Now, the facts:

Generally he’s not a person who likes touchy-feely stuff and/or ‘clingy’ people, that is, it amuses him when people act infatuated with him, but overall it’s too much of a chore to deal with it (on top of work and everything else), so he tends to wash his hands off people as soon as they get too attached to him. With an actual S/O, though, he does a 180 degrees flip, because for him to get into an actual relationship he’d have to be truly, deeply, madly in love, and by then everything that annoyed him in people would seem cute if done by his S/O. Deep in the relationship, he’s rather free with affection, but he never really loses the sarcasm or morbid humor, tho.

jealous joran

pairing: joran x gn!reader

tags: jealousy, established relationship, angst with a happy ending, arguing

joran gets jealous pretty easily

the reason for that are his insecurities and feeling of inferiority

he tries to brush it off whenever he's feeling jealous, but it isn't always that easy

he gets quite upset seeing you talk and laugh with someone else and it's only a matter of time until his jealousy is boiling over

if he's lucky, he can get you away from the person you're talking to before he snaps

but more than often it ends in a fight between the two of you, if he's unable to control his feelings

he's always the one to apologize first after the fight, needing a few hours to calm down again before he can do so

he feels ashamed about lashing out at you and being so insecure, but it'll take him a while to work on it

still, he always assures you that he does love you, even if he's not able to show it all the time!

NaNoWriMo- GAME!

So here's my final wordcount for Tick Tick's initial draft. This is the second-highest wordcount for any of my NaNos (2020's Monomyth beats it with 78000+ words). This is also my record for completing the words for a novel, with 12 days.

Not much going on here. I wrapped everything up- not exactly neatly, but at least decently. Teosur survives the fungus infestation, though his legs don't. There's a lot of messy feelings lying around. But I ended with a happy moment for the characters. They've been through too much shit.

I'm gonna take a rest for a bit (as this draft was basically written in 12 days) and then move on to editing Monomyth. I'm not sure if I'm gonna really blog about that to the same extent as Tick Tick, since it will just be tweaking the existing draft. So if I don't- um- uh. I forgot. I'm eepy.
