picked up gay new york again and i’m surprised to learn that a) fully gay bathhouses existed, as in, they weren’t just patronized by mostly gay men, they actively denied entry to straight guys, and b) they were actually pretty safe from raids, apparently way safer than anywhere else except private homes, especially in the 40s/50s when the cops started cracking down everywhere else. like one was rumoured to be owned by the cops, it was so untouched lol

i hate people who make a big deal about trans people , how is someone on the internet using different pronouns then what they used previously , presenting themselves differently , and getting surgeries as an adult bothering you ??

also i saw cisgender people being mocked for liking trans people ?? first you don't want to date them (you don't have to date anyone you don't want to) but to turn around and say NO ONE can date them ?? you just want trans people to die alone and sad , just say it

straight trans men get called "predatory lesbians" . straight trans women get called "perverted gay men" . gay trans men get called "straight women who fetishize gay relationships" . and lesbian trans women get called "straight men who fetishize lesbian relationships"
