I mean, it’s just crazy how whenever horrible atrocities can be going on within the world, being HEAVILY covered mind you, and how some people will still use justifications such as “but my aesthetic-,” and “I’m apolitical, so…,” (whatever tf that means. White people love this one.) as excuses in order to remain silent on such matters and not even share anything related to it… not even a simple donation post to help aid these people in their suffering. And then whenever others point out shit like this to them, they’re always met with these clowns complaining about how they shouldn’t have to feel “forced,” to talk about or share “anything,” regarding the matter. Like, it’s your account, it’s your social media, whatever, right? But I just find it funny how that “anything,” usually always ends up being code for “people suffering a great deal because of the brutality that usually ends in the deaths of black and brown people in masses.”

while i can understand the (flawed) logic of dsmp cc’s not telling each other what they’re doing for lore, i will never understand why they’ve almost completely dropped the habit of letting people know when a Big Stream will happen at least a couple days in advance. with 99% of the server the most we get is Maybe 24 hours, if there’s any heads up at all. and it doesn’t make sense. if you know when the stream will be, if it’s set in stone because you’ve scheduled it with other people, Why wouldn’t you tell the people who want to see the thing when the thing will be.

Danny shrieked at the response, clearly not expecting an answer considering he’d been standing alone in the room moments earlier. He wrenched back, door handle snapping off into his palm and then his legs caught the abandoned backpack on the floor, sending him to the ground with a thump.

Turns out, landing on a weeks worth of abandoned homework and textbooks in a cramped dorm room genuinely hurt. Danny lay there for a moment, staring at the glo in the dark stars stuck to the ceiling and wondered if he should maybe just give up for the day and crawl back into bed.

“Clockwork! Warn a dude next time!”

“Are you alright?”

“Yes! No! Yea— Can I be honest? I’m gonna be honest- I wasn’t expecting you to show up.”

“You specifically requested my help. Why are you breaking up with the Drake boy, the timelines are still intact.”
