine çok az yağ dökelim. Düdüklüden eti kepçe ile çıkartıp üzerine dökelim. Etin suyunu da ek edelim. Yaklaşık 15 dakika bu biçimde pişirelim.

Etin suyu çekildiği vakit ocağın altını kapatalım.

Pilav için; pirinçleri yıkayalım. Tencereye tereyağını koyalım. Tereyağ eriyince şehriyeyi atalım.

Kavrulan şehriyenin üzerine pirinci dökelim. Sıcak suyu ek edip üzerine zerdeçal ile tuzu dökelim. Kısık ateşte pişirelim. Afiyet olsun. 😌🤗

Not:Kuşbaşı eti sert olduğu için düdüklüde pişirdim. Jülyen kesim olarak çok ince kesmedim. Bonfile et alırsanız. Onun pişme mühleti daha kolaydır ve ince kesim olduğunda daha âlâ olur. Ayrıyeten tuz ve soyasoyu ölçüsünü çok âlâ ayarlamanız gerekiyor.
