i had this interaction in the dropout discord (i am the first and third person). short. simple. i only got the first year bc of a discount + a gift card i had, so i was planning on using this person's suggestion.

then, i got this.

oh my god!! how nice!! how sweet!!! how thoughtful!! i gave them my email and they sent over a subscription, i thanked them profusely. i was very grateful, very touched.

hours and hours later i was still thinking about it and i recalled how, in the email id gotten about it, it said "tao yang sent you a subscription" and id seen that and thought "oh haha like the tao yang" and then moved on

but now, thinking back, i was like.... theres no way, so i googled tao yang.

idk if this is accurate but i’ve felt like in previous seasons riz & gorgug have been one of the inter-bad kids dynamics we’ve seen the least of & this season has been so great in that aspect. gorgug having helped make some of riz’s magic gear. riz helping gorgug with his studies. the shared birthday party. gorgug’s gift to riz being something he himself made to protect riz. riz’s gift to gorgug being something he illegally grabbed to protect gorgug. gorgug who utilizes rage to put his body on the line for his friends & riz who will take deep levels of mental stress for his friends. even though it was within the context of a joke, riz calling gorgug an “absolute sweetie.” like yea they might not be in a band together or both part of a presidential campaign team or owlbears teammates, but they’d go to war for each other, because they’re best friends.

The Justice League came up with a program to find young metas in small towns to help find those with powers so they can help them master their powers so they don’t hurt anyone. They’ve especially targeted small towns and set up through schools to run the tests in a controlled setting. Amity Park is one of the towns they decided to visit, and Casper High is one of the schools they visit, especially with the supposed ghost attacks. They wanted to make sure the ghosts weren’t a meta with a crazy uncontrolled power.

Danny just wanted to sleep, but they already visited his house and knew he went to Casper high. Batman and Superman visited Fenton Works to get some ghost hunting gear, although they mostly picked up Spector Deflectors to wear. Danny really didn’t want to go to school but he knew it would be suspicious if he didn’t. Little does he know part of the test is a physical checkup.

Whenever I watch episodes of Dimension 20, it's logical for me to kind of picture a character looking a lot like the person who plays them---I think the most notable example is with Siobhan Thompson and Adaine Abernant, since I literally do just picture Adaine as teen-Siobhan-with-pointy-ears---but normally, this doesn't apply to Murph.

And now I'm watching Starstruck Odyssey

And whenever I look at Murph's long hair and surprisingly large arms, I know that if he grew some scruff and put on sunglasses, he would fully become Barry Syx. He would reach his final form. He will be The One True Barry. All hail the galaxy's biggest himbo.
