this article is absolutely shocking to read. Lando was struggling with sleep and between sessions because of how bad his back pain was, and he's cut down on track walks because they make the pain worse.

"It got to quite a bad point last year. Every day I was struggling, struggling with sleep and everything just in constant pain, and now I’m in a much better position."
