I truly believe that forgiveness is like love, it comes from within. Like love, you cannot forgive someone before first forgiving yourself!

  Thank you Debbie  for creating this forgiveness challenge. “ForgivingFridays” which is a weekly invitation for you to take action to forgive today (or any day!) and post about it on your blog or social media, using #ForgivingFridays and #Iforgive.

A client of mine asked how she could let go of right and wrong. She brought up examples of situations that to her seemed unforgivable, such as abuse or murder.

  Sylvester the Old School Jester!  Sylvester is 13 years old and still going strong!  What a magnificent Tuxedo Cat!  He is the King of His Castle!
