studyblr 2020 quarantine challenge

week 1, march 23: have you made a study schedule to help you study at home?

unfortunately, not really, no. i’ve mostly been focusing on moving out of my dorm in new york while i’m physically located in montana, so school work hasn’t been at the forefront of my mind. hopefully i can get back on it today or tomorrow though!

week 1, march 24: how are you being taught your lessons?

my classes are being taught online through zoom! i’m currently on spring break but we began online classes before the break started, so luckily when school starts back up i’ll have some practice!

week 1, march 25: what’s your favorite study snack?

i have to say i really don’t eat when i study! i find it too distracting. if anything maybe ill have a croissant or some fruit :)

thursday, march 26th: how are you keeping active?

i’ve been going on walks or hikes with my dog! yesterday we went five miles.

friday, march 27th: what is your favorite subject/topic to study at the moment?

probably sociology of gender! i’m finding the readings so interesting lately. 

saturday, march 28th: where in your house is your favorite place to study?

probably in the spare bedroom/my mom’s desk! for some reason i am completely unable to study at my desk, so she kindly cleared off hers so i could use it :)

sunday, march 29th: what are you doing to relax?

i’ve been reading, watching tv, walking, listening to music and avoiding my phone!

from feb. 16, 2020; my friends and i try to get off campus to study at our favorite cafe at least once a month. here are our massive lattes from said cafe (on film). today i’m spending the morning in bed reading pride and prejudice, but hopefully i can make it to the library to work on my digital mapping homework!
