How does going to different realms work?? Bc like there are demons and dragons and stuff so is there a designated place where there's a portal(if so is it like a train where you have to show ID so they know you're from that realm?) or do the ppl from the other realms have like magic to just teleport there?

WHELL i think every portal is a little bit different and theres only a select few in the world that's known and its split up in categories like these:

the first category yeah it's just one big open portal what people can go through in one stationary building that's similar to an airport or train station. These kinds of portals probably go to places that are overall pretty safe and allowed to the public and I'd say there's only about 6 or 7 of these in the world bUT surely not all of them could be completely safe. Maybe there are hostile portals that possibly caused towns to be abandoned or maybe the portal gives off harmful emissions (there may have been Chernobyl instances where authorities have to contain said portals).

The next category is if the portal is a growth on someone, like Wig for instance, and I'd say these have a bigger possibility of being more dangerous perhaps??? The portals may end up killing the holder and when they're genetic, the location outcome of the portals may be similar according to the family tree.(ex: if ur father had a portal that went to New York or somthn then your portal would still end up in new york too but maybe a couple miles away from your father's) I say these could be more dangerous because the formation of the portals is still wildly unknown in the world as in someone could be born with a portal that could have endless possibilities for example Wig's portal is literally a portal that is just an endless trippy abyss that would destroy someone's brain if they got thrown in and Wig is a fukkin nutcase criminal!! he has absolutely thrown people in there before and he'll do it again so that's why I think the portals that form on someone could be more dangerous bc the portal outcomes are a wild card and the person holding it could already be a danger to society. It is super rare though mainly because I'm sure there was a time where people who had portals were killed off bc of that OR somebody probably did use their portal for mass evil so now most of the time ppl who have portals are required by the government to get them shut medically or chemically (which is what Wig had to do before he was disowned so he ripped it back open)

The other category is similar to the last in which the portal is tied to the person who has the power to get there which is what Kari does to go to her lil dragon fairy world. Except instead of being a physical growth on someone is more so psychological and more brain oriented. Kari can go to her realm by thinking/meditating and whoever's touching her/ near her she could probably take with her. These aren't really as much as a danger to society as the physical portals mainly bc it's harder to identify. I think the connection to said portal may also depend on the brain activity and possibly unique chemicals/neurological connection in the brain that are able to activate it??? These chemicals/ neurons could be genetic/ species related too which is why Kari being part dragon has the same world location as all the other dragons that live in that realm

The last category is pretty rare too since most of the undiscovered ones are, well, undiscovered or located in places nobody can get to. The harpy portal is in this category after the big ol Harpy queen took all the harpies back and tried to make the portal unobtainable deep in an untouched forest (until Cinder accidentally found it lmfao). These tend to be harder to see too, looking like mere illusions or a trick of the eye so that one would walk right passed or through it. Possibly there are 1 or 2 deep in the ocean that are unusable for both sides bc of the water pressure so its just kinda There but yeah portals as a whole are seen as a tricky thing in the world, and most of the time they happen by chance of nature, like a volcano forming from tectonic plates moving, or like a black hole, ect. so nobody has been able to successfully create or destroy portals, there have probably been several disturbing experiments done to study more about them ie. someone trying to invent teleportation by making a new portal and the horrors within that alone or someone trying to time travel somehow u know how it goes bUT YEAH 😤

Well I’m not good with breaking out either cuz it happens at random times but I’ve started to do sm drawing exercises that have helped me :D

Here’s somthn I do: (I hope this helps 😅)

It goes from random doodling to detailed sketches. Like a sort of build up for motivation.

• First I start by drawing somthn I know well. Like no eyes muscle memory alone type of well known (not literally 😭 but you get the idea). It literally can be anything, an eye, a random head shape. Flowers even. Anything you like.

I do different perspectives, different shapes for said thing and this doesn’t have to be like super detailed like it’s all rough and I fill the page with it.

So the idea is to start small and easy and then move on to more detailed and thorough drawings.

• Next, move on to a character you can draw very easily. For me it’s my lil demon oc, and I draw xem in a sort of silly chibi style which is both easy to draw and not overly detailed. I use pose or scene references from Pinterest and then draw xem in the chibi style.

Lastly I use the same chibi reference I just drew and try to make it more detailed in my original style.

I usually plan beforehand what I want to draw so it makes it easier to gather up ideas and refs.

Here’s some other ways 😅😭:

Looking at art tiktok compilations for inspiration.

Doodling. A lot of random, non detailed, go with the flow doodling.

Draw in a suitable environment. Like anything that has you in “the zone”. If music helps that’s great. Or maybe podcasts or maybe tutorial videos. Anything u like.

Redrawing random manga panels with OCs

Another is what you like scribbling. Like squiggly lines or crosshatching, strippling or just scribbling etc. I make different types of hair textures and hairstyles. I personally love drawing wavy hair <33

Drawing either plants or animals as humans or the other way around. Even certain objects.

I just wanna mention, ppl say that the bathe/baptist/betrayal talk/river scene or whatever u wanna call it between jinx and silco isn’t what she needed. But like he was giving her someone to relate to so she doesn’t feel alone and additionally, again with “jinx is perfect,” making her feel loved and emotionally safe. Also, everyones different.. different things work for someone and then doesn’t work for others.. but idk abt you but that talk with silco really did seem to help jinx. It seemed to be something she needed. Because she was able to make the device using the hextech, something that earlier she had a difficult time due to trauma. And it’s not like she was forcing herself to do it for Silco, she was spinning and smiling. She was able to do it with joy. Not to mention, if she still had a hard time, I believe she would make that clear given the fact she did the first time. Also someone else pointed this out, but she kept items from events surrounding her trauma (the bunny toy, the flare ect.). In the first scene, where she has an episode, they’re hidden and only become visible because of the blast. But in the next scene, they’re always visible and near her when she’s working. So, in my opinion, it’s safe to say that scene actually was 100% good for jinx and something she needed.

Tho lil note, obviously that’s not gonna just make her trauma and issues go away. Thats not how it works. But I feel like that should be a given with anything. Copeing mechanisms, talks and lifting convos like this don’t fix shi. It’s a mix of that, the person in question (being jinx) and their willingness and so forth. And, more personal, but as someone who has been getting professional help for years, there is no such thing as truly ‘getting better.’ probably harsh to say, but there’s no perfect so like yeah, nothing truly ““fixes”” anything tbh. Not to say it doesn’t get better. It does, it just never gets “perfect” or “fixed” or somthn

Life’s Like A Rollercoaster

Pairing: Platonic! Tubbo x Reader

Summary: i’ve been hardcore in my feels for like the past month, it’s been really bad for my motivation for writing and just motivation for life in general. so, i wanted to write a soft lil somthn to get my mind out of the gutter so i can continue with my work and get back into the swing of things with writing! i hope someone enjoys this and i can help someone who needed this just as much as me. 

The warmth radiating from his embrace was really the only thing grounding you at the moment as you sobbed. It was hard to focus on anything else while your emotions were haywire, but that was okay; Tubbo’s got you in his arms, he’s holding you like the dear friend that you are to him, and he’s making sure he doesn’t let go until you’re okay -- or, better than before at least. He rubbed small circles into your shoulder-blades with his thumbs, comforting you to the best of his ability. 

“Hey, it’s going to be okay Y/n,” he said softly after a while, after your sobbing had slowed to small hiccups and gasps, but you couldn’t stop the flow of tears quite yet. But that was okay with Tubbo. He knew it was important for you to let it out and to let your tears flow free. He knew it would be much worse if you didn’t, and besides, he didn’t mind being your shoulder to cry on. “Even if it’s not okay right now, it’s going to be okay at some point -- things can’t just suck forever.”

“It sure feels like they can,” you muttered into his jacket, and he chuckled lightly at your muffled and bitter statement, rolling his eyes. You were being dramatic, most definitely, but he understood you were just upset in this moment. 

“I know, it can really feel shitty sometimes, but life’s like a rollercoaster Y/n. There’s the ups and there’s the downs, but unlike a rollercoaster that might need to stop for maintenance, life will always just keep moving.” You took a moment to absorb his words, thinking about his rollercoaster comparison. He certainly had quite the point. Much like a rollercoaster, life is never just one straight path; there’s curves and bumps and twists and turns and loops and spins. Life is never as straightforward as we’d like it to be, and it never will be straightforward. But, maybe that was okay. 

Tubbo continued speaking, shaking you out of your thoughts. “And, right now, you’re at a low. You certainly sound like you feel like shit. But hey, that’s okay; it’s always okay to not feel okay, but you need to remember that it’s going to come back up.” You opened your mouth to argue, to say something nihilistic and negative about how that might not be true, but he beat you to the punch before you could even take a breath. 

“And before you say anything about how it might not come back up for you I’m going to feed you to Tommy!” he threatened jokingly. You both giggled at his silly remark, and he squeezed you tighter before releasing his embrace. He held his hands on your shoulders, looking right into your teary eyes with his determined brown ones. “It will come back up, Y/n. Even if it’s five years from now, or just a little thing tomorrow like enjoying a nice lunch, it’s going to come back up. You’re going to climb the hill at least a little, at some point.” He smiled at you, and you couldn’t help but smile in return. 

“Thank you Tubbo, really,” you said softly, voice raspy and hoarse from your sobbing earlier. You reached up to wipe a tear away with the heel of your palm. “You’re such an amazing friend, really.” Tubbo smiled wider, pulling you back in for another hug. 

“Awww of course Y/n!” he replied. “And I’m glad you think I’m an amazing friend -- although really I’m just doing what any decent person would do.” You smiled, hugging him tighter. 

“Thank you.”

“Of course, my friend. Of course.”

[Analizing Rai's dream in the Episode 47 "Dream Stalker" part 5]

Today we're not gonna talk about anything we could actually analize. We (or rather - me 😅) gonna talk about the moment when Hannibal Roy Bean talks about Rai's fear out loud, and we can hear them clearly for the first time. Cuz we were not allowed to know that Rai strugled with self confidence, that moment was pretty important. Hannibal and Rai were sitting on a couch, scenery looked like some house (maybe it was Rai's house?). On a laptop that Roy had they could see the rest of monks fight with Rai's fears. Hannibal says them out loud: Rai being the last who was promoted - yea, Rai mentioned it couple times through the show, so he actually talks about this "insecurity" out loud. (For example when he says that the fact hes the one who isnt promoted already doesn't mean he have to clean after everyone xD). Next thing Hannibal says is Rai's betrayal - I think we all knew that is something hes insecure about all the time. We all would be, cuz that is something you and people around you cant forget. Another one is the fact, that Rai always feel afraid. Well, that is something new, cuz we dont exactlly see this anywhere and anytime on the show. I would even say that many of us would say that Rai is (maybe after Omi) the most brave of them all. And now we find out that he feels afraid all the time. That's a lil bit shocking, buy it also makes sense at the same time, cuz Rai's joking nature is his coping mechanism, so he covers his fears after jokes, so if he didnt show it anytime - hes just good at hiding it (which is sad 😔). Next thing is just heartbreaking, cuz Hannibal reveals to us, that Rai's thinks, that he's not worth becominh a shoku, and maybe not even a shoku warrior. That... Is just... Heartbreaking and sad. Very very sad, because I think he thinks that because of his failures, probably mostly because of his betrayal. All of his fears and insecurities are kinda connected to each other in my opinion. The reason Rai thinks hes not worth being a shoku and a monk is kinda incomprehensible to me - hes a good fighter, very good actually, hes brave, he has a good heart, and yet, even his coping mechanism making him act like hes full of himself sometimes - hes not. I mean - IM SAAAD, SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A HUG OR SOMTHN! 😭 After saying all of that Hannibal turns into a sceleton - It may be a symbol and representatiom of fearing death?

Lets talk about this moment for a sec:

I think I dont have to say a lot. It clear as an air: This means Rai thinks he, or just a part of him is dark and belongs to the heylin side (no Rai, u dont, stop playin'). This also could mean that his past betreyal follows him till this time, or Rai see himself as a real half good - half bad guy. (Which, again, Rai, stop). Logan Family HCs !!

-the Logan family loves each other very much but uh,,,that house is a fucking circus

-Ted and Deacon are 4, almost 5, years apart 

-They Love football in that house !!!!

-Ted n Deacon are very cool w/ each other they’ve promised to never snitch when the other is doin somthn Sneaky 

-ted’ll sneak out sometimes but deacon sneaks out more (and its easy bc they have a one level house (maybe a basement? Idk) also its the 80s,,,what’s an “alarm system”?)

-when deacon sneaks out to do hoodrat shit with his friends ted will stay awake to make sure he comes home safe

-whenever they get in trouble their dad makes them do push-ups or wallsits n shit bc it “builds character”? And will “benefit them in the long run”???? Anyways Ted and deacons arms are strong as shit now 

-capt Logan has been blabbing about military school for a while now but ted never thought he was, like, deadass

-Ted’s dad used to be a delinquent type in high school way back in the late 50s and *his* parents sent him to military school to “get him back on track” so he used to think that will help Ted… He knows Ted is a Good Boy, but when he found out he was almost about to flunk out of school, it reminded him of all the ways HE messed up back in his youth (including not doing well in school) which he believed would lead to Ted getting into the same Bad Shit he used to do like get in switchblade fights or joining a gang or something.. Capt Logan eventually realized that he was overreacting and WAY projecting onto Ted bc he was scared as fuck and he also realized that Ted will be able to navigate the world as a genuinely good person, who knows right from wrong, and he will be JUST FINE !!!! (As in just fine w/o military school) 

-Deacon usually initiates family game nights so when they do that it ends up a damn mess.. lots of times it’s Pictionary that goes too far or UNO which gets real intense real fast 

-sometimes they’ll do a movie night which is chill tho 

-Ted is the hugger of the family so he also always initiates group hugs n shit (which are awkward for deacon and capt Logan but ted is oblivious to it)

-Deacon is pretty okay at baseball but ted was ASS when he played basketball,,he’s delusional tho he thought he was Michael Jordan

-Deacon doesn’t remember his mom much but ted and dad try to cheer him up with pictures where they are all together and that helps a lil 

-Mama Logan was a cute Chinese/Hawaiian lady who loved her family and loved her babies!! Every other year Ted, Deacon, n Capt Logan take a trip to visit her side of the family in Hawaii and just have a good time spending time with each all of each other and remembering their mom!

-the big forehead gene runs in their family (both parents had 5heads so there’s no escaping it)

-Ted and Deacon were both born in Hawaii but then they moved to California like very shortly after Deacon was born 

-Oh yea before this time Capt Logan only planned to be in Hawaii for a lil bit but then he fell in love and built a life for a while🥺

-Deacon or Ted will enter the bathroom to grab something (like quips) and not care who is in there already…their dad hates this bc they have interrupted many shits.  (I.e. Dad where are the—stop screaming it’s just me—where are the cotton balls?”)

-If Capt Logan gets enough drinks in him he might…bust a move or two

-and that’s exactly what you think it looks like

-Ted gets Daphne and Kerry mixed up all the time and they give him so much shit for that he just refers to them as “deacons lil girlfriends”

-Daphne, Kerry, and Deacon are considered the cool kids at their middle school and everyone wants to be a part of their group bc they’re so fun and chill 

-they go on way more moves than Bill and Ted imo .. they’re just havin fun in each other’s presence it’s so fucking pure 

-Ted’s worst fear is going bald bc his dad is bald up top and he !!! Does not want to be bald!!!!

-Capt Logan and Bills dad aren’t really friends they just acknowledge that their sons are BFFs so theyll stay cordial .. for now 

-Ted made a whole presentation to his dad called “Why Ted Should be able to Get an Earring”

-that was for his first one tho the second one was diy

-Deacon overshares way too much information for no reason he’ll literally be sitting at the dinner table and say something like “can I be excused from the table I gotta fart so bad..”

-Capt Logan is such a “back in my day” ass dude so Ted and Deacon have made it their personal mission to get him hip to the times 

-as a result he’ll try and use slang but it’s never correct 

-sometimes he’ll even watch MTV when the house is empty 

-Deacon knows how to drive he doesn’t have a permit nor a license but he knows how to do it

-Their dad always tries to encourage them to eat healthy n stuff and this has resulted in junk food stashes in both of their rooms…shit, capt Logan has one too

-Ted always tries to dress comfortably while Deacon is more style oriented.. sometimes Ted will pick out an article of clothing that he believes will “spice up” the outfit (I.e. a vest, a tie, a bandana, patches) but uhh … he looks comfortable that’s all imma say 

-Deacon got DRIP tho 

-Their dad cooks the most but its usually something along the lines of vegetables, a side, and a meat.,,but they eat out lots of times too and LOVE TV dinners … u cant make them give up TV dinners 

-one time deacon said “I got dinner this time” and presented a meal which only consisted of baked beans and rolls. He’s learning tho deacon loves to cook meals

-Ted drinks all of the juice and only leaves a sip left..deacon is the one that yells at him bc he was also planning to drink all of the juice (all teens love Minute Maid juice)

-They have a patio in the backyard for sittin’

-Ted is usually very bad at skateboarding but lately he’s been getting the hang of it go ted
