Tumblr media
“is he gonna be mad?”
“satoru?” you snort lightly, taking another bite of your frozen yogurt. “he’s just going to ask if you won. he might try to take the sequel of that new book set you got as punishment— but i’ll see what i can do.”
across the table, megumi huffs, leaning back into the plush booth. you’d picked him up early from school today, the reason being yet another suspension. his second since he’d started the school year. you suppose that’s the reason for his sullen disposition and existential crisis.
“am i a bad person?”
you glance up at him in acknowledgement, but take a moment before answering. he stirs the frozen yogurt around in its cup, looking rather glum.
there’s a delicate way of going about these types of things. children (especially teenagers) are complicated creatures. they’re still at their most malleable, your words and actions shaping their very future.
“i don’t think you’re a bad person, megumi,” you answer softly, setting your spoon down.
“but i…i keep doing bad stuff,” he argues dejectedly. “and— and i was mean to tsumiki—”
“hey. no one’s born wanting to do bad things,” you tell him. “and when they do…it’s usually more complicated than we think. there are bad situations where sometimes we have to do bad things. even if we don’t want to. even if we’re not proud of them.”
“but how do you know that i’m not?” he asks again, and your heart aches.
“because i know you,” you smile. “i’ve known you for eight years, megumi. yeah, i think you could afford to try using your words instead of your fists once in a while, and be a little nicer to your sister…but i know everything you do comes from a good place.”
megumi doesn’t reply, staring out the window with that pensive frown of his. all you can do is wonder if you and satoru have done right by him. if you’re doing right by him now. (such is the life of a parent, you suppose.)
all you can do is hope.
“hey,” you grin, holding your hand out to him. “promise me something?”
_____
you stumble backwards, narrowly avoiding being gutted by a sword. gasping, your fingers fumble with the hem of your shirt, the material sliced right above the small, almost imperceptible bump of your stomach.
your megumi would never hurt you. your megumi, your sweet, gentle boy who still muttered the song about bunny ears as he tied his shoes. who always offered his sister the last bite of cake, even though you knew he wanted it for himself. who cried the first time his shikigami were injured in battle.
but this isn’t megumi.
you barely dodge the blade again, ducking and sending your demon dogs out to slow him down as you sprint down the alley. your heart shatters at the sound of a high-pitched whine, but you can’t stop, you can’t look back—
“going somewhere?”
you skid to a stop in front of him, staggering back as quickly as you can.
megumi— no, sukuna stands in front of you now, holding a sword you’d taught his vessel how to make, how to use.
“please,” you beg, thinking of tsumiki’s body a few blocks away. thinking of gojo in the prison realm. you can’t lose anyone else today. “please let him go.”
“i don’t think so,” he grins, sick and twisted as he slowly makes his way towards you. “if only he’d unlocked his full potential sooner. if only you had.”
“he’s just a child.” you say, voice trembling. you look around. there’s no use in running. he’s gotten much too strong.
but you’re not ready to die either.
he wasn’t patient, lunging first and taking the offense. it’s a struggle to meet him at every swing, deflecting blows that send tremors down the sword’s point of impact and reverberate through your arms.
playing defence is the smart move. you’d wait for an opening or a drop in his own defence. then your goal would be to disarm him and attempt to grant yourself an advantage.
(in theory, at least.)
when your swords lock once more, he forces them to the side, kicking you square in the chest. the impact knocks you onto your back. before you can get up, he’s on top of you, driving his sword into your shoulder.
the pain is so blinding, so white-hot and tortuous that you almost immediately pass out when he pulls it free and tosses it out of your reach.
sukuna is in your face now, lips peeled back into a smirk as he laughs, the top of his finger slowly dragging down your face.
“putting you down now would be letting this brat off too easy. doing it slowly, however—”
“get off her.”
your heart skips a beat. that voice.
there’s a flash of recognition in megumi’s eyes. just a for a second.
“satoru?”
“is that any way to treat the person who washed your underwear for almost ten years?” he tsks, hands in his pockets as he steps into the alley, quite literally kicking the king of curses off of you.
he sweeps you off the floor as gently as possible, your stomach flipping at the familiar sensation of being teleported.
you’re not in the alley anymore, you’re up on the roof of a building. as soon as satoru sets you on your feet, you look up, studying his face. the eyes you love so much stare back at you.
the emotions you’d kept bottled up since he’d been gone pour out at once. proof of your heartache, anger, pain, and loneliness spilling over your lash line.
suddenly there’s too much space between you and you tentatively take a step forward.
“it’s you,” you breathe. “it’s really you.”
he says your name softly, and arms you’d longed for envelop you. you feel safe, if only for a moment.
“you need to get to ieiri,” he whispers, a hand cupping your cheek gently. “go. i’ll stop him.”
you both close your eyes, as if the words hurt.
_____
“promise me you’ll always be good.”
megumi sighs, but places his hand in yours, squeezing it tightly.
“i’ll see what i can do.”

Hey Bunny! I hope you’re doing well <3 so I got this thing with that one interview Hongjoong and Mingi did during his Halazia hair phase.. he looked so damn good with the styling and outfit and the ROSARY 😫 I was wondering if you would be open to the idea of Priest!Mingi and assistant reader, Mingi degrading the reader when she confesses that she thinks of a certain someone in an unholy way. MEAAAN dom Mingi, punishing her for the way she looks at him during service and being told of such sinful things by his assistant. anyway! Thank you so much <3
warnings - priest!mingi, sex in church, oral (m!recieving), throat fucking, degredation, mean dom! mingi, oh god i’m going to hell…
so idk if any of you have seen fleabag but hot priest!mingi is not something i knew i needed until now.
like i’m just thinking about the whole confession scene where fleabag ends up on her knees in front of him, and whilst the hot priest has it in him to walk away, i just know mingi does not.
because for all his talk of being a holy man, this man knows deep down that he is nothing but a slut. perhaps he thought becoming a priest would cure him of his sexual cravings, but instead the abstinence just made it all worse. especially when you started working in his place of worship. such a pretty thing willing to do anything he asks for? you’re sent by the devil as a temptation, he’s sure of it.
the way you look at him during service only proves his theory. how you sit there with your lips agape, practically begging for him to shove something between them, and the way you clench your thighs whenever he speaks to the congregation; it all works against him, reverting him back to the depraved man he was before becoming holy.
so when the two of you end up in the confession booth one evening, he can’t help but hold his breath in anticipation. he prays to his god that he has the courage to power through whatever it is you’re going to tell him. he prays for the ability to control himself, and promises to make up for his sins in any way he can. for a moment, he thinks it’s enough, but then you start talking, and just your voice is enough the make his dick jump in his pants. that’s when he knows for certain you were sent by the devil.
“forgive me father for i have sinned,” you mutter, breath bated as you wait for him to respond. this is a bad idea, you tell yourself. getting horny every time mingi steps into a room is bad enough, but telling him about it feels so much dirtier. perhaps you should keep it a secret; take it to the grave. beg for forgiveness at st. peters gate.
“tell me your sins,” mingi responds, voice breathy. it’s enough to send your mind stumbling into that dark place again. you thought church to be a holy place, so why did you feel more at kin with the devil right now.
“i’ve been having… thoughts, father,” you begin, “sinful thoughts. thoughts i shouldn’t be having outside of wedlock.”
mingi sucks in a breath, tipping his head back until it hats the back of his side of the confession booth. the thud makes you jump in place, but no more so than the noise that follows. a low grunt that seems to echo through the booth. images of what he could be doing in there fill your brain, and you desperately try to shun them away.
“and who are you having these thoughts about?” you’re sure that behind his gravelly voice you can hear the sound of a zipper. you cant help but let your mind spiral even further as images of the man, sweaty with cock in hand, fill your brain. you struggle to hold in the whimper that crawls up your throat.
“you, father,” you whisper, feeling nothing but ashamed of your confession, “i have these thoughts about you.”
silence follows, eerie and daunting. you cant blame him for that; it must be a shock to find out his assistant has been thinking about doing unholy things with him. you can’t help but feel immeasurable guilt for thinking about him in that way, and perhaps you were right when you pondered just taking it to the grave. his silence doesn’t help soothe your concerns in the slightest.
but then the curtain before you is ripped open, and mingi stands before you looking like sin itself. his black shirt is wide open to reveal the smooth skin of his chest. his zipper - you knew you’d heard it - is open, making space for his hand to palm at his boxer-clad crotch. you swallow down your drool as you look into his eyes; dark and menacing as he stares into your soul.
“get on the floor,” he spits. you quickly shuffle off of the bench, dropping to your knees before him. you watch as his thumb circles the wet patch on his boxers, a guttural moan exiting his plush lips as he digs his thumb in slightly. it’s a sight to behold, the way he bites into his bottom lip and scrunches his face up in pleasure. you can’t look away.
“fucking slut,” he pants to himself as he hurries to push his trousers and boxers down past his hips. his dick bounces as it’s freed from its material cage, and upon seeing it you moan. long and hard and thick and everything you’ve ever dreamed of it being. you want to crawl forwards to take a closer look, but before you can, mingi takes a step forward.
his cock it eye level now, and you can’t help but study it. the perfect pink mushroom tip that drips pearlescent liquid from its slit. the silken skin that covers the shaft, glistening with sweat as the dim lights from the confessional booth shine down upon it. the thick vein that runs from his sack to the top, throbbing as it begs for your touch.
“father,” you whisper, looking up at his face with wide eyes.
“what is it, slut?” he spits down at you, “tell me what you want.”
you glance to his dick before looking up at him again. he chuckles darkly, “where has that slutty little tongue gone?” he taunts, “you seemed to have no problem telling me about your sinful thoughts a minute ago, yet now you can’t even tell me what you want? perhaps you’re dumber than i gave you credit for.”
you open your mouth to say something, but clamp it shut when you can’t find the words. mingi just tuts at you from where he stands, waiting impatiently for you to say something.
“please, father,” you feel your face heat up at you stumble over your words, “please may i touch you?”
he scoffs.
“touch me?” a hand grabs your chin, fingers digging into your cheeks in a way that makes your lips pucker. there’s bound to be red crescents on your face, left by his fingernails that show no mercy, digging in to the point where it makes you wince, “you think i’d let a whore like you touch me?”
you whine.
“pathetic,” he grunts as he lets you go. you can’t find the courage to move your hands to massage at your aching jaw. you let it hurt as he presses his fingers to your lips, forcing themselves into your mouth to pull down your bottom jaw. when it’s completely slack, he let’s go and steps closer yet again, “you’re going to pay for what you’ve done, little girl. just sit there and take it, and maybe if you please me, we can talk about your forgiveness.”
he waits to see if you’ll close your mouth, but you don’t. you want this.
and with that, he presses and hand to the back of your head and forces his dick into your mouth, pushing it forward until it hits a barrier at the back of your throat. you choke, but he doesn’t pull back. he just lets it sit there, effectively gagging you until there are tears pooling up in the corners of your eyes and drool threatening to cascade down your chin.
his face is stony as he stares you down, watching you struggle for air so prettily. he pulls back briefly, taking a little mercy on you before pushing back in just as hard as the first time. you barely have time to gasp for air before it’s ripped away from you once again.
he pushes in further, feeling your tight throat clench around his cock and he almost cums on the spot. so warm and wet and tight around him that he can’t help but cry out in pleasure as he pulls back once more.
you’re grateful as he lets you take in a few breaths before delving in once again, this time thrusting messily back and forth. you gag every time he hits your uvular, but it doesn’t seem to deter him. it only eggs him on, driving him to go harder and faster with every single thrust.
he’s close, he realises as he feels you try to swallow around him. your face is already a mess with spit and tears, but he can’t help but feel like you’ll look even prettier with his cum painting your face too.
he pulls out completely, thrusting into his fist a couple of times. the dam breaks quicker than he expected, and the white spurts of liquid that erupt from his tip fall perfectly on your face. you close your eyes just in time for some to land on your eyebrow, dripping down to mix with the tears that have yet to stop flowing.
“pretty little slut,” he hums once he’s finished cumming, and his cock begins to soften in his grasp. he chuckles, “go clean your face up, okay? you have five minutes before i come looking; i want a taste of that slutty little hole next.”

Indigenous Men.
This is a rant but but me simp for a minute yall please.
Now, as a child who grew up in an indigenous household, I’ve had my share of exposure to fictional indigenous men.
(That’s maybe why I write fanfic about tall, blue, indigenous men but idk it’s just a theory.)
I was little when I first watched avatar but lemme tell yall one thing.
I was not looking at Mr. Sully. No sir.
You know who I was looking at?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
C’mon now Mr. Thick slick and handsome don’t act like you don’t see me 🫶🏽🤭
I was down so BAD for this man. I used to draw him with my little box of crayons when I was a kid and pretend we got married.
He’s a warrior.
He’s strong.
Hes so fucking hot guys you can’t even fight me on this one.
It always kinda made me mad as a kid when a character choose someone else over the clear, green flagged indigenous male character.
Now, Neytiri is NOT an example of this. She never loved Tsu’tey romantically, and Jake was a better choice for her of course.
But you know what movie pissed me off the MOST when it came to this trope?
No, scratch that, the og of this trope??
Tumblr media
Now I could spend hours talking about this movie and how incredibly fucked up it is. But we’re not gonna go there rn.
(That movie cover actually brings back so many memories for me. We had VHS when I was a kid and we used to draw with whiteboard markers on the vhs box movie covers and make fun of John smith.)
I watched this movie for one sole purpose when I was little.
And no. It wasn’t for John Smith’s tea drinking pudding ass.
IT WAS FOR HIM
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I used to get so peeved at ‘Pocahontas’ (her name was Matoaka.)
This was the man of 8 year old me’s DREAMS and we’re going after Mr. Ken the Colonizer!?
Like c’mere baby boy if she don’t want you I’ll take you 🤷🏽‍♀️😔
Tumblr media
And Mrs. Neytiri, Mrs. Fictional adaption of Matoaka that I no longer associate with the real person,
Trust me, I get it, I really do. I too have a white (half white, he’s mixed but he’s got an Italian accent, straight hair and slightly tanned skin.)
I too have a snow bunny man on my roster. He do be feeding be pasta and lobster.
If it ain’t snowing I might not be going.
But indigenous men will always have my heart 👆🏽😭
In conclusion

here me out,, shibusawa, fyodor, mykola, sigma +playboy bunny outfits
OML
Yes
(Also, Ivan’s crying in the corner for being left out D:)
The suits were a wonderful idea, you think, as you watch the men in one of the private rooms of sky casino
The latex bunny suits accentuated every aspect of their bodies, from their chest, to their abs, to their ass, and to their… crotch
The latex hugged their bodies so tightly it would be impossible not to see everything
You look around, your eyes first falling on shibusawa
Shibusawa is shameless, even more so than mykola, and it’s because he knows he looks good
The white bunny ears attached to his head match his hair perfectly, and they look so alluring on him
His lean thigh, chest and back muscles are out on display for everyone to see, and the latex suit hugs his slutty waist so perfectly
Though all muscle, the suit makes his ass look delectable, with the little bunny tail adding a cute effect
He’s standing proudly, elegant, as though he was in his normal clothing,
However, you noticed that he’d rarely walk, probably to do with how unsteady he was walking on the heels that you picked out with his suit
And he was completely ignoring the fact that everyone could see the imprint of his cock very clearly (not hard, just packing)
it made you feral
Your gaze then moves to mykola
Mykola, is the thiccest out of everyone
Like shibu, his bunny ears and tail are both white/silver, matching his hair
His beautifully thick thighs pop out of the suit, and his the garters you oh so graciously supplied him highlight how juicy they are, the meat of them straining against the leather
And his chest? Dear lord, his chest.
Man’s got some DD titties that are just barely covered by the suit, the plushness of them just begging to be squished and toyed with
The latex of the suit showcases his ass so perfectly, the fat of each cheek moving with him as he walks, the high heels changing the way he walked so it really made his cheeks bounce
But the cherry on top?
The plastic of the suit hugs his dick tightly, the imprint of his bulge (again, he’s not hard, just hung) very visible
It made your mouth water
Fyodor, however, is aloof and distant, choosing to sit down to avoid walking in the heels you bought (he thought he’d be able to do it, after all, in theory it was easy; but in practice? Not so much) and cross his legs, desperately trying to keep whatever dignity he had left, hiding his crotch and ass from view
How dare you win a bet against his group and force them to wear slutty bunny suits
Really, he doesn’t know why he’s even complying to the idea (it’s because he loves the way you stare at him, your eyes full of lust and praise as you take him in)
His ears and tail are black, matching his hair
And while being in the thinner side, his chest and shoulders are still broad, with his waist tapering in
And while his clothes were usually modest and hid that fact very well, there was no hiding from the suit, with it showing his figure beautifully, the prominence of his shoulder blades making him look almost delicate
And poor, poor sigma
He’s blushing furiously, standing with his back against the wall so his ass is hidden from everyone’s line of sight
his hands are held in front of his crotch, also hiding it from view
He had to, the tightness of the latex leaving nothing to the imagination (and he’d be lying if the pressure of the suit didn’t make him react in certain ways)
You had ordered a special pair of ears, one white and the other lilac, matching his dual toned hair
He was used to wearing heels, so the shoes didn’t bother him, and he, along with mykola, were experts at walking in them (even though it didn’t seem like it with the way the poor man’s legs were shaking)
“So,” you announce loudly, watching as everyone looks at you, “who wants to have an orgy!”
————
This is probably the most down bad post I’ve made, can you tell I have a thing for mykola being juicy? (Had dare bones remove his thiccness 😭)
I feel… slightly ashamed of myself 😞
LMAO

Little bit of gay and a little bit of Wonderland- I think that's a pretty reasonable mix
OK SO Alistair and Kitty are BROTHER AND SISTER!!! (bc I’ve heard that theory that they are and I LOVE IT!!)
I have some notes abt their story (along with a little bit of the other Wonderlandians too under the cut if youre interested :P
So Pre Evil Queen takeover, they lived in Ever After (Cheshire and Alice are married (ꈍᴗꈍ) Kitty and Cheshire went to Wonderland a lot and sometimes Alice too but Alistair was never allowed to go (had to wait until it was time to live out his destiny).
(Bunny was able to go between Wonderland and Ever After (bc she's the white rabbit obvi) but wasn't allowed to speak to Alistair. Sometimes he would see her though. He thought she was really pretty.......)
THEN during when the Evil Queen was taking over Wonderland!!! Alice and Cheshire left to Wonderland, they left to go to help others and help people evacuate!!! At the time, Alistair was 13 and Kitty was 11 so their mommies told him to stay home in EA and watch his sister.
They leave and Alistair doesn’t wanna listen, he wants to HELP!! The people of Wonderland don’t know him yet, he hasn’t been there yet, but those WERE his people, they WILL be eventually! He needs to help! So HE leaves to Wonderland and (unknown to him)
Kitty follows.
Once in Wonderland, Alistair, AGAIN, being his first time ever there, was in so much awe and there was so much chaos, he got lost. Kitty obvi knows her way around and finds their moms. But!!! The barrier is closing soon!!!! Kitty tells them that Alistair is here somewhere!
So Cheshire tells Alice to take Kitty back to EA and that she’ll find Alistair.
Alice and Cheshire kiss and Cheshire kisses Kitty on the head. Alice and Cheshire understand that the could be the last time they EVER see each other again…. Kitty was too young, she didn’t understand the weight of what was happening, of what could happen to her mom and brother once that portal closes with them still on the other side.
Alice takes Kitty and escapes with the other Wonderland refugees. While that happened, Cheshire eventually finds Alistair but it was too late, the barrier had closed and the mother and son were now trapped in Wonderland with every other poor soul that couldn’t get out in time. They were away from the other half of their family. No one gets in and no one gets out.
Kitty, Bunny, Lizzie and Maddie are in Ever After. Alistair is in Wonderland (it's the OPPOSITE of what it should be haha)
Alistair grows up in Wonderland and we don’t get to see him until 4 years later (the girls in EAH are in their Sophomore year by this time, we will see him for the first time in the Way Too Wonderland Arc).
When group goes to wonderland, Courtly makes an off hand comment Abt knowing Alistair bc she KNEW they'd wanna see him and it distracts them from her EVILLLL plans HAHAHA!!!

The RayClone Theory: Why It Could Be Possible
(Massive Spoilers for CLH below) Tw: Ab//se, Imprisonment, D3ath, Really Bad Pacing on My Part <3
With me thinking about this way too much, I’ve come up with a thought. Have you ever wondered why the CLH Rayman is so… different from his in-game persona?
No, it’s not because it's a remix. Think deeper. Examine them under a microscope.
It could be because… they’re not the same person.
Now, this may sound like another silly cartoon theory, but hear me out. I have… proof. Aka overanalyzing, but school taught me to do that.
So, what is the RayClone Theory? Well, to put it simple, the Rayman we see in the show isn't the ‘first’ Rayman. There’s been many in the past. Many, as in 5 or so. How? That’s what this post is for. So, let's go back to the beginning. Mushing both Rayman and CLH lore alike.
To make this simpler, we’re gonna establish a rule. Referring to all the Raymen in the show as ‘Rayman’ is very, very confusing. So I will make a list:
OG Rayman - Rayman CLH Rayman - Ramon Rayplacement - Fakeman
Get it? Got it? Good. Let’s start.
According to the Rayman lore, Rayman was created with one purpose in mind: To protect the Glade (or, in this case, Dimension X). He was created for one thing only. To protect. To be the ‘hero’.
Tumblr media
In the games, he’s never failed before. He thrives and beats the bad guy. But remember, this isn’t the games. It’s a remix. A what-if. This leads into:
What if Rayman failed? What does he do then?
And not like, fails as in Rayman 2, fail as in royally fucked up. Fail as in, the closest one to him dies by ‘his hand’. No, not Globox, he was considered alive by Adi. But you know who he didn’t confirm?
Betilla the Fairy.
You could be thinking: “Duh, of course she wasn’t mentioned. He was being broad.”, but he mentioned Razorbeard. His ass wasn’t relevant since Rayman M. So why mention him, but not Rayman’s literal mom??
Because she's not alive.
Eden (and America) has always been a resource hungry society. It’s human nature. In this timeline, society progresses much quicker than in the real world (flying cars in 1992). Progress needs resources. Have you ever noticed that Eden is barren of all plant life? It’s because Eden (or America) used it all for industrialization.
How does this relate to Rayman? You know how the Glade of Dreams is a lush forest? Resources from massive jungles to deep oceans to towering mountains? Imagine what a power-hungry company (or companies) would do if they discovered this.
*Insert How Bad Can I Be Here*
The creation of the Super-Scope must’ve been revolutionary. The ability to travel to other dimensions with one click of a trigger. Resources galore.
Sarah Fisher mentions in ep2 that the Golder Super-Scope was stolen from Eden’s labs. So, what’s stopping Eden from creating this material? Nothing. That’s what.
Tumblr media
Eden, still a sorta underground company, creates this gun and finds Dimension X. Filled with lush resources ripe for the picking. The critters of the Glade don’t know their ‘bad guys’. They don’t look inherently bad. So they leave them be.
Rabbids. The little bunny fellas.
The Kaiju monsters in the show. How does that become a monster? It’s easy. Toxic chemicals. Not just any toxic chemicals, but Eden’s toxic chemicals from polluting the Glade.
I’m getting distracted, back to Rayman.
Kaiju Rabbids started popping around Dimension X. They started small and inefficient until they got bigger and bigger. Rayman took care of them, yes, but one day, he got absolutely bombarded by a hoard of Rabbids.
A massive war broke out between the citizens of the Dimension and the Rabbids. No one knows how it started because Eden left after it got all it needed.
Rayman, having ‘hero-ing’ literally coded into him, fights back. Others help, yes, but it’s mostly Rayman doing the fighting.
This leads into Betilla, and how she died.
Rayman was getting jumped by Rabbids, so she came in to save him, risking her life as a result. Yes, her sacrifice did stun the Rabbids and cause them to flee into the depths of Dimension X, but Rayman feels like he’s one to blame.
No one really fully ‘died’ in the games. Sure, they got kidnapped, possessed, you name it. But no explicit deaths besides villains.
So, imagine what that does to a guy when his first, full on death witness was with his creator, his mother.
He doesn’t take it too well.
Yes. Rayman was a hero and drove out the Rabbids, but he didn’t save everybody. He couldn’t save his mom.
He failed.
Lost and confused, Rayman runs to find… something. He runs away, something he’s never done before. He never backed down from a fight. So why is he now?
Well, because he’s scared. Scared for his life and others.
Betilla saved him with her own life. She died because of him. Heroes are supposed to be giving the sacrifice. Not receiving it.
Rayman blames himself. If he’s out of the picture, then no one else would risk their life for his.
Tumblr media
The art book says that they destroyed the dimension, but Globox, the Teensies, and even Razorbeard are alive, so the dimension can’t be unlivable. So what if this use of ‘dimension’ was less literal?
This may sound far-off, but Rayman’s “dimension” could be talking about Betilla. She created him, so she is his ‘dimension’.
This transition into Eden! Or, America currently.
Rayman goes into America looking for a fresh start. To find his purpose. He failed his original purpose (which was to be a hero and save everybody), so he blocked out everything that happened originally to start a fresh start.
Or, every immigration story ever. Leaving behind what you loved for a better start.
He needed a new purpose. And that purpose is to be an entertainer!
His origin in America is the same as the show. He goes to college, gets outcasted, and rises with Eden.
Things are different here than with Ramon. Rayman is… less constricted here.
Back when Eden was new (most likely had good intentions), they weren’t worried about Rayman finding the truth. There was no truth to find. So Rayman was allowed to explore, make friends, talk to people and hybrids below his social class.
One day, he met a hybrid journalist. One of the lower-income hybrids, but a very strong writer. Rayman admired their work, being a news reporter and all, and the two became really good friends, even with him getting them a job at Eden.
Then, the journalist goes snooping. Eden wasn’t as terrible as it is in the present day, but it still did bad things. The hybrid craves justice (like any other journalist) and stations a revolt. It affects Eden, but nothing major except getting the journalist put in jail.
Rayman finds out and goes to give his buddy a visit and to ask what happened. Rayman (still under the influence of Eden) explains that they shouldn’t have revolted and that Eden is great. The hybrid shows him the articles and photos (which were disapproved by Eden so they weren’t published) and explains their side of the story. Since the journalist was low-income, they experienced the biases and issues of Eden first hand.
Rayman obviously seeks the truth as well, promising that he could save the journalist. He goes to the Board of the Directors with the proof and articles, demanding an explanation. Not in a violent way like Ramon, but in a diplomatic manner.
(Keep in mind, Rayman has been questioning Eden in recent weeks from folks he’s talked with in his downtime)
Sound familiar? Of course it does. It happens in the show. Clones are still clones, y’know?
The Board, unsure on how to react with their poster boy finding their fucked up ways, tells Rayman that they’ll explain tomorrow.
Rayman, still trusting of the Board, agrees and waits it out. The next day, he awakens, chained in a dingy room.
Why? Well, the Board knew that Rayman’s act wouldn’t be as efficient if he knew what he was saying was bullshit. Think Disney’s Bolt. So what do they do?
Try out their latest technology, of course. And that was a cloning device.
Now, you can’t just clone Rayman. He’s an alien. Not an organic lifeform. So, how did Eden approach it?
Lums. Take bits of Rayman, combine it with various animals, and boom. Almost perfect Rayman clone.
Clones are never perfect. Each one has an imperfection, little or big. And the Lums is what gives Rayman his main form.
So, chain him to the basement so he’s always on hand. Duh.
Rayman stays in that basement for at least 10 years. Sad, alone, and going insane. He can’t die; he’s immortal. Eden goes through at least 4 or 5 different RayClones before landing on Ramon. I’ll go into Ramon in a bit.
When a RayClone is too imperfect or steps out of line, the Board sends one of the Niji 6 to eliminate them. This is shown by this line of dialogue:
Tumblr media
“Taking care of”? What do they imply by that? Maybe it implies that they were sent to assassinate Rayman, or in this case, Ramon.
So, RayClone bodies can’t exactly decompose. Yes, they can die and lose consciousness, but those Lums inside them don’t allow the body to rot. So what happened to those bodies? Leave them in the depths of Eden to rot.
Back to Rayman, one day, he manages to slip his hand loose from the chains and free him. This happens when Ramon is just made. The Board orders the Niji 6 to hunt and bring back Rayman. During his escape attempt, Rayman accidentally causes an explosion ‘killing him’.
We’re gonna pause his story and shift to Ramon.
Now, I wanna talk about his reaction to Red in ep3. Clones share the same memories as the original, but they don’t experience it the same. It’s like knowing something and actually being there.
The Rabbids attack, but Ramon isn’t really stressed about them attacking. Was he that faithful in the Niji 6? Or was it something else?
Tumblr media
Was it because he doesn’t have that trauma about them?
When Red calls Ramon an “interdimensional alien scum," Ramon bursts? Why? Because he experienced it. He experienced being belittled and talked down by his colleagues at work. He knows how it feels, so he’s pissed.
Tumblr media
If Rayman was in his place, Rayman would be fidgety and panicky about the Rabbids and brush over Red insulting him. If anything, Rayman would be thanking Red for stopping them. Yes, Rayman was talked down in college and his early days, but the Rabbids changed his life.
You could argue that it’s because he had his cry before the cameras were running, but he shows no sign of that. No voice cracks or eye twitches. And the fight just happened, which explains the presence of Red.
Going back in time for a moment-
Ramon was the latest RayClone and the last one with the ‘death’ of Rayman. This makes Eden super protective over him and his opinion on Eden. Other RayClones in the past were either too disfigured to seamlessly become Rayman, or found / was close to the truth. They need to keep Ramon pure.
How does one keep something pure and untouched? Isolated them, of course!
Tumblr media
(Note the use of the word ‘illusory’ here)
This also explains the ‘Eden-generated’ scripts. Rayman wrote his own scripts. Rayman said his own opinion. Now, 10+ years later, Eden writes Ramon’s scripts. Ramon says Eden’s opinion.
Tumblr media
If he was stripped of his freedom, then how would he be infected with the truth?
If he wasn’t needed anymore.
This is where Fakeman comes in. I think Fakeman is Raymesis, due to those yellow eye highlights you can see in a split second.
Tumblr media
The Board wasn’t as faithful in Ramon as they were previously. He might’ve had some outbursts before ep3. They needed a backup. They can’t clone him, the clone would be to fucked up. They needed another Rayman.
Remember the Rabbid invasion in ep2 / 3? While the Niji 6 was dealing with the kaijus, guess who was snooping around the Glade for a Rayplacement?
Raymesis was kidnapped and forced to work for Eden if he liked it or not. They weren’t going to clone him yet, but to keep him in line, instead of acceptance (like they did with Rayman), they used threats.
This explains Fakeman’s uneasiness in ep6 with Retribution Day. That was his first big acting event, and the one Eden decided if he’s replacing Rayman on stage or in the basement.
Tumblr media
Look at his face when it’s canceled. Bro looks scared shitless.
But Fakeman and his lore / personality is a whole ‘nother post.
Ramon follows the same path as Rayman. Seeing something unfair (Rayman’s friend getting arrested and Ramon losing his job), and doing something about it.
It’s that Ramon is filled with vengeance and anger because his whole life was a lie.
Rayman is filled with doubt and confusion because he just refound his purpose, and that was a lie.
Rayman’s whole journey throughout this is finding his purpose. His original purpose was to ‘save everybody’, and that failed. He went to America to find a purpose and did with Eden. In his character bio in the art book mentions this purpose line.
Tumblr media
“Even happier that Eden gave him purpose”. Why? Because he lost his original purpose! He felt he was nothing before Eden gave him everything. He’s under the mindset that Eden gave him his meaning of life again.
They quite literally saved his life.
Anyway, what does Rayman do after his ‘death’? Have an identity crisis of course! He was locked up for over 10 years, his brain is scrambled eggs at this point!
He failed his purpose for Eden, so he resorts back to his original purpose: Be a Hero.
But, what about the Rayman on TV? Is he the real one?
Rayman’s mindset is that he was created to be a hero. Heroes are brave, speak the truth, and rise up against bad. What is the Rayman on TV doing?
He’s being brave, speaking the ‘truth’, and rising up against ‘bad’.
What’s the real Rayman doing?
He’s being a coward, secret about what he knows and saw, and hiding against the bad.
Heroes don’t do that. So Rayman must be a fake. He must be the RayClone. He’s the mistake. At least, that’s what he made himself think.
Now, I won’t get into my ideas for Season 2. If people want it, sure. I will. But for now, I’ll leave it at that. This is 2200+ words, and I’m grasping at the air at this point.
If you disagree? Great! If you don’t? Great! Tell me your own thoughts / theories then!

Undead Unluck Theory
Feng’s Character Arc isn’t over - Possible Unfade Evolution
I’ve been thinking about this theory for a while and with chapter 191 partly confirming something for me I think it’s time to write it down.
Basically: Start Investing in Feng Kowloon stocks.
Major Spoiler Warning all the way up to chapter 191 of the manga.
This theory initially spawned after chapter 177 came out. More specifically, it spawned from the spread panel that showcased the current union members (minus Chikara, Sean, and Yusai who were shown to be in the operating room with Latla and Rip).
Tumblr media
Here it was shown that Feng was not with the other union members. Earlier it was hinted that he didn’t join because he wasn’t with them when the group time skipped from 1999 to 2015.
At the time I had suspected that Feng simply hadn’t time traveled with everyone else and had used those 15 years to train (taking advantage of Unfade) and might’ve rejoined later, but no, turns out he hasn’t joined the Union at all.
Which made me ask this: why didn’t Feng join the union? It would’ve been easy for Tozuka to write a little panel or two where Fuuko could’ve said, “ok sorry I lied to you, I promise this time we’ll fight monsters this time though” and Feng could’ve begrudgingly agreed to join at that point.
The thing with Undead Unluck is that Tozuka has a habit of constantly setting up minor plot details and then giving them major payoffs later on. It’s one of the best parts of the manga’s writing in my opinion. So I believe Feng not joining the union at this point of time was a very deliberate writing choice on the author's part.
So with that in mind, let’s get started.
Current Quest Rounds
Currently, there are four quests active.
Tumblr media
Let’s take out “Capture of UMA Burn”. It's not relevant for this theory. What matters for this theory are the quests for Language, Beast, and Summer.
Language and Beast have relevance because of their rewards. Four extra seats added to the round table means four negators can participate on quests. But that’s all they can offer for this topic.
Summer, on the other hand, is extremely important. Because in loop 100, Summer was the exact quest Feng got his formal debut in.
Tumblr media
My prediction is that in a direct parallel to loop 100, the 101 version of the Summer quest is where we’re going to get reintroduced to Feng, and probably get told that he’s been up to for the last fifteen or so years.
What follows is that one of the union members will tell Feng about the Sick fight, to which he will be extremely disappointed to have missed out on. It’s at this point that upon learning there’s more of these extremely strong UMAs that he’ll go, “Fine, you win Fuuko Izumo, I’ll join your Union.”
My guess is that, assuming that Fuuko successfully recruits the five negators Andy led her to, the open seats will go as following:
- Feng
- Top
- Tatiana
- Latla/Julia
This is because the first three are more suited to go straight into combat roles. As for Latla and Julia, I think the last seat could go to either one of them. It depends on whether Julia manifests Unjustice during this quest period but if she doesn’t, Latla can now fight directly due to being equipped with one half of Blade Runner.
This would leave Ichico, Nico, Kururu, Haruka, Bunny and Julia/Latla (aka the one who didn’t get the seat) as support members until new seats are rewarded.
It’s extremely important to note that at this point Feng isn’t part of the Union because he cares about protecting people or saving the world. Despite him acknowledging Shen as his son, Feng still prioritizes his quest of being the strongest more.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Unfade Intermission (AKA Billy Would Kick Feng's Ass if they fought Right Now)
This is where I talk about my thoughts of Unfade because this is where it would flow best.
(I am also going to put a quick disclaimer that this isn’t an invitation for power scaling arguments as they don’t have any relevance here.)
Anyway, Unfade, Feng’s negation ability. In Feng’s character bio in the volume 8 extras Unfade is described as a self-targeting compulsory activation type. “An ability that Negates aging after activation.”
Tumblr media
… aaaand that’s all Unfade can do, really.
In fact, Unfade stands out from other negation powers because from what we’ve been shown it has no viability in combat. I think the only negation that shares this trait is Unsleep. The reason Feng is such a threatening person has to do almost entirely with his years of cultivating his skills as a martial artist (granted, having an ageless, unfading body which is forever at peak condition probably does help a lot but I digress). It’s worth noting that if Unfade had been given to almost any other person, they wouldn’t nearly be as dangerous as Feng is.
It is my belief that within the current negators, you take out their powers and make them fight purely hand to hand as normal humans? Feng comes out the strongest, if not pretty damn close to it.
However, the second that negation powers are added into the fray, Feng would lose his title as the strongest, and he would lose that title very quickly. In a negator fight with, say, Billy, he wipes the floor with Feng, easily. Feng having no idea how negator powers work is how Fuuko was able to keep him in check for so long in loop 101.
Tumblr media
In UU, negation powers don’t get stronger via traditional training. In order to level up, the negator in question has to expand their interpretation of their powers.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
By expanding their interpretation, this typically leads to the negator having a journey of self discovery about themselves. Inherently due to this system, a lot of times this means that negators evolving their powers tend to be directly tied into character development. It’s a neat system! One of my favorite power systems in SJ because of how naturally it ties together with the narrative.
But for Feng? This is the literal worst thing for him. Because even though he’s a legendary martial artist, Feng has a terrible understanding of people. He’s the least emotionally intelligent person among the negators, and it’s not even close. Shen, who was raised by Feng for around twenty years, notes that Feng’s unending pursuit of strength hasn’t brought him any sense of fulfillment and that Feng himself isn’t even self aware of that fact.
Tumblr media
Feng didn’t even realize he even had a negation tragedy until 150 years after his ability manifested. Even then, Shen (who, for the record, only found out about negations like… 15  minutes prior), had to spell it out to Feng.
Throughout loops 100 and 101, we’ve seen how differently negation abilities can evolve. Negation abilities so far have tend to have fallen in three ways:
It has direct ties into character development and how they evolve as people (Unluck, Unchange, Unseen)
It has manifested differently due to the wildly different circumstances between loops (Unfair)
The negator have found ways to work around what would be entirely detrimental abilities to make them useable to get through day to day life (Unsleep, Untell)
The idea that Unfade has never evolved since manifestation ties pretty well with how stagnant Feng has been as a person throughout most of his life. In fact, while the circumstances of manifestation are different, Feng 100 getting UF as an old man vs Feng 101 getting UF when he was around his twenties, the ability itself hasn’t changed at all. Which definitely isn’t unique but it is worth noting, I feel.
Master Rule VII
Remember at the beginning of this post that stated chapter 191 partly confirmed something to me? Yeah that’s relevant now. This was the big clincher that inspired me to write this giant theory.
Tumblr media
Right now we don’t know exactly what Master Rule VII represents exactly (it’s possible “Time Defense” is just an attack name just like how Andy uses “Crimson Bullet"), however he is absolutely heavily time based if not outright time. My top prediction for him is that he’s UMA Time or Fade. (For simplicity’s sake, this theory will use “VII” when it comes to referring to him.)
Anyway, assuming that we’re going in order of counting down, then naturally VII is next in the line up. Feng's first round as a union member means he’s conveniently part of the quest period where, chances are, he might be a hard counter to the UMA that represents time in some capacity, as Unfade negates the passage of time affecting his body. Everyone in the Roundtable comes to this conclusion as well and thus Feng is signed up for the quest for the neutralization of VII. In this scenario, Shen would also be one of the negators in this quest, this is going to be extremely important.
However as the actual fight begins, Feng turns out to not be a perfect counter to VII for one reason or another. This fight would end up being a struggle for everyone involved because VII would presumably use his time abilities to avoid hits and disorient everyone by time lagging them like how he did to Andy in 191.
During this fight, Shen is going to be in danger, and possibly get hit with a fatal injury before he can even react. Feng, witnessing this, is going to have one thought in his head, “Shen is going to die.” “My son is about to die.”
And at that moment Feng recalls what Fuuko believes the meaning of being the strongest:
Tumblr media
“Those who care for others with an unwavering heart have always been the strongest people around.”
And Feng, after decades of not knowing what she meant, finally realizes what Fuuko was trying to tell him. And this, in turn, causes Unfade to evolve.
Interestingly, Feng back in loop 100 is stated to figure out how souls worked, but this hasn’t come up since.
Tumblr media
And I think this would be a great opportunity to fire that Chekhov’s Gun, because my friend (who also reads the manga) gave a really cool possibility on how Unfade could evolve into a combat viable ability by combining the idea of Feng mastering using his soul in combat. The basic idea follows that by unleashing his soul in his impacts he would be able to make strikes that don’t fade away. Tying into the idea of how he only unlocks Unfade’s true potential when he opens himself up to the more metaphorical version of “the impact he has on others” and vice versa.
(Of course this is just one idea of how Unfade could evolve, I just really like this idea because it ties with UU’s constant video game analogies, with Unfade’s evolution being akin to a damage multiplier like when you get a really good combo in a fighting game. Basically Tozuka would acknowledge Feng’s a giant Tekken reference).
Tumblr media
I know that negation abilities are classified with external or self targeting, but Sean alone proves that if you bend the rules enough, you can get away with not following those classifications to the letter.
Either way, this upgrade leads Feng to turn the tides against VII and complete the quest in a way that leads to the Union getting away without casualties. Maybe as a bonus we get Feng making a Shen-esq joke (like "Your rules are outdated, you old coot" or smth) to tie how much influence both of them have had on each other. Also ideally Feng stops having the emotional intelligence of a goldfish and trying to fight Fuuko at a drop of a hat but that might be asking for too much, honestly.
After the fight Feng would finally drop his tsundere bullshit and admits out loud (and to himself) that yes, he cares for Mei and Shen not just because they’re his disciples but because he genuinely loves them as family.
This would also be the point he’s marked as a true member of the Union because he now wants to protect his family.

The Killing Vote (ep. 1-5 notes)
I’ve been enjoying this drama and I wanted to post some thoughts about it! This last week’s episode kept me on my toes! It’s a crime they only air a single episode per week, truly a crime aaaa
I don’t really know if people watching this drama are on tumblr but I’ll post here anyway!
Have a nice week!!!
(SPOILERS UP TO EPISODE 5!!!!)
I love Joohyun’s relationship with Kwon Seokju so far, the scene where she played for him Mozart’s Requiem (if I’m not mistaken) while we see her hanging Narae’s stuffed bunny was soothing! Seeing a different approach than Kim Muchan is nice!
KMC’s relationship with KSJ is really intriguing: we only get KMC’s (quite unreliable, that’s what makes it even more interesting!) pov in the first episodes with almost no dialogue between the two of them, and the recent episodes give us another side to their story through KSJ! I really wonder how their relationship got soured (especially from KMC) to the point KMC advises Joohyun not to get too close and get manipulated by KSJ: besides his own guilt for not being able to save Narae in time nor catch her murderer and the fact that the one he looked up to killed Byun Wootaek, something else must’ve happened for it to get THIS sour. What is going onnnnnnn? Or is it all an act? (and KMC/Park Haejin has some sad puppy eyes on par with Im Siwan's and Jung Haein's I can't haha) He affirms KSJ is arrogant and wouldn’t hesitate to take the law in his own hands if it can’t solve the problem while he himself pushes investigations with ways off the record to arrest culprits. He shows a bitter attitude in front of KSJ and Joohyun most of the time when he talks about him, but at the same time he also confided his guilt to Joohyun in private and seemed to regularly ask how KSJ was doing in prison during the past 8 years. I also get the feeling he was asking the warden if KSJ was regularly getting health checks by a doctor out of worry besides the investigation.
(This is some crack theory, but what if the one who murdered BWT was KMC and not KSJ? At this point, the narration is really unreliable so I wouldn't even be surprised!)
On that subject, I wonder if the drama will address KSJ’s health issue with his collapsed lung/asthma again ; his medical visit also seemed shot in order not to show the doctor’s silhouette at all, I wonder if this will hold any significance later on (it could be Jihoon’s grandmother, who knows!)? Not to mention Uhm Eungyeong, the culprit on ep2, was poisoned by Gaetal knowing she had asthma????
When the judge ruled Byun Wootaek’s acquittal (ep4), his gavel (a symbol of the justice) was shot struck right in front of KSJ’s silhouette, above his head, as if justice itself crushed KSJ. A similar symbolism is used in ep5’s Killing Vote:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The flashbacks are beautifully shot, ep4 was really moving. This scene’s lighting furthered the tragedy: it’s as though the orange light and the blood on Narae burn into KSJ and KMC’s profile as they find her, contrasting with Narae and the background’s cold tones:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Also when KSJ recalls how he murdered BWT, the same orange hue colors the shots.
In ep5, we finally hear the voice of a man who is thought to be Gaetal, when he’s talking to KMC over the phone. The opening shows the cast’s profiles, but there’s this one character we haven’t seen yet:
Tumblr media
The man in question could totally be this character that wasn’t introduced yet! He’s probably the ‘executor’ of the Killing Vote, who was chatting with the teacher Lee Minsu.
I think Gaetal is definitely not the work of only one person: there’s at least the executor, tech-savvy people organizing the vote (the stream, the text messages, the hacking, …), the one on the stream (or maybe there’s more than one on the stream, a different one per case because the tone and attitude are never the same: agressive, vengeful, or bubbly, or caustic…) and perhaps someone in the police.
The teacher could be Fan no. 1 and/or Gaetal (if it’s not the same person/group): In ep4, we learn KSJ’s « Fan no. 1 » (1호팬, [ilho fan]) regularly sent him letters which would describe in details how the culprits subject to the Killing Vote would be ‘judged’. In ep3, the teacher talks to this ‘executor’ under the pseudo ‘justice15’: if 15 is read with the sino-korean numbers for 1 (일 [il]) and 5 (오 [oh]), the pronunciation would be close to ‘no. 1’, so this could not be a simple coincidence. Also ‘justice’ could be a taunt directed towards KMC’s vision of justice (he uses 정의 to describe his ideal of justice to KSJ) since he seems to deeply resent KMC.
Tumblr media
Gaetal uses KSJ and KMC’s words (‘devils deemed innocent’, ‘rational justice’) and interestingly, another character who talks about rationality is the assemblywoman (‘rationality, moral sense and mothers are stronger than the law’)!
Also, this dude is on some twisted christian trip: in ep4, we get a glimpse of the teacher’s tattoo, a cross on his chest that reads… ‘My daddy My hero’… which was what Narae used to say to her father (her hero, making her safe because he’s always there to protect her) and a part of her room’s decoration…
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Well, if he killed Narae and his mother made Byun Wootaek the scapegoat for every crimes he committed this far, something must have gone wrong this time for him (and his mother) to deeply resent KMC to the point of wanting to kill him: they managed to pull the strings of the police and judicial system, but KMC must have discovered Lee Minsu was the real culprit (perhaps after KSJ killed BWT) and tried to kill him, which might’ve worsened his heart condition somehow.
(And it’s interesting how the second screenshot shows the teacher discarding his now bloodied watch in disgust after hearing KMC saying ‘I was willing to break rules to catch this heinous criminal as soon as possible’ mmmmh…)
Just as Captain Oh completely denied his liability in ep5, he must have felt wronged, Narae’s case being the only one that 'sullied' him (and this must be why he changed names, from Lee Yunseong to Lee Minsu). Associating the accusations he must’ve faced because of Narae’s case and KMC to the Passion of the Christ in a sick, twisted way, he must’ve thought this tattoo as his own crucifixion leading to his rebirth/his revenge through the Killing Vote?
If the teacher is the mastermind behind the Killing Vote, choosing culprits involved in CSE, SA and CA so far for the votes could be: 1 — to mask his true identity, seemingly siding with true justice while he’s one of those he judges. Also, choosing keywords associated to BOTH KSJ and KMC could be to mislead the police to believe Gaetal is close to KSJ and both KSJ and KMC to suspect one another 2 — a sick way to play with KMC’s concept of justice and using KSJ's trauma (and KMC) ; 3 — to hide the final objective of the Killing Vote: since he gives the public a pretty convincing and sophisticated fact-check all the circumstances surrounding the culprits’ crimes (Gaetal even said in one of their streams that a culprit wouldn’t be subject to the vote if their crimes weren’t true), this could lead the public to believe every case would be exposed truthfully. Which means one of these cases could be fabricated and nobody would realize it at first. If the teacher organized the Killing Vote to get back at KMC (this also seems to benefit his mother’s campaign), perhaps the last vote would accuse KMC or KSJ of Narae’s murder (since no culprit was found guilty) or another crime.
At his final trial, KSJ accused ’the police who released BWT because they cared more about their performance’. We now know the police commissionner, KMC’s superior and the assemblywoman were all linked somehow to what happened 8 years ago. We also got a flashback of Choi Jinsu, KMC’s colleague who was also the detective in charge in both Narae and KSJ’s case, who gave KMC the hint of Byun Wootaek being the culprit. KMC, unlike him, ‘isn’t interested in politics’… He also recognized the teacher as Lee Yunseong, potentially his name before murdering Narae. In ep5, Joohyun automatically ruled CJS out of the suspect list because he’s not close to KSJ… If the premise that Gaetal must be close to KSJ is wrong, then his involvement could be possible: perhaps he was ordered to tamper with the procedure and the pieces of evidence during the two cases? Also, I wonder if KMC’s reputation will get addressed, his superiors must’ve pressured him to follow unofficial orders or he got to discover these orders (eg. maybe in Narae’s case?) and ever since he’s the man to ask for to do the dirty work? Or KMC could have deliberately gained his ‘Wipeout’ reputation to get closer to the truth of what happened 8 years ago?
In the first episode, the video test Joohyun found on Joomin’s laptop is named ‘Lrae091515’: if the drama takes place in 2023, the tragic events surrounding KSJ, KMC and Joohyun ‘8 years ago’ would have taken place in 2015! Could this refer to the final day of KSJ’s trial (or the day Narae was killed)? The pseudo ‘justice15’ could also be a reference to that date.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As for the ‘Lrae’… It could be a wild WILD guess but ‘Lrae’ could be ‘irae’ as in Dies Irae/day of wrath (capital i looks like a lowercase L), which is a sequence in Requiem mass!
The video test was only found on Joomin’s laptop when all the Internet cafe computers got the virus: the one who hacked the computers likely targeted Joomin or her sister, a police officer deliberately.
The tag in Narae’s room (‘the 13th was wrong’):
Tumblr media
(It’s also a bit disturbing the tag was sprayed right on top of the ‘My daddy My hero’…)
— the narrative makes us think the tag refers to the 13th failed stab but it could be something else entirely (and perhaps KSJ is keeping this hint to himself?) — if the christian subtext truly exists in this drama (especially with the teacher’s tattoo), 13 is a number often linked in superstitions to the Cena, Judas (who betrayed Jesus, thought to have been the 13th guest to sit down to the Last Supper) and bad luck: whoever tagged this maybe wanted to signal KSJ the man he killed wasn’t the true culprit.
There is also a similar version in the norse mythology I found here:
« In his book “Extraordinary Origins of Everyday Things,” Charles Panati traces the concept of the cursed back to Norse mythology, when Loki, the god of mischief, gate-crashed a banquet in Valhalla, bringing the number of gods in attendance to 13. Deceived by Loki, the blind god Hodr was tricked into shooting his brother Balder, the god of light, joy and goodness, with a mistletoe-tipped arrow, killing him instantly. » And… we see the teacher communicating through the ‘Loki’ network (a wordplay for what would be Tor I guess, just as Apple would become a pear on laptops in media haha)!
(This is quite a reach, but for posterity in the opening, the 13th character shown is KMC, and in reverse order Jihoon haha)
The tag neither the news articles on Narae and KSJ’s cases weren’t in Gaetal’s video test:
Tumblr media
idk how to explain, but I get the feeling that person A (who leaked the video), B (the Gaetal we see on the video), C (the Gaetal who’s now organizing the Killing Vote) & D (who tagged the wall and pinned the news articles about KSJ and Narae) could be different characters with respective objectives too. The drama highlights a bit too much the premise that Gaetal is one single individual that’s close to KSJ haha At the very least, whoever leaked the video knew someone else, especially KMC, would eventually be able to recognize its contents (‘devils deemed innocent’, Narae’s room and her stuffed bunny). Also for posterity, KMC was the one who ostensibly redirected KSJ’s attention to the picture of the tag on the wall.
The assemblywoman and the teacher both have a habit to touch their ear sometimes (eg. when she talked to him about KMC ; when the teacher was watching the student during PE). Jihoon also did it right after the teacher left: was it to try to reproduce what he did to understand what he was watching or is he linked to them?
At the very least Jihoon seems to know some things about the Killing Vote, the teacher as well as KMC:
— In ep1, he bumped into Joohyun as he went to retrieve one of the cups the teacher seems to make a collection of.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
On the cup, there’s an ’S’ graved on it, just as the telltale sign of the Killing Vote is the character ㅅ/siot (시옷), the first character of 사형 (death penalty/capital punishment).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
— He seems to know more than he lets on about the Killing Vote and keeps staring at the teacher (as though he knows his past crimes, eg. the closeups on the teacher grabbing/borderline groping Joomin’s shoulder, watching the students during PE etc.).
— He seemed startled when Joomin talked about ‘zombie PCs’.
— In ep3, Jihoon says: « I think [he] took it too far this time. » right after he saw KMC being alive and the man with the cap escape (which could totally be this character in the opening we’ve not yet seen). In Korean, the subject is often omitted and deduced from the context, it’s the case here: the drama keeps the ambiguity on whatever Jihoon meant here.
— Him being Narae’s friend would also make sense: as Narae was 8yo, she would be around Joomin and Jihoon’s age if she was still alive. There’s also Narae’s drawings that keep being showed, a boy/young man is always drawn on it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
As a child’s representation of adults and children could be inaccurate (the height, physical appearance, etc.), the characters we see on her drawings could be alternatively KMC (who was close to KSJ and given KSJ’s answer, also doted on her daughter), KSJ, a boy Narae used to play with (it could be Jihoon), the teacher or BWT, the son of the driver and the housekeeper who were also close to Narae and KSJ.
The assemblywoman asked her assistant to observe her son closely: I guess that refers to his health but it’s also to make sure he doesn’t commit crimes anymore. She also said to her son he definitely knows she’s ready to do anything to make Gaetal join her so that her campaign is successful: this + joking on TV how a mother is above the law suggest she definitely pulled strings to save their reputation (eg. using BWT as a convenient scapegoat ; tampering with the trials ; changing his son’s name etc.).
Joohyun thinks Gaetal acts like a hacker. That would also make Jodan (in ep5, he revealed he was arrested for hacking), Jihoon, the teacher and Joohyun herself suspects!
KSJ’s interest in Joohyun is curious: he even looked into her background once he met her & seems to focus on her habit to scratch her scar ; KMC’s comment on how unusual KSJ’s behavior was (specifically requesting Joohyun to communicate with ; negotiating his pardon — while he didn’t regret what he did at all) makes me think that: — in the letters or in some other way, Gaetal must’ve instructed him to obtain a pardon (perhaps they even told him to get rid of the letters to make him indispensable to the police) — Gaetal must’ve told him he would seek the truth to what happened to Narae: for someone who didn’t regret avenging her daughter, revealing Byun Wootaek was a scapegoat and the true culprit is roaming free out there would be plenty enough drive for him to find a way to get out of prison — whoever they are, Gaetal must’ve an ulterior motive to involve Joohyun, KSJ and KMC together
The first episode showed similar shots of KSJ and KMC (same backlighting, same low-angle shot, KSJ avenging his daughter and KMC lashing out on Bae Gicheol to stop him from abusing his wife):
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I wonder if we’ll get to see KMC’s relationship with the woman on his photo (likely his mother), this is probably the only shot we get of him smiling not out of spite ;;
Tumblr media
For Mu in Muchan, one of the hanja that can be given as a name is 橅, which means law, and it’s ironic given how the law failed him and KSJ ; sometimes characters are given names that will hold meaning in their development eg. Donghoon & Jian in My Mister ; Dongsik and Juwon in Beyond Evil.
For Ju in Seokju, there is 澍, which means timely/long-awaited rain ; rain has marked 2 important events in KSJ’s life: when he discovered his daughter’s body and when he was arrested by KMC after murdering Byun Wootaek ; there’s also 炷 which means wick, aligning with the OST lyrics (a fire burning in one’s eyes)

Of Hero and Hijnks - Chapter 4
(This is heavily not edited I am sorry and its been a while that I have written the boys™️)
After some story telling around the campfire, then slowly and surely each hero of courage head to bed. As the night shifts started (Y/n) couldn’t really sleep that night as everything that happened was finally once again falling on their head.
They needed air, but even they knew the Great Plateau wasn’t that safe even if the blood moon isn’t around anymore. As they travel to the entrance they notice someone had beat them to it. (Y/n) had to file through what to call the pinkish hair Link. “Mind if I join you?” They whispered as they got closer as they sat down they took note that Wolf Link was also resting here. It was to tempting to reach over and pet the good boy.
“Not like I have a choice.” Human Link huffs as he leans back a bit. It made things a bit awkward as (Y/n) tries to remember who this Link was. They had theories the pink hair is their main one. Given that their are still Hero’s missing that means there is around thirteen different heroes to match to a person in this small group. They called this one the Veteran. Meaning he would have had the most adventures which limited it. “I knew someone with the same name as you.” The veteran said after awhile, rudely interrupting their train of thought. “It sounds like a similar case to the old man. They were invisible as I traveled around, no matter where I was. If there was an adventure they were there to commentate.” He explains looking into the moon as he thinks about those memories “the thing was they grew up weirdly, almost like they aged backwards as they helped me.”
It was like a light bulb went off for them as they stopped petting Wolf Link. “Did you turn into a bunny?” It was a shot in the dark that hit this Link like a bullseye.
“Wait…” He whispers almost in horror at the realization and the reality “what the fuck are you doing here? Just how many of us do you know?”
“Technically none of you but I’ve seen all of your adventures.” (Y/n) distracted themselves with Wolf Link again. Alternating between bushing out his fur and giving him head scratches. “I’ve been trying to figure out who is who and also struggling to figure out a good nickname for each of you with out giving away anything. Cause you know not everyone wants their adventures out in the open. Like, I was honestly just settling with hero titles since that’s easier on my brain.”
Link crosses his arms sighing again “you never shut up when you get going.” He sighs out making him deflate a bit. “First Koholient now this?” He covers his face as he mutters to himself.
Now thats a sentence (Y/n) did NOT want to get into at the moment but they will remember that for later as it was just the first day. “Well not my fault.” They went straight back to their attention on Wolf Link. “I will try to not be dead weight, like hell I will stand by while you guys fight. Done that to many times apparently.”
Another scoff comes from this Link as he props his head up on his hand. “You can fight with that thing?” He gestures towards the bow they had on hand still.
“Truthfully? I don’t know. I’ve never actually killed a monster with it. Since my world is peaceful and lacking of magic so…” They really didn’t think they could only because LARP is different from reality. Yes, they did take some lessons so they knew what their where doing with a sword and bow. “I want to try though, I can use it. I can aim and I like to think I’m fairly good. Not as good as you guys though.” They didn’t want to admit that the thought of actually being in battle scares them. (Y/n) looks out to the cave entrance, it was quiet out.
“Where did that rancher go? He’s been out on patrol for a while now.” Wolf Link had perked up as he realize the time, (Y/n) stopped and let him get out.
“The Rancher?” Was that Wolf Link?
“I thought you knew everyone.” Link fire back instantly it almost sounded as a tease. “He’s the one with the wolf pelt.”
“I do know everyone, but some of you look way different from when I saw you last.” There was a pause “I was going to reference the pink hair, but the last time I saw you was when it was brown. I didn’t think it would stick though.”
“Can you let that go?” Link shakes his head as they assume he wants to forget it.
Though honestly to (Y/n) his natural hair was pink but to each their own. “No, but I’ll stop bringing it up.” Yawning they were finally feeling a bit more tired. “Two more questions thought.”
“Shoot.”
“One. Nicknames who is called what.” That was probably the most important thing to know. “I would assume its by profession but Old Man isn’t a job.” It was really at that point were (Y/n) didn’t know what the Hero of Time’s job is if he even got one after the whole debacle.
“It was by professional at first but we kinda made nicknames along the way.” (Y/n) almost screamed as Wolf link spoke suddenly as he was heading up the hill. “I’ll take over Second watch for the Sailor.” He said as he almost flops onto (Y/n) dropping his pelt onto their shivering form.
The Vet could only watch in slight amusement before shrugging “good luck.” He said to (Y/n) taking this as his escape before he was also trapped with the wolf man.
Once (Y/n) was sure the veteran was further away they turned to look at Wolf Link properly. Studying the markings that had been tattooed onto his face for a few seconds before finally speaking up “you suck at hiding the wolf thing.”
There was another pause as Wolf Link stares back horrified at what was just said. “Huh?”

Who would you cosplay as from FF7? Your only limitation is that you will have to believe in all of their superstitions and conspiracy theories while in costume. For example, if you cosplay Zack, you must believe in Santa, the Easter bunny, local Gongagan myths like how you have to shake out your boots or the evil pixies will bite your toes to make you shorter, etc.
Oh god I do not have the gender qualifications to answer this without going into turmoil.
Okay, so assuming I could absolutely pull it off and not have a crisis afterwards I’d say I could pull off Aerith pretty well, simply because as a mean little sibling myself, I think I could match her energy and beliefs.
I am the zero energy, sit and stare at the wall variety of neurodivergent. I’m also far too logical to believe in mythical creatures. I love reading about them and writing about them etc, but believing is a whole ball game that I don’t have the hand eye coordination for. So Zacks out unfortunately.
I feel like I talk too much to pull Cloud off. Maybe I could if I was overstimulated? Clouds got a whole “not religious but definitely somewhat spiritual” vibe that I can rock with, and the urge to tell people to fuck off but also desperately want to help them I can definitely vibe with. So maybe Cloud??
Angeals too intimidating and organised. Never
Genesis… I don’t want to think about if I could pull Genesis off. I feel like I have the dramatics and possible snark if I’m relaxed with no filter, but I’ve been too well trained to be polite in company to pull it off in public… also he’s smarter than I am and possibly a little meaner than I’d like.
Sephiroth…. No. I love him but no. I vibe with tired and hates his job Seph, but no. I would not burn down a villiage or obsess over my mother.
Reno’s too slutty for me to be comfortable.
Rudes too quiet.
Maybe AC Tifa??? I like how nice she is, I think I could do that!
I’d pull of Cids attitude too well I think.
Yuffie’s got too much confidence. I could never.
I’d rather jump off of the SHINRA building then be hojo or Hollander
OH! I KNOW!!! KUNSEL, I WANT TO BE KUNSEL!!!!
Over shares
Quiet unless he’s comfortable and then talks your ear off
So many texts and emails
Never had to show his face and deal with gender
What even is his job?
Knows things but you don’t always know what it is that he knows!
Yeah, I wanna be Kunsel.
I’m not even going to assess the fact that I leaned towards cosplaying men. I’m not doing it.

AU: Joy is the Chosen One & Patricia is her Osirian
Okay this is based off this post of mine, and I’ve been thinking about it a lot since. This is just gonna be bullet points and fragmented ideas, so if someone wants to write something along these lines fully, feel free! This goes of any of my other AUs, like my Fabian is Victor’s protege AU. Basically what I’m saying is if anyone talented wants to get creative, I’m very much cheering you on!
Anyway, without further ado, here is the AU:
Right around the same time as Mr. Sweet is gathering up the Descendants, he comes to the realization that Joy Mercer is in fact the Chosen One. Born on the right day, the right time— all of it.
Without clueing Victor into his role as the Seeker (since that’s none of his business at the time), Mr. Sweet informs his Society leader that he’s found the Chosen One.
So when the four students on the Candy Scholarship get to school, they’re all four placed in Anubis House: Joy, Patricia, Alfie, and Jerome.
Victor is beyond delighted to have the Paragon in his sights only a few years before the Chosen Hour, and he makes sure to keep her close by and unharmed from anyone who might want to exploit the Chosen One (only he’s allowed to do that, thanks).
Rufus is long gone at this point, though of course, he’s just in hiding. But the Society assumes he’s dead since he hasn’t come sniffing around in quite some time.
Right away, Joy and Patricia are thick as thieves, and the adults take notice of Patricia’s protective nature immediately.
They aren’t positive Patricia’s the Osirian— there is no bloodline marker or any special indicator to confirm or deny it one way or the other, after all. And the Osirian is typically a masculine figure— but Victor has his suspicions, keeping a watchful eye over both of them.
Naturally, disaster strikes everywhere the girls go, but they don’t give a singular shit, because growing up in a boarding school far away from your blood family, you tend to forge a different sort of bond.
Joy was a sensitive child, and before she became as popular as she was pre-S1, she faced constant ridicule from the other students for things like carrying a stuffed bunny with her to school.
Patricia got in so many fights on Joy’s behalf, it was only by the grace of her future role in the eclipse ceremony she wasn’t expelled and thrown in juvenile detention.
Both the girls have vivid dreams and nightmares, but because Sarah and Rufus are still alive, neither of them have fully come into their destined roles.
Despite oddities here and there, Joy and Patricia function as normal pre-teens most of their school life. They went to town together, watched movies together, signed up for the same classes, painted each other’s nails, shared secrets, and did all the normal things normal best friends do.
Of course, as the mythology states, if the Chosen One and Osirian are in close proximity to each other, trouble is sure to follow. A burst lightbulb here, a small fire there. One time, Amber’s curling iron short circuited and blew every fuse at the school after Joy and Patricia used it for a school dance. Little things that could be written off as coincidence, but when combined, put the Society on edge.
Until one day, two weeks into a new school term…
The Chosen Hour fast approaches, and there are whispers that Rufus has resurfaced. Though skeptical, the Society doesn’t want to dangle the carrot that is Joy Mercer, the Paragon, out in the open for Rufus to kidnap, so the Society does it first. Joy is removed from school, and erased from the records without a trace.
Mr. Sweet thinks they ought to inform Patricia, just in case she does happen to be Joy’s divine protector (he’s still not convinced his own son isn’t the Osirian, but he doesn’t tell Victor that).
Victor orders him and the other Society members to tell Patricia no such thing. He does it to see if his long-held theory was correct, and because he knows that if she is the Osirian, Patricia would do everything in her power to thwart the building of the Cup.
So when Nina arrives, Patricia is going ballistic, because why does she feel so lost and confused? She can just tell that Joy is afraid, tell that she needs her, but she can’t find Joy. And now, here’s this random girl who seems to have taken Joy’s place.
Nina still finds Sarah, and because Sarah can sense that Nina is just a kind, pure-of-heart girl (with a birth date very similar to the actual Chosen One), Sarah entrusts the locket to Nina with the instruction to find the one who can use it.
Meanwhile, Patricia is searching high and low, met with increasingly bullshit excuses as to where her best friend has gone.
She comes into contact with Rufus, who immediately clocks that this girl is exactly like him and can lead him to the Paragon.
He gains her trust and begins to slowly but surely manipulate her into doing his dirty work.
Patricia and Nina actually become cool way faster in this AU because the moment, Patricia touches the locket, it starts glowing. Nina’s like “oh, damn I guess this is yours.”
A lot of the same exact stuff that happens in S1 happens in this AU except that Patricia is the one able to use the locket. Sibuna still forms, and Nina still is de facto leader since she’s good at getting shit done and is slightly unhinged, but Patricia is one hundred percent the brawn of the operation.
She still gets kidnapped, still has all those crappy things happen to her, but now there’s a tiny voice in the back of her head guiding her through the motions.
Rufus mentions something about how their destinies align, and Patricia is like “bruh you’re crazy” but something in her knows it’s not as bonkers as it sounds.
Flash forward, Joy buys them time by very slowly building the Cup of Ankh, and Fabian and Alfie pull the same trick, so it all works out relatively the same.
Patricia and Joy are the ones to hide the Cup.
Victor is now certain that Patricia is an Osirian-to-be, and he fears what Rufus still being alive out in the world now means for Joy. She’s a full Chosen One, but her own Osirian isn’t able to fully protect her until Rufus is dead.
In the S2 plot, Joy functions as more of a Noa type character— aka: she stays the hell out of Sibuna stuff. She and Nina are still fighting over Fabian, but there’s less hurt there because there isn’t any bitterness about Joy being kidnapped for nothing, since she actually is the Chosen One.
Still, they don’t get along all that much.
Patricia is the one to get targeted by Senkhara first, because she goes to check on the Cup. She demands to know who the Chosen One is, and of course Patricia is like “lol no kys”
So she gets marked, of course, and Senkhara hates this petulant Osirian bitch. Like seriously, why doesn’t she do what she asks? Doesn’t she know her life is on the line? So she curses Piper into a coma lol. That’ll keep Patricia in line.
Nina, being the team player she is, agrees to pretend to be the Chosen One to spare Joy for Patricia’s sake. Senkhara believes it and marks her too, which of course means that Fabian, Amber, and Alfie soon follow.
A lot of the same nonsense happens Sibuna-wise, just with Patricia getting her shit mostly rocked by Senkhara (and Nina catches smoke too)
Knowing now that Eddie is safe to reconnect with, Mr. Sweet has his son enroll at school.
Patricia and Eddie are immediately beefing for all the same reasons as canon.
It’s harder for Patricia to juggle that with Sibuna, though, considering her increased role.
She still doesn’t know what an Osirian is though. She just knows that Joy is the Chosen One, and she’d rather die than see her hurt.
Still, she and Eddie are constantly bickering (flirting), and Joy’s oblivious ass is obsessed with this ship.
Patricia and Eddie get together way earlier on in the timeline of the season, after he gets brought into the Sibuna nonsense almost right away when he’s the one to save Patricia from falling down the chasm.
So now all of Sibuna (plus Eddie) is trying to find the Mask, while keeping Senkhara away from Joy, which works for a while until it doesn’t.
Joy discovers everything that Nina’s done for her once Sibuna asks her to help with the Senet game. (Patricia was very against clueing her in at all, but she was outvoted)
Joy feels super bad for her treatment toward Nina and you KNOW she put aside the baggage and was like “we are besties now and I’m gonna save you even if you totally stole my boyfriend.”
Anyway, a lot of the same stuff happens, but Senkhara discovers that Joy is the actual Chosen One and makes her wear the Mask.
Nina takes the hit for Fabian in this, and Patricia uses the crown to un-possess Joy.
Rufus rocks up, and Eddie steps in to beat the shit out of the guy who kidnapped his girlfriend. Eventually tho Rufus overpowers him and puts on the Mask.
Bye, Rufus!
Piper’s awake again! Happily ever after.
Holy shit! Now Patricia’s a full Osirian, and Joy is a full Chosen One! Wowza. Now what?
Well, bad shit starts happening more frequently. Nothing crazy, but more blown fuses, more burst lightbulbs, more small fires.
Mr. Sweet is panicking bc he needs both Joy and Patricia for this ceremony, but everyone knows that trouble always follows a Chosirian duo.
Maybe nothing bad will happen tho…?
Anyway, Patricia and Eddie don’t break up, and Nina and Amber stick around. Basically all the same stuff happens in S3 as it does in canon except Patricia’s the Osirian, and Sibuna is unified from the jump. Joy stays in Sibuna in this AU too.
KT and Patricia are fast friends, and Joy and KT hit it off immediately.
The eclipse ceremony is unsuccessfully thwarted, and RFS is as shitty as ever.
Eddie gets captured as a Sinner immediately because of course he does, and he is very much the same as Sinner!Patricia, except he targets both Nina and KT to destabilize two romantic relationships in the group (and also attack the Chosen One where it hurts: her gf)
Nina also gets captured as a Sinner, who catches Fabian, who catches Amber. Oops.
Now it’s Sibuna (Joy, Patricia, Alfie, and KT) vs Team Evil (Frobisher, Victor, Denby, Eddie, Nina, Amber, and Fabian).
World is saved eventually, but boy does it almost go so wrong.
Anyway, TOR is the same but Patricia “dies” instead, which means that Joy is officially the final Chosen One.
Everything ends pretty chill I guess. This got very lackluster toward the end I’m sorry there’s so much to cover

Lost Royal Eugene Plot Bunnies~
hot takes and plot ideas on Eugene and his royal heritage being significant to how he ended up as a thief...because the brainworms are wriggling again
Normally in these kinds of fantasy stories, there’s a letter, or an item, or even a caretaker that stays with the Lost Royal and reveals the truth either when they’re old enough or when the chips are down.
Eugene doesn’t have that. He didn’t have that at all.
It can be argued in the movie (if he knew) he didn’t mention it because -
A (the letter): he just met Rapunzel 2 days ago, she’s not getting everything at once. Plus if he has proof his family abandoned him, even for good reason, it still hurts.
B (Royal item): he’s got a family heirloom that’s stashed somewhere that he can’t sell because he’s sentimental. May or may not know where it came from. Backed up by: the entirety of Tangled and also: the engraved comb and the scrapbook of wanted posters from RTA.
C (caretaker): He’s proudly a Thief, and a New Adult, who wants to tell their parental figure what they’re actually doing for a living??? This is assuming that they’re a Decent Person - if they were abusive and Eugene paralleled that with the Gothel situation - hoo boy now that’s a rabbit hole filled with plot bunnies~
The only thing Eugene ever had in his possession that hinted to his Royalty was a two-headed coin. That’s it. I suppose that was part of Edmund’s master plan - keep him as far from the Royal Line as possible so he would never find the Moonstone at all.
But he was carried away as a baby - he had to have had a nursemaid at least to feed him.
So in canon. We’ve got a gap between being sent away as a baby and being a “employed” by the Baron as a teenage thief.
I’ve uhh...got a theory.
The world isn’t kind to immigrants. Even in a lighthearted "never say die”, fantasy world, it’s going to be rough. The nursemaid (for funzies, let’s call her Claire) tries to support herself and baby Horace. And some people are kind enough, but there’s people that see Horace as a meal ticket, an obligation or a trade for a later reward when he’s King.
So Claire changes their names and runs, further than anywhere anyone she’s known has ever been. Claire throws herself into maintaining an orphanage in Varadaros, essentially hiding orphan Eugene in a stack of orphan needles.
Meanwhile, a Princess is stolen and a King tries to eradicate every criminal possible. The unlucky who are accused of more than what they're guilty of flood Varadaros.
The panic creates a power vacuum and one man rises to the top of the dust heap ; a man who styles himself as royalty, mimicking their manners and excess. The Baron.
Plague happens and there's no magical Flowers to save anyone. Claire dies when Eugene is around five, young enough to vaguely remember her voice but not her face. Claire’s possessions are gone through and divided.
The letters for Eugene are read. At first they think it’s a joke - ah, of course her favorite kid is a Prince! What a funny family joke! But the more they talk to others - they realize that he does line up with the facts.
Word gets out. Sure, it’s not the Lost Princess, but it’s something.
The Baron hears about it. And the one thing he wants that he can’t ever have is a Royal Title. So he shows up at the orphanage. Talks to them real gentle-like. Tells them to look the other way when he brings Eugene over to his gang.
They refuse.
Baron puts the pressure on the orphanage, threatening them and cutting off their supplies. And - in an effort to save everyone else - they relent. Baron gets the Royal item and the letter. It’s lucky that Stalyan takes a shine to Eugene - they could legitimately marry and cement the title in their family. If he doesn’t work out - he still has the letter, he could pass off another kid as Horace. It’s not like there’s a shortage of brown eyed kids anywhere.
And that's the story of how Prince Horace was swindled out of his destiny for the first time.

yooo hey hi how's it going, so I have a pretty extensive theory about bunny call that i'd like to share, people have forgotten about this short story specifically, and it didn't seem to have much speculation around it when it did release. Which is odd, I've noticed that every story in fazbear's frights has at least one notable lore detail in the story for theorists. Even the story about sea monkeys that look like rabbits (sea bonnies) explains the logic that the fnaf universe runs on, that being "no bad deed goes unpunished".
This is going to sound strange, but I think that bunny call describes what happened to the books world michael, and gives details on the afton family as a whole.
I'm putting my thought process, speculation details and evidence under a keep reading thing, as i've written out a LOT and don't want to clog people's feed up that much, esp since it's old lore from 2020.
So, for starters, I guess I'll talk about how phillip is described in bunny call. The book states that "He had a thick head of light colored hair, and he had what might be blue eyes." This is a fairly specific way to describe him, and while it may not match up with michael's rendition in fnaf 4 as foxybro, it matches up closely with his sprite in SL, along with michael's eye color in fnaf 1's game over screen. The only thing that can dispute the similarities is the graphic novel, which shows phillip with grey hair, but even then that can be explained away as michael being old by that point in the timeline, along with differing interpretations from the colorist, the source material, and artist. After all, jessica in the charlie trilogy graphic novels is blonde, when each of the books described her having brown hair.
In bunny call, Phillip also talks about his family. To take quotes from the book itself, "My mom died when I was five." "I hardly remember her, but I remember how my dad was before she died. He was a great dad. Taught me how to throw a ball, always showed me what he was working on when he fixed stuff, read me stories at night. But then after mom died, my dad…" "My dad got lost. He just got lost. He couldn’t do anything for me anymore. He was all about himself. He turned into a horrid dad.” “I’ve become just like him.”
There is a LOT of correlation between Michael's family and Phillip's. In the games, we never actually see or hear about Mrs. Afton, for one. there are theories about her being the spirit that possessed ballora, sure. But there is nothing solid currently about her with actual lore relevancy. It would make sense if she died prior to 1983. Maybe even in childbirth.
And then of course, there's phillip's description of his dad. In many ways, phillip's dad sounds VERY similar to william afton. They both have a wife that's been out of the picture, and they're both described as horrid parents. Plus, phillip's father is explicitly stated to have some mechanical knowledge, showing him what he's working on and fixing "stuff". It may not be an explicit connection to robots and machinery, but it shows that he may have knowledge in a similar area.
That line of "I’ve become just like him." Is interesting to me, too. It could be something about how Phillip's become a bad parent, but I feel like there's something more with it considering both the story phillip's in and the differences of the books world canon to mainline.
Consider ralpho's design, it is a smiling rabbit suit that has a vest, a bowtie, and a large grin. Along with these features, their hands are more glove-like, with five fingers on each hand. Though, the hands are only shown on the graphic novel's cover. In the original story, they're moreso described as paws. I find it interesting that they'd give a character many of these specific features, considering that we've seen them on an incarnation of afton (or at least what's supposed to look like afton) previously, specifically on glitchtrap. They're both rabbits that wear vests with bowties, and they both have glove-like hands.
the line of "I’ve become just like him." takes up a more twisted meaning when you consider the thought that phillip could be a person wearing the ralpho suit. After all, the main character of the book (bob) told him that he had indeed signed up for the bunny call. Phillip asked him, "You sign up for the bunny call too?" and bob replied simply with a "Yeah". He would've known, and had an opportunity to go get the suit after bob left.
To be bold, it would even make sense if phillip was a cover name in the same way that william went under the name of dave miller. After all, what afton did is well known in the books universe, if a member of the afton family wanted to distance himself further from the killer's name, why not go for a name change? Mike even does so in the books, going under the schmidt name.
This is more speculation and elaboration, but the "death in childbirth" explanation for Mrs. Afton would provide a decent reason for a child (such as michael afton) to lash out at his younger brother. Because of CC's birth, he lost his mother AND his father's love. That would be enough of a motive for somebody to resent a little brother, especially if they unintentionally destroyed the afton family.
to add on one last thing for the Mrs.Afton tie-ins and speculations, the death in childbirth explanation also explains why elizabeth afton's sprite is so different to the other members of the afton family like mike and CC. She simply had a different mother and inherited different genes.
It's more of a funny point to tie in, but there is also the matter of what Phillip's doing when he does encounter bob. He's smoking cigarettes, menthol cigarettes specifically. "Bob listened to a man suck in smoke and then expel it. The smell of menthol made bob’s nostrils twitch."
The choice of menthol cigarettes specifically interests me, menthol is the thing that makes stuff minty, and while it is a common cigarette choice, it's different from the usual description of the smell of tobacco. While this could be considered a bit of a stretch, it brings to mind michael's bad habit from the logbooks of "chewing gum excessively." Nicotine gum is a fairly common aid to help smokers quit, and is of course also often flavored with menthol, if michael tried to quit smoking, it'd then make sense if he picked up the bad habit of excessively chewing mint gum.

For the love of all things sacred, I hope that Suki having a hair isn't a sign of her actually being a bald villain donning a wig just to look feminine!
We got Spiker and Sponge from James & The Giant Peach (who are in no way good-looking at all) and Rapunzel from Shrek the Third.
I hope they're not secretly saving Suki to be next! Illumination, if she has to be revealed to be wearing a wig, at least have it be in a way where she still remains good!
Personally I don’t believe Suki is wearing a wig. Suki has a very unusual design within the Sing universe, but honestly I don’t believe it’s some kind of ‘secret message’ on Illumination’s part.
Illumination make simple films that follow the same formula. I’ve yet to watch an Illumination film that surprised me with the plot turns it took. I love all of Sing, Despicable Me, Super Mario, and Secret Life of Pets, but all of these films I could predict the plot from start to end. So it’s not exactly Illumination’s style to be building up a twist villain over a series of films. I guarantee Sing 3 will have a villain that is either established already (the return of Jimmy), or will have a new character who is the villain. My money is on the latter. If Suki is a “good guy” for all of Sing 2, then she will remain a “good guy” into Sing 3. Illumination keeps things simple.
Going back to the wig theory; I just don’t see it. A real saluki’s ears are super fluffy and kinda do look like hair:

I firmly believe Illumination just thought it’d be a nice design. Their ears already look like hair, and they wanted Suki to look beautiful, so they ran with the inspiration. That’s all. It’s just unfortunate that Illumination chose to not give her any ears at all instead of sticking with the “ears look like hair but are still ears” design (à la Lola Bunny).
I don’t think it’s a wig and I don’t think Suki is being set up to be a twist villain.
