Also his voicelines towards each Disney Villain points out to his "potential overblot form(the phantom from the Prologue)" like "I'm growing out my mane like the King of the Beast!", "I want to have the Sorcerer of the Sands' staff!", and "I want to be as big as the Thorn Fairy's dragon form!" all of those traits that he wants to be are present in that phantom!!!💥(Grim noooo)

I hope next year we'll be given Grim vignette🙏🙏🙏 its probably not given right now because any lore about Grim might spoil whatever they're cooking🥲🥲

maybe the theory that "Malleus will end up at Ramshackle because he'll lose his dorm's spirit(nobility and elegance) since he overblotted" is true.... you know,,, bcs Diasomnia is the most privileged dorm you can be sorted in (they have special dishes at the nrc cafeteria iirc) and Ramshackle is obviously the most unfortunate one 😂😂 pspsps malleus if u get dethroned by being the king of the abyss Ramshackle will always be your sanctuary!!

My least favorite plotline that shows up in like every single piece of media at least once is the "surprise birthday party". Literally cant stand it. I hate surprise parties so fuckin much. Even worse when the surprise is for a "i dont like surprises/parties" character OR they go with the "everyone pretends to have forgotten their birthday" plotline like i HATE it so so so much makes me feel like a rabid dog i wanna rip it apart with my teeth

#personally birthdays mean next to nothing its just an excuse to hang out with people #i only really like mine cuz its the day before my sisters so we just go do stuff together #however i HAVE been in the position where everyone has an excuse and refuses to hang out with you just to show up as a Surprise #and it was the most upsetting shit ever #i wasnt even happy about the surprise cuz im autistic and it became an uplanned break in my schedule which super stressed me out #but regardless there is something so maddening whenever a character goes 'oh i dont really do anything for my birthday'#and everyone decides to ignore them and plan a party #like the Doing Nothing WAS the birthday plan and its their day so leave them be #like i can get behind it if the character LIKES celebrating and throwing parties #then it CAN be kinda sweet maybe in theory #but ive never seen it happen

“I can’t believe you!” the villain cries as they make a blind swipe at their nemesis. The hero dodges back with practised ease, a light frown creasing their expression.

“I don’t get a choice,” they snap back, and their response only seems to antagonise the villain more. They make another jab at them with their trusty blade, and the hero is able to step to the side to avoid it effortlessly. Their aim is sloppy, clumsy, near impossible to direct through the tears blurring their vision.

“Bullshit!” The single word comes out sharp, and the hero actually flinches slightly at the venom coating their tone. “What happened to us, huh? You tired of me already?”

“That’s not what it is,” the hero says flatly, and there’s a moment of reprieve as the villain pauses to wipe furiously at their eyes. “I just go where the agency tells me to go, fight who they tell me to fight. It’s nothing against you.”

“I don’t care.” The villain tries to make another desperate strike, only missing again. “I– I’m meant to be your worst enemy. Now, you– you’ll just fight anyone–”

“That’s not what it is,” the hero repeats a little pointedly. “You are my worst enemy. I’m hoping this was a one-off.”

“Hoping?” their nemesis wails tragically. “You’re meant to be fighting me – only me – and you hope you don’t have to fight anyone else?”

“[Villain]–”

“Just don’t fight them! I thought you hated me.” They make another valiant attempt at drawing blood, only sobbing more when their dagger meets several feet of empty air.

“I do hate you,” the hero reassures quickly. “I despise you, more than anything. I’ll speak to the agency, okay? I’ll see if they can keep me exclusively for your crimes.”

The villain stops for a moment, wiping at their eyes again with a dejected sniffle. “You’d… do that? For me?”

“Of course.” The hero sighs tiredly, carefully pulling a tissue out of their pocket. The other takes it without question, shoving it into their face dejectedly. “If it’ll stop you crying, I will.”

The villain nods with a slightly sombre laugh. “It would, yeah.”

The hero returns their nod with one of their own. “Alright. I’m all yours.”
