I'm glad to see you here again I hope you're well ^^ I was wondering if I could request some headcanons of Hajime, Upa, Liang and Samon from a female reader who gets along very well with children. As if one day they found her consoling or playing with the son of any guard and they simply caught baby fever. Thanks.

🦍 Hajime 🦍

Hajime never really entertained the idea of children. For one, the two of you were already busy as it was with work, and Hajime never really thought he'd be great dad material. But boy, does that change one fateful day..

It's a usual day at work and his usual business, making his rounds around the building to make sure everyone's staying in line, traps are working, etcetera.

As he makes his way through a hallway he picks up on the sound of a child crying nearby. Heading to the fork in the halls and turning right, he sees you there, on one knee and petting the child's back, your soft voice comforting them gently.

For a bit Hajime just stands there, watching. Then you pick up the child and hold them against your chest, turning to notice Hajime there and smiling with a greeting and an explanation.

Apparently the child, whom is the son of one of the guards, had snuck off from his mother earlier and gotten lost.

Hajime didn't think the image of you holding a young child would set off certain neurons in his brain which made him imagine that child being his own with you.

That image keeps him up at night for more days than he could tolerate and soon enough, he's asking you how you'd feel about being the mother of his kids.

🧘 Upa 🧘

Being a dedicated Qigong Master, Upa never once had the thought of being a dad cross his mind. He found the idea to be too unimportant or even just distracting compared to his goals in life.

That and honestly, he couldn't stand hearing kids cry and throw fits. It always annoyed him.

One day while out training in the courtyard, one of the guards has their kid with them, letting them play, and of course, Upa is irked by the tot's squeaky voice distracting his training.

The kid ends up tripping on a loose root and starts wailing. Upa groans, but you on the other hand, run over and help the child to their feet, gently dusting off the knees and shushing them.

Upa finds himself staring a bit longer than he'd have thought he would as you rub their sore elbows, thumb away their tears, gently squishing their cheek in an attempt to make them giggle..

He doesn't realize he's blushing a bit until Liang asks him if he's feeling alright cause he's looking flushed

Upa mentally curses you for managing to make the idea of children actually seem tolerable and something he could want one day when out of prison with you

🍑 Liang 🍑

For the majority of his life, Liang has never really been around kids or interacted with them. Though he's sure during his time in the mafia where he was sicked on people, he must've orphaned a child or two. And the idea broke him.

Cause while he may not have been around children that much, he can't lie; he's got a soft spot for them.

Every now and then kids of guards show up at Nanba with their mothers, but today happened to be take your kid to work day, so there were a few.

He, his cellmates and you were running along the exercise track, not paying much attention to anything else. That is until you spotted a child running off from his dad.

You stopped to help the guard catch the runaway kid, taking the boy's hand and leading them back to the very thankful guard.

Liang ended up stopping so he could look back at you as you knelt down and gently explained to the child why running from daddy is not good and scooted them into his arms.

Thoughts of how good you were with the child bloomed into wondering how you'd be with a child you had with him.. then wondering why the hell he thought of that and having a blush attack.

🐒 Samon 🐒

Since you and Samon started dating he's actually thought of having kids several times, and those thoughts only grew once married to you.

But he never really got the guts to actually ask you about it, monkey man was too worried he'd disturb you

You can imagine his surprise when he sees just how good you are with kids one day

He just so happened to stop by a guard room that you were staying at, and when he questioned why you had a young child sitting on your lap, you explained that the guard had to run elsewhere quick and you were tasked with watching the kid for him

As Samon took care of the business he had at the room, filling out some paperwork, he couldn't stop his eyes from glancing up at every little giggle and laugh that came out of the child as you played with them.

Realizing you seemed to like kids just as much as he liked the idea of having them with you, it sent off fireworks in his brain and completely derailed his focus on work.

He finally had the balls he previously lacked to ask you about children by the time you both got through your front door.

Omg I love Nanbaka! Do you think you could do headcanons with Hajime Sugoroku and him having a crush on a psychiatrist that comes over once in a while?

I'm biased towards this man, and I absolutely love this request. Me personally I think he would like people who like to help people but also won't take shit from the people they help. I'll explain in the head canons!

Hajime Sugoroku is fucking dense

And oblivious

And most importantly an idiot when it came to having a crush

Or any emotions regarding coworkers and the like

His job almost always comes first, all the time, then his health follows second

Socializing is the last thing on his list, it isn't even important

Man, when the Director hired this psychiatrist he was absolutely floored

He did such a great job helping keep the inmates of cell 13 in check, which decreased the amount of times he had to go get them from somewhere in the building

Obviously when someone decreased his workload he word tolerate them more than Samon Gokuu

He and the psychiatrist never really shared many words together, but he was the type of person that Hajime could just sit with and smoke

The fact they smoked had him over the moon

While going out to get Jyugo who once again escaped, but this time without his cellmates, he wondered just what the psychiatrist was doing at the moment.

He knew the psychiatrist went to the women's prison and other prisons in Japan, hoped that Shin wasn't being as much of a pain in the ass as he always was

Jyugo who had been paying close attention to Hajime and the psychiatrist in hopes to use it as a way to get out of being beaten up, noticed pretty quickly despite being an idiot himself

He tried to make it clear to Hajime

The gorilla just beat him up for it

I mean, who suggests that their prison supervisor just likes someone?

Then Hajime was thinking about how the psychiatrist was doing again

Hoping their workload wasn't too much, wondering if they got their paperwork on time, contemplating if they got days off or were a workaholic like him

The psychiatrist had to be the one to initiate this realization

Laughed too much, talked about work, suggested things to do with cell 13 to keep them out of trouble

Hajime just thought that beating in his chest meant he was alive

Until he saw the psychiatrist smack cell 13 around for something they did during a therapy session

He knew what tv love was but not real life love

It was confusing

It was annoying

Distracted him from work

The gorilla didn't know how to cope

He asked his brother Hitoshi

Poor boy was actually terrified

Hitoshi was never terrified of his brother before!

Hajime will be a bit more aggressive when he finally realizes that he has a crush

Sometimes the psychiatrist will see the inmates come in more bloody than usual

Knowing Hajime he would never confess

Because confessing is for weak people

He is not weak

He will hurt people before he ever confesses

It goes to the grave with him

Day Off

Hajime Sugoroku (Nanbaka)

When the guards of building 13 heard that supervisor Sugoroku would not be coming in as he had asked for a couple days off they began to panic as he is a workaholic and it must have been something serious for him to ask the warden for a couple of days. Kiji and Kenshirou were also shocked. They were the only supervisors who knew so far as they were going to be taking turns to look in on building 13.

At the Sugoroku's home.

Hajime was in the kitchen making some soup when he heard tiny pitter patters of feet making their way to him. Turning around he spotted his little girl standing in the doorway rubbing her eyes as she dragged a blanket behind her.

"What are you doing out of bed y/n?" He asked as he walked over to her to pick her up. She snuggled into him after he picked her up and her eyes closed again.

"I wanted you." She told him and Hajime almost had a heart attack with how cute she was being.

"Alright." He gave a small smile before going back to the soup and finishing it while keeping her awake by talking to her.

He soon told her to go and sit down while he got the soup for her. She waddled over to the table and got onto the chair with little trouble. He sat down next to her and helped her with eating it and making sure she did not burn herself. Once she had finished he left y/n at the table as he took the plates back to the sink. As he made his way back over to the table he noticed some paperwork that was due that day that he was supposed to have taken in but could not because y/n fell ill.

"Y/n how do you feel about seeing Uncle Hitoshi?" He questioned.

A smile made its way into her face as she nodded her head and held her arms out towards him. He picked her up and made his way to her room to help her change.

Meanwhile in building 13.

The inmates of cell 13 was wondering why they have not heard anything from Hajime. As Kiji was making his rounds he passed cell 13 and was asked by the inmates why he was there.

"I am making rounds as supervisor Sugoroku as he has asked for a couple days off." He explained to them.

They looked at one another and asked where he really was. Kiji told them the same thing and then carried on with his rounds. Uno looked towards Jyugo and they nodded their heads to one another and got both Rock and Nico in with the plan to escape and see where Hajime really was.

Meanwhile, Hajime has just got to the visiting area with y/n of building 13 and has asked for Hitoshi and Seitarou. Hajime was holding y/n in his lap as they were waiting and making sure that she still wanted to see them. She softly nodded her head and cuddled into his chest while she was waiting. As they chatted to one another, Hajime had been so focused on making sure y/n was okay and comfy that he had forgotten about the troublemakers of building 13, cell 13.

Seitarou made his way to the visitor room after he was told supervisor Sugoroku was there waiting for him. While he was doing that, cell 13 had broken out and looked around building 13 to try and find Hajime but they saw Hitoshi making his way to the visitors area for building 13, which they found odd as he is from building 4. In the room, Hajime was giving the paperwork to Seitarou as he introduced him to y/n who waved shyly at him as she stayed cuddled in Hajime's lap. That is until Hitoshi walked in through the door and walked over to pluck her out of Hajime's arms.

Cell 13 followed after Hitoshi soon barraged into the room and stopped when they saw a little girl in Hitoshi's arms. Y/n was happily talking to her uncle and asking if he was going to be long as she wanted his cuddles once he got home. Hitoshi smiled and talked to her while promising cuddles. While they were in their own world Hajime was beating the inmates and had Seitarou take them back to their cell. Hajime had y/n say goodbye to her uncle and she would see him later. They said their goodbyes before leaving and making their way back to their home.

They cuddled on the sofa while watching films and playing some games until they fell asleep.

The end.

This isn't a request, but I just wanted to write this down really quickly. It's just a little drabble. I think I saw someone else do this but I can't remember who or what it was for!!

Safe For Work, general fluff I suppose

Imagine being Hajime's partner, and studying human anatomy for school.

You're sitting in his lap, hunched over as he lays down under you shirtless. His arms are stretched out and his hands hang off the bed. His muscles twitch every now and then from the coldness of your hands as they slowly trace his muscles.

He's looking up at your face, watching as your eyes follow the curve of his muscular pecs to his abdomen. The marker you had in your hand was also cold, writing random notes down on his skin as a reminder to you. He felt like he was in heaven, the pressure was nice and the way your hands and the marker drew across his skin felt like a much needed, but very light, massage.

The two of you had been in that position for well over an hour, his entire torso was proof of that as it was covered in marker with notes and names of muscles; you had explained in the beginning. He never went to another school after highschool, just kinda went straight into the prison for training, so watching you study for exams was interesting to him. Plenty of times he'd heard you complain about the confusion of anatomy, and so when you came to him and asked to practice for an upcoming exam on the torso, he accepted. He didn't expect to end up like this, but he wasn't complaining. It was an interesting way of studying, but whatever helped you remember, he never really studied in highschool so he couldn't judge.

Even with your hair hanging over your face a little, he could see the blush on your face every time his muscles flexed, the way your hands first shook while lightly grazing his pecs, the way your eyes wouldn't look anywhere but the side table for the first few seconds after he had taken off his shirt and laid down. It was your idea, why were you so nervous? He wanted to tease, but decided against it as soon after you relaxed and started working.

The only noise was a little fan on his side table and your silent mutters to yourself. He could make out what you were muttering for the most part, but couldn't understand what you were saying so he just let it be. If you ever needed another study session of the anatomy again, he'd be more than willing to be your little helper again.

Could you do a Samon x reader, Hajimes younger sister (middle child) Hajime knows she is dating someone who is a jail guard but doesn’t know who. She comes to Nanbaka because her bf forgot his lunch and Hajime talks to her before her bf arrives….Samon opens the door and Hajime finds out who her bf is. After she leaves…..he gets a bit scary and asks Samon if he’s dating his sister to get to him and the consequences that would follow if that is the case. Samon really cares for them and wouldn’t do something so low.

🐒 Samon x Reader, Hajime Discovers your Relationship HCs 🐒

For a while now, Hajime had been aware that you had a romantic relationship with a Nanba guard, but you had never told him who

This annoyed him a little bit, but he decided not to pry you for answers

He wouldn’t have to wait much longer to find out who it was, though..

One day, you had come to the prison because your boyfriend had apparently forgotten his lunch

When you stopped at the place you agreed to meet up to give him his lunch, you find Hajime, and decide to talk while you wait

About twelve minutes pass, and Samon shows up at the door

“Oh! Hey honey! Here’s your lunch.”

Hajime’s eyes blow wide when the realization that Samon was your boyfriend dawns upon him

Samon seems a bit nervous that Hajime had just found out about the two of you, avoiding eye contact with the supervisor

The two of you had been keeping it secret from him due to the rivalry they had, but now he’s found out, and Samon knew confronation was coming

Soon as you leave to go home, Hajime glares over at Samon

“So.. you’re dating my sister.”

“Yeah? So what if I am?”

“If you’re dating her just to try and get on my nerves, I swear I will end you, you annoying monkey.”

Samon gets majorly offended at the implication that he would date you for any other reason than loving you, and whips around to get in Hajime’s face

“You think I’m dating her just because of that?! You got some nerve, you damn gorilla! I love her! I’d never play with her emotions and lie to her about such a thing just to get a rise out of pissing you off!”

Hajime and Samon eventually settle down and part ways on a decent note, only after Hajime made Samon promise he’d treat you like the queen you were and never break your heart

Of course, that promise was easy for him to make

I'm watching a funny moments video for research for a request and-

I've seen this so many times already, but I just can't stop laughing

Those aren't prison guards, those are dads

Just look how angry Samon, Kiji and Kenshirou are

Especially Kiji with Honey and Trois- pls- I know they're in pain, but they look so cute🥺

They all look so adorable

And cell 13💀 they legit look like they've just been caught doing shit by their dad and have to listen to an hour long lecture n scolding

He looks like he got roped into the shit or tried to stop them, but got punished too

Honey and Trois act like they did nothing, but are actually the ones who encouraged the whole thing. Little rats. But they're MY little rats, so they get a pass and forehead kithes💜

UPA MY BABY is literally in tears while Qi is annoyed af cause now he can't lay comfortably to nap cause of that big ass bump (he was probably napping while everything happened and just got punched too cause Hajime was raging) and Liang tried to fight Hajime, but lost. His pride shattered into pieces and now he's all pouty

Samon is lowkey disappointed Liang lost, but more disappointed Upa and Qi didn't try to fight back Hajime too. Tries so hard not to show it, but it's clear on his face

BEST DAD KENSHIROU KNOWS HIS SON DID NOTHING WRONG AND WILL SUE HAJIME FOR HITTING HIS LITTLE BOY

Kiji will of course sue him too cause he touched his little pretty boys

But taking care of them goes first💕only the best treatment

And they get treated to a spar day too, to process this traumatic event

Thought I'd do some funky lil headcanons for some of my favourite ships!

TreyJade

Trey learns what Jade's favourite dishes are, and makes himself a personal goal to learn how to make them.

Jade info-dumps about mushrooms to Trey, and Trey will happily sit and listen.

Trey will risk breaking Heartslabyul rules just to go see Jade.

Mountain dates. They have mountain and hiking dates.

Jade teaches Trey about merfolk beyond what NRC teaches - Trey's curiosities would most likely get the better of him

EEL CUDDLES! You know how otters have cuddle piles? Jade does exactly that in his merform if he can, tail and arms wrapped around Trey as securely as possible.

Jade being autistic, Trey learns his sensory triggers etc and does what he can to help

Jade will calmly threaten whoever says bad about Trey, even going as far as letting Floyd have the chance to squeeze

Trey is out of bounds to Azul's deals - Jade threatens him

CidClive

Cidolfus constantly sends Clive letters when he's away from the Hideaway, or away from Clive in general.

Clive holds onto Cid's jacket like a clingy child if he feels scared in a specific area - it's rare but Cid will have a silly smile he fails to hide when Clive does cling to him.

Clive is allowed in Cid's office/room without knocking.

Cid's "parental approval" was Torgal and Jill. Torgal likes Cid anyway, and Jill approved of him verbally - Gav also approved, but not without threatening both Clive and Cid that if one got hurt by the other, they'd be hurt several times worse

Ramuh and Ifrit form a mental connection as to when the other is ready to be unleashed. The two Eikons defend their respective hosts and each other

VarWel

Divus Crewel and Ashton Vargas. (Funnily enough, this is a recent one I've stares shipping)

Divus has the worst road rage, as driver and passenger. Ashton dreads Divus driving though, he also knows not to drive Divus' car under any circumstance

Ashton gets scolded like he's a dog more often than not, and Divus even threatens to ban him from his classroom.

Divus picks outfits out, and refuses to let Ashton do so

They have a dog (Dalmatian) and it's called LeFou

Hajime x Samon

Both were in denial for the longest time!

Act like enemies at work to stop questions

Hajime is like a cat when they're away from work eyes

Momoko is heartbroken when she finds out (Kenshiro is overjoyed but hides it for her sake)

Enki firmly threatened Hajime where no one could hear.

Samon lets Hajime have ice lollies if he wants one, but for every ice lolly, he gets Hajime to not smoke

Mitsuru teasing the living hell out of them both

But I'm here to explain the nanbaka reverse au: so basically there's like this one picture I found of cell 13 wearing different guards' outfit so I went like "Oh my god what if the guards and prisoners had a reverse role" like it would be so cool

Don't let your guard down!

To be honest, Hajime didn't even deserve to be here

He was just minding his business when all of a sudden, some drunk guy came to him and punched him

And that's how he somehow ended up here, in Nanba

Nanba as itself was nice, but the inmates as well as the guards there were a bit stupid

For example there was one building, where apparently two "handsome" guards, aka Trois and Honey, went to events for who was the most pretty person, along with their "handsome" inmate, Kiji Mitsuba

why were there even events for handsome prisoners and guards??

Or when he saw a blue haired woman who glared at him?

Hajime always shuddered when he thought about her glare.

Then there was his old friend, Mitsuru Hitokoe who was way too loud, and even though Hajime held him somwhat dear to him, he was glad he didn't have to share a cell with him.

but when looking at his own guards?

No thanks

Hajime didn't like this. One. Bit.

Why couldn't he just chill in his own cell? He could've been more productive. He'd even share a cell with the monkey inmate, Samon Gokuu. At least he could fight against him...

But here? In cell 13?

Nah, everything was shit.

He had to share his precious cell with the crybaby Seitaro Tanabata, who got bullied by the four guards who were supervising this building. The other cellmate was Yamato Godai, who was eerily fond of training his body and tormented his it with a sunshine face.

Yeah, Hajime didn't get why or how these two guys could end up doing a crime that they'd end up here in Nanba, but oh well.

"Hajime~!", Uno's voice echoed, and Hajime 'Tsk!'ed only at the approaching footsteps of the young guard. "Did ya miss us~?"

"Hell no. Now leave me alone.", he only grumbled, facing the door with his back.

Uno only chuckled before he started speaking again. "A special inmate would like to speak to youuuuu!"

Hajime only had a vague idea of who it might be.

Samon? Maybe. Or that dog like guy...what was his name?

Yakuza...yokai...Ah! Yozakura Kenshirou!

"Who is it?", he only asked impatiently before he got dragged out. Uno was humming happily ahead while Hajime was thinking of a way to escape or at least go back to his cell, but Uno's grip was terrifyingly strong.

"Say...where's the rest of you? You know, Jyugo, Nico and Rock?"

"They are speaking to her. That's why I'm dragging you there as well, you know? To be honest, it should've been one of the others to take you there. She was so pretty!"

All Hajime heard was Uno's annoyingly high pitched voice as the guard described the girl to him. Hajime had a feeling that he knew that girl all too well.

When they finally arrived the cell, tick marks appeared on Hajime's temple and neck.

"What the hell are you doing here?!", the inmate yelled, but got hit by Rock.

"Hello Hajime!", the person on the other end of the visiting room greeted.

The guards looked back and forth between the blonde and the bald one.

"So what gives? You said you didn't have a girlfriend Haji-"

"Don't change the subject!", the inmate yelled.

"That's his girl? Ah, there's no way.", Rock said.

"Out of his league.", Uno stated.

"You catch her at a low point?", Nico asked.

"You freaking punks-", Hajime started, but got interrupted by the blonde.

"Big brother, who are all these boys?", the relative asked, and the guards repeated the words "big brother" in an asking manner.

"Oh so are these your friends?"

"Like hell they are!"

The blonde haired person then looked at the guards with a smile. "Everyone, please take care of my brother."

and they answered with blushing faces. "Sure~!"

However, Jyugo had a question. "What's the deal Hajime? You never told us you had a sister."

Undo chimed in, again with his high pitched voice. "It's also kinda rude that you haven't untroduced us yet!"

"Her dress is adorable!", Nico complimented the blonde.

"Almost as cute as her.", Rock said while averting his eyes.

"He's my brother.", Hajime only said.

"Huh?"

"This is my little bro-ther.", Hajime pronounced.

His brother smiled. "Hitoshi Sugoroku."

And then the guards lost it. They all screamed and Uno asked Jyugo something weird. "You said you liked boys too, right, Jyugo?!"

And he just nodded. "Yep, I did."

Hajime just couldn't with these idiot guards.

❀ building 13 movie theater headcanons !! ❀

YURRRR !! went to da movies earlier today so i kept imagining specific nanbaka characters in like cinema situations :P cinemations...cinetuations...?? YEAH-

rock is finding a way to smuggle in an outrageous amount of snacks. bro's got candy in his sleeves and chips in his pockets. originally only brought them for himself but ofc the rest of cell 13 beg him for a bite and he lets them cus thats just who he is. despite how much food he brought in he still finds himself missing the beginning of the movie bc he couldn't resist the heavenly scent of overpriced popcorn

nico is a slushy FANATIC. mixin' all the flavors, dumping candies in it n shit. totally the kid in the back of the movie theater slurping the last drop out of the cup hella loud when a quiet, tense moment is going down in a film. hajime's annoyed but stares daggers at anyone who tries to shush him. NICO'S FAV SLUSHY FLAVOR IS THE RED CHERRY ONE !!

uno, bless his heart, is absolutely the person who tries to predict the movie's plot before and during it. and the bad part is he's usually right. also the kinda guy to be scarily good at guessing what the characters are gonna say next lol

jyugo actually likes the movies more than you'd expect. always pockets the 3d glasses just cus he thinks they're cool and he likes that he can spend time with the rest of cell 13 without a heavy focus on talking or interacting. it's also a bonus that it's dark and he can sleep if he gets bored

it took FOREVERRRR to drag tsukumo out to the movies. hc that he's a much bigger fan of media without human actors in it because it reminds him less of his past, so the movie he went out to see with the rest of them was definitely animated. also likes the dark because it makes him feel stealthy, but he has a bad habit of stepping on each and every piece of popcorn or puddle of nacho cheese in the aisles...also insists on using the photo booth whenever he does hit up the cinema cus despite it all he still really likes getting his picture taken

yamato volunteers to wait on the snacks and carry them in while everyone goes ahead to take a seat in the theater. previews end and the movie is 15 minutes in but he still isn't there. everyone thought it was because the food was taking long to come out, but it's just because he forgot which theater to go to and kept circling until hajime and seitarou found him. prolly has trouble locating which seat to go to on his own cus he finds the letters and numbers confusing and hard to see in the dim light (totally not projecting)

seitarou has perfect movie etiquette and tries to get everyone else to follow his example, usually to no avail. his only problem is that he's too considerate of others and thinks he's being impolite when he's really not. the type to take the smallest bite of his food and tiniest sip of his drink so he doesn't disturb anyone. the kind to walk all the way around to the other side of an aisle because he doesn't wanna ask someone to pull back their seat for him to pass. poor guy, he even double-checked to see if his phone was on do not disturb and got shushed because his brightness was all the way up </3

andddd hajime. he's usually the sponsor for these outings since yamato literally can never find his wallet and seitarou doesn't have the heart to tell the others not to drain his bank account by buying ever concession there is. he doesn't let the inmates go wild with snacks and makes sure they behave properly while in there. uno tries to get the inmates to sneak over to another theater and catch the next showing but hajime catches them and makes them pick up the teensy bits of food they left on the ground. he's also the one who has the final say on what movie they actually go to, and even though he says he checks the ratings and plot beforehand because he "doesn't want to watch a shitty movie", it's actually because he wants it to be worth everyone's time and appeal to all of them at least a little bit. dadjime for the win <3
