BlackCat!Reader x Miles Morales Summary; Miles is defintely gonna catch you this time, right? A/N; I loved Felicia and Peter so much, even more so in PS4 game. They have a little saying to??? "Quiet as cat, sneaky as spider" and I just watched spider-verse SOOO,.,,,,SDKNASDJHAUIO i love me some Criminal x Hero heheheheh ill probably make a part 2 of this soon maybe.... Not proofread.

“Catch me if you can, Spidey!”

And the rivalry began, you always got away, always leaving with a devious smirk on your face as you left with Diamonds in hand and Miles wondering who was behind the domino mask you always wear. But tonight was different, he’s definitely gonna catch you this time — he’s maybe gonna catch you this time.

He was invisible, sticking to the roof of the museum waiting for you. It’s not like he had a vendetta with you or anything, you were just any other criminal — who flirted with him sometimes, and made him smile sometimes. Which totally didn’t lead to you getting away or anything.

You finally entered the museum, dropping down from the skylight with a rope landing on the ground with a silent thud. Cats do have to be quiet don’t they? Your heels clicked on the ground, as you walked over to one of the displays containing a diamond necklace worth over at least fifty five million dollars. Your hands reached out to it, cutting the display glass with your claws making a perfect circle. Your corners of your mouth upturned, smiling as you reached the display with both of your hands almost reaching it.

“Fancy seeing you here,” Miles hanged from the ceiling with his web hanging upside down, finally revealing himself to you.

“You were waiting for me?” You asked with a slight smirk on your face, looking up to him as you remove your hands from the display and cross your arms.

“Well I figured a necklace like this would catch your eye,”

“You know me so well spidey,” you replied smiling before, reaching back into the display to take the necklace for yourself. You put on the necklace, “Tell me spidey, does it look good on me?” you watch as he drops down from the ceiling, next to the display leaning on it crossing his arms and looking at you, “Everything looks good on you, but I thought cats liked fish more than diamonds?” he replied.

Smiling, you take out your grappling hook from its holster.

“Well a cat’s gotta pay off some debts, and diamonds fetch a real good price,” you point your grappling gun towards the skylight, quickly pulling the trigger you raise from the ground swinging up to the air almost to the exit before a web clings to your leg stopping you.

“Y’know I’m gonna catch you right?” Miles said, holding the web with one hand, looking up at you.

“You always let me go though,” You look down at him smirking, pulling a knife from your pocket severing the web letting you free. You pull yourself up, before looking down at him again blowing a kiss.

“Not letting you go this time…” Miles mutters, swinging his way up there to catch you.

Summary: Jamil was cleaning the dinner table and you had to pick him up by his shirt to get him to stop. That’s your job. And also because you wanted to vent and mess around with him a little bit. Grudges are not easy to get rid of.

(Hehehehehe Janitor is bullying Jamil this time.)

“Buddy,” you quite literally picked Jamil up by the back of his collar, forcing him to drop the dinner plate back on the table, “I’m being paid to clean up this mess. Just leave it there. I’ll get it done.”

You didn’t have to pick him up like a wet cat but there’s just something about Kalim’s buddy that makes you want to egg him. His expression was always on the solid side, but wasn’t quite as true a stone as he wanted it to be. It reminded you of cracked clay plates on the ground, or layers of paints that were wrinkled and aged by time. Just made you want to dig your fingers in there and see what lays deep beneath.

You’ve seen the amount of times Jamil hissed under his breath and strained out a smile towards the oblivious crowds. That fake and poorly done vision of innocence that he gives to the bright Kalim. It’s different to Jade’s, as he was never one to pass up an opportunity to unnerve others. Jamil and Jade may both be calm, but one of them was certainly not composed.

You don’t like to butt into people’s business unless it affected your salary or health in any way. You generally leave stuff well enough alone since it always brings about trouble, however…

However, you have a certain amount of pride, a confidence in your mind and senses if you will. Those were the things that you had to use to survive without much injury. The few things you had, you kept a grip tighter than anyone, making sure they were always at full peak so that no one can push you around without you winning in the end.

You suppose the reason why you liked messing with Jamil as much as you do was because he violated one of those things that you took great pride in. That Snake’s Charmer of his, making you say things you never want to, having your head be filled with a dream-like fog until he was done with you. You have an ironclad grip on your sense, so much so that you never confused your dreams for memories. Of course you would notice this unique magic.

And you hated it.

You hated it, because how dare he wrangle you into something you don’t want to do. How dare he treat you like a puppet to say what he wants to hear. How dare he be the same scum that has festered in this college, so engorged on their own magic and pride that he thinks nothing of taking control over your words and actions.

So you couldn’t help the sneer on your face when Jamil said with a smile, “Oh there’s no need. It’s my duty to do at least this much. I’ve been doing this for so long that I get uncomfortable if I don’t this.”

“Ah, but Jamil,” dear, dear Kalim leaned from around the corner, wet rag at hand to assist in drying the forks and spoons, “I’ve noticed you’ve been stressed out lately, so you have to take a break.”

Courtesy of you, of course. Compared to the regular campus, cleaning Scarabia was absolutely heavenly and left Jamil with little to nothing to do. He’s not lying about being stressed when he’s not doing everything.

“Kalim, what did I say about being in the kitchen?” Jamil sighs as he reaches for your fingers, trying to pry them off but to no avail.

“It’s okay! I’m not cooking. I’m just drying like the Janitor told me to,” you cast Kalim a glance complete with a raised eyebrow, “Oh right! Jamil! You need to sleep! And that’s an order!”

Good boy. Now will Jamil follow suit in being a good boy as well?

The force of Jamil’s turning head had him swinging from your grip, “What? Kalim, uh, wait a moment!”

“Go to bed!”

“I’m taking you to bed,” you set Jamil straight with a shake of your hand, gripping Jamil’s chin to force his eyes forward, “And close those eyes and mouth of yours. Wouldn’t want to strain them now, would you?”

You can feel the way his jaw tightened, forced to swallow his pride to continue seeming innocent in front of the other students you’re passing by.

Honestly he could just kick you out at any time. Sure you have connections with the faeries and the staff members, but you can’t be worth it by this point. Is he hoping to find a way to break you down? To taste a victory that he constantly holds himself back from with that act of his?

It's almost cute really, like a school boy trying to beat his rival because he has a crush on them.

and lastly, I heard you talk about ships and whatnot in your fishy broker headcannons? Does that mean that theres some phighters who are mermaids and some who aren't? And like....... what do they do.... AUGH THIS AU IS SO GOOD

HHEHEHEHEHEHEHE SO FUNNY STORY I actually woke up really early this morning and I saw this ask and I had to physically restrain myself from answering it because I didn’t want it to be really rough LMAO OKAY SOOOO!

This is a pretty popular question actually HAH, I’m not gonna list all of them since I’m a little paranoid about the ideas getting reused/stolen and I don’t really want that SOOOOO as a teaser here’s some of the ones I’m gonna be doing next: :3

boombox is a seal, katana is a lionfish, skateboard is a shortfin mako, banhammer is an orca, scythe is a seasnake, shurifin is pretty much just a mermaid that can shapeshift to resemble the shurifin skin, vinesplash is the same, and slingshot is a flying fish! I have all of the other characters figured out but those are all the ones I’m giving away

2. OHOHOHOHO THIS IS A FUN ONE! The main center focus of the au I would say is shurifin and Medkit, technically they’re supposed to be friend/just fully platonic but I can see it being interpreted as not! Also, Subspace and broker because they absolutely HATE eachother and banhammer and boombox because of the orca/seal motif (banhammer specifically thinks boombox is the perpetrator of a crime that he did not do (scythe and broker just pinned it on him) so he’s on like a manhunt for poor boombox who’s just really confused LMAO)

3. HEHEHEHEH YEAH! So pretty much a good chunk of the mermaids and stuff have powers, mainly the ability to shapeshift and such, broker and scythe are both mermaids who can shapeshift to resemble demons (they are also pirates as well, and are wanted by BOTH worlds for 1. Raiding ships, and 2. Selling out OTHER mermaids for money/riches). Medkit works with scythe and broker because he needs the money. Medkit, sword, venomshank, paint buckét, spray paint, etc are all regular demons! Sword and venomshank have their own shop and are trying to get Medkit to join it so that he can get away from broker and scythe and avoid prosecution as venomshank’s ship is more noble/looked up too.

(As an add on to the shapeshift thing, Rocket, shurifin, and vinesplash all can to an EXTENT, not fully though like how scythe and broker can. Other Phighters also have other abilities that aren’t tied to powers but I think are just cool, specifically like boombox having echo-location because of being a seal, slingshot being able to “fly” (more so glide) because of being a flying fish, or skateboard just being incredibly fast because he’s a mako shark which are the speediest sharks in the world! They aren’t powers but their fun quirks that I feel fit their characters!)

There’s a really bad universe collapse taking place, and Miguel and the rest of the spider society are trying to rescue any people that haven’t painfully glitched out of existence yet by giving them day passes and sending them to HQ. One of these is a baby that was handed to Miguel hastily as their mother disappeared, and he quickly put on a day pass on their chubby arm as they cried for their mama.

After that, Miguel took the baby to his office and asked Lyla to scan them. To both of their surprises, this baby is a variant. Of himself.

Now Miguel is left raising a version of himself that ends up being much more ignorant and innocent of the world due to his overprotective nature over the child. He doesn’t name him Miguel, but instead names him Mariano, and he lives in a large house secluded from the rest of the world, but ESPECIALLY Nueva York.

Miguel loves him, but can still see so much of himself in his child. He has the same facial features, the same eyes, it’s like looking into a mirror. But then he’s also much more different. Mariano is so sweet, still believing that the world works just like it does in those fairytales and books of his, carefully selected so he wouldn’t be exposed to the true cruelty of society. Miguel has had nightmares over what could happen if the wrong people, god forbid someone like Tyler, found Mariano. He was the definition of pure.

But then he was still him. According to Lyla’s scan, he was a variant of Miguel O’Hara, but Miguel finds it hard to understand that he could be capable of being so good. No matter of his intelligence, he just couldn’t wrap his head around it. He was so messed up, he’d done so many wrong things, but then there was a version of himself right next to him at just 6 years old, consoling a small bird that got its wing injured, gently holding it and whispering to it that everything would be okay. There he was, being 10 years old, showing Miguel a crayon drawing of him and Mariano holding hands and smiling while asking if Miguel liked it. There he was, now 18, asking his papá if he could go outside with so much hope and light in his eyes. While it wasn’t him, it was still him.

He could never let anything happen to his son, not after Gabriella. And if anyone even touched a hair on Mariano’s head, he’d murder them.

“Do you think we should wake them?”

It was Zevran’s voice, curling and playful like a cat’s tail. The tone he uses when he knows he’s going to get in trouble for something, but finds the situation too amusing to care.

“No, no. It is kinder to let them rest.” That was Leliana who was talking this time, and though she did not sound nearly so shit-eating, the slightest chuckle punctuated the end of the suggestion, like a dash of honey thrown into tea to make the swallowing less bitter.

Groaning, Shaesa murmured a question. Or at least she tried to. But instead of an answer, she was met with swift-hushed silence. Blearily, she tried to fight the shackles of half-sleep and force her eyes open, but a gentle back and forth sway kept her just on the edge of waking and sleep. Too lulled for stirring.

“Are you quite certain? Their situation looks rather… precarious.” Zevran again.

“I for one would love to see them fall into the mud,” Morrigan hummed, somewhere nebulous ahead of her. Them…?

“True,” Zevran conceded. “But think of how much funnier it would be if one of them woke up right now. Alistair would be red as an Orlesian in Antiva.”

Ohgren made a gravelly sort of chuckle, the sound of it somewhere behind her. “Heh, but do ya think Shae will punch him fer all the drool he’s getting on her face?”

What? Drool?

Shaesa tried stirring awake again, this time managing to scrunch her face and as she tried to turn her head away from the sunlight, she did indeed feel something cold and wet against her cheek. She also felt the rasp of something rough and scratchy, like a brick on skin.

Whatever it was, she felt it lurch against her again before pulling away entirely, causing her head to fall sharply forward in the absence of any support. Shaesa reeled, her eyes snapping open as she wobbled in her saddle. “Fuck-” And then slipped sideways from it entirely.

There was another silence this time, far more pregnant than the first as Shaesa stared dumbly up at the world above where she lay in the rain-mottled earth. Almost everyone had stopped to stare at her: Leliana, Zevran, Oghren, and Wynne all blatantly biting back laughter in their own ways– behind a hand, a turned face, or a broad grin. Morrigan feigned disinterest from the head of the riding column, and Sten behind her was actually disinterested as he continued on past her, riding his large, buckskin dun draft horse. And then there was Alistair, immediately above her staring down from his own mare, squinting at her through sleep-crusted eyes. A damning stripe of drool ran down one side of his chin, mysteriously stemmed right around where it had pressed against her own face.

He frowned. “...Shaesa…? Why are you on the floor?”

And before she could even begin to answer, the spell-bound silence was broken by a crow-like cackle. Head thrown back, Zevran began to laugh.

He teased, knowing full well of your intentions. You huffed at him, smacking him in the head (affectionately) as he feigned to be hurt. "Meowch~ that hurt :(" he pouted, clinging onto you, sighing you merely shook your head at him, offering him a quick kiss on the forehead and muttering an apology, giggling at your affectionate gesture he thanked you as he blew a kiss in your direction dramatically, earning another playful eye-roll from you.

"Hehehe~ thanks hun I'm feline a lot better now" he snickered, enjoying the way your face scrunched up at his cat pun "Ugh please for the love of god chenya not the cat puns" you groaned, earning laughter from him in return. "Alright alright~ let's start the pocky game then!" He smiled, leading you to his dormroom, away from prying eyes.

The walk there was relatively short, with little friendly banters here and there to fill the athmosphere until you finally reached his bedroom, sitting on his bed you take out a piece of pocky and plop it on your mouth, humming at chenya to do the same. He grinned, nibbling the stick at the other end in satisfaction, getting closer and closer until your lips met his, a sweet combination of the taste of your lips and the stick biscuit, he hummed, pulling you even closer as he tilted his head, sighing in satisfaction as you both parted breathless. Licking his lips in a teasing manner, he kissed you again, the sweetness enveloping his senses all over. Giggling at his needy behaviour you kissed back, wrapping your arms around his neck for support.

Eventually, you parted your lips as you smiled at him with fondness.

"Wanna try another round?"

"Hehehe~ you bet!"

since you guys have been absolutely EATING UP my könig ramble heres a ghost one

being 190 cm is no small feat, neither are his feet small, nor are his hands. but the white kitten, not a cat but a baby bunny, [yes they’re called kitties ik its so funny,] that looked back at him, a perfect set a brown eyes that mirrored his less pristine ones, was. ghost had yet to take of the black glove hiding his skin, which bound to be a great choice, the little rabbit deciding that it would be a great time to take a nibble. he had no idea what to do with this, this, uhm, thing― “dont call her a thing! she’s too cute for your cruelty,“ you refuted ghosts previously skeptical face, practically reading the lieutenants thoughts as if they were written on his forehead. he simply looks at the bunny, then to you, then the bunny. it was kind of cute. keyword; kind of. ghost brought his fingers around the miniature body, thumb and index finger comforting the tired face of the rabbit. the fur was soft, silky like a texture he never expected to ever grace his calloused skin again. he felt his lips twitch, eyes pooling into the mindless face of the bunny, practically making him swoon. ghost soon realizes he was underestimating the power of cuteness, adorning the bunny with his fingers as he pets it, letting her itty-bitty head nuzzle into his hand, her glassy little eyes looking back at him.

maybe the psych eval wasn’t the worst, especially if it meant he would have somethi― a bunny, or, uh, kitten, or marshmallow? ... did he really just unconsciously name her? seriously is he five? how the bloody hell did he pull marshmallow out of his ass―

regardless, he could return to her, a home to comeback to.
